作为本发明的进一步改进,所述可调式夹具主要由一下夹持板、及设置于下夹持板上端的一上夹持部组成,其中,该下夹持板与上夹持部相结合形成一夹持位;该下夹持板与上夹持部之间连接有至少一调节组件,该调节组件包括位于下夹持板与上夹持部之间且上端限位于上夹持部内的一调节杆、套设于调节杆外围的一弹簧、及连接于调节杆下端且抵触于弹簧下端的一下限位件;在该下夹持板内凸设有抵触于弹簧上端的一上限位件;在所述下夹持板内形成有供调节杆与弹簧嵌入的条形滑槽;所述上限位件为设置于条形滑槽上部内壁上的一弧形凸块,该弧形凸块套设于调节杆外围,且位于弹簧上端;所述下限位件为螺接于调节杆下端的一下螺母;在所述上夹持部内凸设有两个支撑卡块,在该两个支撑卡块上分别形成有供调节杆卡入的一卡槽;在所述调节杆上螺接有一限位螺母与一上螺母,该限位螺母位于两个支撑卡块之间,该上螺母螺接于调节杆上端部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述上关节组靠近可调式夹具的端面上设置有一转动底盘,在所述可调式夹具内凸设有啮合于转动底盘的一啮合转轴;在该转动底盘上形成有一后环形轮齿,在该啮合转轴上形成有与后环形轮齿相啮合的一前环形轮齿。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述上关节组靠近可调式夹具的端面上具 有一条形凹槽,在该条形凹槽下部设置有一挡块,在该条形凹槽上部设置有连接于挡块的一滑行底块,在该滑行底块上形成有一滑槽,在该滑槽两侧分别形成一条形卡条;所述转动底盘两侧边分别形成有供条形卡条卡入的一卡槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述下关节组与上关节组之间还转动连接有若干中关节组;所述上关节组、中关节组与下关节组分别由若干关节伸缩式连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定装置为卡扣式绑带、魔术贴绑带或吸盘。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述底座内设置有一供电装置,该供电装置的充电线依次贯穿底座与伸缩式关节组件,使充电线的充电插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述底座上设置有一耳机,在该底座上开设有一过孔,该耳机的耳机线一端依次贯穿底座与伸缩式关节组件,使耳机的连接插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧,该耳机的耳机线另一端穿过过孔使耳机的耳塞外露于底座外侧。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)通过固定装置可将整个智能臂固定在人体的任意一部位上,同时将移动终端(手机)夹设在可调式夹具上,由于可调式夹具相对于伸缩式关节组件可自由转动,同时伸缩式关节组件具有自由伸缩、摆动、旋转与转动的功能,由此不但释放了人手对移动终端(手机)的支撑,减轻人体手臂的压力,消除长时间手持移动终端(手机)的酸累感,而且可使使用者获得更合适的观看、操作方位与角度,便于智能臂整体的收藏与携带,大幅提高了使用者使用操作移动终端(手机)的便利性;
(2)通过将供电装置收藏于底座内,将充电线收藏于伸缩式关节组件内,使充电插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧,在移动终端(手机)需要充电时,不需要额外的供电装置与充电线即可给移动终端(手机)充电,给移动终端(手机)的充电与使用带来很大的便利,而且在充电的过程中,对 智能臂的正常使用没有任何影响;
(3)通过将耳机线收藏于智能臂中,并使耳机线的连接插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧,以便于插接到移动终端(手机)上,同时耳塞外露于底座外侧,便于使用者将耳塞戴到耳朵里,即可实现耳机与移动终端(手机)的结合使用,给移动终端(手机)的使用带来很大的便利,而且在耳机使用的过程中,对智能臂的正常使用没有任何影响。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式详细说明。
实施例一:
请参照图1,本实施例提供一种可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,包括一底座1、设置于底座1上的一伸缩式关节组件2、转动连接于伸缩式关节组件2上的一可调式夹具3、及设置于底座1上的一固定装置4,其中,所述伸缩式关节组件2包括至少两个关节组21,且相邻两个关节组21之间为可转动式连接。
