本体110支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元111。接合结构120设置于本体110上。支撑座130可拆卸地枢设于接合结构120并可相对于本体110转动,且支撑座130包含椅座140、扶手杆150及连接结构160。扶手杆150设置于椅座140上;优选地,在图2的实施例中, 扶手杆150的两端可分别弯折而形成握部151,用以供使用者握持,可增加本发明的健身器100的使用安全性。连接结构160设置于椅座140上,且连接结构160可拆卸地枢设于接合结构120。优选地,在图1的实施例中,椅座140可包含椅背141,而连接结构160则设置于椅背141上。借此,本发明的健身器100通过枢设于接合结构120并可相对于本体110转动的支撑座130的设置而可视实际需求改变支撑座130相对于本体110的设置型态,而无需将支撑座130整体自本体110上拆卸,有利于使用者在健身的过程中变换运动模式,并对不同身体部位进行健身,而进而提高本发明的健身器100的使用便利性及应用广度。

在图2的实施例中,第一连接板121可还包含定位部126,定位部126设置于第一连接板121朝向第二连接板122的一面,且定位部126包含至少一个凹洞127以及两个倾斜部128(图2仅标示一个倾斜部128)。当接合结构120的长轴与连接结构160的长轴平行时,第一连接板121的凹洞127用以限位弹扣166的卡块167,而两个倾斜部128设置于定位部126上并分别位于第一连接板121的凹洞127的两侧,以利于弹扣166的卡块167随着倾斜部128的导引而卡入凹洞127中,防止支撑座130在健身的过程中移位与晃动。另外,定位部126可利用冲压、扳金等方式设置于第一连接板121上,而第二连接板122也可利用冲压、扳金的方式增设凸起部(未标示),以利于弹扣166的卡块167进行卡设,但本发明并不以前述说明与附图公开的内容为限。
此外,在图2的实施例中,接合结构120可还包含按钮组168,按钮组168对应设置于第一连接板121的凹洞127上,用以按压限位于凹洞127的弹扣166的卡块167,借以使卡块167脱离凹洞127的限位,而利于支撑座130脱离接合结构120的限位而转动,进而增加健身器100的使用便利性。
在图2的实施例中,第一连接板121的凹洞127的数量可为两个,两个凹洞127分别用以限位两个弹扣166的两个卡块167,且按钮组168可包含至少一个抵顶管169,抵顶管169对应设置于凹洞127,当使用者按压按钮组168时,抵顶管169可抵顶限位于凹洞127的弹扣166的卡块167,而可复位地设置于弹扣166的卡块167则会因应使用者的按压力道而伸缩,进而使卡块167脱离凹洞127的限位,并在脱离凹洞127的限位后再次复位,进而利于转动支撑座130并改变支撑座130相对于本体110的设置型态。借此,可有效提升本发明的健身器100的使用便利性。
此外,在图2的实施例中,抵顶管169的数量可为两个,两个抵顶管169分别对应设置于两个凹洞127,以分别对限位于两个凹洞127的两个卡块167进行按压,且本发明并 不以前述的说明与附图公开的内容为限。
请参照图3A、图3B、图4A与图4B,图3A是绘示图1实施例的健身器100的支撑座130的一连接状态的示意图,图3B是绘示图3A实施例的健身器100沿剖面线3-3的剖视图,图4A是绘示图1实施例的健身器100的支撑座130的另一连接状态的示意图,而图4B则是绘示图4A实施例的健身器100沿剖面线4-4的剖视图。
如图3A与图3B所示,当支撑座130的椅座140以椅背141朝向脚踏单元111的方向而与本体110连接设置时,可进一步在健身器100上提供一个乘坐空间,使用者可坐在椅座140并踩踏脚踏单元111而以类比骑单车的方式进行运动,进而对下肢进行训练,此时接合结构120的长轴将与连接结构160的长轴平行,依序穿设于第一安装孔162与第一开孔164的弹扣166的卡块167将外凸于第一开孔164且未受第一连接板121的限位,而依序穿设于第二安装孔163与第二开孔165的弹扣166的卡块167将外凸于第二开孔165并限位于第一连接板121的定位部126的凹洞127(标示于图2)中,使支撑座130可通过弹扣166的卡块167而与接合结构120的凹洞127卡设连接,防止支撑座130在健身的过程中相对于本体110枢转,而按钮组168的抵顶管169则可抵顶限位于凹洞127的弹扣166的卡块167,有利于对卡块167进行按压。
