角度调节机构及安装该机构的健身车,包括相互铰接的支架一,支架二,其中,支架二上设有圆弧形限位槽,限位槽内设有一组限位孔,限位孔径大于限位槽径,一插销穿过支架一及支架二的限位槽并可沿支架一及支架二的限位槽横向移动,插销端部设有调节段及限位段,调节段直径小于限位段直径,调节段与限位槽适配利于调节支架二与支架一的角度,限位段与限位孔适配利于固定调节角度后的支架一与支架二,结构简单,调节方便,定位稳固可安装在健身车上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种角度调节机构及安装该机构的健身车,特别与一种结构简单,调节方便,定位稳固,具有装饰美感的角度调节机构及安装该机构的健身车有关。
背景技术
健身车是一种附带阻尼系统的用于原地骑行练习的设备,其通过阻尼系统给予自行车持久稳定的骑行阻力,模拟实际骑行的状态,且训练不受天气以及地点的影响,使训练者可随时享受骑自行车的乐趣,因此深受大家欢迎。现有技术的健身车结构如图1、图2所示,包括相互铰接的车架一C及车架二D,车架一上端设有把手组件E,车架二上端设有坐垫组件F,下端设有脚踏及传动组件G;在车架一及车架二铰接处会设有角度调节机构,用于调节手把组件及坐垫组件间的位置以适应不同身高使用者的需求,现有的角度调节机构如图3及图4所示,图3中,使用时,将挂环插销A拨出后才能实现整体车架一与车架二的收折,使用时先将车架展开再将挂环插销到孔位中定位才能使用。图4所示,将弹性销B拨出后才能实现车架一与车架二的角度调节,使用时,先将弹性销拉出,并将车架一及车架二调整到合适角度后,确认弹性销卡入调节杆C上的孔位内时方可使用。上述两种结构相对复杂,外露部件多,美观性差,安装不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术的上述问题,提供结构简单,调节方便,定位稳固,具有装饰美感的角度调节机构及安装该机构的健身车。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
角度调节机构,包括相互铰接的支架一,支架二,其中,支架二上设有圆弧形限位槽,限位槽内设有一组限位孔,限位孔径大于限位槽径,一插销穿过支架一及支架二的限位槽并可沿支架一及支架二的限位槽横向移动,插销端部设有调节段及限位段,调节段直径小于限位段直径,调节段与限位槽适配利于调节支架二与支架一的角度,限位段与限位孔适配利于固定调节角度后的支架一与支架二。
进一步,所述的支架一上设有方形安装槽,支架二穿过安装槽并通过铰接件与支架一铰接;支架二上对应安装槽位处设有U形支板,U形支板两侧边贴合安装槽两内侧壁,U形支板两侧边上分别设有所述的圆弧形限位槽,每个圆弧形限位槽内分别设有所述的限位孔;插销活动式穿过安装槽及U形支板并于外端通过定位件套设一复位弹簧,插销端部依次形成与所述的两个圆弧形限位槽及限位孔配合的限位段一,调节段一,限位段二,调节段二,复位弹簧套设在调节段二上且一端顶抵于定位件上,另一端顶抵于安装槽外侧壁上。
进一步,在所述的支架二上位于支架一的安装槽内设有相互扣合的左装饰罩及右装饰罩将U形支板扣合其中,所述的左右装饰罩与支架二一起绕铰接点转动;所述支架一的安装槽上下两端与左右装饰罩配合设有上装饰罩及下装饰罩。
进一步,所述的插销外端设有握持部便于操作。
所述的角度调节机构安装到健身车上,所述的健身车包括相互铰接的车架一及车架二,车架一上端设有把手组件,车架二上端设有坐垫组件,下端设有脚踏及传动组件;其中,车架一即为支架一,车架二即为支架二,所述的角度调节机构设置在车架一及车架二的铰接位置用于调节把手组件与坐垫组件间的位置。
进一步,所述的车架一及车架二均为单管结构。
本实用新型采用上述结构,使用时,把插销向外拉出一段,使插销上的调节段位于支架二上的限位槽内,此时支架一与支架二可相对转动,转到所需要的位置时松开插销,使其上的限位段恰卡至圆弧形限位槽上的限位孔内定位,即可达到锁定状态,结构简单,调节方便,定位稳固,且外露部件少,具有装饰美感。
