用于涂布框胶的框胶涂布机一般使用的高精度针头的喷嘴(Nozzle),在对喷嘴多次清洗之后复检,常见喷嘴的过胶孔内仍然会有胶体残留,普遍存在清洗不彻底的情形,会等影响喷嘴的使用。由于喷嘴的清洗效果差,一般都需要重复多次清洗,例如每次清洗至少重复2回,会浪费人力以及大量清洁剂,而异物多次清洗不净易造成喷嘴报废的情形。因此,本申请实施例提出了一种清洁装置,通过清洁装置内形成的循环系统,可以驱动清洁物从管道流入待清洁部件的内腔且自第二开口流出,又再驱动从第二开口流出的清洁物再次流经管道后再流入清洁待清洁部件的内腔,可以有效清洁待清洁部件内的异物。
具体的,请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的清洁装置的结构示意图。该清洁装置10用于清洁待清洁部件20。其中,该待清洁部件20具有内腔21以及连接该内腔21的第一开口22和第二开口23,该清洁装置10包括容器11、管道12和驱动部件13。
其中,容器11,用于容纳清洁物14。
例如,该容器11可以为金属盒,譬如为矩形的金属盒,用于容纳清洁物14。例如,该清洁物14可以为丙酮等清洗剂。
管道12,具有第一连接口121和第二连接口122,该第一连接口121和第二连接口122分别与该容器11连通。
例如,可以在该容器11的侧壁上开设与该第一连接口121和第二连接口122分别对应的通孔,以使得该第一连接口121和第二连接口122分别与该容器11连通。
驱动部件13,用于驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该第一连接口121流入该管道12且自该第二连接口122流出。
在通过该清洁装置10清洁该待清洁部件20时,该第二连接口122连接该待清洁部件20的第一开口22,该驱动部件13驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该管道12流入该待清洁部件20的内腔21且自该第二开口23流出,以清洁该待清洁部件20的内腔和该第二开口23内的杂物。
在一些实施例中,该驱动部件13包括腔体131以及设置于该腔体131内的驱动单元132,该腔体131具有相对设置的入口1311与出口1312,该入口1311与该第一连接口121连接,该出口1312与该第二连接口122,该驱动单元132驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该第一连接口121经过该入口1311流入该腔体131内,并驱动该流入腔体131内的清洁物14经过该出口1312自该第二连接口122流出。
例如,该驱动单元132可以为叶轮式、螺杆式、气压式、活塞式中的任一种。
例如,如图1所示,该驱动单元132可以为叶轮式的驱动单元,通过驱动该驱动单元132中的叶轮1321的转动,可以驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该第一连接口121经过该入口1311流入该腔体131内,并驱动该流入腔体131内的清洁物14经过该出口1312自该第二连接口122流出,以清洁该待清洁部件20的内腔和该第二开口23内的杂物。
其中,该待清洁部件20可以包括支架210以及可固定于该支架210上的喷嘴220。例如,该支架210上具有槽体211、设置于槽体211一侧的槽口212、以及设置于槽体211侧壁上的多个开孔213。该喷嘴220被固定于支架210的开孔213上,例如,多个喷嘴220可以同时被固定于支架210的多个开孔213上。该喷嘴220上具有过胶孔221,该过胶孔221贯穿该喷嘴220。其中,该过胶孔221具有孔腔2211以及位于孔腔2211两端的第一子开口2212与第二子开口2213。其中,该支架210的槽体211与过胶孔221的孔腔2211连通后所形成的空间构成该待清洁部件20的内腔21,该槽口212构成该待清洁部件20的第一开口22,该过胶孔221的第二子开口2213构成该待清洁部件20的第二开口23。在通过该清洁装置10清洁该待清洁部件20时,该第二连接口122连接该待清洁部件20的第一开口22,该驱动部件13驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该管道12流入该待清洁部件20的支架210的槽体211以及喷嘴220的过胶孔221且自该过胶孔221的第二子开口2213流出,以清洁喷嘴220的过胶孔221内的残留胶体。
在一些实施例中,该管道12的第二连接口122与该待清洁部件20通过插接方式连接。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图2及图3,图2为本申请实施例提供的清洁装置的另一结构示意,图3为本申请实施例提供的清洁装置的又一结构示意图。该管道12的第二连接口与该待清洁部件20通过螺纹连接的方式连接。
例如,如图2所示,该第二连接口122的外部周缘具有外螺纹1221,该待清洁部件20的第一开口22内周缘具有与该外螺纹1221相应的内螺纹221。
