本发明属于车载设备技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及车载设备及其防尘通风结构。
背景技术
现在车载监控设备对于防尘和散热性能要求越来越高,这就要求车载设备要具备既能防尘又能通风的结构,但是长期使用后,防尘网会被灰尘等异物堵塞而影响整机通风,导致散热效果不好,然而,现有的防尘通风结构基本上不可拆卸或难以拆卸,便利性较差。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供车载设备及其防尘通风结构,以解决现有车载设备防尘通风结构难以拆卸、便利性较差的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种车载设备防尘通风结构,包括:
具有容纳腔的框体,所述框体具有与所述容纳腔连通的通风口,所述框体具有导槽;以及
可拆卸地安装于所述框体的防尘支架,所述防尘支架包括滑动安装于所述导槽的贴片、及贴设于所述贴片的防尘网,所述贴片具有用于与所述通风口相对齐的安装口,所述防尘网覆盖于所述安装口。

进一步地,所述贴片的长度与所述中框的长度相当。
进一步地,所述贴片靠近于所述后框的一端设有限位臂,所述后框的内壁开设有供所述限位臂插接的限位孔。
进一步地,所述限位臂呈梯形。
进一步地,所述贴片靠近于所述前框的一端设有弯头,所述框体内设有主模块,所述主模块与所述弯头抵接配合以限定所述贴片的位置。
进一步地,所述中框靠近于所述前框的一端设有螺纹孔,所述主模块靠近于所述前框的一侧设有面板,所述面板开设有过孔;所述主模块通过紧固件固定于所述中框,所述紧固件依次穿设于所述过孔与所述螺纹孔并螺纹连接于所述中框。

有益效果

防尘支架20可拆卸地安装于框体10,贴片21的安装口211处可贴设防尘网22,贴片21安装于框体10的导槽112。在贴片21的安装口211与框体10的通风口111相对齐时,防尘网22位于框体10通风口111处,实现防尘通风。在需要更换防尘网22时,将防尘支架20拆离于框体10,更换防尘网22,再将贴设有新的防尘网22的贴片21安装至框体10即可,拆卸与装配操作方便。车载设备防尘通风结构有效解决了后期更换防尘网22不便利的问题,而且成本增加较少,提高工作效率。
车载设备可以是集成视频监控录像、卫星定位、无线数据传输于一体的车载电子设备。前框13铰接有前盖51,便于打开前盖51对主模块30进行操作;后框12固定有后盖52,便于保护内部器件。

Claims (13)

  1. 车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,包括:
    具有容纳腔的框体,所述框体具有与所述容纳腔连通的通风口,所述框体具有导槽;以及
    可拆卸地安装于所述框体的防尘支架,所述防尘支架包括滑动安装于所述导槽的贴片、及贴设于所述贴片的防尘网,所述贴片具有用于与所述通风口相对齐的安装口,所述防尘网覆盖于所述安装口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述框体包括两端贯穿的中框、安装于所述中框的其中一端的后框、及安装于所述中框的另外一端的前框,所述通风口开设于所述中框,所述导槽设于所述中框的内壁。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述贴片的长度与所述中框的长度相当。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述贴片靠近于所述后框的一端设有限位臂,所述后框的内壁开设有供所述限位臂插接的限位孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述限位臂呈梯形。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述贴片靠近于所述前框的一端设有弯头,所述框体内设有主模块,所述主模块与所述弯头抵接配合以限定所述贴片的位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述中框靠近于所述前框的一端设有螺纹孔,所述主模块靠近于所述前框的一侧设有面板,所述面板开设有过孔;所述主模块通过紧固件固定于所述中框,所述紧固件依次穿设于所述过孔与所述螺纹孔并螺纹连接于所述中框。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述导槽沿所述中框的长度方向延伸设置。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述前框与所述后框均通过紧固件固定于所述中框。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述贴片开设有至少两个安装口,所述安装口相间隔设置,每一所述安装口处均设有一所述防尘网。
  11. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述通风口位于所述框体的导槽的底面。
  12. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的车载设备防尘通风结构,其特征在于,所述导槽的两端均为开口端。
  13. 车载设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至12任一项所述的车载设备防尘通风结构。
