技术领域
本申请涉及清洁工具领域,具体地涉及一种齿轮箱和智能清洁设备。
背景技术
通常情况下,移动式智能清洁设备,大多装配有齿轮箱以将驱动设备的动力通过变速之后传递给清扫装置,使清扫装置能够在合适的转速下执行清扫功能。在有些齿轮箱中,采用含油轴承来支撑诸如输出齿轮的转动部件以减轻磨损。然而,通常转动部件的转速较高,有些能够达到22.5转/秒。高速旋转导致转动部件和含油轴承之间相接触的表面产生较大的噪音和较高的温升,既影响用户的使用体验,也导致齿轮箱内部件的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施方式部分中进一步详细说明。本申请的内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的关键特征和必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
为至少部分地解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种齿轮箱,用于智能清洁设备,所述齿轮箱包括:
可转动件,所述可转动件能够绕转动轴线转动以传递动力,所述可转动件具有接触表面;以及
含油轴承,所述含油轴承固定设置并具有支撑表面,所述含油轴承通 过所述支撑表面与所述可转动件的接触表面接触以支撑所述可转动件相对于所述含油轴承转动;
其中,所述接触表面和所述支撑表面中的至少一个上设置有凹陷部。
根据本申请实施例所提供的齿轮箱,在相互接触并相对运动的接触表面和支撑表面中的至少一个上设置有凹陷部,由此可以减小接触表面和支撑表面相互接触的表面积,从而有效地减小可转动件和含油轴承相对转动所产生的噪音和温升。
可选地,所述凹陷部设置于所述支撑表面上。
可选地,所述凹陷部设置于所述接触表面上。
可选地,所述接触表面和所述支撑表面上均设置有所述凹陷部。
可选地,所述凹陷部包括多个并且绕所述转动轴线均匀分布。
可选地,所述可转动件为输出齿轮,所述含油轴承在所述输出齿轮的沿所述转动轴线的端部支撑所述输出齿轮。
可选地,所述输出齿轮为塑胶材质。
可选地,所述输出齿轮的沿所述转动轴线相对的两侧各设置有一个所述含油轴承。
可选地,所述凹陷部包括多个并且绕所述转动轴线均匀分布。
根据本申请实施例所提供的另一个方面,还提供一种智能清洁设备,所述智能清洁设备包括如前所述的任一种齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱分别与所述智能清洁设备的驱动装置和清扫刷连接,以将所述驱动装置的驱动力传递至所述清扫刷。
根据本申请实施例所提供的智能清洁设备,其齿轮箱在相互接触并相对运动的接触表面和支撑表面中的至少一个上设置有凹陷部,由此可以减小接触表面和支撑表面相互接触的表面积,从而有效地减小可转动件和含油轴承相对转动所产生的噪音和温升。

在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本申请更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,本申请实施方式可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本申请实施方式发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
为了彻底了解本申请实施方式,将在下列的描述中提出详细的结构。显然,本申请实施方式的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。
以下参照附图对根据本申请实施例所提供的齿轮箱和智能清洁设备进行说明。可以理解,本申请实施例所示的智能清洁设备可以为扫地机器人、拖地机器人、扫拖一体的机器人等,在本实施方式中,智能清洁设备为扫拖一体的清洁机器人。
智能清洁设备主要包括清洁系统、感知系统、控制系统、驱动系统、能源系统和人机交互系统等。各个系统相互协调配合,使智能清洁设备能够自主移动以实现清洁功能。图1和图2示例性地示出了根据本申请实施例所提供的智能清洁设备的立体视图。从外部观察,智能清洁设备主要包括设备主体1。智能清洁设备中构成上述各系统的功能元件等集成地设置在设备主体1内。
如图1和图2所示,设备主体1具有近似圆形的形状(前后都为圆形),其包括上封盖11、底盘12以及设置在上封盖11和底盘12之间的中框13。中框13作为设置各种功能元件的基础框架。上封盖11和底盘12分别覆盖中框13的上下表面,起到保护内部零部件的作用,并且提升智能清洁设备的美观性。当然,在其他实施方式中,设备主体也可具有其他形状,包括但不限于前方后圆的近似D形形状等。