而如图4A与图4B所示,当支撑座130从图3A的设置型态枢转而以椅背141朝向异于脚踏单元111的方向而与本体110连接设置时,扶手杆150将位于健身器100的最上方,使用者则可采取俯卧姿势而支撑于扶手杆150上,并对脚踏单元111进行踩踏,以同时训练上肢、躯干及下肢,此时接合结构120的长轴同样与连接结构160的长轴平行,依序穿设于第二安装孔163与第二开孔165的弹扣166的卡块167将外凸于第二开孔165且未受第一连接板121的限位,而依序穿设于第一安装孔162与第一开孔164的弹扣166的卡块167将外凸于第一开孔164并限位于第一连接板121的定位部126的凹洞127(标示于图2)中,使支撑座130可通过弹扣166的卡块167而与接合结构120的凹洞127卡设连接,防止支撑座130在健身的过程中相对于本体110枢转,而按钮组168的抵顶管169则可抵顶限位于凹洞127的弹扣166的卡块167,有利于对卡块167进行按压。借此,可大幅增加本发明的健身器100的使用安全性。
请参照图5、图6与图7,图5是绘示本发明另一实施方式的一实施例的健身器200的示意图,图6是绘示图5实施例的健身器200的支撑座230与接合结构220的连接示意图,而图7则是绘示图5实施例的健身器200的支撑座230与接合结构220的另一连接示意图。健身器200包含本体210、接合结构220(标示于图6)以及支撑座230。
本体210支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元211。接合结构220设置于本体210上。支撑座230可拆卸地设置于接合结构220,且支撑座230包含椅座240、扶手杆250及连接结构260。扶手杆250设置于椅座240上。连接结构260设置于椅座240上,且连接结构260可拆卸地连接于接合结构220。借此,本发明的健身器200利用支撑座230可拆卸的设计而可视实际健身需求而改变支撑座230相对于本体210的设置型态,不仅可有效缩小健身器200的体积与使用空间,还可满足具备不同运动模式的诉求。
在图6的实施例中,支撑座230的椅座240包含椅背241,连接结构260设置于椅背241上,且连接结构260包含连接管261及固定件262。连接管261套设于呈现杆状的接合结构220上,借以将支撑座230通过接合结构220而设置于本体210上。连接管261可包含至少一个通孔263,而固定件262则依序穿过通孔263以及接合结构220的穿孔221,以固定连接管261与接合结构220,防止支撑座230从接合结构220脱落。
在此须说明的是,连接结构260可通过固定件262而以螺锁、串接等方式而与接合结构220连接,通孔263可视需求而设置为穿孔、牙孔等结构,或以单面迫紧的方式进行固定,以增加固定件262的固定效果。再者,连接管261也可视需求而调整为包含两个通孔263,用以供固定件262穿设,且本发明并不以前述说明或附图公开的内容为限。
如图6所示,当支撑座230的椅座240以椅背241朝向脚踏单元211的方向而与本体210连接设置时,可进一步在健身器200上提供一个乘坐空间,使用者可坐在椅座240并踩踏脚踏单元211而以类比骑单车的方式进行运动,进而对下肢进行训练。反之,如图7所示,当支撑座230的椅座240以椅背241朝向异于脚踏单元211的方向而与本体210连接设置时,连接结构260的连接管261将从异于图6实施例的另一端套设于接合结构220,此时扶手杆250将位于健身器200的最上方,使用者则可采取俯卧姿势而支撑于扶手杆250上,并对脚踏单元211进行踩踏,以同时训练上肢、躯干及下肢。借此,本发明的健身器200可视实际需求而改变支撑座230与接合结构220的连接方式,有利于使用者在健身的过程中变换运动模式,并对不同身体部位进行健身,进而提高本发明的健身器200的使用便利性及应用广度。
在图5的实施例中,扶手杆250的两端可分别弯折而形成握部251,用以供使用者握持。借此,可增加本发明的健身器200的使用安全性。
请参照图8与图9,图8是绘示本发明另一实施方式的另一实施例的健身器300的支撑座330与接合结构320的连接示意图,而图9则是绘示图8实施例的健身器300的支撑座330与接合结构320的另一连接示意图。健身器300包含本体310、接合结构320以及 支撑座330。
