本发明实施例的技术方案,获取到同步指示信息,根据同步指示信息的辅助,获取到终端设备与源网络设备的TA值、以及与目标网络设备的TA值、以及两者之间的TA差中的至少之一,从而能够保证终端设备在切换时获取到源网络设备以及目标网络设备的同步差,不必在指定的时刻跟指定的网络设备进行通信。

本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(Freq终端设备ncy Division Duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,WiMAX)通信系统或5G系统等。
示例性的,本申请实施例应用的通信系统100可以如图1所示。该通信系统100可以包括网络设备110,网络设备110可以是与终端设备120(或称为通信终端、终端)通信的设备。网络设备110可以为特定的地理区域提供通信覆盖,并且可以与位于该覆盖区域内的终端设备进行通信。可选地,该网络设备110可以是GSM系统或CDMA系统中的网络设备(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也 可以是WCDMA系统中的网络设备(NodeB,NB),还可以是LTE系统中的演进型网络设备(Evolutional Node B,eNB或网络设备),或者是云无线接入网络(Cloud Radio Access Network,CRAN)中的无线控制器,或者该网络设备可以为移动交换中心、中继站、接入点、车载设备、可穿戴设备、集线器、交换机、网桥、路由器、5G网络中的网络侧设备或者未来演进的公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)中的网络设备等。

可选地,终端设备120之间可以进行终端直连(Device to Device,D2D)通信。
可选地,5G系统或5G网络还可以称为新无线(New Radio,NR)系统或NR网络。
图1示例性地示出了一个网络设备和两个终端设备,可选地,该通信系统100可以包括多个网络设备并且每个网络设备的覆盖范围内可以包括其它数量的终端设备,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
可选地,该通信系统100还可以包括网络控制器、移动管理实体等其他网络实体,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
应理解,本申请实施例中网络/系统中具有通信功能的设备可称为通信设备。以图1示出的通信系统100为例,通信设备可包括具有通信功能的网络设备110和终端设备120,网络设备110和终端设备120可以为上文所述的具体设备,此处不再赘述;通信设备还可包括通信系统100中的其他设备,例如网络控制器、移动管理实体等其他网络实体,本申请实施例中对此不做限定。
应理解,本文中术语“系统”和“网络”在本文中常被可互换使用。本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。

实施例一、
本发明实施例提供了一种同步指示方法,应用于终端设备,如图2所示,包括:
步骤201:接收源网络设备发来的同步指示信息;
其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助终端设备获取以下至少之一:
所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前(TA,timing advance)值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
关于终端设备接收的同步指示信息,可以由RRC消息承载。本实施例中,同步指示信息由源网络设备发送给终端设备,也就是可以通过在RRC消息中携带该同步指示信息发送至终端设备。
