  1.  施設における順番待ちを管理する順番管理システムであって、
     前記施設において順番待ちを登録した順番待ち組の順番待ち状況の情報を保持する順番待ちリストを記憶する順番待ちリスト記憶部と、
     利用者の電話機からの発信を受信し、発信元の電話番号が順番待ちリストに登録されているか否かを判定する発信元番号判定部と、
     前記発信元の電話番号が順番待ちリストに登録されていない場合には受付登録処理を実行する登録受付部と、
     前記発信元の電話番号が順番待ちリストに登録されている場合には、当該利用者の現在の順番待ち状況を音声で伝える順番待ち状況通知部と、
     順番が到来した際、当該利用者の電話機に、呼出電話を発信する呼出通知部と、を備えた順番管理システム。