本体310支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元311。接合结构320设置于本体310上。支撑座330可拆卸地设置于接合结构320,且支撑座330包含椅座340、扶手杆350及连接结构360。扶手杆350设置于椅座340上。连接结构360设置于椅座340上,且连接结构360可拆卸地连接于接合结构320。借此,本发明的健身器300利用支撑座330可拆卸的设计而可视实际健身需求而改变支撑座330相对于本体310的设置型态,不仅可有效缩小健身器300的体积与使用空间,还可满足具备不同运动模式的诉求。
如图8与图9所示,椅座340可包含椅背341,连接结构360设置于椅背341上,且连接结构360包含连接管361以及固定件362。连接管361套设于呈现杆状的接合结构320上,优选地,在图8的实施例中,连接管361可包含第一管件365及第二管件363。第一管件365包含第一通孔366。第二管件363包含第二通孔364,且第一管件365与第二管件363相对向组设。接合结构320包含穿孔321,固定件362则依序穿过第一通孔366、穿孔321以及第二通孔364,或依序穿过第二通孔364、穿孔321以及第一通孔366,以固定连接管361与接合结构320。通过第一管件365与第二管件363相对向组设而形成连接管361的方式可利于支撑座330的拆卸与组装,使健身器300的使用更为方便。此外,在图8的实施例中,扶手杆350的两端可分别弯折而形成握部351,用以供使用者握持。借此,可增加本发明的健身器300的使用安全性。
在此须说明的是,连接结构360可通过固定件362而以螺锁、串接等方式而与接合结构320连接,第一通孔366与第二通孔364也可视需求而设置为穿孔或牙孔,而固定件362则可为螺杆、螺纹旋钮等具有固定效果的零件,且本发明并不以前述说明或附图公开的内容为限。

本体410支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元411。接合结构420设置于本体410上。支撑座430可拆卸地设置于接合结构420,且支撑座430包含椅座440、扶手杆450及连接结构460。扶手杆450设置于椅座440上。连接结构460设置于椅座440上,且连接结构460可拆卸地连接于接合结构420。优选地,在图10的实施例中,椅座440可包含椅背441,且连接结构460设置于椅背441上,但本发明并不以此为限。借此,本发明的健身器400利用支撑座430可拆卸的设计而可视实际健身需求而改变支撑座430相对于本体410的设置型态,不仅可有效缩小健身器400的体积与使用空间,还可满足具备不同运动模式的诉求。
在图10的实施例中,接合结构420包含末端穿孔422以及穿孔421,且连接结构460包含连接座461以及连接单元462。连接座461对应设置于接合结构420,且连接座461包含两个滑槽463,两个滑槽463彼此相对。连接单元462依序穿过一个滑槽463、末端穿孔422以及另一个滑槽463,借以连接连接座461与接合结构420。优选地,在图10的实施例中,连接结构460可还包含固定件464,固定件464可拆卸地连接于接合结构420,借以固定接合结构420与连接座461。优选地,固定件464可为螺杆、螺纹旋钮等具有固定效果的零件,且本发明并不以前述说明或附图公开的内容为限。连接单元462可包含两个套筒465以及连接件466,两个套筒465分别穿设于两个滑槽463与末端穿孔422的两侧,而连接件466依序穿设于两个套筒465中,以将接合结构420对应组设于连接座461中。借此,连接单元462通过两个套筒465及连接件466的设置而可固定穿设于末端穿孔422中,而两个套筒465则可分别抵顶于两个滑槽463的边缘以防止连接座461从接合结构420上松脱或移位。此外,在图10的实施例中,扶手杆450的两端可分别弯折而形成握部451,用以供使用者握持。借此,可增加本发明的健身器400的使用安全性。

如图11A所示,当支撑座430的椅座440以椅背441朝向脚踏单元411的方向而与本体410连接设置时,可进一步在健身器400上提供一个乘坐空间,使用者可坐在椅座440 并踩踏脚踏单元411而以类比骑单车的方式进行运动,而对下肢进行训练。而如图11B所示,当固定件464未与接合结构420连接时,支撑座430可利用固定穿设于末端穿孔422(标示于图10)中的连接单元462为支点,并借由两个滑槽463的限位与导向而相对于接合结构420进行移动与旋转,进而改变支撑座430相对于本体410的设置型态。再如图11C所示,当支撑座430移动而使两个连接单元462与两个滑槽463相对于图11A的另一端接触时,支撑座430的椅座440将以椅背441朝向异于脚踏单元411的方向而与本体410连接设置,此时扶手杆450将位于健身器400的最上方,使用者则可采取俯卧姿势而支撑于扶手杆450上,并对脚踏单元411进行踩踏,进而同时训练上肢、躯干及下肢。借此,本发明的健身器400通过两个滑槽463的设置而无需解除支撑座430与接合结构420的连接即可改变支撑座430相对于接合结构420的连接型态,不仅可符合不同运动模式的需求,在使用上也更加便利。
