Abstract

The invention relates to a container (1) for (a) cosmetic product(s), comprising at least one base part (40) that has at least one housing which is delimited for receiving a cosmetic product, a cover (10) that is hinged about a first rear pivoting axis, manually actuatable means for holding the cover (10) closed on the base part (40), and an intermediate panel (50) that can rotate with respect to the cover (10) and to the base part (40) about a second rear pivot axis, when the container (1) is open, between at least a first closed usage position in which an inner edge (51) of said intermediate panel (50) is lowered onto the base part (40) around the cosmetic product in order to keep the product within the inner housing, and a second inclined open position; characterised in that the means for holding the cover (10) closed on the base part (40) comprise two independent parts, at least one first part (91) of which is supported exclusively by the intermediate panel (50).

Cosmetic product container comprising an articulated intermediate plate provided with closing means

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to container type containers for cosmetic products, in particular for receiving cosmetic products in the form of pucks (or cups).

STATE OF THE ART

At present there are many types of containers for receiving cosmetic products, in particular makeup. In the more specific field of container type containers comprising a base base and a hinged lid, it is known to provide one or more housing (s) in said base base in order to accommodate at least one colored compressed powder having in the form of a solid puck or a colored or non-waxy formula. This particularly concerns eyeshadows, complexion powders (complexion, blush, bronzer) or even cosmetic products for making up the lips.

These boxes allow, for some, to contain several pallets of different colors, or different shades of the same color, arranged in several compartments provided for this purpose.

However, the advantage of these so-called "pocket" boxes is that they are easily transportable, but size limits are quickly reached as to the number of pallets that can be contained. Thus, it is common to have several different boxes for different types of products (eyeshadow, foundation powder) and / or colors / shades of colors, which can quickly become complicated to manage and bulky.

However, it happens that a person uses this box at his home to make up in the morning before going to work, with therefore a first type of makeup, takes it to work in his bag, possibly uses it during the day to touch up makeup, and want to use it again in the evening without going back to their home to consider another type of makeup different from the first. As mentioned earlier, the palette of colors or color tones is very small, usually 4 shades and rarely more than 8, so that the person can not vary greatly in the type of makeup, except to take with him a certain number of cases (with the drawbacks mentioned above) or having to iron at home, which is impractical sometimes even impossible. This person will therefore usually tell the colors / shades offered by the box that he will have on him. The boxes of the prior art are therefore limited in their daily use.

To remedy this problem, some boxes offer the possibility of removing and replacing one or more cosmetic product (s) without removing parts from the box. One can for example the patents US4421 127 or US4826014 which describe solutions which make it possible to replace solid palets of make-up by using an articulated intermediate plate arranged between the base base and the cover of the case

However, the system for opening and closing the cover on the base of this type of case is not optimized, in particular due to the existence, the shape and the mobility (articulation) of the plate. spacer on the base.

Furthermore, these boxes remain fairly massive, in particular for questions of manufacturing (incorporation of hinges), and / or of resistance and / or of "perceived quality". Nowadays, the question of decreasing the quantities of materials used in the manufacture of plastic parts, even if they are recyclable, is an increasingly important issue. Manufacturers of cosmetic packaging therefore play a role in reducing thicknesses, which reduces the environmental impact of the case.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to respond at least in part to the limitations of the prior art mentioned above.

In particular, an object of the invention is to provide a very compact, versatile product, of environmentally friendly design and easy to use.

To this end, the invention relates to a container for cosmetic product (s) in the form of a puck (s) comprising at least: a base base having a determined thickness, an upper surface and a lower surface, and comprising at least one interior housing defined to receive at least one cosmetic product,

a cover articulated around a first rear pivot axis common to the base base,

means which can be actuated manually by a user to keep the cover closed on the base base, and

an intermediate plate movable in rotation relative to the cover and to the base base around a second rear pivot axis, when the container is open, enters at least a first closed position of use in which an inner rim of said intermediate plate is folded down on the base base around the cosmetic product in order to maintain the latter in the interior housing, and a second inclined open position, in which for example the cosmetic product can be removed from the base base,

characterized in that the means for keeping the cover closed on the base base include two independent parts, at least one first part of which is carried only by the intermediate plate.

