本实施例中,第一基板110和第二基板130分别为阵列基板和彩色滤光基板。

本实施例中,主密封框胶153的每个拐角处均设有第一子辅助密封胶 153。即确保主密封框胶151与第一基板110和第二基板130之间的结合力较薄弱的位置的结合力均能得到提升。
当然,在另外的实施例中,也可以根据曲面显示面板的弯曲情况,仅在主密封框胶153的一个或几个拐角处设置第一子辅助密封胶153,也可以在主密封框胶153的非拐角处设置第一辅助密封胶153。
本实施例中,第一子辅助密封胶153呈直线状,结构简单。当然,在另外的实施例中,第一子辅助密封胶还可以呈曲线状、折线状或圆形等规则或不规则的形状。
本实施例中,第一子辅助密封胶153的一端与主密封框胶151的拐角处的边缘衔接。从而使得密封胶150整体占据的空间较小,即可以使得曲面显示面板100的非显示区的面积较小,从而提高曲面显示面板100的屏占比。
另外,在密封胶150整体占据空间相同的情况下,第一子辅助密封胶153的一端与主密封框胶151的拐角处的边缘衔接,可以更多的增加密封胶150分别与第一基板110和第二基板130之间的接触面积,从而增大了密封胶150分别与第一基板110和第二基板130之间结合力。
进一步地,本实施例中,每个第一子辅助密封胶153与主密封框胶151的一条对角线共线,以更好的提高密封胶150与第一基板110和第二基板130在拐角处的结合力。
本实施例中,主密封框胶151的每个拐角处均设有一个第一子辅助密封胶153。需要说明的是,根据密封胶150与第一基板110和第二基板130之间的结合力的情况,还可以在主密封框胶151的每个拐角处设置多于一个第一子辅助密封胶153。当然,也可以通过改变第一子辅助密封胶153的大小来改变密封胶150与第一基板110和第二基板130之间的结合力。
本实施例中,曲面显示面板100的一对相对的侧边呈弯曲状,且两个侧边弯曲的方向相同,而另一对相对的侧边仍呈直线状。相应的,主密封 框胶151的形状也随曲面显示面板发生变化,即主密封框胶151一对相对的侧边呈弯曲状,另外一对相对的侧边呈直线状,且主密封框胶151的弯曲的侧边与曲面显示面板100弯曲的侧边相对应,具体如图2所示。
可以理解的是,本实施例中的密封胶150的结构也可以应用于呈其它弯曲形状的曲面显示面板中。
例如,本申请一实施例提供的曲面显示面板200,其与曲面显示面板100不同的是,曲面显示面板200的两对相对的侧边均呈弯曲状,且均朝相同的方向弯曲。相应地,主密封框胶251的两对侧边也均呈弯曲状,参图3所示。
再如,本申请一实施例提供的曲面显示面板300,其与曲面显示面板100不同的是,曲面显示面板300的两对相对的侧边均呈弯曲状。设定曲面显示面板300的两对相对的侧边分别为第一对相对的侧边和第二对相对的侧边。第一对相对的侧边弯曲的方向相同,第二对相对的侧边弯曲的方向也相同,但第一对相对的侧边和第二对相对的侧边弯曲的方向反向。
需要说明的是,曲面显示面板的弯曲情况不限于此,还可以呈其他规则或不规则的形状。如,在另外的实施例中,曲面显示面板的相对的侧边弯曲的方向不同,且/或相对的侧边弯曲的程度不同等。
如图5所示,本申请一实施例提供的曲面显示面板400,其与曲面显示面板100不同的是,辅助密封胶包括位于主密封框胶451外侧的第二子辅助密封胶455。
同样地,主密封框胶451同样呈四边形,主密封框胶451的每个拐角处均设有第二子辅助密封胶455,且第二子辅助密封胶455呈直线状。
本实施例中,第二子辅助密封胶455的两端分别与主密封框胶451的拐角处的两个边缘衔接。从而使得第二子辅助密封胶455与主密封框胶451的两个相邻的侧边构成结构稳固的三角形,从而使得密封胶450与第一基板410和第二基板的结合力更高。
进一步地,本实施例中,主密封框胶451呈四边形,主密封框胶451的每个拐角内侧均设有第二子辅助密封胶455,所有第二子辅助密封胶455的大小和形状均相同,从而使得密封胶450的每个拐角处与第一基板410和第二基板的结合力基本一致。
可选地,第二子辅助密封胶455与主密封框胶451的一条对角线平行,即使得第二子辅助密封胶455向主密封框胶451的长度较长的侧边倾斜,从而使得主密封框胶451的每个侧边与第一基板410和第二基板的结合力更加接近。
如图6所示,本申请一实施例提供的曲面显示面板500,其与曲面显示面板400不同的是,曲面显示面板500的拐角处均具有倒角,且该倒角为倒直角。同样地,主密封框胶551的拐角处也均具有倒角,且该倒角也为倒直角。
如图7所示,本申请一实施例提供的曲面显示面板600,其与曲面显示面板400不同的是,曲面显示面板600的拐角处均具有倒角,且该倒角为倒圆角。同样地,主密封框胶651的拐角处也均具有倒角,且该倒角也为倒圆角。
当然,在另外的实施例中,也可以仅在曲面显示面板的拐角处设置倒角,而主密封框胶的拐角处不设置倒角。主密封框胶的拐角处是否设置倒角主要根据曲面显示面板的显示区域的形状进行设定。
