  • This product we obtained, can be easily absorbed quickly and directly by plants and soil like bee milk, breast milk. Besides having 100% bio-organic / inorganic nutrient features, it can also be used by the plant as a nutrient essence from its leaves, branches, body and roots, so that the natural cycle and continuity of the eco system is reequilibrated by means of this method.
  • the ecosystem cycle is supplemented / provided and the food chain is completed. It makes use of biological (EM), organic (leonardite), inorganic (various minerals), sugar beet pulps and creates an organic (potassium-magnesium-phosphorus-sulfur-nitrogen) group granule product, which are then fermented by a new method and a new process by means of which product/products are found.
  • the product/products and method/methods resulting from this process are called ESR-RENEW-Y (Eco Life System Regulator-Renew-Y).
  • humic acid, fulvic acid, and low pH levels in the leonardite structure were found intact and cancerous or infertile and sterile land was able to be vitalised as well. Furthermore, by using this method dense liquids, granules and micro-granules were developed suitable for their intended use and suitable for industrial production. The product / products made in both forms are applied on plants, soil, water and waste.
  • the product in liquid form can be used for irrigation, spraying and dripping.
  • we obtained a new product by adding this liquid form into granulated products obtained by processing mines containing organic and inorganic elements. These mines are brown leonardite, clinoptilolite type zeolite, clay, stream sand, ceramics, pumice, bentonite-montmorillonite, brown lava stone, iron-oxide, sepiolite, diatomite and black leonardite minerals with high carbon level.
  • As black leonardite contains high carbon, it acts as an artificially produced activated carbon, and absorbs the chemical substances in the ground. In other words, heavy metals, chemicals, pesticides that cause pollution in the soil and increase pH level are neutralized by this way. At the same time, due to released humic and fulvic acid, the pH level of the soil starts to decrease.
  • - Fulvic acid is also a volatile component that increases dissolution in the soil, causing the moisture of soil base to be transmitted to the upper layer and to be absorbed by the plant. This moisture, transmitted towards the upper layer of the soil, causes the viable microorganisms to survive.
  • Clinoptilolite zeolite absorbs heavy metals, gives oxygen to the soil through ion exchange and provides moisture to the soil by converting it into useful acids. It also converts pellicides, heavy metals and pesticide remains into nutrients, beneficial enzymes during ion exchange.
  • the pumice mineral is light in weight, porous and water-retaining, which helps to balance the moisture in the soil and avoids squeezing by loosening the soil.
  • the clay layers from the Leonardite mines are also rich in zeolites. At the same time, this clay is added to the products by activating them at high temperatures and then turning them into micro-granules. Along with its water-retaining properties, it also creates an environment for beneficial micro-organisms to proliferate.
  • Ceramic dust/chamotte provides an adherence and breeding environment for beneficial bacteria and supports the formation of a permanent natural circle.
  • Sepiolite mineral is a rich source of nutrients and minerals.
  • Sepiolite Due to holding up to 50 times water in its molecular structure and the effect of fossilized moss in its structure (just as in the structure of Sepiolite mineral), Sepiolite is a rich source of nutrients and minerals. It can also be directly mixed into the granular product, and plays an important role particularly in the coating of the granular end product.
  • Iron oxides are obtained from oxide veins formed in basalt and andalusite minerals by using the sieving/grinding method. Different amounts of iron oxides are added to liquid and solid products in order to meet iron needs of plants. At the same time, it contributes as a preventive factor against the yellowing and drying due to lack of iron in plants.
  • Bentonite-Montmorillonite neutralizes positively charged heavy metals in the earth.
  • it has a molecular structure 500 times smaller than water molecules. It penetrates to places where water is not able to reach and strengthens soil structure by cation exchange. It has a water retention capacity of up to 15-20 times.
  • the calcium silicates in its structure also complete the lack of calcium in the soil. Its structure is a volcanic tufa.
  • the granules obtained by means of this method are formulated in different ratios and metrics (mm). That is, according to the current structure of the soil, there are various formulas and methods for cancerous soil, sterile soil, fatigued soil, diminished soil effectiveness and living soils.
  • the liquid form can be easily applied by spraying onto all tree and vegetable plant species whose leaves are benefited from. Also it provides a liquid solution that can be easily and quickly absorbed from the leaves, branches, body and roots of all plants.
  • Liquid and solid (granular) forms can also be used together for waste and dirty water, streams, lakes and ponds, factory wastewater, which has a long-lasting effect.
  • ESR-RENEW-Y EkoLifeSystemRegulator-Renew-Y
  • the ecosystem is revitalized and the effects are continuous, the soil and water is regulated in fast way, heavy metals, chemicals and agricultural materials are bound and are then disintegrated into pieces, converted into useful acids and organic materials, which established a vital environment for plants and other living beings.