其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。也就是说,若同步指示信息可以由网络设备发送给终端设备,则可以在RRC消息即重配置消息,切换命令中发送给终端设备。
本实施例还可以为终端设备提供测量配置,当然还可以不为终端设备提供测量配置。相应的,当为终端设备提供测量配置的情况下,所述方法还包括:基于所述测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧,具体的可以为为上报至网络侧的源网络设备侧;进而,源网络设备可以基于所述测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
需要指出的是,RRC消息还可以为新的RRC消息,其构成可以通过在RRC消息中引入新的测量IE,该IE配置测量,并专用于同步指示信息,具体可以根据实际情况进行设置,这里不再进行赘述。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。
另外,网络侧可以采用新的RRC消息或RRC重配置信息,指示UE上报在源基站的TA值,或者推荐的TA值,或者推荐的TA值范围。
关于切换的处理流程可以参见图3所示,包括:切换准备阶段,包含图中步骤1-6:源网络设备向终端设备发送测量控制,可包含同步指示信息;终端设备进行针对多个网络设备或小区的测量之后,向源网络设备发送测量报告;源网络设备根据测量报告(或者结合RRM信息)进行切换决策;源网络设备向目标网络设备发送切换请求以使得目标网络设备准备进行切换;目标网络设备根据切换请求进行切换许可控制;目标网络设备确定进行切换时,向源网络设备发送切换请求确认。
然后进行执行切换阶段,包含图中步骤7-11,具体的:目标网络设备生成RRC信息,将RRC连接重配置信息发送至源网络设备,由源网络设备通过RRC连接重配置信息发送至终端设备;终端设备接收到RRC连接重配置信息后,根据连接重配置信息获取同步指示信息,执行切换处理;然后源网络设备发送SN状态传输至目标网络设备;终端设备与目标网络设备进行同步,然后接收目标网络设备进行UL分配,向目标网络设备发送RRC连接重配置完成信息。
最后进入切换完成阶段,包含图中12-18,具体的:目标网络设备向MME发送路径切换请求,以通知MME终端设备改变小区;MME向服务网关发送调整承载请求,由MME进行切换下行路径处理;服务网关完成处理后,向MME发送承载调整完成处理,并由MME向目标网络设备发送路径切换请求的确认消息;目标网络设备向源网络设备通知终端设备上下文释放由源网络设备释放资源。
在上述场景基础上,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;TA调整因子。
终端设备接收到网络设备发来的同步指示信息中,可以包括有终端设备在目标网络设备的TA值;可以为通过目标网络设备发送给源网络设备,从而由源网络设备发送给终端设备;关于目标网络设备获取TA值的方式,可以通过上述描述的方式,这里不再赘述。
同步指示信息中,TA偏移值,即TA offset,可以为TA命令指示的偏移时间;目标网络设备的TA偏移值也可以由目标网络设备发送至源网络设备,然后源网络设备将目标网络设备的TA偏移值以及源网络设备的TA值共同发送给终端设备。
所述TA调整因子,可以为网络设备侧根据实际情况设置的值,可以包括有:目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子,和/或,源网络设备的TA调整因子。其中,所述目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子,可以用于基于源网络设备的TA值、以及目标网络设备的TA调整因子,计算得到目标网络设备的TA值;
另外,源网络设备的TA调整因子,可以用于基于目标网络设备的TA值、以及源网络设备的TA调整因子,计算得到源网络设备的TA值。
以目标网络设备的TA调整因子为例进行说明,源网络设备的TA值*目标网络设备的TA调整因子=目标网络设备的TA值;需要理解的是,源网络设备的计算方式与其类似,不再进行赘述。