请参照图12与图13,图12是绘示本发明一实施方式的另一实施例的健身器500的示意图,而图13则是绘示图12实施例的健身器500的另一示意图。健身器500包含本体510、接合结构520以及支撑座530。
本体510支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元511。接合结构520设置于本体510上。支撑座530可拆卸地枢设于接合结构520并可相对于本体510转动,且支撑座530包含椅座540、扶手杆550及连接结构560。扶手杆550设置于椅座540上。优选地,在图12的实施例中,扶手杆550的两端可分别弯折而形成握部551,用以供使用者握持,可增加本发明的健身器500的使用安全性。连接结构560设置于椅座540上,且连接结构560可拆卸地枢设于接合结构520。
如图12与图13所示,当支撑座530的椅座540以椅面(图未标示)朝上的方向而与本体510连接设置时,可进一步在健身器500上提供一个乘坐空间,使用者可坐在椅座540并踩踏脚踏单元511而以类比骑单车的方式进行运动,进而对下肢进行训练,而如图13所示,当支撑座530从图12的设置型态枢转而以椅面朝向地面的方向而与本体510连接设置时,扶手杆550将位于健身器500的最上方,此时使用者可采取俯卧姿势而支撑于扶手杆550上,并对脚踏单元511进行踩踏,以同时训练上肢、躯干及下肢。
借此,本发明的健身器500通过枢设于接合结构520并可相对于本体510转动的支撑座530的设置,而可视实际需求改变支撑座530相对于本体510的设置型态,而无需将支撑座530整体自本体510上拆卸,有利于使用者在健身的过程中变换运动模式,并对不同身体部位进行健身,而进而提高本发明的健身器500的使用便利性及应用广度。
综合上述实施例,本发明的健身器的优点如下。其一,本发明的健身器利用支撑座可拆卸的设计而可视实际健身需求而改变支撑座的设置型态,而无须额外设置不同的健身结构,而可有效缩小健身器的体积与使用空间。其二,本发明的健身器可视实际需求而改变支撑座与接合结构的连接方式,有利于使用者在健身的过程中变换运动模式,并对不同身体部位进行健身,进而提高本发明的健身器的使用便利性及应用广度。其三,本发明的健身器可通过接合结构的设置而无需解除支撑座与接合结构的连接即可改变支撑座相对于本体的连接方式,不仅可符合不同运动模式的需求,在使用上也更加便利。

  1. 一种健身器,其特征在于,包含:
    本体,其支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元;
    接合结构,其设置于所述本体上;以及
    支撑座,其能够拆卸地枢设于所述接合结构,所述支撑座能够相对于所述本体转动,且所述支撑座包含:
    椅座;
    扶手杆,其设置于所述椅座上;及
    连接结构,其设置于所述椅座上,且所述连接结构能够拆卸地枢设于所述接合结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述椅座包含椅背,且所述连接结构设置于所述椅背上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接结构包含两个通孔,两个所述通孔彼此相对且互相连通,且所述接合结构包含:
    第一连接板,其设置于所述本体并包含第一末端穿孔;
    第二连接板,其设置于所述本体并包含第二末端穿孔,且所述第一连接板与所述第二连接板彼此相对;以及

  4. 如权利要求3所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接结构还包含:
    第一安装孔,其设置于所述连接结构靠近所述第二连接板的一侧;
    第一开孔,其设置于所述连接结构靠近所述第一连接板的一侧,且所述第一安装孔与所述第一开孔彼此相对且互相连通;
    第二安装孔,其设置于所述连接结构靠近所述第二连接板的一侧,且所述第二安装孔与所述第一安装孔间隔设置;
