Abstract

A system according to the present invention acquires shape data indicating the shape of a vessel sailing toward a mooring facility, weight data indicating the weight of the vessel, braking performance data indicating the braking performance of the vessel, distance data indicating the distance between the vessel and the mooring facility, and speed data indicating the speed of the vessel, and identifies the risk of collision of the vessel with the mooring facility by using these data. The system according to an embodiment of the present invention displays a graph in which lines L1-L6 indicating boundary lines of risk determined on the basis of risks identified regarding various combinations between distance and speed and a line M indicating the result of the combination between speed and distance of the vessel changing in association with sailing, are displayed on a plane in which the horizontal axis indicates the distance between the vessel and the mooring facility and the vertical axis indicates the speed of the vessel. A vessel operator adjusts the speed of the vessel while watching the graph.