在此基础上,还可以基于终端设备与源网络设备之间的TA值以及终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值,确定得到终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的TA差。
进一步地,确定TA差时,一种方式可以采用指示信息来确定,比如,可以为基于终端设备与源网络设备的时间边界、以及终端设备与目标网络设备的时间边界之间的差值,估计得到终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的TA差。其中,终端设备和网络设备之间的时间边界可以理解为无线帧的起始点。
再比如,可以基于终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的时间边界差,确定得到终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的TA差。
这种方式可以主要应用于下行同步中。
或者,另一种方式可以为直接根据同步指示信息确定TA差,比如,可以包括以下至少之一:
获取到终端设备在目标网络设备的TA值,然后根据自身检测得到的终端设备与源网络设备之间的TA值;进而还可以计算得到两者之间的TA差;
根据终端设备在源网络设备的TA偏移值、以及终端设备在目标网络设备的TA偏移值,计算两者的差作为TA差;
基于目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子计算得到目标网络设备的TA值,结合目标网络设备的TA以及源网络设备的TA值确定两者的TA差;和/或,基于源网络设备的TA调整因子确定源网络设备的TA值,结合源网络设备的TA值以及目标网络设备的TA值,确定两者的TA差。
再一种方式,即结合同步指示信息以及所述指示信息共同确定TA差,可以将前述两种处理结 合使用;比如,可以包括:
可以为基于终端设备与源网络设备的时间边界、以及终端设备与目标网络设备的时间边界,结合同步指示信息中终端设备在目标网络设备的TA值,然后根据自身检测得到的终端设备与源网络设备之间的TA值,还可以计算得到两者之间的TA差。
或者,还可以基于终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的时间边界差,结合基于目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子计算得到目标网络设备的TA值,结合目标网络设备的TA以及源网络设备的TA值确定两者的TA差;和/或,基于源网络设备的TA调整因子确定源网络设备的TA值,结合源网络设备的TA值以及目标网络设备的TA值,确定两者的TA差。
当然,还可以存在其他的结合方式,这里不再进行穷举。并且,还可以理解的是,前述确定TA值之后,可以进一步确定TA差,也可以不再计算TA差仅获取TA值,具体实施可以根据实际情况来设置,本实施例中不做限定。
另外,还需要说明的是,所述定时提前(TA,timing advance)可以用于上行传输,指为了将上行包在希望的时间到达网络设备,预估由于距离引起的射频传输时延,提前相应时间发出数据包。为了保证网络设备侧的时间同步,LTE提出了上行定时提前(Uplink Timing Advance)的机制。在终端设备侧看来,TA本质上是接收到下行子帧的起始时间与传输上行子帧的时间之间的一个负偏移(negative offset)。网络设备通过适当地控制每个终端设备的偏移,可以控制来自不同终端设备的上行信号到达网络设备的时间。对于离网络设备较远的终端设备,由于有较大的传输延迟,就要比离网络设备较近的终端设备提前发送上行数据。关于针对上行传输中获取TA的方式,可以由网络设备通过测量终端设备的上行传输来确定每个终端设备的TA值;可以理解为,只要终端设备有上行传输,网络设备就可以用来估计TA值。
本实施例,可以应用于多种场景,可以为任何终端设备和源网络设备/目标网络设备TA不同的切换场景,如为切换发生在网络设备间,或者网络设备内但是不同频点的小区,或者其他不同步的网络设备之间等。
当然,还可以为终端设备在切换处理中,能够获取多个候选目标网络设备(或候选目标小区)的情况,此时,可以由源网络设备将多个候选目标网络设备均发送至终端设备,终端设备每次选取一个目标网络设备发起切换处理,也就是本实施例中的目标网络设备可以为至少一个候选目标网络设备中的一个。
还可以为维持两套协议栈的场景,所述终端设备保留与源网络设备的第一协议栈以及第一相关密钥、并且维护与第一目标网络设备之间的第二协议栈以及第二相关密钥;
所述第一相关密钥与第二相关密钥不同。
其中,第一协议栈与第二协议栈可以相同也可以不同,或者至少部分不同,比如,当针对5G系统的时候,可以为终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与第一目标网络设备之间维护不同的服务数据应用协议(SDAP,Service Data Adaptation Protocol)、不同的分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)、不同的无线链路层控制协议(RLC,Radio Link Control)、不同的媒体访问控制(MAC)实体、不同的低层(Low layer)实体;当针对4G系统的时候,可以为终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与第一目标网络设备之间维护不同的分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)、不同的无线链路层控制协议(RLC,Radio Link Control)、不同的媒体访问控制(MAC)实体、不同的低层(Low layer)实体。另外,本实施例提供的方案中,为了保证使用不同密钥,第一协议栈以及第二协议栈的PDCP一定是不同的。SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层中至少之一,则可以相同也可以不同。或者,所述第一协议栈以及第二协议栈可以共用SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层中至少之一,或者可以分别拥有SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层。
可见,通过采用上述方案,根据同步指示信息的辅助,获取到终端设备与源网络设备的TA值、以及与目标网络设备的TA值、以及两者之间的TA差中的至少之一,从而能够保证终端设备在切换时获取到源网络设备以及目标网络设备的同步差,不必在指定的时刻跟指定的网络设备进行通信。
实施例二、
本发明实施例提供了一种同步指示方法,应用于终端设备,如图4所示,包括:

需要指出的是,本实施例中,网络设备可以为源网络设备,也可以为目标网络设备;换句话说,终端设备可以将同步指示信息发送给源网络设备,也可以将同步指示信息发送给目标网络设备。
关于同步指示信息,可以由RRC消息承载。其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
需要理解的是,当同步指示信息中包含测量上报消息时,还可以接收网络侧源网络设备或目标网络设备发来的测量配置,基于测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧;
相应的,可以为源网络设备或目标网络设备根据测量上报消息中的测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。

然后进行执行切换阶段,包含图中步骤7-11,具体的:目标网络设备生成RRC信息,将RRC连接重配置信息发送至源网络设备,由源网络设备通过RRC连接重配置信息发送至终端设备;终端设备接收到RRC连接重配置信息后,根据连接重配置信息获取同步指示信息,执行切换处理;然后源网络设备发送SN状态传输至目标网络设备;终端设备与目标网络设备进行同步,然后接收目标网络设备进行UL分配,向目标网络设备发送RRC连接重配置完成信息。
最后进入切换完成阶段,包含图中12-18,具体的:目标网络设备向MME发送路径切换请求,以通知MME终端设备改变小区;MME向服务网关发送调整承载请求,由MME进行切换下行路径处理;服务网关完成处理后,向MME发送承载调整完成处理,并由MME向目标网络设备发送路径切换请求的确认消息;目标网络设备向源网络设备通知终端设备上下文释放由源网络设备释放资源。
另外,还需要说明的是,所述定时提前(TA,timing advance)可以用于上行传输,指为了将上行包在希望的时间到达网络设备,预估由于距离引起的射频传输时延,提前相应时间发出数据包。为了保证网络设备侧的时间同步,LTE提出了上行定时提前(Uplink Timing Advance)的机制。在终端设备侧看来,TA本质上是接收到下行子帧的起始时间与传输上行子帧的时间之间的一个负偏移(negative offset)。网络设备通过适当地控制每个终端设备的偏移,可以控制来自不同终端设备的上行信号到达网络设备的时间。对于离网络设备较远的终端设备,由于有较大的传输延迟,就要比离网络设备较近的终端设备提前发送上行数据。关于针对上行传输中获取TA的方式,可以由网络设备通过测量终端设备的上行传输来确定每个终端设备的TA值;可以理解为,只要终端设备有上行传输,网络设备就可以用来估计TA值。
在上述场景基础上,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的路损差;终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;目标网络设备标识;终端设备选取的候选目标网络设备标识。
另外,所述同步指示信息中,除上述信息之外,还可以包括:候选目标小区列表;所述候选目标小区列表中,包括但不限于以下至少之一:小区标识(cell id),测量结果(如RSRP),定位信息,路损信息。
具体的,同步指示信息中,包括终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的测量差(如RSRP),也可以是终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备距离差(如根据定位参考信号等获取),也可是推荐的TA值信息,如与源小区的TA值,或者各种的结合。
终端设备可以测量得到源网络设备的信号测量结果,并且得到目标网络设备的信号测量结果,基于两个结果确定终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
关于终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的距离差可以通过源网络设备以及目标网络设备的物理位置以及终端设备的物理位置来确定;其中,获取网络设备的物理位置的方式可以为网络侧预配置的,或者还可以为向网络侧请求获取的,这里不进行限定,终端设备自身的物理位置的确定方式可以为根据GPS模块来确定当然还可以根据自身所处小区来确定,或者,终端设备根据定位参考信号测量确定位置信息,不进行穷举。
终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息中,可以包括有以下至少之一:源网络设备的TA值,与源网络设备间的TA偏移值offset,与目标网络设备间的TA偏移值,与目标网络设备的TA值,与目标网络设备的TA调整因子,与源网络设备的TA调整因子。
另外,当终端设备预先获取网络侧配置的至少一个候选目标网络设备的相关信息时,可以在切换失败或者进行切换的时候,直接通知网络侧当前选取的目标网络设备的标识信息。此时,可以为终端设备选定的要切换的目标网络设备的标识;当然,还可以为终端设备选取了几个通信质量较好的候选目标网络设备,将候选目标网络设备的标识发送给源网络设备,由源网络设备为其选取目标网络设备。其中,通信质量较好可以通过针对参考信号的测量结果来确定,比如,可以为信噪比大于预设信噪比门限值的,或者是信噪比排序靠前的N个(N大于等于1且小于等于全部候选网络设备的数量)。当然还可以采用其他参数来衡量通信质量的好坏,比如,可以为信号强度、噪声强度,也可以这些参数结合使用,这里不再穷举,并且需要理解的是,选取的方式与前述基于信噪比进行选取的方式类似,不再赘述。
针对本实施例,可以应用于多种场景,可以为任何终端设备和源网络设备/目标网络设备TA不同的切换场景,如为切换发生在网络设备间,或者网络设备内但是不同频点的小区,或者其他不同步的网络设备之间等。
当然,还可以为终端设备在切换处理中,能够获取多个候选目标网络设备(或候选目标小区)的情况,此时,可以由源网络设备将多个候选目标网络设备均发送至终端设备,终端设备每次选取一个目标网络设备发起切换处理,也就是本实施例中的目标网络设备可以为至少一个候选目标网络设备中的一个。

可见,通过采用上述方案,根据同步指示信息的辅助,获取到终端设备与源网络设备的TA值、以及与目标网络设备的TA值、以及两者之间的TA差中的至少之一,从而能够保证终端设备在切换时获取到源网络设备以及目标网络设备的同步差,不必在指定的时刻跟指定的网络设备进行通信。