需要说明的是,在另外的实施例中,辅助密封胶还可以同时包括第一子辅助密封胶和第二子辅助密封胶。
本申请一实施例提供一种曲面显示装置,其包括本申请提供的曲面显示面板。
上述曲面显示装置,包括本申请提供的曲面显示面板,辅助密封胶的设置增加了密封胶与第一基板和第二基板之间的接触面积,增大了密封胶与第一基板和第二基板的结合力,从而有效防止密封胶与第一基板和第二 基板脱胶,即有效防止第一基板和第二基板分离。

以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种曲面显示面板,其包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板,与所述第一基板对盒设置;以及
    密封胶,设于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间;所述密封胶包括主密封框胶和靠近所述主密封框胶边缘设置的辅助密封胶;
    其中,所述第一基板、所述第二基板和所述密封胶围成液晶容置空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述辅助密封胶包括位于所述主密封框胶外侧的第一子辅助密封胶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶呈四边形,所述第一子辅助密封胶设置于靠近所述主密封框胶的拐角的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶的每个拐角处均设有所述第一子辅助密封胶。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第一子辅助密封胶呈直线状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶呈四边形,所述第一子辅助密封胶的一端与所述主密封框胶的拐角处的边缘衔接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的曲面显示面板,其中,每个所述第一子辅助密封胶与所述主密封框胶的一条对角线共线。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第一子辅助密封胶呈曲线状、折线状或圆形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述辅助密封胶包括位于所述主密封框胶内侧的第二子辅助密封胶。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶呈四边形,所述第二子辅助密封胶设置于靠近所述主密封框胶的拐角的位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶的每个拐角处均设有所述第二子辅助密封胶。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第二子辅助密封胶呈直线状。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封框胶呈四边形,所述第二子辅助密封胶的两端分别与所述主密封框胶的拐角处的两个边缘衔接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所有所述第二子辅助密封胶的大小和形状均相同。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第二子辅助密封胶与所述主密封框胶的一条对角线平行。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述主密封胶的拐角处均具有倒角。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述倒角为倒直角或倒圆角。
  18. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第二子辅助密封胶呈曲线状、折线状或圆形。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板,其中,所述第一基板为阵列基板,所述第二基板为彩色滤光基板。
  20. 一种曲面显示装置,其包括曲面显示面板;
    所述曲面显示面板包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板,与所述第一基板对盒设置;以及
    密封胶,设于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间;所述密封胶包括主密封框胶和靠近所述主密封框胶边缘设置的辅助密封胶;
    其中,所述第一基板、所述第二基板和所述密封胶围成液晶容置空间。
