- USB ports or other electrical connectors for recharging electronic devices, installed at public benches, suitable columns, stalls for motorcycles and public transport vehicle stops.
- Said USB ports or electrical connectors advantageously, will be provided with a counter adapted to detect the quantity of energy supplied for each recharge. Accessing by means of App, the citizen who intends to charge his/her own device will activate the electrical energy supply from the USB or from the electrical connector close to where such citizen lies. Subsequently, if required by the administration, he/she can pay for the energy used always by means of App with any one online payment method.
- Touch screen displays from which advertising messages will be emitted as well as information messages, and possibly emergency communications sent by an agent or by a suitable operating station in order to instruct the citizens how to behave and regarding the employed emergency measures.
- Acoustic and light signals installed in a manner such that, in case of emergency, everyone present will be warned of the event in a timely manner.
- External signals such as lights or acoustic sirens, will also be associated with push notifications on the App of the citizens who have downloaded it on their own smartphones.
- Sensors adapted to detect flames, explosions or shots connected with the operating station and also with the electronic devices given to the agents operating on the territory in order to request a timely intervention so to resolve an emergency.
- Said sensors send the data to the operating station so that the local administration can employ the due measures for maintaining the city air within the pre-established health parameters.

- Geolocated electronic devices installed on board buses or other public transport vehicles. Said devices will advantageously allow the purchase of tickets on board, by means of online payment mode, as well as the communication of messages by the administration to citizens on public transport vehicles. Moreover, due to the geolocation, the citizens who use the App can see the position of the public vehicle of interest in real time.
- the aforesaid devices can, depending on the case, be integrated in street furniture elements comprised in the kit, object of the present invention.

- the - trash cans provided with fill sensors which are also adapted to communicate the detected data to the dedicated server in order to allow the operating station to monitor the trash management and collection.
- the sensors inserted in the trash cans will also be adapted to identify smoke or flames, coming from the interior of the trash cans themselves, sending the due signals to the operating station.
- sitting benches which can be provided with various types of sensors, information communication displays, USB ports or other recharge connectors, acoustic and/or light signals;
- digital information poles provided with touch screen display and hands-free communication system between the citizens and at least one agent on the territory or an operator of a dedicated operating station;
- Said waiting spaces will be provided with protecting roof and, preferably but not necessarily, also with seats or benches.

- the third category of subjects who interact by means of the above-described hardware instrumentation are the system managers, who are presumably part of the local administration of the city which exploits the present invention.
- the managers receive the data from the operating station regarding the signals that have been sent and, in addition, they can consult the summary data of all the services and consumptions monitored by the previously described kit, in order to achieve a continuous improvement of the offered services.

Said dedicated server 500 is therefore configured with analysis algorithms of the setting in order to identify possible emergency situations or potentially dangerous situations. All the data and occurrences are saved in the memory 520 and, with preset time frequency, said dedicated server 500 is adapted to provide managers 300, i.e. the local administration, with detailed reports regarding at least the following:

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un kit permettant de surveiller les services et les événements dans une ville, comprenant : des caméras (70) avec un logiciel d'analyse d'image (97); un routeur Wi-Fi (91); des capteurs pour détecter des explosions/coups de feu/flammes (96), de la fumée provenant de poubelles; des dispositifs électroniques géolocalisés (80) sur des véhicules de transport en commun; des connecteurs électriques (92) pour recharger des dispositifs électroniques (110) et/ou des véhicules; des dispositifs d'affichage (94) conçus pour communiquer des informations utiles à des citoyens (100); conçus pour communiquer avec un serveur (500) accessible à partir d'une station d'exploitation (400) pourvue d'un logiciel approprié conçu pour générer : l'activation de signaux acoustiques (93) et de signaux lumineux (95) en cas d'urgence; - des notifications push sur les dispositifs électroniques (110) des citoyens (100) et des agents (200); des rapports aux gestionnaires (300) concernant : o des consommations électriques et d'eau; o une efficacité des transports en commun; o une situation de trafic; o une efficacité de gestion des urgences; lesdits dispositifs matériels étant intégrés dans des éléments de mobilier urbain.