驱动系统用于为智能清洁系统的自主移动以及清洁系统实现清洁功能提供驱动力。感知系统用于智能清洁设备对例如地形等的外界环境进行感知,并且向控制系统提供机器的各种位置信息和运动状态信息。控制系统 则根据这些信息综合判断智能清洁设备当前处于何种工作状态(例如过门槛,上地毯,位于悬崖处、上方或者下方,被卡住,尘盒满,被拿起等),并针对不同情况给出具体的下一步动作策略。进一步地,控制系统能基于即时地图信息规划最为高效合理的清扫路径和清扫方式,大大提高智能清洁设备的工作效率。人机交互系统用于供用户进行功能选择并且/或者向用户展示机器当前所处状态或者功能选择项。能源系统则用于各系统的功能性元件工作提供电能。
清洁系统为智能清洁设备最主要的核心系统,用于实现清扫功能,其包括干式清洁部和湿式清洁部。其中,干式清洁部主要用于清扫被清洁表面的固定颗粒污染物,湿式清洁部主要用于对被清洁表面(如地面)进行擦拭。
具体地,干式清洁部主要包括清扫刷、尘盒以及风机。如图2所示,清扫刷可以包括主刷14和边刷15。其中,主刷14具有与底盘12所在的平面大致平行的旋转轴并且从底盘12向外突出。由此,主刷14与底盘12下方的被清洁表面形成一定的干涉。边刷15设置于设备主体1的底部边缘位置,其旋转轴相对于地面成一定角度,以用于将垃圾移动至主刷14的清扫区域中。风机与尘盒连通,风机用于产生吸尘所需的风力。当主刷14随旋转轴转动时,被清洁表面的垃圾由主刷14卷带到其与尘盒之间的吸尘口前方,然后被风机产生的吸力吸入到尘盒内储存。湿式清洁部主要包括储液箱和清洁布。储液箱内容纳有清洁液,清洁布可拆卸地设置在储液箱上。干式清洁部清扫完成以后,湿式清洁布的储液箱内的液体流向清洁布,清洁布对清扫装置清扫后的地面进行擦拭。
智能清洁设备的设备主体1的内部设置有如图3所示的齿轮箱20。该齿轮箱20分别与驱动系统的驱动马达和清洁系统中干式清洁部的清扫刷连接,用于将驱动马达的驱动力传递至清扫刷,以驱动清扫刷绕其旋转轴转动。
如图3所示,齿轮箱20包括第一壳体21和第二壳体22。第一壳体21和第二壳体22共同构成容纳空间以容纳齿轮箱20的其他零部件,并作为安装这些零部件的基础框架。齿轮箱20的传动功能由输入齿轮和输出齿轮23实现。在安装至设备主体1内的状态下,输入齿轮与驱动系统的驱动马达连接,输出齿轮23与例如主刷14的清扫刷的旋转轴连接。输入齿轮和输出齿轮之间通过轮齿的啮合实现齿轮传动,从而将驱动力以合适的转 速传递至主刷14。为简洁起见,图3中省略了输入齿轮以及与之配合的零部件。下面将针对输出齿轮23进行介绍。
如图4和图5所示,输出齿轮23包括齿轮主体231。齿轮主体231大致构造为扁圆柱形,在其侧面沿周向间隔设置有多个用于啮合的齿。在图4中可以看到,齿轮主体231的沿轴向的一端设置有向外突出的接合部232。该接合部232从第一壳体21或第二壳体22的表面向外突出,以便于与主刷14的旋转轴接合。如图5所示,齿轮主体231在沿轴向与接合部232相对的一侧向内凹陷,并且在中心处形成孔234。再返回至图3,齿轮箱20还包括轴24。轴24固定设置在齿轮箱20内,输出齿轮23通过孔234套设在轴24上,并能够绕着轴24转动。轴24限定输出齿轮23的转动轴线。为了避免轴24对接合部232与主刷14的旋转轴的接合产生干涉,孔234在靠近接合部232的一端封闭。
输出齿轮23在齿轮箱20内由含油轴承支撑。具体地,含油轴承包括分别设置于输出齿轮23的沿轴向的两侧的第一含油轴承25和第二含油轴承26。如图3所示,第一含油轴承25位于输出齿轮23的设置有接合部232的一端。其中,接合部232穿过第一含油轴承25向外突出。第二含油轴承26位于输出齿轮23的沿轴向与接合部232相对的一端,并且容纳与该端部的凹陷内。第一含油轴承25和第二含油轴承26均与输出齿轮23同轴地设置。
第一含油轴承25和第二含油轴承26具有大致相同的结构,区别在于二者的尺寸不同。因此此处仅对第一含油轴承25进行介绍。可以理解,第一含油轴承25的结构特征也同样适用于第二含油轴承26。
第一含油轴承25构造为圆环形,并且在侧表面设置有至少一个沿径向向外的突出部253。第一含油轴承25通过突出部253与第一壳体21或第二壳体22上的卡槽配合而被固定。第一含油轴承25具有支撑输出齿轮23转动的支撑表面251。相应地,如图4和图5所示,输出齿轮23具有与支撑表面251接触的接触表面233。在本实施方式中,输出齿轮23与第一含油轴承25接触的表面可以称为接触表面233a,与第二含油轴承接触的表面可以称为接触表面233b。
在现有的此类齿轮箱中,含油轴承与输出齿轮在相对转动的过程中容易产生较大的噪音和较高的温升。为解决这一问题,如图3所示,根据本 申请实施例,第一含油轴承25的支撑表面251上设置有凹陷部252。由此,当第一含油轴承25支撑输出齿轮23时,接触表面233a在与凹陷部252对应的位置处不与第一含油轴承25接触。这样可以减小支撑表面251和接触表面233a相接触的面积,也即减小产生摩擦的面积,从而有效地减小摩擦产生的噪音并降低温升。