由本实施例提供的智能臂,通过固定装置4绑在人体的任意一部位上,优选的,可绑在手臂上,可作为人体的第三只手臂使用;同时,将移动终端(例如手机)夹设在可调式夹具3上,由于可调式夹具3相对于伸缩式关节组件2可自由转动,同时伸缩式关节组件2具有自由伸缩与转动的功能,由此不但释放了人手对移动终端的支撑,而且使使用者获得了合适的观看、操作方位与角度,大幅提高了使用者使用操作移动终端(手机)的便利性。
对于固定装置4的具体结构可根据具体需要而设定,在本实施例中,所述固定装置4为卡扣式绑带、魔术贴绑带或吸盘,当然,还可以为其他的固定结构,只要能将智能臂固定在身体上的某个位置,或固定/放置在除了人体外的其他物体(例如,桌子、椅子等)上即可。例如,当固定装置4为卡扣式绑带或魔术贴绑带时,如图1所示,可通过固定装置4可将智能臂绑在手臂上,可作为人的第三只手使用。而当固定装置4为吸盘、磁铁等结构时,可通过固定装置4将智能臂固定在桌子等物体上。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述相邻两个关节组21之间通过一转动组件22进行连接,在该两个关节组21中的其中一个关节组端部上开设有一U型让位槽211,且在该U型让位槽211两侧分别形成有一连接臂212;该转动组件22包括连接于U型让位槽211两侧的连接臂212之间的一销钉221、及套设于销钉221外围的一转动连接件222,该转动连接件222主要由嵌入U型让位槽211中且套设于销钉221外围的一上连接轴2221、及成型于上连接轴2221下端的一连接转盘2222组成,该连接转盘2222转动连接于两个关 节组21中的另一个关节组端部上。
本实施例由转动组件22的销钉221与转动连接件222相配合,使相邻两个关节组21之间可根据具体需要作转动,例如,可将上方的关节组21向下摆动,使相邻两个关节组21之间形成一定的角度,在手机夹设到可调式夹具3上之后,使使用者获得更合适的观看与操作角度、方位,便于手机的使用。同时,连接转盘2222为转动连接于关节组端部上,连接转盘2222可带动上方的关节组作360°旋转,即上方的关节组以下方的关节组为基准,做旋转动作,则便于将可调式夹具3旋转到需要的方向,如图7所示,将可调式夹具3旋转至靠近底座一侧。同时,本实施例中的连接转盘2222可缩回关节组21内,从而使上方的关节组21能整体缩回下方的关节组21内,即可伸长或缩短伸缩式关节组件2,实现伸缩式关节组件2长度的调整,当伸缩式关节组件2收缩至最短的时,伸缩式关节组件2与可调式夹具3整体收藏于底座1内,如图6所示,便于在不使用智能臂时,对智能臂的收藏与携带,例如放到衣袋或包包中,暂用空间小。
在本实施例中,所述两个关节组21为一下关节组21'、及转动连接于下关节组21'上端部的一上关节组21”,该可调式夹具3设置于上关节组21”上。当然,在所述下关节组21'与上关节组21”之间还转动连接有若干中关节组21”',如图1与图2所示。而且,所述上关节组21”、中关节组21”'与下关节组21'分别由若干关节210伸缩式连接,如图3所示,上关节组21”由一节关节组成,而中关节组21”'与下关节组21'分别由两节关节组成。而对于关节210与关节210之间的伸缩式连接结构为常规结构,只要两节关节210之间可伸缩即可。
在本实施例中,如图4与图5所示,在所述底座1一侧边上开设有供下关节组21'卡入的一侧卡槽11,在该侧卡槽11下部连通设置有贯穿至底座1外表面的一空腔12;所述下关节组21'下端连接有活动嵌入空腔12内的一摆动连接件213,该摆动连接件213主要由活动嵌入空腔12内的一圆形连接头2131、及连接于圆形连接头2131与下关节组21'下端之间的一连接柱2132组成,在该侧卡槽11下部与空腔12之间形成有供连接柱2132嵌入并摆动的 一连接卡槽13。由于摆动连接件213可活动于空腔12内,即摆动连接件213可在空腔12内自由摆动,通常情况下,下关节组21'卡入侧卡槽11内,当需要摆动下关节组21'以获得更好的观看与操作方位与角度时,只要往外摆动下关节组21'即可,在摆动的过程中,摆动连接件213的圆形连接头2131在空腔12内活动。由此可知,在智能臂收缩至最短状态时,上关节组21”、中关节组21”'与可调式夹具3均收缩至下关节组21'内,而下关节组21'收藏于底座1的侧卡槽11内,如图6所示。
