背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,出行时使用交通工具越来越多。相应地,针对交通工具的入场登记以及出场收费的场景也越多越多。例如,当前停车场、收费公路等公共设施均需要对入场的交通工具进行登记,并且还需要对出场的交通工具进行收费。
以收费公路为例,为了提高收费公路上车辆入场和出场效率,可以采用ETC(Electronic Toll Collection,电子不停车收费)技术自动对车辆入场进行登记以及对车辆出场进行收费。然而,ETC技术的实现必须依靠硬件支持,即车辆必须安装ETC硬件设备。但是,ETC的硬件成本较高,导致ETC安装并不普及。无法真正在整体上提高交通工具入场、出场效率。

本说明书实施例提供的一种交通工具的入场登记、出场收费方法及装置和电子设备:

本说明书实施例,提供了一种交通工具的入场登记、出场收费方案,通过交通工具的唯一识别号码和用户定位信息结合,确定交通工具当前驾驶者是否与预先绑定的驾驶者一致,从而实现自动入场登记,出场收费。

如前所述,当前停车场、收费公路等公共设施均需要对入场的交通工具进行登记, 并且还需要对出场的交通工具进行收费。
以收费公路为例,传统的入场登记和出场收费均需要人工完成,效率较低;在车辆流量较大时(例如节假日),往往无法快速消化入场和出场的车辆,导致堵车。
为了提高收费公路上车辆入场和出场效率,可以采用ETC(Electronic Toll Collection,电子不停车收费)技术自动对车辆入场进行登记以及对车辆出场进行收费。然而,ETC技术的实现必须依靠硬件支持,即车辆必须安装ETC硬件设备。但是,ETC的硬件成本较高,导致ETC安装并不普及。无法真正在整体上提高交通工具入场、出场效率。
还可以采用移动支付提高出场效率,但是,移动支付仅是针对出场收费环节,并且也仅是减少了现金缴费的时间,无法提高入场登记效率。
为了解决上述问题,本说明书提供了一种交通工具的入场登记、出场收费方案,通过交通工具的唯一识别号码和用户定位信息结合,确定交通工具当前驾驶者是否与预先绑定的驾驶者一致,从而实现自动入场登记,出场收费。一方面,由于自动完成入场登记、出场收费,交通工具可以不停留,这样大大提高了入场和出场效率;另一方面,无需安装硬件设备,可以快速普及应用。
在一种实现场景中,本说明书可以应用在停车场的入场登记或者收费公路的入场登记场景中,并且需要预先进行如下准备:
1、登记车牌号码阶段:
用户可以预先在应用APP(例如电子钱包APP)上登记自己或者他人的车牌号码。当然,登记车牌号码时需要进行车牌验证,例如根据用户输入的车牌号码,向该车牌号码绑定的手机号发送验证信息例如短信验证码,当用户输入的验证码正确时,可以认为用户输入的车牌信息有效(避免用户随意输入他人的车牌号码),完成车牌信息登记(即建立用户账户与车牌信息的映射关系)。
其中,同一个车牌号码可以被多个用户登记。在实际应用中,同一辆车可能会有多个用户使用,例如一个家庭可能存在多个持有驾照的成员,这些成员均有可能驾驶家庭的车辆。
通常,在登记车牌号码时,应用APP会显示一份授权自动扣款缴纳车辆停车费或公路收费的协议供用户签署,该协议用于授权应用APP自动从用户账户中扣取车辆停车费或道路通行费。
另外,在登记车牌号码时,应用APP还会显示一份授权获取用户定位信息的协议供用户签署,该协议用于授权应用APP读取用户当前的位置信息。
本说明书中,所述位置信息可以是用户终端的定位装置记录下的位置,该位置可以是代表地理位置的坐标信息。常见的定位装置可以是采用美国GPS卫星导航系统,欧洲“伽利略”卫星导航系统,俄罗斯GLONASS卫星导航系统,或者中国“北斗”卫星导航系统等,或者类似的组合。这类定位的坐标信息也称为移动定位。
所述位置信息,可以是网络设备基于用户终端的信号特点转换得到的,例如由网络运营商利用基站覆盖原理,通过所述用户终端的信号通过基站定位计算得到的位置。在后者的定位计算中,一般由用户终端测量不同基站的下行导频信号,得到不同基站下行导频的到达时刻(Time of Arrival,TOA)或到达时间差(Time Difference of Arrival,TDOA),根据该测量结果并结合基站的坐标,一般采用三角公式估计算法,从而计算出用户终端的位置。实际的位置估计算法需要考虑多基站(3个或3个以上)定位的情况,现有技术中有多种算法,较为复杂。一般而言,移动台测量的基站数目越多,测量精度越高,定位性能改善越明显。
此外,所述用户终端当前所处的位置信息,还可以是通过基站辅助定位并结合用户终端中的定位装置共同定位得到的较为精确的位置。
2、升级入场登记设备的识别系统
所述系统可以是指停车场或者收费站(例如高速公路收费站)设置的出入口的车辆识别系统。一般的,车辆识别系统可以根据出入口设置的图像采集设备采集入场或者出场的车辆图像,并基于图像识别技术识别出车辆悬挂的车牌号码。
在本说明书中,所述系统还可以增加自身的定位功能,例如可以安装位置定位设备。所述位置定位设备用于确定收费定位信息。所述收费定位信息如前所述位置信息类似,可以包括GPS定位信息。
以下可以参考图1所示的交通工具入场登记的方法流程图,该方法可以应用于入场登记设备或系统,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤110:识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码。
步骤120:查询所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号。
步骤130:获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
步骤140:在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,登记所述交通工具入场信息。
在一实施例中,所述交通工具包括车辆;
所述唯一标识号码包括车牌号码。
当车辆行驶到停车场入口或者收费站入口等地点时,摄像头可以拍下一张车牌照片并自动识别出车牌号码。然后,系统可以查询该车牌号码是否绑定有已登录的用户账号。如果是,则向该用户账号所登录的客户端发出获取用户定位信息的请求。
在一实施例中,所述步骤110识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码,具体包括:
在入场交通工具进入图像采集区域时,调用图像采集装置采集所述入场交通工具的图像;
识别所述入场交通工具的图像中唯一标识号码。
