一种压钳属于机械零件加工技术领域,主要涉及一种压钳结构。
背景技术
压钳在机械加工过程中可以起到良好的临时固定作用,压钳固定效果的好坏直接关系到机械加工的精度以及机械加工是否符合加工要求,现有技术中存在各种结构的压钳,但是对于一些特殊金属材料,压钳的调控力度难以掌控,会对材料造成加工误伤,从而造成了加工成本的提高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种压钳结构,结构简单,工作过程中的力度可调。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种压钳结构,包括U形钳体和丝杠,U形嵌体包括夹持部、支撑部和连接在夹持部和支撑部之间的连接部,夹持部上设有丝母,丝母套设在丝杠外部,丝杠靠近支撑部的一端为球形体,球形体的外部套设有圆柱形压头。
所述丝杠和丝母之间的间隙小于等于0.25mm,使丝杠和丝母之间紧密配合。
所述压头通过四个沿压头周向布置的紧定螺钉固定连接,可拆卸布置,可以根据需要对压头进行更换。
所述压头的圆形横截面的直径与球形体的球体直径之比为7:5。受力均匀,防止局部受力过大。
所述丝杠远离支撑部方向的端部设有圆柱形转头,圆柱形转头上设有安装孔。
所述支撑部纵切面面积向远离连接部的方向逐渐减小,下端可以卡在机床上,可一进行多角度固定。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果,本发明结构简单合理,在对特殊金属材 料进行固定时,可以通过丝杠和丝母配合,对力度进行精确调整,压头受力均匀,固定效果好,稳定性强,使用方便,操作简单。

本实施例的一种压钳结构,包括U形钳体和丝杠5,U形嵌体包括夹持部1-1、支撑部1-2和连接在夹持部1-1和支撑部1-2之间的连接部1-3,夹持部1-1上设有丝母4,丝母4套设在丝杠5外部,丝杠5靠近支撑部1-2的一端为球形体,球形体的外部套设有圆柱形压头2。
所述丝杠5和丝母4之间的间隙小于等于0.25mm。
所述压头2通过四个沿压头2周向布置的紧定螺钉3固定连接。
所述压头2的圆形横截面的直径与球形体的球体直径之比为7:5。
所述丝杠5远离支撑部1-2方向的端部设有圆柱形转头,圆柱形转头上设有安装孔。
所述支撑部1-2纵切面面积向远离连接部1-3的方向逐渐减小。
