本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在外桶盖的盖体上设置单独的管道,并使该管道与多个喷嘴分别连通,使得本发明的外桶盖在能够保证喷嘴正常喷淋内桶中衣物的前提下,简化了外桶盖的结构,降低了外桶盖的生产成本。
在本发明一个可行的实施例中,管道通过进水口与循环泵的出水泵口连通。管道上设置有第一卡合结构,所述盖体上设置有与所述第一卡合结构相匹配的第二卡合结构,所述管道和所述盖体通过所述第一卡合结构和所述第二卡合结构卡接到一起。因此,仅需在盖体上设置第二卡合结构就可对管道进行固定,简化了盖体的结构,进而简化了生产盖体所需模具的结构,降低了盖体的制造成本。进一步,当管道发生损坏漏水时,仅需将管道从盖体上拆卸下来更换即可,而不需要对整个外桶盖仅需替换。因此,本发明还降低了外桶盖的维修成本。。

具体实施方式
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,本发明的喷嘴不仅可以被应用到波轮洗衣机上,还可以被应用到其他任意可行的喷淋设备上,例如洒水车、除尘机、喷水设备等。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的波轮洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外桶2、内桶3、波轮4、驱动电机5、排水阀6和排水管7。其中,外桶 2固定地设置在箱体1的内部,内桶3可转动的设置在外桶2中,波轮4可转动的设置在内桶3的底部。驱动电机5固定地安装到箱体1或外桶2上,驱动电机5通过转轴与内桶3和波轮4分别驱动连接。驱动电机5能够选择性地驱动内通3和波轮4转动。由于驱动电机5选择性地驱动内通3和波轮4的技术手段是本领域技术人员所熟知的技术手段,所以此处不再做过多说明。进一步,排水阀6的进水阀口通过水管与外桶2的内腔连通,排水阀6的出水阀口通过排水管7通向箱体1外。当外桶2内的洗涤水需要排出时,排水阀6被打开,洗涤水从排水管7排向外界。
优选地,外桶2上与排水阀6连通的排水口位于外桶2的底部,以便外桶2中的洗涤水能够通过该排水口拍净。进一步优选地,排水阀6被安装到箱体1的内壁上,或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将排水阀6安装到外桶2的外壁上。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水阀6和外桶2之间的水管,使排水阀6直接安装到外桶2上,并与外桶2的内腔连通。
如图2所示,本发明的箱体1的顶部安装有盘座11,盘座11枢转地连接有门盖12。外桶2的顶部设置有外桶盖21,外桶盖21用于遮挡内桶3的上边缘,防止衣物进入外桶2和内桶3之间的夹层中。
如图3至图6所示,外桶盖21主要包括盖体211、环形腔212和进水口213,其中,环形腔212和进水口213都设置在盖体211上。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,盖体211既可以是一体制成的结构,也可以是由多个分体结构安装而成。示例性地,盖体211包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体和下盖体中的至少一个上设置有环形槽。当上盖体和下盖体安装到一起时,上盖体和下盖体将环形槽封闭成所述环形腔212。
如图2、图5和图6所示,本发明的波轮洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统包括循环泵8、循环水管9、环形腔212、进水口213和多个喷嘴10。
如图2所示,循环泵8的进水泵口通过水管与外桶2的内腔连通,循环泵8的出水泵口通过循环水管9与外桶盖21上的进水口213连通。优选地,外桶2上与循环泵8连通的出水口位于外桶2的底部。进一步优选地,循环泵8被安装到箱体1的内壁上,或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将循环泵8安装到外桶2的外壁上。此外,本领域 技术人员还可以根据需要,省去循环泵8和外桶2之间的水管,使循环泵8直接安装到外桶2上,并与外桶2的内腔连通。
如图5和6所示,多个喷嘴10沿外桶盖21的周向等间距地固定地连接到或者一体成型到盖体211上,并且每一个喷嘴10都分别与环形腔212连通。进一步,每一个喷嘴10的喷射口都指向内桶3。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使多个喷嘴10非等间距地设置在盖体211上。
继续参阅图5和图6,外桶盖21的盖体211的内侧还设置有环形的遮挡结构2111,该遮挡结构2111用于遮挡喷嘴10,防止喷嘴10被用户观察到,以便优选外桶盖21的外观。
虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明另一个可行的实施例中,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴10直接地固定到外桶2的顶部,然后使循环水管9直接地或者借助其它水管与每一个喷嘴10连通。
