在一种可能的实现方式中,所述终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互时,所述终端通过扫描二维码得到对象信息后,显示所述对象信息和与客服连接的功能信息;
所述终端收到用户通过与客服连接的功能信息触发的连接指令后,确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互。
上述方法,终端在扫面二维码后得到对象信息后,还会显示所述对象信息和与客服连接的功能消息,在用户触发所述与客服连接的功能消息时,终端接收到与客服连接的功能消息,此时确定用户与对象对应客服进行信息交互,所述终端将由扫面二维码得到的对象信息发送给服务器,本发明给出与客服连接的功能信息触发指令以使服务器确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互;并给出终端何时向服务器发送对象信息。
在一种可能实现的方式中,所述终端将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端之后,所述终端接收所述服务器推送的信息;
所述终端将接收到的所述服务器推送的信息显示在与所述对象绑定的页面上;
其中,所述服务器推送的信息为与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息。

上述方法,服务器根据终端发送的对象信息查找对象对应的客服,并将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端,使所述客服对应的客户端可以将所述对象信息展示给客服,其中所述对象信息是所述终端在确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信息交互后发送的,本发明中,服务器在确定所述终端确定用户与对象对应的客服进行信息交互时,向所述客户端发送对象信息,而不是在确定接收到对象链接后,向所述客户端发对象链接,减少了所述服务器的工作量,节约了存储空间。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。方法实施例中的具体操作方法也可以应用于装置实施例或系统实施例中。
下面对文中出现的一些词语进行解释:
1、本发明实施例所指的“终端”是指能够支持该调度参数配置的终端,即 手机、平板、电脑等。
2、本发明实施例中术语“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
3、本发明实施例中的“延保服务”是指“三包”期后延续包修的服务方式。国内主要用在家电商品服务上,亦可以应用在汽车保修服务方面。目前国内家电延保服务主要有两种模式。一种是产品制造商为保障消费者的合法权益所开发出的延保服务,另一种则是专业延保机构与家电零售商合作的第三方家电延保服务。
目前是移动互联网时代,且手机、电脑、平板等电子设备也在不断的更新发展,使现在的生活变得越来越方便快捷,以至于足不出户就可知天下事,购物时可以不去商场就可买到自己喜欢的东西,需要家政服务时不需要到家政中心找等等生活中随处可见的产品、服务等都可以通过网络的方式获得。
现有技术中,当需要在线上买某件产品时,在于客服进行沟通时不仅要点击客服按钮,还需在点击客服按钮进入沟通界面后,向客服的客户端发送产品的连接,这个时候客服才会在沟通界面上观看到产品信息,不够智能,且操作繁琐。
基于上述内容,本发明提供一种在点击客服按钮后,客服就可以观看到对象信息的方案,相比于发送链接使客服确定对象信息更加的智能,且不需要在发送连接使操作更加的简单。
针对上述应用场景,本发明实施例提供一种推送信息的系统结构图,可选的,如图1所示,该系统具体包括如下步骤:
终端10,用于确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互;将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端。
服务器20,用于接收终端发送的由扫描二维码得到的对象信息;根据所述对象信息确定所述对象信息对应的客服;将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应 的客户端;其中,所述对象信息是所述终端在确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信息交互后发送的。
在本发明实施例中,终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信息交互时,将扫面二维码得到的所述对应的对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端,以使所述客服对应的客户端可以将所述对象信息展示给客服,客服可以直观的看到对象信息,由于本发明在确定需要进行信息交互时,直接将对象信息发送给客服的客户端,而不是在确定进行信息交互后,将对象对应的链接发送给客服的客户端,相比较通过用户发送链接使客服的客户端接收对象信息的方案而言,本发明更加的智能,同时减少了发送连接的步骤,使操作更加的简单。
在本发明实施例中,所述对象可以为产品,比如冰箱、电视、洗衣机、食物等;还可以为服务,比如家政服务,教育,代驾等。
以所述对象为产品为例:终端扫描产品的二维码,进入展示界面,展示界面包含几个功能模块,其中包括但不限于对象详情、电子说明书,此外还有一些产品其他功能,例如在线客服、人气配件、维修服务、附近门店,还有更多好物以及更多服务等。