凹陷部252可以设置多个以进一步地减小接触面积。然而需要注意的是,多个凹陷部252应该绕转动轴线均匀分布,以保证稳定的支撑效果,避免在转动过程中产生偏摆。此外,还可以选用塑胶材料制作输出齿轮23,由此可以进一步地降低摩擦产生的噪音和温升。
在图示的实施方式中,凹陷部252设置在第一含油轴承25的支撑表面251上。可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,也可以将凹陷部252设置在输出齿轮23的接触表面233a上,或者还可以在接触表面233a和支撑表面251上均设置凹陷部252。
需要注意的是,在图示的实施方式中,四个凹陷部252将第一含油轴承25的支撑表面251分割成不连续的四份。因此,如果在接触表面233a上也设置凹陷部,应该使接触表面233a上与支撑表面251对应的凹陷部(也即在转动过程中能够与支撑表面251对齐的凹陷部)的面积小于每一份的支撑表面251的面积,或者使每一份支撑表面251与凹陷部在垂直于转动轴线的平面上的投影不重叠,以避免当支撑表面251转动至与凹陷部对齐的位置时陷入凹陷部内导致不稳定支撑。或者还可以将接触表面233a和支撑表面251上的凹陷部252均设置为如图6所示的形式,也即接触表面233a或支撑表面在设置凹陷部252之后仍旧为连续的表面,而非被凹陷部分割为若干相互独立的部分。
此外,可以理解,上述输出齿轮与含油轴承相互配合的结构也同样适用于齿轮箱的输入齿轮。
以上对根据本申请实施例的齿轮箱和智能清洁设备进行了说明。根据本申请实施例所提供的齿轮箱,在相互接触并相对运动的接触表面和支撑表面中的至少一个上设置有凹陷部,由此可以减小接触表面和支撑表面相互接触的表面积,从而有效地减小可转动件和含油轴承相对转动所产生的噪音和温升。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本申请所涉及的技 术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本申请。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本申请已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本申请限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本申请的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本申请所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种齿轮箱,用于智能清洁设备,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱包括:
    可转动件,所述可转动件能够绕转动轴线转动以传递动力,所述可转动件具有接触表面;以及
    含油轴承,所述含油轴承固定设置并具有支撑表面,所述含油轴承通过所述支撑表面与所述可转动件的接触表面接触以支撑所述可转动件相对于所述含油轴承转动;
    其中,所述接触表面和所述支撑表面中的至少一个上设置有凹陷部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述凹陷部设置于所述支撑表面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述凹陷部设置于所述接触表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述接触表面和所述支撑表面上均设置有所述凹陷部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述凹陷部包括多个并且绕所述转动轴线均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述可转动件为输出齿轮,所述含油轴承在所述输出齿轮的沿所述转动轴线的端部支撑所述输出齿轮。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述输出齿轮为塑胶材质。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述输出齿轮在沿所述转动轴线相对的两侧各设置有一个所述含油轴承。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述凹陷部包括多个并且绕所述转动轴线均匀分布。
  10. 一种智能清洁设备,其特征在于,所述智能清洁设备包括根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱分别与所述智能清洁设备的驱动装置和清扫刷连接,以将所述驱动装置的驱动力传递至所述清扫刷。