  • the production process is applied, and the dissolution and disintegration process of leonardite in the soil that lasts for 4-5 years is simulated and accelerated by a new method and process. Furthermore, its (plant, soil and nutrient) fertilizer feature is enriched.
  • the high pH level of soil is normalized, and the products we use decrease gradually, depending on the amount of usage, frequency of usage and climatic conditions.
  • Heavy metals and chemical components in the soil are bound, and are then disintegrated by living microorganisms into useful organic materials and useful amino acids and enzymes in order to create a natural cycle in which living microorganisms can live and breed. After this application, land and water resources can start to maintain their natural cycle in an increasing manner.
  • Liquid applications As a known method in the world, a solution is obtained by mixing leonardite mineral costic acid and various chemical products. Since this solution has a high pH (hardness), it makes it impossible to use leonardite with an effectiveness of 100%, because such chemical acids deform the structure of leonardite fossil mineral to a great extent.
  • the desired yield from leonardite cannot be achieved, which induces farmers to use chemical fertilizers, and accelerates the dependency of soil on chemical fertilizer.
  • soil becomes inefficient and cancerous, which makes it unusable. It also prevents the formation of viable microorganisms in soil and water due to the high pH effect.
  • the released humic acid value should be between 3-7 pH, whereas the pH level of solutions obtained with chemical acids is 8 or higher. This causes a formation of a hard shell in the earth/soil.
  • the optimum proliferation value of beneficial microorganisms is between 6,6 and 7,5 ph. Even human biology is not different from soil; the ideal pH value in the human body is at a pH of 7,1. Above or below this value, the metabolism starts to deteriorate, which causes diseases to occur.
  • Solid applications granule leonardite is used in known leonardite solid applications in the world and in our country, but zeolite mineral is used in greenhouse and its usage is limited. In granule applications produced from existing leonardite, leonardite is mechanically rolled and heated to solidify. It takes these produced leonardite granules years (about 4-5 years) to be disintegrated into the soil.

Description

Ecological Life System Regulator
The invention includes methods and their production processes that are applied in order to obtain solid (granule) and liquid products by utilizing materials such as various mines (brown lava stones, clinoptilolite zeolite, bentonite-montmorillonite, clay, stream sand, pumice, ceramics, iron-oxide), sugar beet pulp, sugar cane molasses or sugar beet molasses materials which consist of (active (effective) microorganisms (EM), leonardite bacteria, soil bacteria), organic fossil mines (brown leonardite, black leonardite, sepiolite, diatomite) and inorganic minerals and elements.
Technical Field and Current State
Today effective microorganisms (EM) are applied worldwide for the purpose of soil amendment, human health, waste water remediation, organic fertilizer, animal fodder (silage) production and animal health, hygiene, elimination of bad smells and chemical hazardous wastes, etc.
Leonardite mineral is used as an organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer because it drops the ph. level of soil, contains humic and fulvic acid and includes organic and inorganic minerals. Since there are no intensive studies on this subject, the use of this mine is based on non-scientific techniques. Therefore, the leonardite mine has not been used effectively.
There are well-known methods for Leonardite mine and its alternative uses, as well as existing productions on liquid leonardite. However; as a liquid soil conditioner, some acid-derived chemicals such as, costic acid solution are used for the decomposition of leonardite, which causes the pH value of liquid leonardite to exceed the normal value. That is, the pH level of the solution obtained is minimum 8-12 and above. Furthermore, it is seen that the natural structure of leonardite is impaired by chemical acids and is used unknowingly in agricultural areas without being effective.
It is obvious that it will not provide the desired benefits in agricultural areas whose pH level is already elevated due to the known methods. This improper use will not reduce the use of external chemical fertilizers and will also encourage the use of chemical fertilizers permanently and dependently. In this case, the humus effect, which is the main feature of organic fertilizers, will not be seen in the soil.
Technical Field and Scope of the Invention
This patent is based on new fermentation processes and methods of organic components (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen) obtained from sugar beet pulps and mines that include effective microorganisms (EM) and/or soil bacteria and/or leonardite bacteria, organic fossil mines, and inorganic elements. As a result; various products such as 100% bio-organic, bio-inorganic, bio-organic / inorganic liquid and solid (granule) products are obtained.
Two main product groups in solid and liquid forms, as well as a third major raw material ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO is obtained in granular form which includes organic components (potassium-phosphorus-nitrogen-magnesium-sulfur). By means of this new product, the invention has been made more suitable for industrial production and use.
The present invention is a novitious method of applying an organic mixture which is particularly useful and effective in the fields of environment, agricultural areas, aquaculture, aquarium sector, human health, animal health, plant health and has overcome the known state of the technique. According to the current situation, the raw material is copious and its production is very easy and cheap, therefore, it is suitable for industrialization.