如图2所示,循环泵8工作时能够将外桶2中的洗涤水吸出,并通过循环水管9泵送给外桶盖21上的环形腔212,进而使喷嘴10将洗涤水喷向内桶3中,对内桶3中的衣物进行喷淋。
此外,虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明喷淋系统另一个可行的实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使外桶盖21上的进水口213通过水管与波轮洗衣机的进水阀连通。当进水阀的进水阀口与水龙头接通时,自来水能够沿着进水阀、水管和进水口213的路径提供给环形腔212,进而使喷嘴10将自来水喷射到内桶3中的衣物上,湿润衣物。
进一步,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使本发明的喷淋系统同时具有上述的循环泵8、循环水管9、进水阀以及连通进水阀和进水口213的水管,并且在进水阀和进水口213串联一个截止阀。此时,循环泵8和进水阀可以分别或共同作为供水设备。当需要自来水喷淋衣物时,进水阀和截止阀被打开。当需要外桶2中的洗涤水喷淋衣物时,循环泵8工作。
下面参照图7至图15来对本发明的喷嘴10进行详细说明。其中,图7至图12是本发明喷嘴10的第一实施例,图13至图15是本发明喷嘴10的第二实施例。
如图7至图10所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,喷嘴10包括喷嘴本体101和挡水结构102。其中,喷嘴本体101和挡水结构102可以采用任意可行的连接方式固定到一起,例如焊接、熔接、粘接等。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使喷嘴本体101和挡水结构102一体制成。
如图8和图10所示,喷嘴本体101内设置有喷射通道1011。当喷嘴10安装到外桶盖21上时,图10中喷射通道1011的下端与环形腔212连通。环形腔212中的洗涤水流经喷射通道1011之后从图10中喷射通道1011的上端喷向挡水结构102,挡水结构102将洗涤水打散并反射进内桶3中。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,喷嘴本体101可以是任意可行的形状,例如,圆形管柱结构、方形管柱结构、锥形管柱结构等。
如图7至图10所示,挡水结构102沿喷嘴本体101的轴向遮挡喷射通道1011。挡水结构102面向喷嘴本体101的一侧设置有凹部1021。优选地,该凹部1021是具有弧形表面的凹部,即凹部1021的内表面是弧形面。进一步优选地,挡水结构102整体上为勺形结构。此外本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将挡水结构102设置成其它任意可行的结构,例如,具有凹面的板状结构或具有凹面的块状结构。
如图10所示,洗涤水从喷射通道1011喷出之后会呈束状地喷向凹部1021内。落入凹部1021内的洗涤水会从着落点沿着凹部1021的弧面延展开来,最后从凹部1021的边缘流出形成扇形的瀑布状水流(如图11和图12所示)落入内桶3中。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,通过改变凹部1021中弧形凹面的角度,能够调整洗涤水喷出的形状。如图11所示凹部1021的凹面是均匀的球面;如图12所示凹部1021的凹面是左右对称非均匀的弧面,并且该凹面向对称轴收紧,以便使洗涤水比较集中,喷的尽量远些。
本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,在能够将喷射通道1011喷出的洗涤水打散的前提下,凹部1021除了是弧形的外,还可以是任意可行的形状,例如U形凹部或扩口凹部。
参照图11和图12可知,本发明第一实施例中的喷嘴10所喷出的洗涤水是水平喷出的,即被喷嘴10喷出的瀑布状的洗涤水在绕喷 嘴本体1011轴线的方向(与喷嘴本体1011的外圆周同心)向上的高度相同。
如图13至图15所示,在本发明的第二实施例中,与第一实施例不同的是,挡水结构102对应的两个侧边缘的高度不同,以便使洗涤水被挡水结构102反射之后能够在绕喷嘴本体1011轴线的方向上形成高度差(如图2和图15所示)。
如图13和图14所示,挡水结构102的第一边缘的中点到达喷嘴本体101下端的高度是H1,挡水结构102的第二边缘的中点到达喷嘴本体101下端的高度是H2。从图13和图14中不难看出H1小于H2。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明第二实施例中的喷嘴10不仅能够将洗涤水呈扇形的喷进内桶3中,还能够使喷出的洗涤水在圆周方向上形成高度差,对浮出洗涤水液面的衣物进行立体喷淋。
综上所述,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在挡水结构102面向喷嘴本体101的一侧设置凹部1021,使得喷射通道1011喷出的束状洗涤水能够被凹部1021均匀地打散开并流进内桶3中,对内桶中3的衣物进行均匀地喷淋。因此,本发明的喷嘴10能够提高波轮洗衣机对内桶3中衣物的喷淋效果,进而优化波轮洗衣机对衣物的洗涤效果。
此外,为了避免外桶盖21的盖体211发生损坏时,环形腔212漏水的情况发生,本发明还提供了外桶盖21的下述实施方案。