例如,如图3所示,该第二连接口122的内部周缘具有内螺纹1222,该待清洁部件20的第一开口22外周缘具有与该内螺纹1222相应的外螺纹222。
在一些实施例中,该第二开口23为多个间隔设置的开口。

在一些实施例中,如图4所示,图4为本申请实施例提供的清洁装置的再一结构示意图。图4与图1的差别在于:该容器11具有第一收容槽111与第二收容槽112。
其中,第一收容槽111上还设有溢出孔1111,第一收容槽111设置于第二收容槽112的上方,第一收容槽111与第二收容槽112均用于容纳清洁物14。该待清洁部件20浸泡在第一收容槽111内容纳的该清洁物14中。
在清洁该待清洁部件20时,该驱动部件13驱动第二收容槽112内的清洁物14自该管道12流入该待清洁部件20的内腔21且自该第二开口23流出,从该第二开口23流出的清洁物14暂时先存储于第一收容槽111内,直到第一收容槽111内的清洁物14的水位达到溢出孔1111位置,清洁物14从溢出孔1111溢出从而流入第二收容槽112内,既能保证该待清洁部件20在清洗过程中,在清洁物有限的情况下,可以一直浸泡在该清洁物14中,又能保证清洁物14的循环流动,进而可以有效的清洁该待清洁部件20的内腔和该第二开口23内的杂物。

在一些实施例中,如图6及图7所示,图6为本申请实施例提供的清洁系统的另一结构示意图,图7为本申请实施例提供的清洁系统的又一结构示意图。该管道12的第二连接口与该待清洁部件20通过螺纹连接的方式连接。
在一些实施例中,该管道12的第二连接口与该待清洁部件20通过插接方式连接。
例如,如图6所示,该第二连接口122的外部周缘具有外螺纹1221,该待清洁部件20的第一开口22内周缘具有与该外螺纹1221相应的内螺纹221。

本申请实施例提供的清洁系统100,包括容器11,管道12,驱动部件13和待清洁部件20,容器11用于容纳清洁物14,管道12具有第一连接口121和第二连接口122,该第一连接口121和第二连接口122分别与该容器11连通,该驱动部件13用于驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该第一连接口121流入该管道12且自该第二连接口122流出,待清洁部件20,具有内腔21以及连接该内腔21的第一开口22和第二开口23,该第一开口22与该第二连接口122连接,在清洁该待清洁部件20时,该驱动部件13驱动该容器11内的清洁物14自该管道12流入该待清洁部件20的内腔21且自该第二开口23流出,以清洁该待清洁部件20的内腔21和该第二开口23内的杂物。本申请实施例通过具备循环功能的清洁系统,可以驱动清洁物从管道流入待清洁部件的内腔且自第二开口流出,又再驱动从第二开口流出的清洁物再次流经管道后再流入清洁待清洁部件的内腔,可以有效清洁待清洁部件内的异物。

- 一种清洁装置,用于清洁待清洁部件,其中所述待清洁部件具有内腔以及连接所述内腔的第一开口和第二开口,所述清洁装置包括:容器,用于容纳清洁物;管道,所述管道具有第一连接口和第二连接口,所述第一连接口和第二连接口分别与所述容器连通;驱动部件,所述驱动部件用于驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述第一连接口流入所述管道且自所述第二连接口流出;在通过所述清洁装置清洁所述待清洁部件时,所述第二连接口连接所述待清洁部件的第一开口,所述驱动部件驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述管道流入所述待清洁部件的内腔且自所述第二开口流出,以清洁所述待清洁部件的内腔和所述第二开口内的杂物。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述管道的第二连接口与所述待清洁部件通过螺纹连接的方式连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中所述第二连接口的外部周缘具有外螺纹,所述待清洁部件的第一开口内周缘具有与所述外螺纹相应的内螺纹。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中所述第二连接口的内部周缘具有内螺纹,所述待清洁部件的第一开口外周缘具有与所述内螺纹相应的外螺纹。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述管道的第二连接口与所述待清洁部件通过插接方式连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述第二开口为多个间隔设置的开口。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述待清洁部件浸泡在所述清洁物中。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述驱动部件包括腔体以及设置于所述腔体内的驱动单元,所述腔体具有相对设置的入口与出口,所述入口与所述第一连接口连接,所述出口与所述第二连接口,所述驱动单元驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述第一连接口经过所述入口流入所述腔体内,并驱动所述流入所述腔体内的清洁物经过所述出口自所述第二连接口流出。