Theme of the Invention
The invention uses methods that consists of three main components of various mines (brown lava stones, clinoptilolite zeolite, bentonite-montmorillonite, clay, stream sand, pumice, ceramics, iron-oxide) which include beneficial microorganisms (effective microorganisms (EM), and/or bacteria and/or soil bacteria from leonardite), organic mines (leonardite fossil mine, sepiolite, diatomite etc.) and inorganic elements. By applying the method/methods having these main components and component groups; water-soluble micro-granule leonardite and liquid leonardite were obtained. Both main products are enriched with organic group elements (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen). The third main raw material is the granule containing organic components. A granular plant nutrient with organic (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen) group was gained as a product. Also; our ESR-RENEW-Y main product was obtained by fermenting our ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL and ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO products with EM (Effective Microorganisms).
Thanks to this invention, liquid and granular products, containing 100% bio-organic/inorganic plant nutrients, gained new industrial properties and production methods. All of the techniques known in the world with these properties and methods have been exceeded.
Purpose of the Invention
The present invention is contemplated with the purpose of achieving the following benefits by applying the resulting product and/or product groups.
A. Regaining the status of agriculture/ forest land that lost its agricultural forestry land property,
B. Removing harmful effects of chemical fertilizer technology,
C. Obtaining a product(s) to replace chemical fertilizers,
D. Taking place in our developing country and in the world as a 100% bio-organic and bio-inorganic nutrient (fertilizer), soil and water regulator,
E. Contributing to the upbringing of healthy people and generations, contributing to the prevention of diseases and harms that occur in life of beings due to the pollution of ecological life,
F. Increasing the quality of water and water resources (including wastewater) to a level where all living life can continue,
G. Creating new natural habitats that will affect air quality index positively,
H. Supporting and ensuring the continuity of the ecological system.
Since this invention comprises processes and methods related to a new bio-organic-inorganic mixture and its fermentation called ESR-RENEW-Y, increasing the quality of the soil, water and air and maintaining the cyclic continuity of the three basic elements of a healthy ecological environment, is briefly part of environment technical field.
Definition and Benefits of the Invention Method
In this new method disclosed by this patent, first organic compounds groups (potassium-magnesium-nitrogen-sulfur-phosphorus) are converted into an organic leonardite fossil mine, water-soluble micro-granule by producing with granular additive which is a new product. Then, fermentation processes are carried out by adding sugar-cane molasses containing organic potassium and rich minerals. After this process; microbiological processes are applied by using effective microorganisms (EM) and/or three types of leonardite bacteria augmented in laboratory environment and/or eight types of useful soil bacteria grown around the soil root. After all these processes, the prepared liquid mixture is rested and ventilated in tanks for 7 to 21 days and the resulting product is ready for packaging.
After fermenting the leonardite mine, the product we created contains amino acids, enzymes ready to be absorbed by plants, organic substances, minerals, trace elements, organic minerals, organic potassium, organic magnesium, organic phosphorus, organic sulfur, organic nitrogen etc. that are beneficial for soil, water and plants, and have soil and water regulating properties as well.
This product, we obtained, can be easily absorbed quickly and directly by plants and soil like bee milk, breast milk. Besides having 100% bio-organic / inorganic nutrient features, it can also be used by the plant as a nutrient essence from its leaves, branches, body and roots, so that the natural cycle and continuity of the eco system is reequilibrated by means of this method.
By using this new method, the ecosystem cycle is supplemented / provided and the food chain is completed. The product/products and method/methods resulting from this process are called ESR-RENEW-Y (Eco Life System Regulator-Renew-Y).
By means of this method, humic acid, fulvic acid, and low pH levels in the leonardite structure were found intact and cancerous or infertile and sterile land was able to be vitalised as well. Furthermore, by using this method dense liquids, granules and micro-granules were developed suitable for their intended use and suitable for industrial production. The product / products made in both forms are applied on plants, soil, water and waste.
The product in liquid form can be used for irrigation, spraying and dripping. At the same time, we obtained a new product by adding this liquid form into granulated products obtained by processing mines containing organic and inorganic elements. These mines are brown leonardite, clinoptilolite type zeolite, clay, stream sand, ceramics, pumice, bentonite-montmorillonite, brown lava stone, iron-oxide, sepiolite, diatomite and black leonardite minerals with high carbon level.
This method provides the following benefits:
- As black leonardite contains high carbon, it acts as an artificially produced activated carbon, and absorbs the chemical substances in the ground. In other words, heavy metals, chemicals, pesticides that cause pollution in the soil and increase pH level are neutralized by this way. At the same time, due to released humic and fulvic acid, the pH level of the soil starts to decrease.
- Fulvic acid is also a volatile component that increases dissolution in the soil, causing the moisture of soil base to be transmitted to the upper layer and to be absorbed by the plant. This moisture, transmitted towards the upper layer of the soil, causes the viable microorganisms to survive.