需要指出的是,本实施例中,网络设备可以为源网络设备,也可以为目标网络设备;换句话说,终端设备可以将同步指示信息发送给源网络设备,也可以将同步指示信息发送给目标网络设备。
关于同步指示信息,可以由RRC消息承载。其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
需要理解的是,当同步指示信息中包含测量上报消息时,还可以接收网络侧源网络设备或目标网络设备发来的测量配置,基于测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧;
相应的,网络设备,比如源网络设备或目标网络设备,根据测量上报消息中的测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。
另外,还需要说明的是,所述定时提前(TA,timing advance)可以用于上行传输,指为了将上行包在希望的时间到达网络设备,预估由于距离引起的射频传输时延,提前相应时间发出数据包。为了保证网络设备侧的时间同步,LTE提出了上行定时提前(Uplink Timing Advance)的机制。在终端设备侧看来,TA本质上是接收到下行子帧的起始时间与传输上行子帧的时间之间的一个负偏移(negative offset)。网络设备通过适当地控制每个终端设备的偏移,可以控制来自不同终端设备的上行信号到达网络设备的时间。对于离网络设备较远的终端设备,由于有较大的传输延迟,就要比离网络设备较近的终端设备提前发送上行数据。关于针对上行传输中获取TA的方式,可以由网络设备通过测量终端设备的上行传输来确定每个终端设备的TA值;可以理解为,只要终端设备有上行传输,网络设备就可以用来估计TA值。
在上述场景基础上,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的路损差;终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;目标网络设备标识;终端设备选取的候选目标网络设备标识。
另外,所述同步指示信息中,除上述信息之外,还可以包括:候选目标小区列表;所述候选目标小区列表中,包括但不限于以下至少之一:小区标识(cell id),测量结果(如RSRP),定位信息,路损信息。
具体的,同步指示信息中,包括终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的测量差(如RSRP),也可以是终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备距离差(如根据定位参考信号等获取),也可是推荐的TA值信息,如与源小区的TA值,或者各种的结合。
终端设备可以测量得到源网络设备的信号测量结果,并且得到目标网络设备的信号测量结果,基于两个结果确定终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
关于终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的距离差可以通过源网络设备以及目标网络设备的物理位置以及终端设备的物理位置来确定;其中,获取网络设备的物理位置的方式可以为网络侧预配置的,或者还可以为向网络侧请求获取的,这里不进行限定,终端设备自身的物理位置的确定方式可以为根据GPS模块来确定当然还可以根据自身档期所处小区来确定,或者,终端设备根据定位参考信号测量确定位置信息,不进行穷举。
终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息中,可以包括有以下至少之一:源网络设备的TA值,与源网络设备间的TA偏移值offset,与目标网络设备间的TA偏移值,与目标网络设备的TA值,与目标 网络设备的TA调整因子,与源网络设备的TA调整因子。
网络设备在接收到同步指示信息之后,可以执行以下至少之一:
基于终端设备在源网络设备的信号测量值、以及终端与目标网络设备的信号测量值确定信号测量差;进而确定终端设备在源网络设备以及终端设备在目标网络设备的TA差;
基于终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的距离差,直接确定TA差;
源网络设备的TA值并结合目标网络设备的TA调整因子,确定源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA值;

当然对应不同的TA值信息可以存在不同的结合方式进行处理得到TA差,这里不再进行穷举。还需要指出的是,当终端设备存在多个候选目标网络设备时,并且向其中一个目标网络设备发起切换流程的时候,在同步指示信息中,需要包含有目标网络设备标识或者选取的候选目标网络设备标识。

其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。也就是说,若同步指示信息可以由网络设备发送给终端设备,则可以在RRC消息中通知终端设备,RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,切换命令。
本实施例还可以为终端设备提供测量配置,当然还可以不为终端设备提供测量配置。相应的,当为终端设备提供测量配置的情况下,基于所述测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧,具体的可以为为上报至网络侧的源网络设备侧;进而,源网络设备可以基于所述测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
需要指出的是,RRC消息还可以为新的RRC消息,其构成可以通过在RRC消息中引入新的测量IE,该IE配置测量,并专用于同步指示信息,具体可以根据实际情况进行设置,这里不再进行赘述。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的 测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。
另外,网络侧的网络设备可以采用新的RRC消息或RRC重配置信息,指示UE上报在源基站的TA值,或者推荐的TA值,或者推荐的TA值范围。

同步指示信息中,TA偏移值,即TA offset,可以为TA命令指示的偏移时间;目标网络设备的TA偏移值也可以由目标网络设备发送至源网络设备,然后源网络设备将目标网络设备的TA偏移值以及源网络设备的TA值共同发送给终端设备。

关于终端设备接收的同步指示信息,可以由RRC消息承载。本实施例中,同步指示信息由源网络设备发送给终端设备,也就是可以通过在RRC消息中携带该同步指示信息发送至终端设备。
其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。也就是说,若同步指示信息可以由网络设备发送给终端设备,则可以在RRC消息即重配置消息,切换命令中发送给终端设备。
本实施例还可以为终端设备提供测量配置,当然还可以不为终端设备提供测量配置。相应的,当为终端设备提供测量配置的情况下,所述方法还包括:基于所述测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧,具体的可以为为上报至网络侧的源网络设备侧;进而,源网络设备可以基于所述测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
需要指出的是,RRC消息还可以为新的RRC消息,其构成可以通过在RRC消息中引入新的测量IE,该IE配置测量,并专用于同步指示信息,具体可以根据实际情况进行设置,这里不再进行赘述。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。
另外,网络侧可以采用新的RRC消息或RRC重配置信息,指示UE上报在源基站的TA值,或者推荐的TA值,或者推荐的TA值范围。

同步指示信息中,TA偏移值,即TA offset,可以为TA命令指示的偏移时间;目标网络设备的TA偏移值也可以由目标网络设备发送至源网络设备,然后源网络设备将目标网络设备的TA偏移值以及源网络设备的TA值共同发送给终端设备。

