Description

一种挂锁 技术领域
本发明涉及机械锁,特别是挂锁。
背景技术
锁具在日常生活中有着广泛的应用。现有的锁具大概分为两大类:机械锁和电子锁,机械锁又分为普通机械锁和密码机械锁。
普通机械锁制作成本较低,应用最广泛,但其保密性较差,钥匙容易被复制,钥匙又厚又重、出门随身佩带很不方便。另外,机械锁要更换时,通常要整体更换或更换锁胆,比较麻烦。
密码机械锁无需佩带钥匙,但要记住密码,现今人们要记的密码太多,容易混乱。
电子锁的保密性较机械锁高,但其需要设置专门的解码电路,锁的制造较为复杂,成本亦高,由于采用大规模集成电路,容易出现故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种挂锁,其采用密码块结构,具有薄的卡片式钥匙,方便携带,更重要的是换锁不需要更换锁胆,只更换密码块即可,而且更换密码块十分容易。
本发明的目的可通过如下技术方案来实现。
一种挂锁,包括有锁体和锁舌,锁体的前部左右两侧分别开有锁孔和锁舌孔,锁舌弹簧和钩形锁舌的一端置于锁舌孔内,锁舌的另一端可插入锁孔内,锁舌近锁体处具有锁舌卡口,当将锁舌的两端分别位于锁孔和锁舌孔内时、2个锁舌卡口分别位于锁孔和锁舌孔内;锁体的中部开有密码块槽,一密码块置于密码块槽内,密码块槽的横断面与密码块相当。
所述密码块为矩形板结构、其配合钻孔卡片使用,密码块的内部具有滑块并分布有若干弹子对、其前端具有锁销,密码块内具有卡片插槽,钻孔卡片上分布有若干卡片孔,当将钻孔卡片插入卡片插槽内、其卡片孔与滑块内的全部弹子对相匹配时,可向前推动滑块进而驱动锁销向内移动。
锁体内密码块槽侧对应于密码块的锁销横向开有锁销口和锁销卡槽,密码块槽的正前方还开有花键槽。
所述花键槽与密码块槽通过花键槽口连通,花键槽的左右两侧分别开有连通锁孔和锁舌孔的花键口,花键槽的两侧分左右放置有一对花键、中部横放置一块托板,花键为弧形板结构,其背部具有凸块,腹部具有凸台,花键槽的中部开有托板弹簧孔并放置有托板弹簧, 托板在托板弹簧的作用下通过凸块将花键压紧,使花键的尾部穿过花键槽口位于密码块槽内。
上锁状态,锁舌的两端分别位于锁孔和锁舌孔内,密码块的全部位于锁体的密码块槽内,密码块的前端抵接于花键的末端,使花键的前端伸出花键口插入到锁舌的锁舌卡口内、托板弹簧压缩,锁销的上端进入锁芯的锁销口。
开锁状态,通过密码匹配的钻孔卡片使密码块的锁销全部收入密码块内,托板在托板弹簧的作用下通过凸块将花键推动,使花键的尾部穿过花键槽口位于密码块槽内,花键的前部收入花键口内,锁舌在锁舌弹簧的作用下升起使其另一端离开锁体的锁孔。
由开锁状态变为上锁状态,直接将密码块向前推进和同时将锁舌端塞入锁孔内即可。
本发明具有如下突出的实质性特点和显著进步。
1.本发明保密性强,只要密码块内设置的弹子有10组以上,通过安排弹子对的不同数量和位置,便可设计出不同密码的密码块,而这些密码块的密码重复的几率极小。非法开锁的可能性可大大减少。
2.本发明结构简单,卡片式钥匙,方便携带,换锁不需要更换锁胆,只更换密码块便可,而且更换密码块十分容易。