- Due to its porous structure, Clinoptilolite zeolite absorbs heavy metals, gives oxygen to the soil through ion exchange and provides moisture to the soil by converting it into useful acids. It also converts pellicides, heavy metals and pesticide remains into nutrients, beneficial enzymes during ion exchange.
- Leonardite in solid form; humic acid, fulvic acid and many rich minerals it contains, it feeds EM and / or leonardite bacteria and soil.
- The pumice mineral is light in weight, porous and water-retaining, which helps to balance the moisture in the soil and avoids squeezing by loosening the soil.
- The clay layers from the Leonardite mines are also rich in zeolites. At the same time, this clay is added to the products by activating them at high temperatures and then turning them into micro-granules. Along with its water-retaining properties, it also creates an environment for beneficial micro-organisms to proliferate.
- Due to the alluvial properties of stream sand, they provide natural nutrients to microorganisms. It is also a natural mineral source.
- Ceramic dust/chamotte provides an adherence and breeding environment for beneficial bacteria and supports the formation of a permanent natural circle.
- Because of the rich minerals and potassium content of the lava pieces, it increases and accelerates root development in plants. It is rendered into 0-500 microns of powder (granules) and is mixed.
- Due to holding up to 250 times water in its molecular structure and the effect of fossilized moss in its structure, Sepiolite mineral is a rich source of nutrients and minerals.
- Due to holding up to 50 times water in its molecular structure and the effect of fossilized moss in its structure (just as in the structure of Sepiolite mineral), Sepiolite is a rich source of nutrients and minerals. It can also be directly mixed into the granular product, and plays an important role particularly in the coating of the granular end product.
- Iron oxides are obtained from oxide veins formed in basalt and andalusite minerals by using the sieving/grinding method. Different amounts of iron oxides are added to liquid and solid products in order to meet iron needs of plants. At the same time, it contributes as a preventive factor against the yellowing and drying due to lack of iron in plants.
- With its negative ion structure Bentonite-Montmorillonite neutralizes positively charged heavy metals in the earth. In addition, it has a molecular structure 500 times smaller than water molecules. It penetrates to places where water is not able to reach and strengthens soil structure by cation exchange. It has a water retention capacity of up to 15-20 times. The calcium silicates in its structure also complete the lack of calcium in the soil. Its structure is a volcanic tufa.
- The granules obtained by means of this method are formulated in different ratios and metrics (mm). That is, according to the current structure of the soil, there are various formulas and methods for cancerous soil, sterile soil, fatigued soil, diminished soil effectiveness and living soils.
- According to the present structure of the soil and the products obtained by this method, first of all various amounts are prepared and applied for chemical and heavy metals purification processes, followed by enrichment and resuscitation of soil with liquid method applications. Due to such reasons, different types of granule ratios and liquid methods are applied.
- With this method, the supplement needs and usage amounts given into the soil are continuously decreasing every year. This depends on environmental factors. (Drought, humidity, spraying, climatic conditions, etc.)
- In this method, there are no adverse effects such as excessive application, or overdose. As it is a 100% natural method, it consigns the eco-cycle to nature. Intensive applications accelerate the earth cycle and allow for shorter results.
- Chemical cleaners such as chlorine and fluoride are factors that reduce the effect during application. In this case, only useful minerals, organic substances and useful acids are not affected. However, living microorganisms suffer from it. Accordingly, the natural cycle is adversely affected.
- Thanks to beneficial microorganisms, diseases on soil are also greatly reduced. As the pH level of the soil rises to 8 and above, convenient breeding environments occur for harmful bacteria, molds and fungi, which affects the life of plants in the land negatively.
- The liquid form can be easily applied by spraying onto all tree and vegetable plant species whose leaves are benefited from. Also it provides a liquid solution that can be easily and quickly absorbed from the leaves, branches, body and roots of all plants.
- Liquid and solid (granular) forms can also be used together for waste and dirty water, streams, lakes and ponds, factory wastewater, which has a long-lasting effect.
- Granule and liquid forms are easily applied to commercial and ornamental fisheries, it also removes the stress effect from the fish in order to prevent losses.
As seen; ESR-RENEW-Y (EkoLifeSystemRegulator-Renew-Y) method / methods are completely different from the existing granule and liquid produced leonardites in terms of production methods and application effects; processes and methods. The ecosystem is revitalized and the effects are continuous, the soil and water is regulated in fast way, heavy metals, chemicals and agricultural materials are bound and are then disintegrated into pieces, converted into useful acids and organic materials, which established a vital environment for plants and other living beings.
When the EM method is applied directly in areas where the pH level of soil and water is 9 and above, and where metals and chemicals deposit, useful microorganisms cannot find a space to survive and disappear. In direct application of the Leonardite mineral, there is a benefit that spreads over a period of approximately 4-5 years. This makes it difficult to obtain the desired level of yield from the soil in a short time, as well.