其中,所述对象为产品时,所述对象信息为产品信息,产品信息包括但不限于下列信息中的部分或全部:条形码信息、品牌信息、系列名信息和产品型号信息。
条码信息是产品的唯一标识,使得包括该条码信息的二维码对应唯一一个产品。
如图2所示,以产品为冰箱举例:终端在用户扫描某一冰箱的二维码之后进入展示界面,其中展示页面包括产品详情、电子说明书、在线客服、人气配件、维修服务和附近门店功能模块。
在本发明实施例中,当所述用户点击展示页面的产品详情后,终端接收到展示产品详情的触发指令后将所述产品详情显示在展示界面。
以所述产品为冰箱举例:如图3所示,用户通过点击展示界面的产品详情 模块查看该冰箱的规格参数、产品介绍及售后保障;在确定展示冰箱的规格参后,从展示页面上可知该冰箱的型号信息为:格力晶弘BCD-436WPQCL,可知该冰箱的总体积为436升等。
可选的,终端在扫面二维码后,在获取展示页面的同时还会获取到对象信息,同时将对象信息与展示页面中的各功能模块绑定,当接收到用户的触发指令后,终端会将对象的对象信息发送给服务器。
以在线客服为例:当用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互时,用户在所述终端通过扫面二维码获取到的展示界面上,确定所述对象信息与客服连接的功能信息即在线客服,在用户点击在线客服的按钮后,所述终端接收到用户通过与客服连接的功能信息的连接指令,此时终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互,终端自动跳转到与客服沟通的展示页面,如图4所示,在终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互后,跳转到沟通展示界面的示意图。
在终端接收到用户通过与所述客服连接的功能信息触发的指令后,终端将对象对应的对象信息上报给服务器;
相应的,服务器接收到所述终端上报的对象信息后,同时确定所述终端触发的是与所述客服连接的功能信息;因此所述服务器根据接收到的对象信息,及自身中存储的对象信息与客服对象的客户端的对应关系,确定接收到的对象信息对应的客服的客户端;
可选的,所述终端将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端,此时客服可以从所述客户端看到对象的对象信息。
在实施中,所述服务器根据终端发送的对象信息查找对象对应的客服,并将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端,使所述客服对应的客户端可以将所述对象信息展示给客服,其中所述对象信息是所述终端在确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信息交互后发送的,本发明中,服务器在确定所述终端确定用户与对象对应的客服进行信息交互时,向所述客户端发送对象信息,而不 是在确定接收到对象链接后,向所述客户端发对象链接,减少了所述服务器的工作量,节约了存储空间。
在本发明实施例中,所述服务器接收到所述终端上报的对象信息后,所述服务器还会根据接收到的对象信息向所述终端进行其他对象的推送和/或所述对象的使用方法的推送。
当所述服务器接收到所述终端发送的对象信息后,根据对象信息确定对象,并确定与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息都对应的对象的使用信息。
以所述对象为冰箱举例,此时对象信息为:冰箱上的条码信息、品牌信息为格力,产品型号信息为格力晶弘BCD-436WPQCL等,根据对象信息中的条码信息可以确定对象为冰箱,此时服务器确定与对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息可以为品牌为格力的其他型号的冰箱;也可以为型号不变,但是为其他品牌的冰箱。此时服务器将与对象信息对应的冰箱相关联的冰箱的对象信息发送给终端;
相应的,终端接收所述服务器推送的信息,即根据冰箱的对象信息推送的其他冰箱对应的对象信息;
终端将接收到的服务器推送的信息显示在于所述对象绑定的页面上;
此时终端的显示页面上个显示的是服务器推送的其他冰箱对应的对象信息。
在所述服务器进行信息推送时,所述服务器推送的信息还可以是对象信息对应的对象的使用信息;比如,所述服务器根据接收到的对象信息确定对象为冰箱,对接收到的对象进行分析确定冰箱的使用信息。
其中,所述对象的使用信息包括但不限于:常规故障、使用寿命、保修时限、平均耗电量等。
此时所述服务器会将接收到的对象信息对应的使用信息返回给终端,终端将接收到的服务器推送的信息显示在于所述对象绑定的页面上;
此时终端的显示页面上个显示的是服务器推送的冰箱的使用信息。
在本发明实施例中,当所述对象为服务时,以家政服务为例:服务器接收到对象信息后,所述对象信息包括但不限于:服务时间、服务区域、具体工作等,服务器根据上述信息可以向终端推送的相关联的对象的对象信息时,可以为其他家政公司的家政服务;向所述终端推送对象的使用信息时,可以推送费用,去服务的人,服务人的等级等。
需要说明的是,上述内容只是进行举例说明,在具体的推送时不止限于上述信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述服务器在向终端推送信息时,可以单独推送与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息,或单独推送所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息,还可以一起推送。