作为本发明上述外桶盖21的优选实施方案的替代方案,环形腔212还可以被管道替代。该管道与盖体211固定连接。示例性地,在管道上设置第一卡合结构,在盖体211上设置与第一卡合结构相匹配的第二卡合结构。使管道和盖体211通过第一卡合结构和第二卡合结构卡接到一起。具体地,第一卡合结构是设置在管道周向上的环形槽,第二卡合结构是设置在盖体211面向外桶2的一侧上的C形卡爪。C形卡爪能够卡进环形槽中,并因此将管道和盖体211连接到一起。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据要需要,省去将第一卡合结构,使第二卡合结构容纳并夹紧管道。除此之外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,采用其他任意可行的连接方式将管道和盖体211连接到一起,例如螺钉连接、粘接、绑接等。
与环形腔212相同的是,管道也具有进水口和多个出水口,该进水口通过水管与循环泵8和/或进水阀连通。多个出水口中的每一个都与一个喷嘴10连通。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,管道与多个喷嘴10之间可以采用任意可行的连接方式连接到一起,例如螺纹连接、熔接、卡接、插接等。或者本领域及也可以根据需要,使管道与多个喷嘴10一体制成。本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,在能够与所有的喷嘴10都连通的情况下,本实施方案中的管道既可以是首尾相接并连通的环形管道,也可以是首尾不能相接的管道。进一步,本实施方案中的管道既可以是柔性的管道,也可以是刚性的管道。更进一步,本实施方案中的管道的横截面可以是任意可行的形状,例如圆形环状结构、方形环状结构、椭圆形环状结构等。
与上述外桶盖21优选实施方案相同的是,本实施方案中的管道和喷嘴10也被盖体211上的遮挡结构2111所遮挡。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,构造简单的管道的防水性要优于复杂的盖体211的防水性,因此能够有效避免外桶盖21漏水,腐蚀箱体1和外桶2之间的电子元件。同时,当管道发生损坏时,管道的更换成本也要小于整个外桶盖21的更换成本,降低了波轮洗衣机的维修成本。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种波轮洗衣机的外桶盖,所述波轮洗衣机包括箱体、固定地设置在所述箱体中的外桶和可转动的设置在所述外桶中的内桶,
    其特征在于,所述外桶盖包括盖体、设置在所述盖体上的管道和多个喷嘴,
    所述管道包括进水口和多个出水口,每一个所述出水口分别与一个所述喷嘴连通,
    每一个所述喷嘴的喷射口都指向所述内桶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外桶盖,其特征在于,所述管道是环形管道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外桶盖,其特征在于,所述管道上设置有第一卡合结构,所述盖体上设置有与所述第一卡合结构相匹配的第二卡合结构,所述管道和所述盖体通过所述第一卡合结构和所述第二卡合结构卡接到一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的外桶盖,其特征在于,所述喷嘴包括喷嘴本体和与所述喷嘴本体固定连接或一体制成的挡水结构,所述挡水结构上设置有弧形的凹部,所述凹部能够将所述喷嘴本体喷出的洗涤水打散并反射进所述内桶中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的外桶盖,其特征在于,所述盖体上述设置有用于遮挡所述多个喷嘴和所述管道的遮挡结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的外桶盖,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴分别与所述管道固定连接或一体制成;并且/或者所述多个喷嘴沿所述外桶盖的周向等间距设置。
  7. 一种波轮洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括 供水装置和权利要求1至6中任一项所述的外桶盖,并且所述供水装置与所述管道的进水口连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述供水装置是循环泵,所述循环泵的进水泵口与所述外桶的内腔连通,所述循环泵的出水泵口与所述管道的进水口连通。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述供水装置是进水阀,所述进水阀的进水阀口通向外界,所述进水阀的出水阀口与所述管道的进水口连通。
  10. 一种波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述波轮洗衣机包括权利要求7至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