By means of these new methods/methods, the production process is applied, and the dissolution and disintegration process of leonardite in the soil that lasts for 4-5 years is simulated and accelerated by a new method and process. Furthermore, its (plant, soil and nutrient) fertilizer feature is enriched.
As a result, the high pH level of soil is normalized, and the products we use decrease gradually, depending on the amount of usage, frequency of usage and climatic conditions. Heavy metals and chemical components in the soil are bound, and are then disintegrated by living microorganisms into useful organic materials and useful amino acids and enzymes in order to create a natural cycle in which living microorganisms can live and breed. After this application, land and water resources can start to maintain their natural cycle in an increasing manner.
Unlike current leonardite applications in the world and in our country, these patented product/products are available in liquid and solid forms for applications in fields of soil cultivation, fisheries, ponds, streams, stock farming and factory wastes.
Liquid applications: As a known method in the world, a solution is obtained by mixing leonardite mineral costic acid and various chemical products. Since this solution has a high pH (hardness), it makes it impossible to use leonardite with an effectiveness of 100%, because such chemical acids deform the structure of leonardite fossil mineral to a great extent.
For this reason, the desired yield from leonardite cannot be achieved, which induces farmers to use chemical fertilizers, and accelerates the dependency of soil on chemical fertilizer. As a result, soil becomes inefficient and cancerous, which makes it unusable. It also prevents the formation of viable microorganisms in soil and water due to the high pH effect. The released humic acid value should be between 3-7 pH, whereas the pH level of solutions obtained with chemical acids is 8 or higher. This causes a formation of a hard shell in the earth/soil. However, the optimum proliferation value of beneficial microorganisms is between 6,6 and 7,5 ph. Even human biology is not different from soil; the ideal pH value in the human body is at a pH of 7,1. Above or below this value, the metabolism starts to deteriorate, which causes diseases to occur.
In this patented method, EM (effective microorganisms) and/or soil bacteria and/or natural leonardite bacteria, propagated in laboratory environment, are used. In previous years, three types of leonardite bacteria were detected in a laboratory study in Japan. It was seen that the bacteria was able to sustain their life and that they were compatible with each other.
In this patent, we aimed to shorten the fermentation process of leonardite with beneficial micro-organisms and to obtain water-soluble micro-granule leonardite. In other words, we created a new manufacturing process by expanding and developing the patented invention and methods, and by providing mass and high capacity production in industrial areas and manufacturing. We also obtained 100% bio-organic-inorganic products in solid and liquid form which can be applied on various usage areas.
Solid applications: granule leonardite is used in known leonardite solid applications in the world and in our country, but zeolite mineral is used in greenhouse and its usage is limited. In granule applications produced from existing leonardite, leonardite is mechanically rolled and heated to solidify. It takes these produced leonardite granules years (about 4-5 years) to be disintegrated into the soil.
In our enhanced granule system, the product disintegrates immediately into the soil and its humic and fulvic acids and a lot of useful minerals in its structure start to dissolve rapidly in the soil. This allows our granular product to affect and penetrate into the soil faster.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention is an ecological life system regulator and method of production and is as follows;
Production Process of 100% Bio-Organic Liquid Plant Nutrient, Soil and Water Regulator (ESR-RENEW-Y)
Process 1 - The process of granulating leonardite or supplying leonardite in granular form;
Leonardite raw material is ground into 0-500 mm. The ready ground leonardite is put into the raw material tank (1a).
When supplied at larger diameters, the raw material can be prepared by grinding in desired diameters and sizes by using a grinder (pre-grinder) (2a) which can grind in various diameters (between 0-500 micron).
The moisture of Leonardite should be maintained and not dried.
Process 2- Production of granules (ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO) containing organic components;
In this patent; Sugar beet pulp is used as an organic potassium source. This pulp is the remaining marc from sugar production. It contains high potassium, low phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur and other minerals, and is still used as animal feed in stock farming.
First; the sugar beet pulp is send from the stock tank (1g) into the pre-dryer (4g) to be dried at low temperature. The dried material is sent to the stirred tank (5g). The material is crumbled during mixing.
After crumbling, a second mixture is provided by adding liquid organic phosphorus from the liquid organic phosphorous tank (2g) and liquid organic nitrogen from the liquid organic nitrogen tank (3g) into the stirred tank (5g) by using liquid organic spraying method, in order to increase the amount of phosphorus required.
It is passed through dryer (6g) at low temperature for re-drying of granules. The product here is delivered to the vibrating sieve system (7g).
The material formed over the sieve during the sieving process is transferred to the temporal material cyclone tank (8) over the sieve. Then it is sent to the material stock silo tank (12g) from the material cyclone tank (8g).