当然,还可以存在其他的结合方式,这里不再进行穷举。并且,还可以理解的是,前述确定TA值之后,可以进一步确定TA差,也可以不再计算TA差仅获取TA值,具体实施可以根据实际情况来设置,本实施例中不做限定。
另外,还需要说明的是,所述定时提前(TA,timing advance)可以用于上行传输,指为了将上行包在希望的时间到达网络设备,预估由于距离引起的射频传输时延,提前相应时间发出数据包。为了保证网络设备侧的时间同步,LTE提出了上行定时提前(Uplink Timing Advance)的机制。在终端设备侧看来,TA本质上是接收到下行子帧的起始时间与传输上行子帧的时间之间的一个负偏移(negative offset)。网络设备通过适当地控制每个终端设备的偏移,可以控制来自不同终端设备的上行信号到达网络设备的时间。对于离网络设备较远的终端设备,由于有较大的传输延迟,就要比离网络设备较近的终端设备提前发送上行数据。关于针对上行传输中获取TA的方式,可以由网络设备通过测量终端设备的上行传输来确定每个终端设备的TA值;可以理解为,只要终端设备有上行传输,网络设备就可以用来估计TA值。
本实施例,可以应用于多种场景,可以为任何终端设备和源网络设备/目标网络设备TA不同的切换场景,如为切换发生在网络设备间,或者网络设备内但是不同频点的小区,或者其他不同步的网络设备之间等。
当然,还可以为终端设备在切换处理中,能够获取多个候选目标网络设备(或候选目标小区)的情况,此时,可以由源网络设备将多个候选目标网络设备均发送至终端设备,终端设备每次选取一个目标网络设备发起切换处理,也就是本实施例中的目标网络设备可以为至少一个候选目标网络设备中的一个。
还可以为维持两套协议栈的场景,所述终端设备保留与源网络设备的第一协议栈以及第一相关密钥、并且维护与第一目标网络设备之间的第二协议栈以及第二相关密钥;
所述第一相关密钥与第二相关密钥不同。
其中,第一协议栈与第二协议栈可以相同也可以不同,或者至少部分不同,比如,当针对5G系统的时候,可以为终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与第一目标网络设备之间维护不同的服务数据应用协议(SDAP,Service Data Adaptation Protocol)、不同的分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)、不同的无线链路层控制协议(RLC,Radio Link Control)、不同的媒体访问控制(MAC)实体、不同的低层(Low layer)实体;当针对4G系统的时候,可以为终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与第一目标网络设备之间维护不同的分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)、不同的无线链路层控制协议(RLC,Radio Link Control)、不同的媒体访问控制(MAC)实体、不同的低层(Low layer)实体。另外,本实施例提供的方案中,为了保证使用不同密钥,第一协议栈以及第二协议栈的PDCP一定是不同的。SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层中至少之一,则可以相同也可以不同。或者,所述第一协议栈以及第二协议栈可以共用SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层中至少之一,或者可以分别拥有SDAP、RLC、MAC以及物理层。
可见,通过采用上述方案,根据同步指示信息的辅助,获取到终端设备与源网络设备的TA值、以及与目标网络设备的TA值、以及两者之间的TA差中的至少之一,从而能够保证终端设备在切换时获取到源网络设备以及目标网络设备的同步差,不必在指定的时刻跟指定的网络设备进行通信。

