近年来,人们对显示面板的光学品位、外观结构要求也越来越高。面板行业研发人员量测样机光学色域、均匀度、穿透率等工作变得越来越频繁。在实际测量背光源、光学膜片及其它器件结构时,一般需要拆卸整机前框、后壳及其底座。而且光学支架多为不可调节夹持宽度进而调节遮光距离,所以不利于光学的量测。对于采用光学技术进行检测和测量的系统中,通常会用到多个镜面组成光学系统,这些镜面改变光的方向、偏转,对于测量精度具有至关重要的作用,因此为了保证测量的可靠性,便于光学系统搭建和维护,需要一个模组的支架来实现这些功能。
下面参考附图和可选的实施例对本申请作进一步说明。
如图1至图7所示,本申请实施例公布了一种固定模组的支架,所述支架包括:主板10,主板10包括夹手安装位11;夹手组件20,夹手组件通过夹手安装位与主板连接;夹手组件20包括第一夹手21和第二夹手22,第一夹手21与第二夹手22互相平行安装在主板10内;第一夹手21包括第一夹板211和第一调节件212,第一调节件212将第一夹板211安装到夹手安装位11内;第二夹手22包括第二夹板221和第二调节件222,第二调节件222将第二夹板221安装到夹手安装位11上;第一夹手21与第二夹手22之间的距离通过夹手安装位11来调节。
本申请通过模组的支架夹持模组以实现精准测量其技术参数的目的,通过在主板上的第一夹手和第二夹手之间的距离调节可实现不同尺寸不同模组厚度的夹持,模组为显示面板。
在一实施例中,如图1和2所示,夹手安装位11包括定位圆孔111和导槽112,第一夹手21与定位圆孔111连接,第二夹手22与导槽112连接,定位圆孔111位于靠近主板10的侧壁的位置,导槽112水平设置在主板10上。
本方案中,利用主板10上的导槽112来实现第一夹手21与第二夹手22之间的距离调节,操作简单,且第一夹手21固定在定位圆孔111内,只需调节第二夹手22即可实现调节距离。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,定位圆孔111与导槽112位于同一水平线上。本方案中,第一夹手21与第二夹手22分别夹住待测模组的两侧,两夹持点处于同一水平线上,能使夹持力均匀分布在待测模组上,夹持稳固。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,支架包括:放置板40,与主板10垂直连接,且与底座30的底面平行,承载待检测模组。本方案中,使待测模组垂直立在防止放置板40上,方便测量。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,支架还包括:底座30,支撑支架的主体部分;主板10与底座30垂直连接,底座30的长度大于主板10的厚度;本方案中,支架在承受重力的作用下会前后倾倒,底座30与支架的主板10垂直连接,使整个支架站立的更稳。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,第一调节件212包括第一螺柱2121和第一螺母2122,第一螺柱2121一端与第一夹板211固定连接,另一端穿过主板10上的夹手安装位11与第一螺母2122相旋接;第二调节件222包括第二螺柱2221和第二螺母2222,第二螺柱2221一端与第二夹板221固定连接,另一端穿过主板10上的夹手安装位11与第二螺母2222相旋接。本方案中,通过螺母的螺旋结构实现对不同厚度模组的调节。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,第一螺柱2121位于第一夹板211远离第二夹板221的一端,第二螺柱2221位于第二夹板221远离第一夹板211的一端。本方案中,增大第一夹板211和第二夹板221对待测模组的夹持面积,提高对待测模组的夹持力。
在一实施例中,第一夹板211和第二夹板221与主板10对应接触的面为粗糙面。本方案中,由于第一夹板211与第二夹板221相对于待测模组的接触面为平面,待测模组在水平方向没有力来限制,将第一夹板211和第二夹板221与主板10对应接触的面为粗糙面,即可增大摩擦来实现牢固夹持。
具体的,第一夹板211与第二夹板221与主板10相对的面可以贴附橡胶片。
橡胶片摩擦力大,且可以更换。
在一实施例中,导槽112的两端为弧面。本方案中,第二螺柱2221在移动到导槽112的两端时,不会留有空隙,固定之后不会晃动。
在一实施例中,夹手组件20至少包括两组。本方案中,防止面板过大时,单靠两边的单点夹持无法实现面板的稳固夹持,因此通过多个夹持点来实现稳固夹持。