Materials under the sieve are transferred into the other temporal material cyclone tank (9g) under the sieve. According to the laboratory analysis results of the sample, the mixing ratios can be readjusted by feeding back the material into the stirred tank (5g) (Quality Control).
While the material under the sieve is sent from the material cyclone tank (9g) to the material stock silo (10g) for storage, it is also send to the packaging unit (11g) at the same time. Material transfers between units are made by using conveyor belts and various helixes. We called the product, obtained by means of these processes and methods, ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO.

Process 3- ESR-ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO which is the organic (potassium-phosphorus-nitrogen-magnesium-sulfur) component group that we produce in step 2 is mixed in a mixer (based on organic material density and laboratory analysis values) with the granular leonardite raw materials prepared in step 1 between a ratio of ¼ and 4/4;
Our organic (potassium-phosphorus-nitrogen-magnesium-sulfur) product group, ESR-RENEW-Y- GRANO, which we have produced in step 2 and put in the ESR-RENEW-Y- GRANO organic components granule product tank (3a) is transferred into the dryer (4a) together with the leonardite produced in step 1, (based on organic material density and laboratory analysis values) and the granular leonardite raw material prepared between ratios of 1/4 to 4/4 in step 1. Both materials are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The mixture and its duration continue in batches according to the values given in the prescription and the other dry mixture is filled into the stock tank (5a). What will be noted here is that the leanardite must be at its natural humidity and the produced (potassium-phosphorus-nitrogen-magnesium-sulfur) components group granule product (ESR-RENEW-Y-GRANO) must be dry. During the period of time, the two main raw materials are reacted to provide the transformation of leonardite to a water-soluble form.
Process 4 - Obtaining the first raw material (ESR-RENEW-Y-1), which is a water-soluble micro-granular material, by grinding the material obtained in step 3 between 0-500 microns;
The water soluble product is transferred into a (0-500) micron grinder (precision and without a sieve) (6a). From here the ESR-RENEW-Y-1 water soluble leonardite (micro-granule) is taken to the stock tanks (7a) and stocked for further processing steps.
This product, which is ground in micro-nano sizes, has now a water-soluble structure, and gained an enriched, different and new raw material property without deteriorating the original structure of leonardite.
In this patent study, the first water-soluble main raw material we have made into micro-granule is called ESR-RENEW-Y-1.
Process 5 - The product (ESR-RENEW-Y-1) obtained in step 4 is dissolved in a homogeneous mixture at +2 to (+90) C to obtain the second major raw material ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID liquid solution;
The first main raw material (ESR-RENEW-Y-1) obtained in step 4 and purified water taken out of the stock tank (9a) is filled into treatment tank (8a) with mixer and temperature regulator which is heated at a temperature of between (+2 and 90).
Rates are based on the quality of leonardite in the analysis reports. At the same time, the mixing process is performed in order to dissolve the product completely in water. At the end of this process, the tank is left to rest for 1 day. However, the heaters are left open during this time so that the desired temperature is gradually reduced. Finally it is fixed to room temperature. In this patent, the second major raw material, we obtain at the end of this process, is called ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID. This product is transferred to ESR-RENEW-Y-LIKID stock tanks (14a). (It is the liquid leonardite product obtained by dissolving ESR-RENEW-Y-1 with purified water)
Process 6 - Dissolving the sugar cane molasses at an appropriate temperature by using purified water (if sugar beet molasses is used, this solution is clarified with sodium thiosulfate [Na2S2O3.5H2O (sodium thiosulfate pent hydrate) solution;
As is known, sugar cane and sugar beet molasses contain large amounts of organic potassium. The sugar content of sugar cone molasses is nearly zero, while the insoluble sugar content of the sugar beet molasses is nearly zero. The chlorine content of sugar beet molasses is around 12%. When we choose sugar beet molasses, all the beneficial microorganisms we use will die. Despite this favorable benefit of sugar beet molasses containing an average of 40% organic potassium, the chlorine effect will adversely affect our project. This negativity is removed using sodium thiosulphate [Na2S2O3.5H2O (sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate)] solution. However; we prefer sugar cane molasses because of its high sugar and nutritive mineral content. In terms of benefit-cost-result relations, one of the two products can be preferred.
Based on the situations we have discussed so far, we obtain a molasses solution by dissolving the molasses raw material in a separate molasses stirred tank (10a) with purified water taken from the purified water stock tank (9a) at a ratio of (1/1000 to 100/1000). But the water used in this tank should be purified and the tank should be out of chromium and free from bacteria.
Process 7 - The third raw material (ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL (ESR-RENEW-Y-1) is obtained by mixing the molasses solution obtained in process step 6 with the ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID product obtained in step 5 in the stirred tank (8a).
