背景技术
锁具在日常生活中有着广泛的应用。现有的锁具大概分为两大类:机械锁和电子锁,机械锁又分为普通机械锁和密码机械锁。
普通机械锁制作成本较低,应用最广泛,但其保密性较差,钥匙容易被复制,钥匙又厚又重、出门随身佩带很不方便。另外,机械锁门锁要更换时,通常要整体更换或更换锁胆,比较麻烦。
密码机械锁无需佩带钥匙,但要记住密码,现今人们要记的密码太多,容易混乱。
电子锁的保密性较机械锁高,但其需要设置专门的解码电路,锁的制造较为复杂,成本亦高,由于采用大规模集成电路,容易出现故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种用于锁具的密门锁胆,将这种门锁胆安装于各种机械锁上,因其采用密码块结构,具有薄的卡片式钥匙,方便携带,更重要的是换锁不需要更换锁胆,只更换密码块便可,而且更换密码块十分容易。
本发明的目的可通过如下技术方案来实现。
一种门锁胆,包括有套管、锁芯和驱动杆,套管内开有圆柱形锁芯槽,圆柱形锁芯置于锁芯槽内。
所述锁芯具有同轴连体的大圆柱体部和小圆柱体部,小圆柱体部的直径小于大圆柱体部,锁芯的小圆柱体部端开有驱动杆槽、槽边开有插销孔,锁芯内开有矩形密码块槽,密码块槽贯穿大圆柱体部并有部分位于小圆柱体部内,密码块槽的宽度大于小圆柱体部的直径,小圆柱体部内还具有与密码块槽连通的弹簧槽,弹簧置于弹簧槽内。
驱动杆端通过圆柱销和插销孔连接于锁芯,一密码块置于密码块槽内,密码块槽的横断面与密码块相当。
所述密码块为矩形板结构、配合钻孔卡片使用,密码块内部具有滑块并分布有若干弹子对、其前端具有锁销,锁销在弹簧的作用下常伸出密码块外,密码块内具有卡片插槽,钻孔卡片上分布有若干卡片孔,当将钻孔卡片插入密码块的卡片插槽内、其卡片孔与滑块内的全部弹子对相匹配时,可向前推动滑块进而驱动锁销向密码块内收回,锁芯对应于密码块的 锁销分别横向开有锁销卡口和锁销卡槽,小圆柱体部近锁销卡口处环设有锁芯卡槽。
套管的中部具有锁门部,锁门部将圆柱形锁芯槽分隔,锁门部的中部为相互部分重叠的圆形锁芯口和矩形密码块口,锁芯槽的后半部与锁芯的大圆柱体部相适配,锁芯的小圆柱体部穿过锁芯口并通过挡圈和锁芯卡槽与套管活动连接,锁芯可在套管的锁芯槽内转动。
上锁状态,密码块全部位于锁芯的密码块槽内、密码块的前端有部分位于小圆柱体部外并进入套管的密码块口,锁销的上端进入锁芯的锁销卡口,锁芯弹簧的两端抵接于锁芯和密码块端,锁芯因密码块的端部受锁门部限制而不能在套管的锁芯槽内转动。
开锁状态,通过钻孔卡片与密码块的匹配(向前推动滑块使锁销向密码块内收回),密码块在锁芯弹簧的作用下向后移动,密码块的前端离开套管的密码块口退回到锁芯的大圆柱体部内、后端位于锁芯外,锁销的上端进入锁销卡槽,锁芯能在套管的锁芯槽内转动。
本发明具有如下突出的实质性特点和显著进步。
1.本发明保密性强,只要密码块内设置的弹子有10组以上,通过安排弹子对的不同数量和位置,便可设计出不同密码的密码块,而这些密码块的密码重复的几率极小。非法开锁的可能性可大大减少。
2.本发明结构简单,卡片式钥匙,方便携带,换锁不需要更换锁胆,只更换密码块便可,而且更换密码块十分容易。

一种门锁胆,包括有套管6、锁芯5和驱动杆3,套管6内开有圆柱形锁芯槽60,圆柱形锁芯5置于锁芯槽60内,套管6端外侧安装有连接于锁芯5的把手7。

由开锁状态(如图7)变为上锁状态(如图1),直接将密码块1向前推进即可。
更换密码块,等同于更换锁匙,则需要把密码块取出,插入新的密码块,在开锁状 态(图7)下,用手捏紧密码块1,通过钻孔卡片4与密码块的匹配,向前推进密码块1中的滑块,使锁销11的上端收回到密码块1内,这时就可向外取出密码块1,如同样方法插入新的密码块,新的密码块有其匹配的新的钻孔卡片。
使用时,将本发明安装于门锁上,驱动杆3连接锁舌机构。
