     各施設において順番待ちを登録した利用者の利用者識別情報を保持する順番待ちリストを記憶する第1の記憶部と、
     いずれかの施設で過去に購入した商品を転売した利用者の利用者識別情報を保持する転売者リストを記憶する第2の記憶部と、
     新規の順番待ち登録を受け付ける際、当該利用者の利用者識別情報が前記転売者リストに登録されているか否かに基づいて、順番待ち登録の受付を制御する転売有無判定部と、を備えた順番管理システム。