According to preferred embodiments of the present invention:

- the cover having an internal mirror held in place by a mirror-clamping frame, the other part of the means for holding said cover on said base base is entirely carried by said mirror-clamp,

the first part of the means for keeping the cover closed on the base base is disposed in front of the recessed front portion of said intermediate plate,

the first part of the means for keeping the cover closed on the base base has elastic tabs, a push button and a hook which is housed in an opening made in the mirror clamp,

- the intermediate plate further comprises at least one hollow front portion forming a receptacle having a determined depth and a bottom surface, and the base base furthermore comprises at least one opening passing through its entire thickness so as to, in the first position of the intermediate plate, receive said hollow front portion,

- the recessed front portion of the intermediate plate is unique and its depth is such that once the container is closed and the recessed front portion inserted into the equally unique through opening of the base base, the bottom surface of said recessed portion is flush with the lower surface of said base base,

- the through opening of the base base is disposed away from the interior housing for the cosmetic product (s), opposite the first pivot axis, and the hollow front portion of the intermediate plate is disposed away from the inner rim, opposite the second pivot axis,

- the intermediate plate comprises, in the front part, at least one cutout of material forming a recessed area towards the inside of the base base, which comprises at least one front digital support area bordering said recessed area to receive said area set back in the closed position of use of the intermediate plate in order to facilitate the passage from the closed position of use to the open inclined position of the intermediate plate,

- the digital support zone of the base base has, where it borders the recessed area of the intermediate plate, a substantially rounded profile similar to a finger end of a user,

the internal rim of the intermediate plate is divided into several reception portions each corresponding to an independent cosmetic product, and the internal housing of the base base includes means delimiting several reception zones corresponding to said reception portions,

- the interior housing of the base base is provided with ribs for positioning / blocking cosmetic products,

the various receiving portions of the intermediate plate are delimited by continuous ribs extending substantially between the second pivot axis and the recessed front portion, - the first and second pivot axes are coaxial,

- the intermediate plate is provided with means for maintaining it in the closed position of use on the base base, and

- The means for holding the intermediate plate on the base base include two lateral hooks provided on a front edge of said intermediate plate cooperating with corresponding slots made in the base base to form clips.

Figures 1 to 21 show a container 1 for cosmetic product (s) according to the present invention. This container 1, or casing, is typically made of a single plastic material, preferably bio-sourced, and has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, for example of a format that can hold in one hand, with a total thickness E (see Figures 6 and 7 in particular) from a few millimeters to about 1 cm. It makes it possible to transport cosmetic products 100 such as, without limitation, eyeshadow, complexion powder or lipstick.

This container comprises a cover 10, a mirror greenhouse frame 20, a mirror 30 trapped between the cover 10 and the mirror greenhouse frame 30, a base base 40 and an intermediate plate 50.

The base base 40 and the cover 10 are articulated around a first pivot 60 allowing said cover 10 to pass alternately from a first closed position illustrated in FIG. 1 to an open position for use illustrated in FIG. 2.

Similarly, the intermediate plate 50 and the base base 40 are articulated around a second pivot 70 allowing said intermediate plate 50 to pass from a first folded-down position for use illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5 to a second position inclined open illustrated in Figures 3 and 4. Advantageously, the pivots 60 and 70 are coaxial and are each provided with (not shown) pins acting as an axis of rotation.

The intermediate plate 50 comprises, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 16 to 19, an inner rim 51 for receiving cosmetic products 100 each being in the form of pucks, for example solid, and a hollow front portion 52 forming a receptacle for one or more makeup application brush (es) / brush (es).

More specifically, the inner rim 51 is divided into several (4 in number in the embodiment shown) receiving portions 53 each corresponding to a puck 100 (see also FIG. 4), each portion 53 being delimited by lateral ribs 54 each extending continuously between the second pivot 70 and the recessed front portion 52 in order to form as many frames.

As for the base 40, as shown in particular in FIGS. 3 and 11 to 15, it has a determined thickness Es, a lower surface 41, an upper surface 42 forming an interior housing 43 for receiving the palets of cosmetic products. 100. More specifically, the interior housing 43 includes short ribs 44 for positioning / blocking the cosmetic product pallets 100 which cooperate with the frames formed by the ribs 54 of the intermediate plate 50 (see FIG. 4). Thus, in the closed position of use of the intermediate plate 50 on the base base 40 (FIG. 5), the pallets of cosmetic products 100 placed between the ribs 44 (see FIG. 4) are trapped on the one hand by said ribs 44 and the front and rear edges of the interior housing 43, and on the other hand by the ribs 54 of the intermediate plate 50. Thus, the pallets 100 always remain in place during the transport of container 1, lid 10 closed, and of its use , cover 10 open. These pucks 100 can also be very easily removed from the base base 40 by passing the intermediate plate 50 from the first closed position of use (Figure 1) to the second inclined open position (Figures 2 and 3).

Advantageously, the base base 40 further comprises a through opening 45 for, in the closed folded position of the plate insert 50 (FIGS. 2 and 5), receive the entire hollow front portion 52 of the latter.

The through opening 45 of the base base 40 is disposed away from the interior housing 43 of cosmetic products, opposite the pivot axes 60 and 70. Similarly, the recessed front portion 52 of the intermediate plate 50 is arranged opposite the pivot axes 60 and 70.

More precisely, the depth Ep of the recessed front portion 52 is such that once the container 1 is closed and the recessed front portion 52 inserted into the through opening 45 of the base base 40, the bottom surface of said 55 recessed portion 52 is flush with the lower surface 41 of said base base 40 (visible in particular in FIGS. 6, 7 and 9).