The 2nd main raw material ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID, we obtained, and the molasses solution in the molasses tank (10a) are mixed in the stirred and temperature controlled treatment tank (8a), and are left to rest for 1 day. The organic potassium and minerals in the molasses enrich the ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID for the second time to provide a more concentrated solution. It also creates an environment in which useful microorganisms that will be added in the next stage can feed and survive. This product we obtained is called ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL, the third main raw material, which is also transferred into the ESR-RENEW-Y-LIKIDMEL stock tank (15a).
Process 8 - Addition of sufficient EM (effective microorganisms) to the 3rd main raw material (ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL) obtained in step 7;
The EM (effective microorganisms), stored in EM chromium stock tanks (11a) or in drums, are added to the dissolved liquid solution product at 1/1000 or increasing rates. If Dorment (bacterial core) is to be used, the tank temperature is set between 22 and 37°C. For the ideal propagation of useful microorganisms, the pH value should be between 6 and 8. The best value is between 7.1 and 7.4.
Process 9- Fermentation process after adding of EM (effective microorganisms) to the 3rd main raw material (ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL) obtained in step 7;
After EM (effective microorganisms) is added, the ready-product ESR-RENEW-Y is transferred to the main product stock tank (12a) and is kept there for 3 to 21 days.
As microorganisms continue to function, appropriate ventilation is provided before mixing, since there will be gaseous escapes in the solution. Once the fermentation process is complete, our bio-organic liquid product is ready for use and packaging. This liquid, which is our main product, is called ESR-RENEW-Y which is transferred to ESR-RENEW-Y main product stock tanks (12a).
Process 10- Filling the main product (ESR-RENEW-Y) liquid obtained in step 9 into plastic bottles with valve caps in different volumes and measures.
The ready-to-use liquid product is then filled into plastic drums in various volumes which are closed with compressed valve caps to complete packaging steps in the packaging unit (13a).
Filling the main product (ESR-RENEW-Y) obtained in step 9 to stock tanks in order to be used in production of granular forms:
Some part of the obtained product (ESR-RENEW-Y) is also stored in ESR-RENEW-Y main product stock tanks (16a) in order to be used in the production of organic-inorganic granules.

After rendering to a soluble micro-granule form, Leonardite mineral is broken down, separated and transformed by these living microorganisms. As a result of these operations; humic acid, fulvic acid, a lot of useful minerals, beneficial acids, enzymes are obtained in liquid basis. Besides being directly applied on agricultural land, this liquid-based product is ready to be used on nutrients and provided a faster cycle of the soil.
Unlike EM technology, this method, applied to plants, allows them to meet their need for fertilizers immediately and quickly because of their high mineral and nutrient content.
Unlike other methods, the beneficial bacterial growth and natural cycle process in the soil is accelerated by living organic nutrients and microorganisms that we have created in advance.
Again, this patented method has shortened the duration of action in the EM method; it is provided to feed the plants directly. Another additional support to EM is that the risk of live microorganisms being adversely affected by chemical and heavy metals in the soil; has been removed from the ground thanks to the heavy metal and chemical bonding method in the ground.
Solid Applications: In another method developed in this patent, leonardite, leonardite minerals clay, carbonized leonardite, clinoptilolite type zeolite and pumice, clay, stream sand, ceramics, bentonite- montmorillonite, brown lava stone (lava stone), iron-oxide, sepiolite,. minerals are used. One or more of the ESR-RENEW-Y, ESR-RENEW-Y-1, ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID and ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL products are sprayed or stirred into the granule products. It is then passed through the dryer at (+4 to +37) degrees Celsius or dried at room temperature in order to prepare the end product.
By mixing these minerals in different amounts, various types are obtained. Maximum and shorter effect is provided when the soil is dosed according to its structure to be used. In general, the leonardite rate ranges from 10% to 60% according to its humic-fulvic content density. In the vitalization of cancerous soils, the leonardite, which is at carbonization phase, contains carbons. Because of that they act as active carbons and neutralize wastes in the soil described as heavy metal, chemicals and pesticides. This application is crucial for sick, inefficient and cancerous soils, which is a beginning of the application. After that, the application of the liquid method accelerates the soil cycle and ensures the efficiency of soil.
The clay we use serves as a moisture holder and bacteria bed. At the same time, the soluble, harmful chemicals also have the ability to convert beneficial acids and minerals, due to their binding and hosting bacteria. In adverse situations due to rain and irrigation, the microorganisms are kept alive and active by releasing the trapped moist into the soil. Fulvic acid, which is released from Leonardite, also promotes the penetration of moist in the deep to the surface of the soil.
