具体的,所述支撑件5包括两个相对的第一边侧和两个相对的第二边侧。所述悬臂部53包括分别设于两个第一边侧和两个第二边侧的四个悬臂,其中,两条音圈引线4可分别设置在两个第一边侧或两个第二边侧的两个相对的悬臂上,悬臂从矩形的对应边侧的一端延伸至对应边侧的另一端,以使音圈引线4可在支撑件5的悬臂上顺线。在其他实施方式中,可根据音圈引线4的引线出线端和自由端的位置设置支撑件5的形状,或者通过支撑件5的形状设置音圈引线4的引出位置,以使音圈引线4的顺线路径与支撑件5的悬臂部53相匹配。即可使悬臂与内侧固定部51连接的内侧连接部位于音圈引线4自音圈3引出的引出处,使悬臂与外侧固定部52连接的外侧连接部位于焊盘6处,以便于音圈引线4与焊盘6焊接。在其他实施方式中,根据外壳1中与音圈 引线4焊接的焊盘6的位置也可将两条音圈引线4设置在其他矩形的其他边侧的悬臂上,本实用新型仅对音圈引线4的设置方式作示例性说明,而并非对此作出限定。
在另一个优选地实施方式中,两条所述音圈引线4部分贴合固定于所述矩形相对的两个边侧的悬臂部53上,并顺至所述焊盘6处。优选地,所述音圈引线4出线端可形成有弧形部41,如图4所示。该弧形部41可降低音圈引线4的应力。更优选地,所述弧形部41的至少部分悬空设置,即弧形部41的至少部分位于悬臂部53的边缘外侧,以增大弧形部41的弧度半径,进一步降低应力集中,防止音圈引线4在可靠性实验中断线。对于与音圈引线4出线端连接的引线连接部,该引线连接部优选地完全贴合固定于支撑件5的悬臂部53上。
在可选地实施方式中,振膜2可包括振膜2中央的振膜中心部以及与所述振膜中心部边缘连接的振膜边缘部22,共同形成振膜本体部。为了增加振膜2的振动特性,通常振膜中心部包括本体中心部21和结合在所述本体中心部21表面的补强中心部23。为了减轻振膜2重量,进一步提高振膜2振动性能,可将本体中心部21的中央镂空。其中,本体中心部21的镂空边缘需位于与其结合固定的补强中心部23边缘的内侧,保证镂空面积小于与其贴合的补强中心部23的面积,以保证振膜2的气密性。
在可选地实施方式中,磁路系统形成有磁间隙,音圈3远离振膜2的一端悬置在磁间隙中。所述磁路系统可包括导磁轭73、固定在导磁轭73中心的中心磁铁71以及位于中心磁铁71上表面的导磁板。本实施例中,为了增大磁路系统形成的磁场强度,磁路系统采用在导磁轭73的中心设置中心磁铁71和导磁板形成中心磁路,在导磁轭73的边缘设置多个边磁铁72,形成边磁路,从而在中心磁路和边磁路间形成容纳音圈3的磁间隙。导磁轭73通常为矩形,边磁铁72可设置在导磁轭73的四边,也可只设置在导磁轭73相对的两个长边或短边,未设置边磁铁72的导磁轭73边缘可相对于导磁轭73垂直延伸形成侧壁,边磁路和侧壁共同与中心磁路形成磁间隙。在其他实施方式中,所述导磁轭73还可包括平板状的底壁和沿底壁边缘朝向振动系统延伸的侧壁。导磁轭73的侧壁与磁铁以及导磁板间形成容纳音圈3下端的磁间隙。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括外壳以及与所述外壳连接固定的振动组件和磁路组件,所述振动组件包括相互固定在一起的振膜、支撑件和音圈,所述支撑件包括内侧固定部、外侧固定部以及连接内侧固定部和外侧固定部的悬臂部,其特征在于,所述支撑件为由绝缘材料成型的结构;所述音圈包括引线,所述引线的至少部分固定在所述悬臂部上,以使所述引线自所述悬臂部引出并通过电连接结构与外部电路导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈固定在所述支撑件的面向所述外壳一侧的内侧固定部上,所述支撑件外侧固定部与所述外壳固定;其中,
    所述音圈包括两条音圈引线,所述音圈引线包括有自所述音圈引出的引线出线端、引线自由端以及连接所述引线出线端和引线自由端的引线连接部;
    所述电连接结构包括注塑在所述外壳上的用于与所述音圈引线导通的两个焊盘,其中,
    两条所述音圈引线自由端分别焊接固定在两个所述焊盘上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑件为矩形,所述悬臂部包括位于所述矩形四个边侧的四个悬臂;其中,
    每个所述悬臂的一端与所述内侧固定部的四个角部一一对应连接,每个所述悬臂的另一端与对应边侧的所述外侧固定部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,两条所述音圈引线完全贴合固定于所述矩形相对的两个边侧的悬臂部上,并自所述悬臂部顺至所述焊盘处。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,两条所述音圈引线部分贴合固定于所述矩形相对的两个边侧的悬臂部上,并顺至所述焊盘处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈引线出线端形成有弧形部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述引线连接部完全贴合固定于所述矩形相对的两个边侧的悬臂部上,所述弧形部的至少部分悬空。
  8. 根据权利要求4或7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈引线通过涂胶固定在所述悬臂部上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑件为定心支片, 为由高分子聚合物形成的单层结构或多层复合结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述高分子聚合物为聚酰亚胺、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮或聚苯硫醚中的任意一种或多种。