Furthermore, the intermediate plate 50 comprises, in the front part, two cutouts of material forming recessed zones 56 towards the inside of the base base 40, which comprises two lateral support zones 46 before bordering said recessed zones 56 respectively. to receive them in the closed position of use of the intermediate plate.

Advantageously, each support area 46 of the base 40 has, where it borders the recessed area 56 of the intermediate plate 50, a substantially rounded profile similar to a finger end of a user.

This solution has various advantages which are particularly advantageous compared to the prior art.

Indeed, this allows, without any additional material or additional insert, to accommodate makeup brushes / brushes in the very small footprint (in particular the thickness) occupied by the recessed front portion 52. The container is therefore both light and compact while offering sufficient capacity and very simple handling, both in daily use and to change the palettes of cosmetic products.

moreover, the advantage of this rechargeable casing 1 being that it can remove at least some of the pallets 100 by raising the intermediate plate 50, the fact of providing that the recessed front portion 52 fits entirely in the through opening 45 of the base base 40, while being flush with the lower surface 41 thereof, allows the person using the container 1 to raise said intermediate plate 50 in its second inclined position (FIGS. 2 and 3) in a very simple, ergonomic and intuitive manner, with little effort by pushing it from below, for example using its two index fingers. The digital support zones 46 also make it possible to facilitate the transition from the closed position of use to the inclined open position of the intermediate plate 50 by leveraging with the thumb on the one hand, which presses on the digital support zone (s), and with the index finger on the other hand, which pushes over the bottom of the recessed front portion 52.

The ribs 44 of the base base 40 are positioned in such a way that the cups of cosmetic products 100 are held in position even after the intermediate plate 50 in the open tilted position. It is thus easier to interchange the buckets 100 and to close the intermediate plate 50 without blocking a bucket below.

Finally, the fact that the bottom surface 55 of the hollow portion 52 is flush with the bottom surface 41 of the base base 40 makes it possible to create a very flat container bottom while maximizing the use of the through opening 45.

The container 1 is also provided with means for holding the intermediate plate 50 in the closed position of use on the base base 40. More precisely, and as can be seen in FIGS. 14 and 18 and in particular in the detailed views of the Figures 15 and 19, these means consist of two lateral hooks 58 provided on a front edge of said plate 50 cooperating with slots 48 formed in the front edge of the base base 40 to form pressure fixing clips.

The container 1 also comprises means 90 for keeping the cover 10 closed on the base base 40. As can be seen in FIGS. 2 to 4 and 17 to 18, these means 90 comprise two independent parts, more precisely a first part 91 carried only by the intermediate plate 50, on the front of the recessed front portion 52, and a second part 95 carried by the mirror-clamping frame 20. The first part 91 has two elastic tabs 92 arranged at the front edge of the portion recessed front 52, a central button 93 housed in an opening 47 in the base 40, and a hook 94 cooperating with a housing 96 of the second part 95.

It should be understood that the detailed description of the object of the invention, given solely by way of illustration, does not in any way constitute a limitation, the technical equivalents also being included in the field of the present invention.

Thus, the recessed front portion 52 could be in several parts, each receiving for example a small brush and cooperating with a through opening formed in the thickness of the base base 40. One can thus imagine two recessed portions for two types of different brushes fully inserted into two independent through openings separated for example by a small portion of material.

The number of pallets of cosmetic product 100, and therefore of reception portions 53 may be less than or greater than the four which are the subject of the figures of this application.

The pucks 100 can also be in the form of waxy formulas, colored or not.

Claims

1 - Container (1) for cosmetic product (s) in the form of a puck (s) (100) comprising at least:

- a base base (40) having a determined thickness (Es), an upper surface (42) and a lower surface (41), and comprising at least one interior housing (43) delimited to receive at least one cosmetic product (100 ),

- an articulated cover (10) around a first rear pivot axis (60) common to the base base (40),

means (90) which can be actuated manually by a user to keep the cover (10) closed on the base base (40), and

- an intermediate plate (50) movable in rotation relative to the cover (10) and to the base base (40) around a second rear pivot axis (70), when the container (10) is open, between at least a first closed position of use in which an internal rim (51) of said intermediate plate (50) is folded over the base base (10) around the cosmetic product (100) in order to maintain the latter in the internal housing (43 ), and a second inclined open position, in which for example the cosmetic product (100) can be removed from the base base (40), the means (90) for keeping the cover (10) closed on the base base (40 ) comprising two independent parts (91, 95) of which at least a first part (91) is carried only by the intermediate plate (50), characterized in that, the cover (10) having an internal mirror (30) held in place by a mirrored frame (20), the other part (95) of means (90) for holding said cover (10) on said base base (40) is entirely carried by said mirror clamp (20).
