本实用新型属于五金工具技术领域,特别是涉及一种五金锤。
背景技术
锤子是敲打物体使其移动或变形的工具,最常用来敲钉子,矫正或是将物件敲开,锤子有着各式各样的形式,常见的形式是一柄把手以及顶部,顶部的一面是平坦的以便敲击,另一面则是锤头,锤头的形状可以像羊角,也可以是楔形,其功能为拔出钉子;
锤子在锤击敲打时,一般都需要较大的力气,但是由于锤子的重量一般较小,所以其敲击工作效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能五金锤,其具有按上下方位设置的两个锤头,锤击时,第一锤头直接敲击物体,第二锤头在惯性作用下会锤击第一锤头,两次锤击能够增加整体的锤击力,提高效率,而且两个锤头还能够当钳子或扳手使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的采用的一个技术方案如下:
一种多功能五金锤,包括第一锤头、第二锤头、手柄和导向柱,所述第一锤头与所述手柄的一端固定连接,所述第二锤头位于所述第一锤头的上方,所述导向柱穿过所述第二锤头且其一端固定于所述第一锤头,所述第二锤头能够沿所述导向柱的轴向滑动至与所述第一锤头贴合,所述导向柱的外周还设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第一锤头和第二锤头,在常态时,所述第二锤头与所述第一锤头之间具有间隙。
进一步地说,所述导向柱为具有外螺纹的螺杆,且所述外螺纹连接有螺母,所述螺母位于所述第二锤头的上端,通过所述螺母限制所述第二锤头的位置。
进一步地说,所述第一锤头具有与所述导向柱同轴的孔,所述弹簧位于所 述孔内。
进一步地说,所述五金锤设有保持架,所述保持架的一端固定于所述第一锤头的侧壁,所述侧壁为与所述手柄连接的一侧,所述第二锤头与所述侧壁相同的一侧具有保持扣,所述保持架与所述保持扣滑动连接。
进一步地说,所述保持扣为销钉或螺钉。
进一步地说,所述第一锤头和第二锤头的相互贴合的面皆具有防滑齿。
进一步地说,所述手柄的末端设有储物腔,所述储物腔的口部设有盖子。
本实用新型的有益效果:
一、本实用新型的五金锤,具有按上下方位设置的两个锤头,锤击使用时,第一锤头直接敲击物体,第二锤头在惯性作用下也会锤击第一锤头,两次锤击能够增加整体的锤击力量,有效提高效率;
二、第二锤头穿套于导向柱实现滑动的功能,导向柱还设有弹簧和螺母,通过弹簧复位第二锤头和通过螺母限制第二锤头的位置,使其还具有钳子或扳手的功能,使用时,通过第一锤头和第二锤头夹紧工件,再用螺母锁紧即可;
三、第一锤头和第二锤头之间设有保持架,能够防止第二锤头于导向杆发生转动的情况,保持架与保持扣滑动连接,当保持扣为螺钉时,还能够锁紧保持架,限制其滑动,增加五金锤用作钳子或扳手和起钉时的刚性;另外手柄的末端设有储物腔,储物腔能够防止螺丝刀等小工具,盖子能够防止储物腔内的物品掉落。

实施例:一种多功能五金锤,如图1到图3所示:包括第一锤头1、第二锤头2、手柄3和导向柱4,所述第一锤头与所述手柄的一端固定连接,所述第二锤头位于所述第一锤头的上方,所述导向柱穿过所述第二锤头且其一端固定于所述第一锤头,所述第二锤头能够沿所述导向柱的轴向滑动至与所述第一锤头贴合,所述导向柱的外周还设有弹簧5,所述弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第一锤头和第二锤头,在常态时,所述第二锤头与所述第一锤头之间具有间隙,锤击时,所述第二锤头于惯性作用下能够对所述第一锤头再次锤击。
本实施例中,所述弹簧为压缩弹簧。
所述导向柱为具有外螺纹的螺杆,且所述外螺纹连接有螺母6,所述螺母位于所述第二锤头的上端,通过所述螺母限制所述第二锤头的位置。
本实施例中,作为最方便操作方案,所述螺母为滚花圆螺母。
所述第一锤头具有与所述导向柱同轴的孔11,所述弹簧位于所述孔内,所述弹簧被压缩后位于所述孔内,使所述第一锤头和所述第二锤头能够顺利贴合。
所述五金锤设有保持架7,所述保持架的一端固定于所述第一锤头的侧壁,所述侧壁为与所述手柄连接的一侧,所述第二锤头与所述侧壁相同的一侧具有保持扣8,所述保持架与所述保持扣滑动连接,所述保持架能够防止第二锤头于导向杆发生转动的情况;
所述保持扣为销钉或螺钉,优选为螺钉,螺钉能够锁紧保持架,限制其滑动,增加五金锤用作钳子或扳手和起钉时的刚性。
所述第一锤头和第二锤头的相互贴合的面皆具有防滑齿12,当将五金锤用作钳子或扳手时,防滑齿的作用是必不可少的。
所述手柄的末端设有储物腔8,所述储物腔的口部设有盖子9。
本实用新型的工作过程和工作原理如下:

  1. 一种多功能五金锤,其特征在于:包括第一锤头(1)、第二锤头(2)、手柄(3)和导向柱(4),所述第一锤头与所述手柄的一端固定连接,所述第二锤头位于所述第一锤头的上方,所述导向柱穿过所述第二锤头且其一端固定于所述第一锤头,所述第二锤头能够沿所述导向柱的轴向滑动至与所述第一锤头贴合,所述导向柱的外周还设有弹簧(5),所述弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第一锤头和第二锤头,在常态时,所述第二锤头与所述第一锤头之间具有间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能五金锤,其特征在于:所述导向柱为具有外螺纹的螺杆,且所述外螺纹连接有螺母(6),所述螺母位于所述第二锤头的上端,通过所述螺母限制所述第二锤头的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能五金锤,其特征在于:所述第一锤头具有与所述导向柱同轴的盲孔(11),所述弹簧位于所述盲孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能五金锤,其特征在于:所述五金锤设有保持架(7),所述保持架的一端固定于所述第一锤头的侧壁,所述侧壁为与所述手柄连接的一侧,所述第二锤头与所述侧壁相同的一侧具有保持扣(8),所述保持架与所述保持扣滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能五金锤,其特征在于:所述保持扣为销钉或螺钉。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能五金锤,其特征在于:所述第一锤头和第二锤头的相互贴合的面皆具有防滑齿(12)。