如图8与图9,本实施例可调式夹具3主要由一下夹持板31、及设置于下夹持板31上端的一上夹持部32组成,其中,该下夹持板31与上夹持部32相结合形成一夹持位33,移动终端(手机10)夹持在夹持位33中。而由于不同品牌不同型号的手机10,其尺寸不一样,因此,可调式夹具3上夹持位33需要设置成可调节式结构。具体的,该下夹持板31与上夹持部32之间连接有至少一调节组件34,在本实施例中,调节组件34为两组。具体的,该调节组件34包括位于下夹持板31与上夹持部32之间且上端限位于上夹持部32内的一调节杆341、套设于调节杆341外围的一弹簧342、及连接于调节杆341下端且抵触于弹簧342下端的一下限位件343,在本实施例中,该下限位件343为螺接于调节杆341下端的一下螺母;在该下夹持板31内凸设有抵触于弹簧342上端的一上限位件311。在需要夹持的手机10尺寸较大时,可往上拉动上夹持部32,以使夹持位33加长。在向上拉动上夹持部32时,带动调节杆341与下限位件343向上移动,则弹簧342被压缩,手机10夹到夹持位33上之后,释放对上夹持部32的拉动力,则由弹簧342的弹性恢复力,对调节杆341施加向下的作用力,则调节杆341对上夹持部32也施加向下的作用力,则上夹持部32对手机10施加夹持力,使手机10被稳固的夹持在夹持位33内,不会掉落。
为了使调节组件34的调节杆341能沿直线移动,本实施例在所述下夹持板31内形成有供调节杆341与弹簧342嵌入的条形滑槽312,保证调节杆341不会偏移运动。同时,所述上限位件311为设置于条形滑槽312上部内壁上的一弧形凸块311',该弧形凸块311'套设于调节杆341外围,且位于弹簧342 上端,由弧形凸块311'对弹簧342的上端进行限位,使弹簧342在一定范围内移动,而不会超过弧形凸块311'。
本实施例对调节杆341上端的限位,具体为在所述上夹持部32内凸设有两个支撑卡块321,在该两个支撑卡块321上分别形成有供调节杆341卡入的一卡槽3211;同时,在所述调节杆341上螺接有一限位螺母344与一上螺母345,该限位螺母344位于两个支撑卡块321之间,该上螺母345螺接于调节杆341上端部。
本实施例中的可调式夹具3,除了具有对夹持位33的长度进行调节以适应不同尺寸手机10的功能外,还具有转动功能,以获得更适合的观看与操作角度,满足不同用户的不同需求。
具体的,如图10所示,本实施例在所述上关节组21”靠近可调式夹具3的端面上设置有一转动底盘214,在所述可调式夹具3内凸设有啮合于转动底盘214的一啮合转轴35,如图8与图9所示;在该转动底盘214上形成有一后环形轮齿2141,在该啮合转轴35上形成有与后环形轮齿2141相啮合的一前环形轮齿351。由相互啮合的前环形轮齿351与后环形轮齿2141,实现可调式夹具3以上关节组21”为基准作任意角度的转动,如图11至图13所示,可调式夹具3转动至与上关节组21”相垂直。具体的,在转动可调式夹具3时,啮合转轴35随着转动,前环形轮齿351在后环形轮齿2141上滑动,从而实现可调式夹具3的转动。
同时,如图10所示,在所述上关节组21”靠近可调式夹具3的端面上具有一条形凹槽,在该条形凹槽下部设置有一挡块216,在该条形凹槽上部设置有连接于挡块216的一滑行底块217,在该滑行底块217上形成有一滑槽2171,在该滑槽2171两侧分别形成一条形卡条2172;所述转动底盘214两侧边分别形成有供条形卡条2172卡入的一卡槽2142。
实施例二:
如图14所示,本实施例在所述底座1内设置有一供电装置(图中未示出),具体的,供电装置可以为充电电池、移动电源等。该供电装置的充电线51 依次贯穿底座1与伸缩式关节组件2,使充电线5的充电插头51外露于伸缩式关节组件2上部外侧。在本实施例中,优选的,充电线5上端可从上关节组21”上的任意一位置穿出,使充电插头51外露于上关节组21”外侧,便于插到手机10上。当手机10夹设于可调式夹具3上时,直接将充电插头51插到手机10上,即可为手机10充电。
通常,在手机电量不足时,需要找到额外的供电装置与充电线给手机10充电,有时无法及时找到供电装置给手机10充电,就会影响手机10的正常使用,给使用者带来很大的不便,而且供电装置与充电线占用空间,且常常会出现充电线凌乱的现象。本实施例将供电装置收藏于底座1内,将充电线5收藏于伸缩式关节组件2内,在手机10需要充电时,不需要额外的供电装置与充电线即可给手机充电,给使用带来很大的便利,而且在充电的过程中,对智能臂的正常使用没有任何影响。
实施例三:
如图15所示,本实施例在所述底座1上设置有一耳机6,在该底座1上开设有一过孔11,该耳机6的耳机线61一端依次贯穿底座1与伸缩式关节组件2,使耳机6的连接插头62外露于伸缩式关节组件2上部外侧,该耳机6的耳机线61另一端穿过过孔11使耳机6的耳塞63外露于底座1外侧。在本实施例中,优选的,耳机线61上端可从上关节组21”上的任意一位置穿出,使连接插头62外露于上关节组21”外侧,便于插到手机10上。手机10夹设于可调式夹具3上,需要使用耳机时6时,直接将连接插头62插到手机10上即可。