在实施中,所述服务器根据对象信息可以确定与所述对象相关联的其他对象,及所述对象的使用信息,并将确定的其他对象及所述对象的使用信息推送给终端,以使终端将根据所述对象确定的其他对象及所述对象的使用信息展示给用户,用户不需要进行多次搜索就可确定对象的使用信息,及其他相关联的对象,节省了用户搜索所用的时间,更便于用户使用。
如图5所示,为本发明实施例提供的第一种推送信息的设备结构示意图,该设备包括:至少一个处理单元500及至少一个存储单元501,其中,所述存储单元501存储有程序代码,当所述程序代码被所述处理单元执行时,使得所述处理单元执500行下列过程:
确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互;将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端。
可选的,所述处理单元500具体用于:
通过扫描二维码得到对象信息后,显示所述对象信息和与客服连接的功能信息;
收到用户通过与客服连接的功能信息触发的连接指令后,确定用户需要与 对象对应的客服进行消息交互。

  1. 一种推送信息的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互;
    所述终端将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互,包括:
    所述终端通过扫描二维码得到对象信息后,显示所述对象信息和与客服连接的功能信息;
    所述终端收到用户通过与客服连接的功能信息触发的连接指令后,确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端之后,还包括:
    所述终端接收所述服务器推送的信息;
    所述终端将接收到的所述服务器推送的信息显示在与所述对象绑定的页面上;
    其中,所述服务器推送的信息为与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息。
  4. 一种推送信息的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    服务器接收终端发送的由扫描二维码得到的对象信息;
    所述服务器根据所述对象信息确定所述对象信息对应的客服;
    所述服务器将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端;
    其中,所述对象信息是所述终端在确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信息交互后发送的。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器接收终端发送的 由扫描二维码得到的对象信息后,还包括:
    所述服务端根据接收到的所述对象信息,确定与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息;
    所述服务端将确定的与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息推送给所述终端。
  6. 一种推送信息的设备,其特征在于,该设备包括:至少一个处理单元、以及至少一个存储单元,其中,所述存储单元存储有程序代码,当所述程序代码被所述处理单元执行时,使得所述处理单元执行下列过程:
    确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互;将由扫描二维码得到的所述对象的对象信息通过服务器发送给所述客服对应的客户端。
  7. 如权利6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    通过扫描二维码得到对象信息后,显示所述对象信息和与客服连接的功能信息;
    收到用户通过与客服连接的功能信息触发的连接指令后,确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行消息交互。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    接收所述服务器推送的信息;
    将接收到的所述服务器推送的信息显示在与所述对象绑定的页面上;
    其中,所述服务器推送的信息为与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息。
  9. 一种推送信息的设备,其特征在于,该设备包括:至少一个处理单元、以及至少一个存储单元,其中,所述存储单元存储有程序代码,当所述程序代码被所述处理单元执行时,使得所述处理单元执行下列过程:
    接收终端发送的由扫描二维码得到的对象信息;根据所述对象信息确定所述对象信息对应的客服;将所述对象信息发送给所述客服对应的客户端;
    其中,所述对象信息是所述终端在确定用户需要与对象对应的客服进行信 息交互后发送的。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:
    根据接收到的所述对象信息,确定与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息;
    将确定的与所述对象信息相关联的对象对应的对象信息和/或所述对象信息对应的对象的使用信息推送给所述终端。