具体的,同步指示信息中,包括终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的测量差(如RSRP),也可以是终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备距离差(如根据定位参考信号等获取),也可是推荐的TA值信息,如与源小区的TA值,或者各种的结合。
终端设备可以测量得到源网络设备的信号测量结果,并且得到目标网络设备的信号测量结果,基于两个结果确定终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
关于终端设备与源网络设备以及目标网络设备之间的距离差可以通过源网络设备以及目标网络设备的物理位置以及终端设备的物理位置来确定;其中,获取网络设备的物理位置的方式可以为网络侧预配置的,或者还可以为向网络侧请求获取的,这里不进行限定,终端设备自身的物理位置的确定方式可以为根据GPS模块来确定当然还可以根据自身所处小区来确定,或者,终端设备根据定位参考信号测量确定位置信息,不进行穷举。
终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息中,可以包括有以下至少之一:源网络设备的TA值,与源网络设备间的TA偏移值offset,与目标网络设备间的TA偏移值,与目标网络设备的TA值,与目标网络设备的TA调整因子,与源网络设备的TA调整因子。
另外,当终端设备预先获取网络侧配置的至少一个候选目标网络设备的相关信息时,可以在切换失败或者进行切换的时候,直接通知网络侧当前选取的目标网络设备的标识信息。此时,可以为终端设备选定的要切换的目标网络设备的标识;当然,还可以为终端设备选取了几个通信质量较好的候选目标网络设备,将候选目标网络设备的标识发送给源网络设备,由源网络设备为其选取目标网络设备。其中,通信质量较好可以通过针对参考信号的测量结果来确定,比如,可以为信噪比大于预设信噪比门限值的,或者是信噪比排序靠前的N个(N大于等于1且小于等于全部候选网络设备的数量)。当然还可以采用其他参数来衡量通信质量的好坏,比如,可以为信号强度、噪声强度,也可以这些参数结合使用,这里不再穷举,并且需要理解的是,选取的方式与前述基于信噪比进行选取的方式类似,不再赘述。
针对本实施例,可以应用于多种场景,可以为任何终端设备和源网络设备/目标网络设备TA不同的切换场景,如为切换发生在网络设备间,或者网络设备内但是不同频点的小区,或者其他不同步的网络设备之间等。
当然,还可以为终端设备在切换处理中,能够获取多个候选目标网络设备(或候选目标小区)的情况,此时,可以由源网络设备将多个候选目标网络设备均发送至终端设备,终端设备每次选取一个目标网络设备发起切换处理,也就是本实施例中的目标网络设备可以为至少一个候选目标网络设备中的一个。
还可以为维持两套协议栈的场景,所述终端设备保留与源网络设备的第一协议栈以及第一相关密钥、并且维护与第一目标网络设备之间的第二协议栈以及第二相关密钥;所述第一相关密钥与第二相关密钥不同。

可见,通过采用上述方案,根据同步指示信息的辅助,获取到终端设备与源网络设备的TA值、以及与目标网络设备的TA值、以及两者之间的TA差中的至少之一,从而能够保证终端设备在切换时获取到源网络设备以及目标网络设备的同步差,不必在指定的时刻跟指定的网络设备进行通信。

本发明实施例提供了一种网络设备,包括:第四通信单元,向终端设备发送同步指示信息;

同步指示信息,可以由RRC消息承载。本实施例中,同步指示信息由源网络设备发送给终端设备,也就是可以通过在RRC消息中携带该同步指示信息发送至终端设备。
其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。也就是说,若同步指示信息可以由网络设备发送给终端设备,则可以在RRC消息中通知终端设备,RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,切换命令。
本实施例还可以为终端设备提供测量配置,当然还可以不为终端设备提供测量配置。相应的,当为终端设备提供测量配置的情况下,基于所述测量配置进行测量;得到测量结果,将所述测量结果上报给网络侧,具体的可以为为上报至网络侧的源网络设备侧;进而,源网络设备可以基于所述测量结果,确定所述终端设备与源网络设备、以及终端设备与目标网络设备之间的TA差。
其中,所述测量结果中,可以包括有针对源网络设备的参考信号的测量结果,以及针对至少一个目标网络设备的参考信号的测量结果。
需要指出的是,RRC消息还可以为新的RRC消息,其构成可以通过在RRC消息中引入新的测量IE,该IE配置测量,并专用于同步指示信息,具体可以根据实际情况进行设置,这里不再进行赘述。
关于终端设备针对参考信号进行测量,可以为针对源网络设备和/或至少一个目标网络设备发送的参考信号进行测量;比如,可以包括有以下至少之一:小区标识,频率标识,测量ID,允许的测量带宽,SSB,CRS(小区特定的参考信号,也叫公共参考信号)、MBSFN-RS、UE-specific RS(移动台特定的参考信号)、PRS以及CSI-RS等参考信号,这里不再进行穷举。
另外,第四通信单元,可以采用新的RRC消息或RRC重配置信息,指示UE上报在源基站的TA值,或者推荐的TA值,或者推荐的TA值范围。
在上述场景基础上,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;TA调整因子。
终端设备接收到网络设备发来的同步指示信息中,可以包括有终端设备在目标网络设备的TA值;可以为通过目标网络设备发送给源网络设备,从而由源网络设备发送给终端设备;关于目标网络设备获取TA值的方式,可以通过上述描述的方式,这里不再赘述。
同步指示信息中,TA偏移值,即TA offset,可以为TA命令指示的偏移时间;目标网络设备的TA偏移值也可以由目标网络设备发送至源网络设备,然后源网络设备将目标网络设备的TA偏移值以及源网络设备的TA值共同发送给终端设备。
所述TA调整因子,可以为网络设备侧根据实际情况设置的值,可以包括有:目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子,和/或,源网络设备的TA调整因子。其中,所述目标网络设备对应的TA调整因子,可以用于基于源网络设备的TA值、以及目标网络设备的TA调整因子,计算得到目标网络设备的TA值;