    第二开孔,其设置于所述连接结构靠近所述第一连接板的一侧,所述第二安装孔与所述第二开孔彼此相对且互相连通,且所述第一开孔与所述第二开孔分别设置于两个所述通孔的两侧;以及
    两个弹扣,其分别设置于所述连接结构中,且各所述弹扣包含卡块,所述卡块能 够复位地设置于各所述弹扣的一端,其中一个所述弹扣的所述卡块对应设置并外凸于所述第一开孔,另一个所述弹扣的所述卡块对应设置并外凸于所述第二开孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述第一连接板还包含:
    定位部,其设置于所述第一连接板朝向所述第二连接板的一面,且所述定位部包含:
    至少一个凹洞,当所述接合结构的长轴与所述连接结构的长轴平行时,所述第一连接板的所述凹洞用以限位所述弹扣的所述卡块。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述第一连接板还包含:
    两个倾斜部,其设置于所述定位部上并分别位于所述凹洞的两侧。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述接合结构还包含:
    按钮组,其对应设置于所述第一连接板的所述凹洞上,用以按压限位于所述凹洞的所述弹扣的所述卡块,借以使所述卡块脱离所述凹洞的限位。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述第一连接板的所述凹洞的数量为两个,两个所述凹洞分别用以限位两个所述弹扣的两个所述卡块。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述按钮组包含:
    至少一个抵顶管,其对应设置于所述凹洞。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述扶手杆的两端分别弯折而形成握部,用以供使用者握持。
  11. 一种健身器,其特征在于,包含:
    本体,其支撑于地面且包含脚踏单元;
    接合结构,其设置于所述本体上;以及
    支撑座,其能够拆卸地设置于所述接合结构,且所述支撑座包含:
    椅座;
    扶手杆,其设置于所述椅座上;及
    连接结构,其设置于所述椅座上,且所述连接结构能够拆卸地连接于所述接合结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述椅座包含椅背,且所述连接结构设置于所述椅背上。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接结构包含:
    连接管,其套设于所述接合结构,且所述连接管包含至少一个通孔;以及
    固定件,所述接合结构包含穿孔,所述固定件依序穿过所述通孔以及所述穿孔,以固定所述连接管与所述接合结构。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接结构包含:
    连接管,其套设于所述接合结构,且所述连接管包含:
    第一管件,其包含第一通孔;及
    第二管件,其包含第二通孔,且所述第一管件与所述第二管件相对向组设;
    以及
    固定件,所述接合结构包含穿孔,所述固定件穿过所述第一通孔、所述穿孔以及所述第二通孔,以固定所述连接管与所述接合结构。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述接合结构包含末端穿孔以及穿孔,且所述连接结构包含:
    连接座,其对应设置于所述接合结构,且所述连接座包含两个滑槽,两个所述滑槽彼此相对;以及
    连接单元,所述连接单元依序穿过一个所述滑槽、所述末端穿孔以及另一个所述滑槽,借以连接所述连接座与所述接合结构。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接单元包含:
    两个套筒,其分别穿设于两个所述滑槽与所述末端穿孔的两侧;以及
    连接件,其依序穿设于两个所述套筒中。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述连接结构还包含:
    固定件,其能够拆卸地连接于所述接合结构,借以固定所述接合结构与所述连接座。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的健身器,其特征在于,所述扶手杆的两端分别弯折而形成握部,用以供使用者握持。