一般的,入场登记设备可以集成有图像识别系统,并且该图像识别系统需要安装图像采集装置,该图像采集装置用于采集交通工具的唯一标识号码,例如车辆的车牌号码。所述图像采集装置可以包括摄像头。
在一实施例中,所述步骤130获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息,具体包括:
在查询到所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
如前所述,一个交通工具对应有一个唯一标识号码,而这个唯一标识号码可以绑定多个用户账号。因此,在识别出唯一标识号码后,可能会查询到多个用户账户,如此需要向每个用户账户所登录的客户端发起获取用户定位信息的请求。然后,依次计算每个用户定位信息与收费定位信息之间的距离值,当任一个用户定位信息与收费订单信息的距离小于阈值时,可以登记交通工具入场信息。
在一实施例中,在停车场场景下,所述登记所述交通工具入场信息,具体包括:
将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场时刻和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记。
在一实施例中,在公路收费场景下,所述登记所述交通工具入场信息,具体包括:
将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场地点和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记。
其中,所述阈值可以是预先设置的经验值,例如20米;并且该阈值可以在实际应用过程中灵活调整。
例如,随着计算机技术的不断发展,特别是人工智能的进步,所述阈值还可以是通过机器学习计算得到的。例如,基于历史计算出的用户定位信息与收费定位信息之间的距离及对应的阈值,通过机器学习算法可以计算出一个最优的阈值。
再有的,所述阈值还可以是基于大数据技术计算得到的。例如,通过海量数据,发现大部分入场登记时采用的阈值均为20米,则本方案采用的阈值也可以设定为20米。
在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离值小于阈值时,可以认为该交通工具当前驾驶者为绑定的驾驶者(即登记的用户),因此可以自动登记入场信息并放行。
另一方面,在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离值大于阈值时,说明该交通工具当前驾驶者不是绑定的驾驶者,则执行现有的登记流程,例如将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场时刻作为入场信息进行登记(并不登记用户账户)并放行。
通过本实施例,用户账户可以预先绑定交通工具的唯一识别号,如此在交通工具入场时,系统可以根据交通工具的唯一识别号码查询到对应的用户账户,并确定用户账户所登录的客户端的用户定位信息;在比较用户定位信息与收费定位信息后,确定交通工具当前驾驶者是否与预先绑定的驾驶者一致,在一致时自动入场登记。
在一实施例中,基于图1所示实施例基础上,还可以包括:
A1:识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
A2:从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的出场用户账户以及确定收费金额。
A4:从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。
其中,所述确定收费金额如下:
在停车场场景中,由于入场登记信息中包含入场时刻,因此可以通过当前的出场时刻与入场时刻确定车辆的停留时长,并根据停车场的收费标准,计算出该停留时长对应的停车费。
在公路收费场景中,由于入场登记信息中包含入场地点,因此可以通过当前的出场地点与入场地点确定车辆的行驶距离,并根据公路收费标准,计算出车辆的道路通行费。
通过本实施例,交通工具在出场时,根据入场登记信息自动从出场用户账户中扣取收费金额,从而实现自动出场收费。
在一实施例中,在步骤A4之前,还可以包括:
A3:获取所述出场用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
则所述步骤A4所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额,具体包括:
在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。
本实施例与上一实施例不同之处在于,交通工具出场时,需要再次对用户位置信息进行识别,只有在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,才从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。如此,可以发现入场和出场驾驶者的情况。
在一实施例中,在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离大于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额并向所述用户账户所登录的客户端推送通知信息。
所述推送通知信息的方式可以包括APP推送信息,手机短信信息,电话语音提示信息等。
在一实施例中,所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额,具体包括:
在所述出场用户账户签署授权自动扣款协议的情况下,从所述出场用户中收取所述收费金额。
如前所述,用户在登记交通工具唯一标识号码时,可以自愿签署一份自动扣款协议;如此,当用户签署协议的情况下,收费时自动可以从用户账户中扣款。
以下可以参考图2所示的交通工具出场收费的方法流程图,该方法可以应用于出场收费设备或系统,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤210:识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码。
步骤220:查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号。
步骤230:获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
步骤240:在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额。