The clinoptilolite type zeolite is a useful kind of zeolite which is used both in medicine and agriculture. Other different zeolite types have carcinogenic effects as they might contain radioactive substances and have a thorny structure. As a consequence of this, only clinoptilolite type zeolite is used in our production. It is well known that it is suitable for the health of living beings. The function of zeolite is to absorb heavy metals, harmful toxins, chemicals, pelicides. During this reaction, these materials, which are absorbed by ion exchange, are converted into beneficial amino acids and enzymes, in addition the soil is ventilated by releasing oxygen. Just as clay, it is also a moist holder and binder Due to containing low rates of boron, max. 2% of boron need is met, which also has benefits on strengthening cell walls and improving the immune system. The zeolite is kept active through beneficial bacteria and the ion exchange function is continuous in this way.
Stream sand forms a food chain which contains alluvial minerals for living microorganisms. Ceramic particles provide an environment in which bacteria can cling in order to propagate.
Our World is rich of minerals such as, leonardite etc. which is renewed. For instance; a leonardite mine is reported to have an average reserve of 120 million tons.
The aim of the new method / methods disclosed in this patent is to benefit from minerals such as; leonardite etc. which contains 100% bio-organic / inorganic nutrients and beneficial microorganisms, and to give rise to its use in organic agriculture all over the world instead of using chemical fertilizers that sterilize our soil.
Furthermore; by means of this method, heavy metals and chemical components in the soil are bound, the functional effects of living microorganisms in the soil increase, and the natural cycle of the ecosystem is accelerated. Another beneficial effect is preventing the growth of harmful bacteria in the soil, soil rot and root damage in plants.
This method can also be easily applied in fish farming and ornamental fisheries. Visible positive effects have also been observed on problems such as abdominal distension, fungus (eye fungus) harmful bacteria growth in fish, stress and so on.
Chemical fertilizers are an addiction for plants. When the steriled even cancerous soil is not supplemented with chemical fertilization, the plants cannot grow and cannot provide the desired yield. Because the soil takes the form of a rock.
ESR-RENEW-Y (EkoLifeSystemRegulator-Renew-Y), the raw material of the product/products obtained by the new method/methods disclosed in this patent, can be applied in four seasons, rapidly transforming the nature into its original state. After applying it has a long lasting effect and reduces the need to use it after each application.
After the implementation of ESR-RENEW-Y (EkoLifeSystemRegulator-Renew-Y) in all agriculture and land areas, it is aimed to create quality soil, quality waters, good quality and healthy herbal products and a healthy generation, fed with these products. In spite of the expensive and limited applications of organic agriculture, it is aimed to convert each acre of soil into organic farming areas, by making use of rich mineral deposits in the world with this new method.
Each of the 6 main materials, that is, the leonardite, leonardite bacteria, EM (effective microorganisms), soil bacteria, organic potassium-phosphorus- nitrogen group (from sugar beet pulp) and organic-inorganic natural substances and elements are used in a production process and system, which created a new invention called ESR-RENEW-Y (EkoLifeSystemRegulator-Renew-Y). This invention contains product/products and methods that will be an alternative especially to chemical fertilizer technology and that may even replace it in the future.
Thanks to this invention, the obtained product/products are 100% suitable for living beings, and no negative cases have been seen in the production and maintenance of species such as angelfish, guppy, discus, jack dempsey and stingray. On the contrary, more healthy and disease-free fish have been observed. Before putting the fish into the aquarium fishes, it is added into the water which is ready in a short time. From this point of view, a product that can be easily used in industrial fisheries and aquarium fishery sectors is emerging.
ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL, the second major raw material of the product in liquid form, can also be used with EM (effective microorganism) without fermentation.
The first major raw material, ESR-RENEW-Y-1, can be stocked for years without deterioration (at appropriate temperature and humidity), and if necessary, it can be transported in liquid form to plants in distant locations for production.
The shelf life of the second raw material, ESR-RENEW-Y l, is 1 year. If EM (effective microorganism) is not used, the shelf life of ESR-RENEW-Y-1 is 2-3 years.
Processes
Granular materials are produced in two ways in the world;
1. Granule production method by rounding and drying,
2. The granule production is a method by which the mixture is prepared according to the prescription, is rendered into dough and is passed through a dryer.
Although these methods are well known in the world, diatomite is also rendered into micro-granules (filler) and the granule product is coated.
In both methods; minerals containing organic/inorganic elements are milled at a diameter of 0-500 microns and are weighed and dosed according to the prescriptions as required. A mixture is obtained from these prescriptions. One or several of our main products, ESR-RENEW-Y, ESR-RENEW-Y-1, ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKID and ESR-RENEW-Y-1-LIKIDMEL are added into the mixture which is then dried between +2 and 37 degrees centigrade, and finally packaged.
In order to produce our patented granular products, we utilize fully automated systems existing in World. As no production process is required for known granule production methods in the World, it is not mentioned in this patent as well. The difference of these products is that they are created in 100% bio-organic-inorganic solid and liquid forms and exceeded the known methods of the technique.