  1. 一种同步指示方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    接收源网络设备发来的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助终端设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;
    终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;
    TA调整因子。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收源网络设备发来的指示信息;
    其中,所述指示信息包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界差。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述接收源网络设备发来的同步指示信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述指示信息和/或所述同步指示信息,确定以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  7. 一种同步指示方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    向网络设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;
    终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;
    目标网络设备标识;
    终端设备选取的候选目标网络设备标识。
  11. 一种同步指示方法,应用于网络设备,包括:
    接收终端设备发来的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;
    终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;
    目标网络设备标识;
    终端设备推荐采用的目标网络设备标识。
  15. 一种同步指示方法,应用于网络设备,包括:
    向终端设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助终端设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,切换命令。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;
    终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;
    TA调整因子。
  19. 根据权利要求15或18所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向终端设备发送指示信息;所述指示信息包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界差。
  20. 一种同步指示方法,应用于网络设备,包括:
    向终端设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息,用于配置终端设备对候选目标网络设备进行测量,以辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,测量命令。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,包括以下至少之一:
    候选目标网络设备的标识;
    测量对象配置;
    上报配置。
  24. 一种同步指示方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    接收网络设备发送的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息,用于配置终端设备对候选目标网络设备进行测量,以辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,测量命令。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中,所述同步指示信息中,包括以下至少之一:
    候选目标网络设备的标识;
    测量对象配置;
    上报配置。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中,所述接收网络设备发送的同步指示信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述同步指示信息对候选目标网络设备进行测量,得到测量结果;
    基于测量结果,确定以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  29. 一种终端设备,包括:
    第一通信单元,接收源网络设备发来的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助终端设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的终端设备,其中,所述RRC消息至少包括:重配置消息,切换命令。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;
    终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;
    TA调整因子。
  33. 根据权利要求29或32所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一通信单元,接收源网络设备发来的指示信息;
    其中,所述指示信息包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界差。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的终端设备,其中,所述终端设备还包括:
    第一处理单元,基于所述指示信息和/或所述同步指示信息,确定以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  35. 一种终端设备,包括:
    第二通信单元,向网络设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的终端设备,其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;
    终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;
    目标网络设备标识;
    终端设备选取的候选目标网络设备标识。
  39. 一种网络设备,包括:
    第三通信单元,接收终端设备发来的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的网络设备,其中,所述RRC消息至少包含测量上报消息。
  42. 根据权利要求39所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在源网络设备和目标网络设备的信号测量差;
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的距离差;
    终端设备与网络设备的TA值信息;
    目标网络设备标识;
    终端设备推荐采用的目标网络设备标识。

    第四通信单元,向终端设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息用于辅助终端设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与目标网络设备的TA差。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的网络设备,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,切换命令。
  46. 根据权利要求43所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,还包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备在目标网络设备侧的TA值;
    终端设备在源网络设备以及目标网络设备的TA偏移值;
    TA调整因子。
  47. 根据权利要求43或46所述的网络设备,其中,所述第四通信单元,向终端设备发送指示信息;所述指示信息包括以下至少之一:
    终端设备与源网络设备和目标网络设备之间的时间边界;

  48. 一种网络设备,包括:
    第五通信单元,向终端设备发送同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息,用于配置终端设备对候选目标网络设备进行测量,以辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的网络设备,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,测量命令。
  51. 根据权利要求50所述的网络设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,包括以下至少之一:
    候选目标网络设备的标识;
    测量对象配置;

    第六通信单元,接收网络设备发送的同步指示信息;
    其中,所述同步指示信息,用于配置终端设备对候选目标网络设备进行测量,以辅助网络设备获取以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息由RRC消息承载。
  54. 根据权利要求53所述的终端设备,其中,所述RRC消息包括但不限于重配置消息,测量命令。
  55. 根据权利要求52所述的终端设备,其中,所述同步指示信息中,包括以下至少之一:
    候选目标网络设备的标识;
    测量对象配置;
    上报配置。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的终端设备,其中,所述接终端设备还包括:
    第六处理单元,基于所述同步指示信息对候选目标网络设备进行测量,得到测量结果;
    基于测量结果,确定以下至少之一:
    所述终端设备与源网络设备的定时提前TA值;所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA值;所 述终端设备与源网络设备以及所述终端设备与候选目标网络设备的TA差。
  57. 一种终端设备,包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,
    其中,该存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述处理器用于调用并运行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,执行如权利要求1-10、24-28任一项所述方法的步骤。
  58. 一种网络设备,包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,
