在本实用新型实施例中,如图1至图4所示,该发声装置包括振动系统、磁路系统和辅助系统,振动系统包括音圈700,磁路系统包括边导磁板210,辅助系统包括导电件500,导电件500包括与边导磁板210上下相对设置的对应段510。
可以理解的是,发声装置还可以包括外壳100,磁路系统还包括导磁轭400和设于导磁轭400上的中心磁路部分和边磁路部分,导磁轭400与外壳100固定连接,磁路系统和振动系统收容于该外壳100内。中心磁路部分包括中心磁钢和中心导磁板220,边磁路部分包括子磁钢300和上述的边导磁板210,子磁钢300与边导磁板210上下相对设置,以使边导磁板210覆盖于子磁钢300上。其中,中心磁路部分与边磁路部分之间形成有磁间隙。振动系统还包括振膜800,音圈700固定于振膜800朝向磁路系统一侧,并且音圈700悬设与上述中心磁路部分和边磁路部分之间形成的磁间隙中。音圈700与导电件500电连接,进而通过导电件500实现与外部电路的电连接效果。当处于磁场中的音圈700中有电流通过时,音圈700受到磁场作用而运动,进而带动与其固定连接的振膜800运动,从而振膜800鼓动空气而实现发声的效果。可以理解的是,发声装置还包括用于出声的出声孔;另外,为了保证 磁路系统和振动系统整体的稳定性,本实用新型技术方案中的发声装置还可以包括前壳900,前壳900位于靠近振动系统的一侧并固定盖设于外壳100上。
由于边导磁板210、子磁钢300和导磁轭400为导电件,且为了用电安全,通常会对导磁轭400接地。而在一些发声装置的特有结构中,导电件500的对应段510与边导磁板210上下相对设置,基于上述子磁钢300与边导磁板210也上下对应设置,此处可以理解为导电件500的对应段510设置于边导磁板210背离子磁钢300的一侧。为了追求产品结构的紧凑型,导电件500的对应段510与边导磁板210之间的间距较小,而可能会导致二者局部出现贴合现象,在磁路系统接地的情况下,从而导电件500依次通过边导磁板210、子磁钢300和导磁轭400实现与大地导通的结果,进而导致与导电件500电连接的音圈700和外部电路出现断路情况。在磁路系统未接地的情况下,导电件500与边导磁板210电连接,也会导致磁路系统带电,音圈供电不足,功率达不到要求而影响声学性能。
本实用新型技术方案中,导电件500的对应段510与边导磁板210之间设置有防止二者电性导通的绝缘层,使得边导磁板210与对应段510之间无论间距多小都能实现绝缘的效果,从而避免导电件500与边导磁板210之间导通的情况发生。
具体地,设置在对应段510与边导磁板210之间的绝缘层可以固定粘贴或涂敷于导电件500或者边导磁板210上,或者绝缘层可以直接为夹设于导电件500和边导磁板210之间的绝缘隔板等。
本实用新型技术方案通过在导电件500的对应段510与边导磁板210之间设置有绝缘层,能够避免导电件500通电后与边导磁板210导通、进而可以避免音圈700供电不足而影响声学性能的情况,或者可以避免在磁路系统接地的情况下,外部电路通过导电件500和边导磁板210与大地导通而导致发声装置内的线路出现断路的情况。
如图2所示,为了便于音圈700通过导电件500与发声装置外部的电路连通,本实用新型技术方案中的导电件500包括分别连接于对应段510两端的第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530,第一焊盘520用于电连接音圈700,第二焊盘530用于电连接发声装置外部的电路。
对应段510的两端分别连接有第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530,则可以理解的是,导电件500两端的第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530具有同一极性,音圈700具有两根引线,其中一根引线可以与第一焊盘520连接,第二焊盘530可与外部电路连接(例如可以与客户端连接),从而实现了音圈700通过导电件500与外部的电路实现电连接的效果。
如图1、图2、图3或图4所示,为保证振动系统和磁路系统安装的稳定性,本实施例中辅助系统包括收容该振动系统和磁路系统的外壳100,边导磁板210和导电件500均注塑于外壳100的内壁。如此便能够进一步保证导电件500和边导磁板210的稳定安装效果,同时还加强了导电件500与外壳100以及边导磁板210与外壳100的连接强度,进一步保证发声装置整体结构的稳定性,使其具有较好的声学性能。
本实用新型技术方案优选绝缘层覆盖于导电件500的表面上。可以理解的地,本实用新型技术方案中的绝缘层至少覆盖导电件500朝向边导磁板210一侧的表面。
进一步考虑到绝缘层的稳定性,本实用新型技术方案中绝缘层材质采用绝缘漆。通过涂覆绝缘漆而非设置绝缘隔板,从而可以使得绝缘层的厚度大大减小,进一步可减小发声装置的整体尺寸。具体地,为了提高绝缘漆的涂敷效率,本实施例优先采用电泳的工艺方法对导电件500进行涂覆。当然,在其他实施例中,也可采用其他的喷涂工艺将绝缘漆喷涂于导电件500上。
可以理解的是,绝缘漆对应导电件500的对应段510涂敷,而导电件500的第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530分别需要与音圈700和外部的电路电连接,因此第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530至少局部不需设置绝缘层。其中,第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530均具有上表面和下表面,该上表面可理解为朝向振动系统的一侧的表面,下表面为背离振动系统的一侧的表面。
基于绝缘层覆盖于导电件500的方案,为了便于音圈700与第一焊盘520 连接、外部的电路与第二焊盘520连接,本实用新型技术方案中,通过激光蚀刻工艺在第一焊盘520的上表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面,以便音圈700的一根引线与第一焊盘520电连接;同样地,通过激光蚀刻工艺在第二焊盘530的下表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面,以供外部的电路与第二焊盘530电连接。