与入场实施例类似的,所述识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码,具体包括:
在出场交通工具进入图像采集区域时,调用图像采集装置采集所述出场交通工具的图像;

当车辆行驶到停车场出口或者收费站出口等地点时,摄像头可以拍下一张车牌照片并自动识别出车牌号码。然后,系统可以查询该车牌号码是否绑定有已登录的用户账号。如果是,则向该用户账号所登录的客户端发出获取用户定位信息的请求。
在一实施例中,所述步骤220与前述步骤120类似,根据所述唯一标识号码查询绑定的用户账户。在该种情况下,可能会查询到多个用户账户如此需要向每个用户账户所登录的客户端发起获取用户定位信息的请求;因此,步骤230,具体可以包括:
在查询到所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
然后,依次计算每个用户定位信息与收费定位信息之间的距离值,当任一个用户定位信息与收费订单信息的距离小于阈值时,从对应的用户账户中收取相应的收费金额。
在一实施例中,所述步骤220,具体可以包括:
从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账户。
所述入场信息如前入场登记实施例所示,此处不再进行赘述。
其中,根据入场信息可以确定收费金额。
在停车场场景中,由于入场登记信息中包含入场时刻,因此可以通过当前的出场时刻与入场时刻确定车辆的停留时长,并根据停车场的收费标准,计算出该停留时长对应的停车费。
在公路收费场景中,由于入场登记信息中包含入场地点,因此可以通过当前的出场地点与入场地点确定车辆的行驶距离,并根据公路收费标准,计算出车辆的道路通行费。
其中,所述阈值可以是预先设置的经验值,例如20米;并且该阈值可以在实际应 用过程中灵活调整。

所述推送通知信息的方式可以包括APP推送信息,手机短信信息,电话语音提示信息等。
在一实施例中,所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额,具体包括:
在所述出场用户账户签署授权自动扣款协议的情况下,从所述出场用户中收取所述收费金额。
如前所述,用户在登记交通工具唯一标识号码时,可以自愿签署一份自动扣款协议;如此,当用户签署协议的情况下,收费时自动可以从用户账户中扣款。
通过本实施例,用户账户可以预先绑定交通工具的唯一识别号,如此在交通工具出场时,系统可以根据交通工具的唯一识别号码查询到对应的用户账户,并确定用户账户所登录的客户端的用户定位信息;在比较用户定位信息与收费定位信息后,确定交通工具当前驾驶者是否与预先绑定的驾驶者一致,在一致时自动从用户账户中扣取收费金额。
与前述交通工具的入场登记方法实施例相对应,本说明书还提供了交通工具的入场登记装置的实施例。所述装置实施例可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现。以软件实现为例,作为一个逻辑意义上的装置,是通过其所在设备的处理器将非易失性存储器中对应的计算机业务程序指令读取到内存中运行形成的。从硬 件层面而言,如图3所示,为本说明书交通工具的入场登记装置所在设备的一种硬件结构图,除了图3所示的处理器、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器之外,实施例中装置所在的设备通常根据交通工具的入场登记实际功能,还可以包括其他硬件,对此不再赘述。