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述待清洁部件包括支架以及可固定于所述支架上的喷嘴;所述支架上具有槽体、设置于槽体一侧的槽口、以及设置于槽体侧壁上的多个开孔,所述喷嘴被固定于所述支架的开孔上;所述喷嘴上具有过胶孔,所述过胶孔贯穿所述喷嘴,其中,所述过胶孔具有孔腔以及位于所述孔腔两端的第一子开口与第二子开口;所述槽体与所述过胶孔的孔腔连通后所形成的空间构成所述待清洁部件的内腔,所述槽口构成所述待清洁部件的第一开口,所述过胶孔的第二子开口构成所述待清洁部件的第二开口。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述容器具有第一收容槽与第二收容槽,所述第一收容槽上还设有溢出孔,所述第一收容槽设置于所述第二收容槽的上方,所述第一收容槽与第二收容槽用于容纳所述清洁物,其中。所述待清洁部件浸泡在所述第一收容槽内容纳的清洁物中;在清洁所述待清洁部件时,所述驱动部件驱动所述第二收容槽内的清洁物自所述管道流入所述待清洁部件的内腔且自所述第二开口流出,从所述第二开口流出的清洁物暂存于所述第一收容槽内,直到所述第一收容槽内的清洁物的水位达到所述溢出孔位置,所述清洁物从所述溢出孔溢出从而流入所述第二收容槽内。
- 一种清洁系统,其包括:容器,用于容纳清洁物;管道,所述管道具有第一连接口和第二连接口,所述第一连接口和第二连接口分别与所述容器连通;驱动部件,所述驱动部件用于驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述第一连接口流入所述管道且自所述第二连接口流出;待清洁部件,具有内腔以及连接所述内腔的第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口与所述第二连接口连接;在清洁所述待清洁部件时,所述驱动部件驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述管道流入所述待清洁部件的内腔且自所述第二开口流出,以清洁所述待清洁部件的内腔和所述第二开口内的杂物。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述管道的第二连接口与所述待清洁部件通过螺纹连接的方式连接。
- 如权利要求12所述的清洁系统,其中所述第二连接口的外部周缘具有外螺纹,所述待清洁部件的第一开口内周缘具有与所述外螺纹相应的内螺纹。
- 如权利要求12所述的清洁系统,其中所述第二连接口的内部周缘具有内螺纹,所述待清洁部件的第一开口外周缘具有与所述内螺纹相应的外螺纹。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述管道的第二连接口与所述待清洁部件通过插接方式连接。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述第二开口为多个间隔设置的开口。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述待清洁部件浸泡在所述清洁物中。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述驱动部件包括腔体以及设置于所述腔体内的驱动单元,所述腔体具有相对设置的入口与出口,所述入口与所述第一连接口连接,所述出口与所述第二连接口,所述驱动单元驱动所述容器内的清洁物自所述第一连接口经过所述入口流入所述腔体内,并驱动所述流入所述腔体内的清洁物经过所述出口自所述第二连接口流出。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述待清洁部件包括支架以及可固定于所述支架上的喷嘴;所述支架上具有槽体、设置于槽体一侧的槽口、以及设置于槽体侧壁上的多个开孔,所述喷嘴被固定于所述支架的开孔上;所述喷嘴上具有过胶孔,所述过胶孔贯穿所述喷嘴,其中,所述过胶孔具有孔腔以及位于所述孔腔两端的第一子开口与第二子开口;所述槽体与所述过胶孔的孔腔连通后所形成的空间构成所述待清洁部件的内腔,所述槽口构成所述待清洁部件的第一开口,所述过胶孔的第二子开口构成所述待清洁部件的第二开口。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洁系统,其中所述容器具有第一收容槽与第二收容槽,所述第一收容槽上还设有溢出孔,所述第一收容槽设置于所述第二收容槽的上方,所述第一收容槽与第二收容槽用于容纳所述清洁物,其中。所述待清洁部件浸泡在所述第一收容槽内容纳的清洁物中;在清洁所述待清洁部件时,所述驱动部件驱动所述第二收容槽内的清洁物自所述管道流入所述待清洁部件的内腔且自所述第二开口流出,从所述第二开口流出的清洁物暂存于所述第一收容槽内,直到所述第一收容槽内的清洁物的水位达到所述溢出孔位置,所述清洁物从所述溢出孔溢出从而流入所述第二收容槽内。