具体地,可首先通过电泳工艺将整个导电件500表面涂覆绝缘漆,然后再通过激光蚀刻工艺腐蚀掉第一焊盘520上表面和第二焊盘530下表面的绝缘层,以保证第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530仍能实现与音圈700和外部的电路的电导通功能。
当然,结合发声装置内部磁路系统和振动系统的具体设置结构,在其他实施例中,还可在第一焊盘520的下表面去除绝缘层以形成电连接面、在第二焊盘530的上表面去除绝缘层以形成电连接面;或者均在第一焊盘520以及第二焊盘530的上表面和/或下表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面。
进一步地,如图2所示,导电件还可包括第三焊盘540,音圈700的另一根音圈引线可焊接于第三焊盘540的上表面,从而实现音圈700的另一根音圈引线与第三焊盘540的电连接效果,并且,第三焊盘540的下表面用于与外部电路电连接。其中,可以理解的是,第三焊盘540与第一焊盘520间隔设置,从而避免两个焊盘接通而出现短路的现象。
考虑到有时音圈引线的焊接位置与外部电路的焊接位置不对应的情况,例如:如图2和图3所示,本实用新型提供一种实施例:当外壳100为矩形结构时,外壳100包括两个相对的第一角部110和第二角部120、以及两个相对的第三角部130和第四角部140;第一焊盘520设于第一角部110,第二焊盘530设于第二角部120,第三焊盘540设于第三角部130;对应段510绕经第四角部140与第一焊盘520和第二焊盘530连接;音圈700的两条引线分别电连接第一焊盘520和第三焊盘540。在该情况下,第一焊盘520、对应段510和第二焊盘530构成“L”型结构,对应段510必然具有与边导磁板210平行的一段,为了节省安装空间,该对应段510与边导磁板210上下对应设置。
本实用新型技术方案还提供另一种实施例:当外壳100为矩形结构时, 外壳100包括两个相对的第一角部110和第二角部120、以及两个相对的第三角部130和第四角部140;第一焊盘520设于第一角部110,第三焊盘540设于第二角部120,第二焊盘530设于第三角部130;对应段510设于第一角部110和第三角部130之间的边部,音圈700的两根引线分别电连接第一焊盘520和第三焊盘540。在该情况下,第一焊盘520、对应段510和第二焊盘530呈“一”字型结构,对应段510呈与边导磁板210平行的结构。为了节省安装空间,该对应段510与边导磁板210上下对应设置。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围,凡是在本实用新型的发明构思下,利用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本实用新型的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:
    振动系统,所述振动系统包括音圈;
    磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括边导磁板;及
    辅助系统,所述辅助系统包括导电件,所述导电件包括与所述边导磁板上下相对设置的对应段;所述对应段与所述边导磁板之间还设置有防止二者电性导通的绝缘层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘层设于所述对应段的表面;或者所述绝缘层设于所述边导磁板的表面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述导电件包括分别连接于所述对应段的两端的第一焊盘和第二焊盘,所述第一焊盘用于电连接所述音圈,所述第二焊盘用于电连接发声装置外部的电路。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一焊盘与所述第二焊盘具有上表面和下表面;所述绝缘层覆盖在所述导电件的表面上,并在第一焊盘的上表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面、在第二焊盘的下表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘层通过电泳工艺覆盖在所述导电件的表面,并通过激光蚀刻工艺在第一焊盘的上表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面、在第二焊盘的下表面去除绝缘层形成电连接面。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘层的材质为绝缘漆。
  7. 如权利要求3至5中任意一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述辅助系统还包括用以收容所述振动系统和所述磁路系统的外壳,所述边导磁板 和所述导电件均注塑于所述外壳上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述外壳为矩形结构,包括两个相对的第一角部和第二角部,以及两个相对的第三角部和第四角部;
    所述导电件还包括第三焊盘,所述第一焊盘设于所述第一角部,所述第二焊盘设于所述第二角部,所述第三焊盘设于第三角部;
    所述对应段绕经第四角部与第一焊盘和第二焊盘连接;
    所述音圈的两条引线分别电连接第一焊盘和第三焊盘。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述外壳为矩形结构,包括两个相对的第一角部和第二角部,以及两个相对的第三角部和第四角部;
    所述导电件还包括第三焊盘,所述第一焊盘设于所述第一角部,所述第三焊盘设于所述第二角部,所述第二焊盘设于第三角部;
    所述对应段设于第一角部和第三角部之间的边部;
    所述音圈的两条引线分别电连接第一焊盘和第三焊盘。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括导磁轭和设于所述导磁轭上的中心磁路部分和边磁路部分,所述中心磁路部分和边磁路部分之间形成容纳所述音圈的磁间隙;所述导磁轭与所述外壳固定连接,所述边磁路部分包括子磁钢和所述边导磁板,所述边导磁板覆盖于所述子磁钢上。