查询所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号;
获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离值小于阈值的情况下,登记所述交通工具入场信息。
可选的,所述识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码,具体包括:
在入场交通工具进入图像采集区域时,调用图像采集装置采集所述入场交通工具的图像;
识别所述入场交通工具的图像中唯一标识号码。
可选的,所述获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息,具体包括:
在查询到所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
可选的,所述登记所述交通工具入场信息,具体包括:
将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场时刻和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记。
可选的,所述登记所述交通工具入场信息,具体包括:
将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场地点和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记。
可选的,还包括:
识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的出场用户账户以及确定收费金额。
从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。
可选的,还包括:
获取所述出场用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额,具体包括:
在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。

可选的,所述查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号,具体包括:
从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账户。
可选的,所述获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息,具体包括:
在查询到所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
可选的,所述收费金额从登记的入场信息中确定。
可选的,所述从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额,具体包括:
在用户账户签署授权自动扣款协议的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额。
可选的,还包括:
在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离大于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额并向所述用户账户所登录的客户端推送通知信息。
可选的,所述交通工具包括车辆;
所述唯一标识号码包括车牌号码。
可选的,所述出场收费包括停车场停车收费或者公路收费站出场收费。
在上述电子设备的实施例中,应理解,该处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,而前述的存储器可以是只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:random access memory,简称:RAM)、快闪存储器、硬盘或者固态硬盘。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完 成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于电子设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种交通工具的入场登记方法,所述方法包括:
    识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
    查询所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号;
    获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
    在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离值小于阈值的情况下,登记所述交通工具入场信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码,具体包括:
    在入场交通工具进入图像采集区域时,调用图像采集装置采集所述入场交通工具的图像;
    识别所述入场交通工具的图像中唯一标识号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息,具体包括:
    在查询到所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述登记所述交通工具入场信息,具体包括:
    将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场时刻和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记;或者,
    将所述交通工具的唯一标识号码、入场地点和用户账户作为入场信息进行登记。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
    从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的出场用户账户以及确定收费金额;
    从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述出场用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
    所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额,具体包括:
    在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述从所述出场用户账户中收取所述收费金额, 具体包括:
    在所述出场用户账户签署授权自动扣款协议的情况下,从所述出场用户中收取所述收费金额。
  8. 根据权利要求1或5所述的方法,所述交通工具包括车辆;
    所述唯一标识号码包括车牌号码。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述入场登记包括停车场入场登记或者公路收费站入场登记。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述出场收费包括停车场停车收费或者公路收费站出场收费。
  11. 一种交通工具的出场收费方法,所述方法包括:
    识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
    查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号;
    获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
    在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码,具体包括:
    在出场交通工具进入图像采集区域时,调用图像采集装置采集所述出场交通工具的图像;
    识别所述出场交通工具的图像中唯一标识号码。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号,具体包括:
    从登记的入场信息中查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账户。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,所述收费金额从登记的入场信息中确定。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息,具体包括:
    在查询到所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应多个用户账号时,获取每个用户账户所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额,具体包括:
    在用户账户签署授权自动扣款协议的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金 额。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离大于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额并向所述用户账户所登录的客户端推送通知信息。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述交通工具包括车辆;
    所述唯一标识号码包括车牌号码。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述出场收费包括停车场停车收费或者公路收费站出场收费。
  20. 一种交通工具的入场登记装置,所述装置包括:
    识别单元,识别入场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
    查询单元,查询所述入场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号;
    获取单元,获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
    登记单元,在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离值小于阈值的情况下,登记所述交通工具入场信息。
  21. 一种交通工具的出场收费装置,所述装置包括:
    识别单元,识别出场交通工具的唯一标识号码;
    查询单元,查询所述出场交通工具的唯一标识号码对应的用户账号;
    获取单元,获取所述用户账号所登录的客户端发送的用户定位信息;
    收费单元,在所述用户定位信息与收费定位信息的距离小于阈值的情况下,从所述用户账户中收取相应的收费金额。
  22. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为上述权利要求1-19中任一项所述的方法。
