Description

Wet sheet
The present invention relates to a wet sheet obtained by impregnating a sheet containing rayon with a liquid composition.
A wet sheet in which a liquid composition is impregnated in a sheet-like nonwoven fabric or the like is widely used for wiping the skin or the like, or as a wet mask or the like. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a wet tissue having a sterilizing or healing power, in which a wiping base contains an aqueous solution of magnesium in an amount of 0.2 to 6.0% by weight. Further, Patent Document 2 discloses an agent which contains N, N-diethyltoluamide as a pest repellent component and 5 to 50% by weight of zinc paraphenolsulfonate as an alcohol-soluble antiperspirant component. Which is impregnated into a nonwoven fabric having
On the other hand, nonwoven fabrics and the like impregnated with the liquid composition include natural fibers such as cotton, hemp and wool, cellulosic fibers such as rayon and acetate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyacryl, polyester, polyvinylidene chloride, and polyvinyl chloride. Various materials are known, such as cotton, rayon, cellulose, polyester, polyolefin, cotton, vinylon, and synthetic fibers such as nylon, but various advantages such as moisture absorption, moisture release, elasticity, and heat resistance. , Rayon may be used in some cases.
Rayon is made by reacting natural cellulose such as wood pulp and bamboo with alkali (caustic soda) and carbon disulfide to produce a cellulose derivative. This is dissolved in an alkaline aqueous solution to form a stock solution. It is extruded and stretched to coagulate and regenerate fibrous material (cellulose) (referred to as wet spinning method). Although carbon disulfide, which is an impurity, is removed by washing with water in the refining process, the remaining sulfide has a problem that explosive odor due to sulfur is generated when water is present. In order to solve such a problem, Patent Document 3 discloses a wet sheet in which a nonwoven fabric containing rayon contains 1 to 1000 ppm of 1-p-menthen-8-thiol and / or benzothiazole. I have.
In general, as a substance deemed to have a deodorizing effect, for example, Non Patent Literature 1 discloses zinc oxide as a substance having a sweat odor suppressing effect, and Patent Literature 4 discloses magnesium oxide having an oily smell generated from a body trunk. It is listed as an inhibitor. Patent Document 5 discloses that a reactive deodorant containing 0.1 to 40% by weight of an organozinc compound is directly sprayed on an odor source in fields such as sewage treatment, garbage treatment, and industrial waste treatment such as industry and agriculture. Alternatively, it is described that the compound has an excellent deodorizing effect on hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, sulfur dioxide and the like by spraying. Further, Patent Document 6 discloses that a composition containing a combination of a zinc compound, a yonone ketone terpene derivative and a mint flavor has an effect of preventing oral odor, and zinc phenolsulfonate suppresses fermentation and putrefaction odor that occur in the oral cavity. It is described as having an effect.

However, 1-p-menten-8-thiol and benzothiazole described in Patent Document 3 cannot always say that the effect of reducing sulfur odor is sufficient, and since these substances themselves have a fragrance, a wet sheet is not used. If it is desired to use it as a fragrance, it cannot be used, and if a fragrance is used, the effect on the fragrance must be taken into consideration. In addition, since the deodorant effect described in Non-Patent Document 1 and Patent Documents 4 and 6 does not suppress sulfur odor, it is unknown whether or not sulfur odor is effective. The organozinc compound described in Patent Literature 5 is directly sprayed or sprayed on an odor source, and is completely different in usage mode. In addition, the deodorant substance that can be selected must have good dispersibility in the manufacturing process and uniformity at the time of impregnation filling from the manufacturing process of impregnating the sheet with the liquid composition. Is also necessary.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wet sheet in which a liquid composition is impregnated into a sheet containing rayon, in which a sulfur odor is suppressed.