作为本申请的另一实施例,如图1至图7所示,公开了一种固定模组的支架,支架包括:主板10,主板10包括夹手安装位11;三组夹手组件20;夹手组件20包括第一夹手21和第二夹手22,第一夹手21与第二夹手22互相平行安装在主板10上;第一夹手21包括第一夹板211和第一调节件212,第一调节件212将第一夹板211安装到夹手安装位11内;第二夹手22包括第二夹板221和第二调节件222,第二调节件222将第二夹板221安装到夹手安装位11内;第一夹手21与第二夹手22之间的距离通过夹手安装位11来调节;夹手安装位11包括定位圆孔111和导槽112,第一夹手21与定位圆孔111连接,第二夹手22与导槽112连接,定位圆孔111位于靠近主板10的侧壁位置,导槽112水平设置在主板10上;定位圆孔111与导槽112位于同一水平线上;支架还包括:放置板40,与主板10垂直连接,且与底座30的底面平行,承载待检测显示面板;第一调节件212包括第一螺柱2121和第一螺母2122,第一螺柱2121一端与第一夹板211固定连接,另一端穿过主板10上的夹手安装位11与第一螺母2122相旋接;第二调节件222包括第二螺柱2221和第二螺母2222,第二螺柱2221一端与第二夹板221固定连接,另一端穿过主板10上的夹手安装位11与第二螺母2222相旋接;第一螺柱2121位于第一夹板211远离第二夹板221的一端,第二螺柱2221位于第二夹板221远离第一夹板211的一端;第一夹板211和第二夹板221与主板10对应接触的面为粗糙面;
通过模组的支架夹持显示面板以实现精准测量其技术参数的目的,使面板行业相关工作人员在测试显示面板时候方便立放,通过在主板10上的夹手组件20之间的距离调节可实现不同尺寸不同显示面板厚度的夹持;利用主板10上的导槽112来实现第一夹手21与第二夹 手22之间的距离调节,操作简单,且第一夹手21固定在定位圆孔111内,只需调节第二夹手22即可实现调节距离;第一夹手21与第二夹手22分别夹住待测显示面板的两侧,两夹持点处于同一水平线上,能使夹持力均匀分布在待测显示面板上,夹持稳固;主板10与放置板40垂直使待测显示面板垂直立在防止放置板40上,方便测量;通过螺母的螺旋结构实现对不同厚度显示面板的调节;第一螺柱2121位于第一夹板211远离第二夹板221的一端,第二螺柱2221位于第二夹板221远离第一夹板211的一端,增大第一夹板211和第二夹板221对待测显示面板的夹持面积,提高对待测显示面板的夹持力;将第一夹板211和第二夹板221与主板10对应接触的面为粗糙面,即可增大摩擦来实现牢固夹持;夹手组件20至少包括两个,防止面板过大时,单靠两边的单点夹持无法实现显示面板的稳固夹持。
作为本申请的另一实施例,如图1至图7所示,公开了一种测试装置,包括上述任意一项固定模组的支架。
本申请的技术方案可以广泛应用在TN面板(全称为Twisted Nematic,即扭曲向列型面板)、IPS面板(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)、VA面板(Multi-domain Vertica Aignment,多象限垂直配向技术),当然,也可以是其他类型的面板,适用即可。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种固定模组的支架,所述支架包括:
    主板,所述主板包括夹手安装位;
    夹手组件,所述夹手组件通过所述夹手安装位与所述主板连接;所述夹手组件包括第一夹手和第二夹手,所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手互相平行安装在所述主板上;
    所述第一夹手包括第一夹板和第一调节件,所述第一调节件将所述第一夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第二夹手包括第二夹板和第二调节件,所述第二调节件将所述第二夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手之间的距离通过所述夹手安装位来调节。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述夹手安装位包括定位圆孔和导槽,所述第一夹手与所述定位圆孔连接,所述第二夹手与所述导槽连接,所述定位圆孔位于靠近所述主板的侧壁的位置,所述导槽水平设置在所述主板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述定位圆孔与所述导槽位于同一水平线上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述支架包括:
    放置板,与所述主板垂直连接,且与所述底座的底面平行,承载待检测模组。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述支架还包括:底座,所述底座与所述主板垂直连接,所述底座的长度大于所述主板的厚度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述第一调节件包括第一螺柱和第一螺母,所述第一螺柱的一端与所述第一夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第一螺母相旋接;所述第二调节件包括第二螺柱和第二螺母,所述第二螺柱的一 端与所述第二夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第二螺母相旋接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述第二螺柱的直径与所述导槽的宽度相同。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述第一螺柱位于所述第一夹板远离所述第二夹板的一端,所述第二螺柱位于所述第二夹板远离所述第一夹板的一端。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板与所述主板对应接触的面为粗糙面。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述导槽的两端为弧面。
  11. 如权利要求引1所述的固定模组的支架,其中,所述夹手组件至少包括两组。
  12. 一种固定模组的支架,所述支架包括:
    主板,所述主板包括夹手安装位;
    三组夹手组件,所述夹手组件包括第一夹手和第二夹手,所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手互相平行安装在所述主板上;
    所述第一夹手包括第一夹板和第一调节件,所述第一调节件将所述第一夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第二夹手包括第二夹板和第二调节件,所述第二调节件将所述第二夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手之间的距离通过所述夹手安装位来调节;
    所述夹手安装位包括定位圆孔和导槽,所述第一夹手与所述定位圆孔连接,所述第二夹手与所述导槽连接,所述定位圆孔位于靠近所述主板的侧壁位置,所述导槽水平设置在所述主板上;
    所述定位圆孔与所述导槽位于同一水平线上;
    放置板,与所述主板垂直连接,且与所述底座的底面平行,承载待检测面板;
    所述第一调节件包括第一螺柱和第一螺母,所述第一螺柱的一端与所述第一夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第一螺母相旋接;所述第二调节件包括第二螺柱和第二螺母,所述第二螺柱的一端与所述第二夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第二螺母相旋接;
    所述第一螺柱位于所述第一夹板远离所述第二夹板的一端,所述第二螺柱位于所述第二夹板远离所述第一夹板的一端;
    所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板与所述主板对应接触的面为粗糙面。
  13. 一种测试装置,包括固定模组的支架,包括:
    主板,所述主板包括夹手安装位;
    夹手组件,所述夹手组件通过所述夹手安装位与所述主板连接;所述夹手组件包括第一夹手和第二夹手,所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手互相平行安装在所述主板上;
    所述第一夹手包括第一夹板和第一调节件,所述第一调节件将所述第一夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第二夹手包括第二夹板和第二调节件,所述第二调节件将所述第二夹板安装到所述夹手安装位内;
    所述第一夹手与所述第二夹手之间的距离通过所述夹手安装位来调节。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的测试装置,其中,所述夹手安装位包括定位圆孔和导槽,所述第一夹手与所述定位圆孔连接,所述第二夹手与所述导槽连接,所述定位圆孔位于靠近所述主板的侧壁的位置,所述导槽水平设置在所述主板上。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的测试装置,其中,所述测试装置还包括:
    放置板,与所述主板垂直连接,且与所述底座的底面平行,承载待检测模组。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的测试装置,其中,所述第一调节件包括第一螺柱和第一螺母, 所述第一螺柱的一端与所述第一夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第一螺母相旋接;所述第二调节件包括第二螺柱和第二螺母,所述第二螺柱的一端与所述第二夹板固定连接,另一端穿过所述主板上的所述夹手安装位与所述第二螺母相旋接。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的测试装置,其中,所述模组包括显示面板。