通常,在需要使用耳机时,需要额外找到耳机来连接手机10使用,有时忘记带耳机,则无法使用,给使用者带来很大的不便,而且耳机占用空间,且常常会出现耳机线61凌乱的现象。本实施例将耳机线61收藏于智能臂中,并使耳机线61的连接插头62外露于伸缩式关节组件2上部外侧,以便于插接到手机10上,同时耳塞63外露于底座1外侧,便于使用者将耳塞63戴到耳朵里,即可实现耳机6与手机10的结合使用,给使用带来很大的便利,而 且在耳机6使用的过程中,对智能臂的正常使用没有任何影响。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的技术特征,而得到的其他结构,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,包括一底座、设置于底座上的一伸缩式关节组件、转动连接于伸缩式关节组件上的一可调式夹具、及设置于底座上的一固定装置,其中,所述伸缩式关节组件包括至少两个关节组,且相邻两个关节组之间为可转动式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,所述相邻两个关节组之间通过一转动组件进行连接,在该两个关节组中的其中一个关节组端部上开设有一U型让位槽,且在该U型让位槽两侧分别形成有一连接臂;该转动组件包括连接于U型让位槽两侧的连接臂之间的一销钉、及套设于销钉外围的一转动连接件,该转动连接件主要由嵌入U型让位槽中且套设于销钉外围的一上连接轴、及成型于上连接轴下端的一连接转盘组成,该连接转盘转动连接于两个关节组中的另一个关节组端部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,所述两个关节组为一下关节组、及转动连接于下关节组上端部的一上关节组,该可调式夹具设置于上关节组上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述底座一侧边上开设有供下关节组卡入的一侧卡槽,在该侧卡槽下部连通设置有贯穿至底座外表面的一空腔;所述下关节组下端连接有活动嵌入空腔内的一摆动连接件,该摆动连接件主要由活动嵌入空腔内的一圆形连接头、及连接于圆形连接头与下关节组下端之间的一连接柱组成,在该侧卡槽下部与空腔之间形成有供连接柱嵌入并摆动的一连接卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,所述可调式夹具主要由一下夹持板、及设置于下夹持板上端的一上夹持部组成,其中,该下夹持板与上夹持部相结合形成一夹持位;该下夹持板与上夹持部之间连接有至少一调节组件,该调节组件包括位于下夹持板与上夹持部之间且上端限位于上夹持部内的一调节杆、套设于调节杆外围的一弹簧、及连接于调节杆下端且抵触于弹簧下端的一下限位件;在该下夹持板内凸设有抵触 于弹簧上端的一上限位件;在所述下夹持板内形成有供调节杆与弹簧嵌入的条形滑槽;所述上限位件为设置于条形滑槽上部内壁上的一弧形凸块,该弧形凸块套设于调节杆外围,且位于弹簧上端;所述下限位件为螺接于调节杆下端的一下螺母;在所述上夹持部内凸设有两个支撑卡块,在该两个支撑卡块上分别形成有供调节杆卡入的一卡槽;在所述调节杆上螺接有一限位螺母与一上螺母,该限位螺母位于两个支撑卡块之间,该上螺母螺接于调节杆上端部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述上关节组靠近可调式夹具的端面上设置有一转动底盘,在所述可调式夹具内凸设有啮合于转动底盘的一啮合转轴;在该转动底盘上形成有一后环形轮齿,在该啮合转轴上形成有与后环形轮齿相啮合的一前环形轮齿。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述上关节组靠近可调式夹具的端面上具有一条形凹槽,在该条形凹槽下部设置有一挡块,在该条形凹槽上部设置有连接于挡块的一滑行底块,在该滑行底块上形成有一滑槽,在该滑槽两侧分别形成一条形卡条;所述转动底盘两侧边分别形成有供条形卡条卡入的一卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述下关节组与上关节组之间还转动连接有若干中关节组;所述上关节组、中关节组与下关节组分别由若干关节伸缩式连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,所述固定装置为卡扣式绑带、魔术贴绑带或吸盘。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述底座内设置有一供电装置,该供电装置的充电线依次贯穿底座与伸缩式关节组件,使充电线的充电插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可自由转动伸缩的智能臂,其特征在于,在所述底座上设置有一耳机,在该底座上开设有一过孔,该耳机的耳机线一端依次贯穿底座与伸缩式关节组件,使耳机的连接插头外露于伸缩式关节组件上部外侧,该耳机的耳机线另一端穿过过孔使耳机的耳塞外露于底座外侧。