实施例
一种挂锁,包括有锁体5和锁舌2,锁体5的前部左右两侧分别开有锁孔53和锁舌孔52,锁舌弹簧21和钩形锁舌2的一端置于锁舌孔52内,锁舌2的另一端可插入锁孔53内,锁舌2近锁体5处具有锁舌卡口20,当将锁舌2的两端分别位于锁孔53和锁舌孔52内时、2个锁舌卡口20分别位于锁孔53和锁舌孔52内。
锁体5的中部开有密码块槽50,一密码块1置于密码块槽50内,密码块槽50的横断面与密码块1相当。
所述密码块1为矩形板结构、其配合钻孔卡片4使用,密码块1的内部具有滑块并分布有若干弹子对、其前端具有锁销11,密码块1内具有卡片插槽,钻孔卡片4上分布有 若干卡片孔,当将钻孔卡片4插入卡片插槽内、其卡片孔与滑块内的全部弹子对相匹配时,可向前推动滑块进而驱动锁销11向内移动。
锁体5内密码块槽50侧对应于密码块的锁销11横向开有锁销口502和锁销卡槽501,密码块槽50的正前方还开有花键槽51。
所述花键槽51与密码块槽50通过花键槽口连通,花键槽51的左右两侧分别开有连通锁孔53和锁舌孔52的花键口,花键槽51的两侧分左右放置有一对花键3、中部横放置一块托板31,花键3为弧形板结构,其背部具有凸块33,腹部具有凸台34,花键槽51的中部开有托板弹簧孔并放置有托板弹簧32,托板31在托板弹簧32的作用下通过凸块33和凸台34将花键3压紧,使花键3的尾部穿过花键槽口位于密码块槽50内。
上锁状态,锁舌2的两端分别位于锁孔53和锁舌孔52内,密码块1的全部位于锁体5的密码块槽50内,密码块1的前端抵接于花键3的末端,使其前端伸出花键口插入到锁舌2的锁舌卡口20内、托板弹簧32压缩,锁销11的上端进入锁芯5的锁销口502。
开锁状态,通过密码匹配的钻孔卡片4使密码块1的锁销11全部收入密码块1内,托板31在托板弹簧32的作用下通过凸块33和凸台34将花键3推动,使花键3的尾部穿过花键槽口位于密码块槽50内,花键3的前部收入花键口内,锁舌2在锁舌弹簧21的作用下升起使其两端的锁舌卡口20离开锁体5的锁孔53。
进一步松开或取出钻孔卡片4,锁销11再从密码块伸出、其上端位于锁体5的锁销卡槽501内。
由开锁状态(图3)变为上锁状态(图1),直接将密码块1向前推进和同时将锁舌2端塞入锁孔53内即可。
更换密码块,等同于更换锁匙,则需要把密码块取出,插入新的密码块,在开锁状态(图3)下,用手捏紧密码块1,通过钻孔卡片4与密码块的匹配,向前推进密码块1中的滑块,使锁销11的上端收回到密码块1内,这时就可向外取出密码块,如同样方法插入新的密码块,新的密码块有其匹配的新的钻孔卡片。

  1. 一种挂锁,包括有锁体(5)和锁舌(2),锁体(5)的前部左右两侧分别开有锁孔(53)和锁舌孔(52),锁舌弹簧(21)和钩形锁舌(2)的一端置于锁舌孔(52)内,锁舌(2)的另一端可插入锁孔(53)内,锁舌(2)近锁体(5)处具有锁舌卡口(20),当将锁舌(2)的两端分别位于锁孔(53)和锁舌孔(52)内时、2个锁舌卡口(20)分别位于锁孔(53)和锁舌孔(52)内;
    其特征在于:锁体(5)的中部开有密码块槽(50),一密码块(1)置于密码块槽(50)内,密码块槽(50)的横断面与密码块(1)相当;
    所述密码块(1)为矩形板结构、其配合钻孔卡(4)片使用,密码块(1)的内部具有滑块并分布有若干弹子对、其前端具有锁销(11),密码块(1)内具有卡片插槽,钻孔卡片(4)上分布有若干卡片孔,当将钻孔卡片(4)插入卡片插槽内、其卡片孔与滑块内的全部弹子对相匹配时,可向前推动滑块进而驱动锁销(11)向内移动;
    锁体(5)内密码块槽(50)侧对应于密码块的锁销(11)横向开有锁销口(502)和锁销卡槽(501),密码块槽(50)的正前方还开有花键槽(51);
