Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kern eines Strukturelements, wobei der Kern im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ist und zwei vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen parallele, gegenüberliegende und voneinander beabstandete Flächen aufweist, wobei der Kern in zumindest einem Bereich mit Schlitzen oder Nuten mit einer maximalen Breite und einer Tiefe versehen ist, wobei die Schlitze oder Nuten Abstände zueinander aufweisen, wobei die Strecke zwischen zwei Schlitzen oder Nuten eine im Wesentlichen gerade Verbindungstrecke darstellt, wobei die Abstände unmittelbar benachbarter Schlitze oder Nuten variieren. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung eines Schlitzmusters oder Nutenmusters für den formbaren Kern eines Strukturelements, wobei zumindest eine isoparametrischen Kurve (L
x

y ) extrahiert wird, wobei die zumindest eine isoparametrische Kurve (L
x
,L
y ) im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur gewünschten Schnittrichtung (S
x
,S
y ) der Schlitze oder Fräsrichtung der Nuten ausgerichtet ist, wobei die isoparametrische Kurve durch einen Polygonzug approximiert wird. Schließlich betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Strukturelements sowie die Verwendung eines solchen.