本实用新型的角度调节机构不仅可用在健身车上,可用于任何需要两支杆铰接并调节角度固定的产品中。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图5-9所示,角度调节机构,包括相互铰接的支架一1,支架二2,其中,支架二上设有圆弧形限位槽21,限位槽内设有一组限位孔22,限位孔径大于限位槽径,一插销3穿过支架一1及支架二的限位槽21并可沿支架一及支架二的限位槽横向移动,插销3端部设有调节段31及限位段32,调节段31直径小于限位段32直径,调节段31与限位槽21适配利于调节支架二与支架一的角度,限位段32与限位孔22适配利于固定调节角度后的支架一与支架二。
在具体的实施例中,所述的支架一1上设有方形安装槽11,支架二2穿过安装槽11并通过铰接件4(实施例中铰接件为相互配合的螺钉与垫片)与支架一1铰接;支架二2上对应安装槽位处设有U形支板23,U形支板两侧23边贴合安装槽11两内侧壁,U形支板23两侧边上分别设有所述的圆弧形限位槽21,每个圆弧形限位槽内分别设有所述的限位孔22;插销3活动式穿过安装槽11及U形支板23并于外端通过定位件5(实施例中为相互配合的螺钉与垫片)套设一复位弹簧6,插销3端部依次形成与所述的两个圆弧形限位槽及限位孔配合的限位段一321,调节段一311,限位段二322,调节段二312,插销外端设有握持部33便于操作。复位弹簧6套设在调节段二上且一端顶抵于定位件5上,另一端顶抵于安装槽外侧壁上。
在所述的支架二2上位于支架一的安装槽内设有相互扣合的左装饰罩24及右装饰罩25将U形支板23扣合其中,所述的左右装饰罩与支架二一起绕铰接点转动;所述支架一的安装槽11上下两端与左右装饰罩配合设有上装饰罩12及下装饰罩13。
在实施例中,所述的角度调节机构可安装到健身车上,所述的健身车包括相互铰接的车架一(即支架一1)及车架二(即支架二2),车架一1上端设有把手组件7,车架二2上端设有坐垫组件8,下端设有脚踏及传动组件9;所述的角度调节机构设置在车架一及车架二的铰接位置用于调节把手组件7与坐垫组件8间的位置。所述的车架一1及车架二2均为单管结构使结构更为简单。
使用时,将支架一通过铰接件与支架二铰接好,插销穿过支架一及支架二上的孔位后,将复位弹簧套在插销另一端用定位件固定,正常使用时,把插销向外拉出一段,使插销上的调节段位于支架二上的限位槽内,此时支架一与支架二可相对转动,转到所需要的位置时松开插销,使其上的限位段恰卡至圆弧形限位槽上的限位孔内定位,即可达到锁定状态,要解除锁定状态再一次调整只要重复前述动作。结构简单,调节方便,定位稳固,且外露部件少,具有装饰美感。
本实用新型的角度调节机构不仅可用在健身车上,可用于任何需要两支杆铰接并调节角度固定的产品中。

1.角度调节机构,其特征在于,包括相互铰接的支架一,支架二,其中,支架二上设有圆弧形限位槽,限位槽内设有一组限位孔,限位孔径大于限位槽径,一插销穿过支架一及支架二的限位槽并可沿支架一及支架二的限位槽横向移动,插销端部设有调节段及限位段,调节段直径小于限位段直径,调节段与限位槽适配,利于调节支架二与支架一的角度,限位段与限位孔适配,利于固定调节角度后的支架一与支架二。
2.如权利要求1所述的角度调节机构,其特征在于:所述的支架一上设有方形安装槽,支架二穿过安装槽并通过铰接件与支架一铰接;支架二上对应安装槽位处设有U形支板,U形支板两侧边贴合安装槽两内侧壁,U形支板两侧边上分别设有所述的圆弧形限位槽,每个圆弧形限位槽内分别设有所述的限位孔;插销活动式穿过安装槽及U形支板并于外端通过定位件套设一复位弹簧,插销端部依次形成与所述的两个圆弧形限位槽及限位孔配合的限位段一,调节段一,限位段二,调节段二,复位弹簧套设在调节段二上且一端顶抵于定位件上,另一端顶抵于安装槽外侧壁上。
3.如权利要求2所述的角度调节机构,其特征在于:在所述的支架二上位于支架一的安装槽内设有相互扣合的左装饰罩及右装饰罩将U形支板扣合;其中,所述的左右装饰罩与支架二一起绕铰接点转动;所述支架一的安装槽上下两端与左右装饰罩配合设有上装饰罩及下装饰罩。
4.如权利要求3所述的角度调节机构,其特征在于:所述的插销外端设有握持部,便于操作。
5.健身车,其特征在于:所述的健身车安装有如权1、2、3或4所述的角度调节机构,所述的健身车包括相互铰接的车架一及车架二,车架一上端设有把手组件,车架二上端设有坐垫组件,下端设有脚踏及传动组件;其中,车架一即为支架一,车架二即为支架二,所述的角度调节机构设置在车架一及车架二的铰接位置,用于调节把手组件与坐垫组件间的位置。
6.如权利要求5所述的健身车,其特征在于:所述的车架一及车架二均为单管结构。
