Abstract

Célula solar fotovoltaica y procedimiento de fabricación, que comprende un electrodo frontal(2) que está dispuesto sobre un sustrato de silicio (1) y cuyo electrodo frontal (2) tiene al menos unas tiras (4) y unas barras (5), que están formadas por un único material que consiste exclusivamente en un siliciuro metálico, el cual se obtiene depositando un metal sobre el sustrato de silicio (1) y aplicando un tratamiento térmico para inducir una reacción entre el metal y el silicio, de manera que la célula solar fotovoltaica tiene una pérdida de potencia similar a la pérdida de las células convencionales,que tienen un electrodo de plata o un recubrimiento adicional de material conductor.
