技术领域
本申请涉及风扇领域,尤其涉及一种加湿风扇。
背景技术
随着人们对风扇功能多样性需要的提高,加湿类风扇所占市场的比例在不断增长,然而现阶段很多的风扇中水槽固定不牢、或者在固定过程中对风扇有所损害,导致加湿风扇中水槽的装配效率过低。
关于风扇中水槽的装配及装配效率低的问题,成为了风扇开发过程中急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种加湿风扇中水槽的装配效率高且结构简单、稳定的加湿风扇。
为实现上述目的,本申请的一种加湿风扇的具体技术方案为:
一种加湿风扇,包括加湿风扇的前壳、后壳和水槽组件,所述水槽组件设置在所述前壳与所述后壳之间;所述水槽组件通过连接组件、卡扣组件与所述前壳相连;所述后壳通过固定组件与连接有所述水槽组件的所述前壳相连;所述前壳与所述水槽组件之间以及所述后壳与所述水槽组件之间设置有支撑组件,通过支撑组件以实现所述前壳和所述后壳对所述水槽组件进行支撑。
在其中一个实施例中,连接组件包括:定位柱,设置在所述前壳的侧壁底部;定位面,凸起设置在所述水槽组件侧壁的外表面两侧上,用于容纳所述前壳的所述定位柱,以实现所述前壳与所述水槽组件相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述定位面内设置有定位柱过孔,所述定位柱过孔用于容纳所述前壳中的所述定位柱,通过将所述前壳的所述定位柱穿过所述定位面中的所述定位柱过 孔,以实现所述水槽组件与所述前壳相连。

具体实施方式
为了更好的了解本申请的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本申请的一种加湿风扇做进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图4所示,其示为本申请的一种加湿风扇,包括加湿风扇的前壳1、后壳3和设置在前壳1和后壳3之间的水槽组件2;其中,水槽组件2通过连接组件与前壳1连接在一起;后壳3通过卡扣组件、固定组件与连接有水槽组件2的前壳1相连;前壳1与水槽组件2之间以及后壳3与水槽组件2之间设置有支撑组件,通过支撑组件以实现前壳1和后壳3对水槽组件2进行支撑。
进一步,连接组件包括定位柱和定位面,定位柱(如螺栓柱)能够容纳固定件(如螺钉),横向设置在前壳1侧壁的底部,或者设置有多个定位柱(如图2所示的定位柱11、13);定位面凸起设置在水槽组件2侧壁的外表面两侧上(如图3所示的定位面21、23),用于容纳前壳1的定位柱,以实现前壳1与水槽组件2相连。具体来说,定位面内设置有定位柱过孔,定位柱过孔用于容纳前壳1中的定位柱,通过将前壳1的定位柱穿过定位面中的定位柱过孔,以实现水槽组件2与前壳1相连。其中,定位柱/定位面设置在水槽组件2底部外的下底面28与前壳1底部内的上底面18相接触的位置上。而穿过定位柱过孔后的定位柱将会与后壳3相连。

进一步,卡扣组件包括扣位和定位扣,前壳1两侧的边缘上设置有多个下端避空的扣位15、16;定位扣25、26设置在水槽组件2侧壁的外表面两侧上,定位扣的数量与扣位的数量相同,用于与扣位相卡扣,通过具有弹性的前壳以及水槽组件2的定位扣与前壳1的扣位相配合,将定位扣压入扣位内,以实现水槽组件2与前壳1卡扣连接。

连接:将水槽组件2的下底面28与前壳1的上底面18相接触,将前壳1的定位柱11、13分别穿过水槽组件上定位面中的定位柱过孔后,支撑筋条12、14分别支撑在定位面21、23上。
卡扣:将水槽组件2的定位扣25、26分别压入前壳1的扣位15、16中。
固定:将后壳3的固定件过孔31、33与前壳1的定位柱11、13轴对齐后,从加湿风扇的外部将固定件打入固定件过孔和定位柱内。同时,支撑:前壳、后壳上的前壳支撑筋17和后壳支撑筋34对水槽组件的侧面上的水槽支撑板进行支撑,水槽组件无需完全定位在前后壳上。
