Description

一种分水器 技术领域
本发明属于水龙头或花洒技术领域,特指一种分水器。
背景技术
在水龙头或花洒的技术领域,为了减少水流对皮肤的冲击力,增加人体的舒适性,通常会使用分水器。目前的分水器一般包括过滤网、整流器、多层起泡缓冲插件和外壳,起泡缓冲插件通过相交栅格的交点将整流器流来的水分成四份,再经过多层插件达到缓冲效果。这种分水器需要对多层插件进行适配安装,安装过程复杂,容易出错,而且当供水压力较高时,就会出现散水现象,当供水压力过低时,也无法产生丰富的气泡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种缓冲效果和舒适性更好、安装方便不易错的分水器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种分水器,包括底部带有若干出水孔、上端开口的外壳及带有若干进水孔的过滤网,外壳与过滤网之间卡接有整流器,整流器与外壳之间卡接有气泡缓冲插件,外壳与气泡缓冲插件之间、气泡缓冲插件与整流器之间、整流器与过滤网之间均设置有过水通道,所述气泡缓冲插件的中部设置有第一中心柱、外周设置有环形体,第一中心柱与环形体之间设置有多圈周向长栅格和多根径向长栅格,周向长栅格和径向长栅格的交叉连接处设置有冲击点,周向长栅格和径向长栅格中设有周向短栅格和径向短栅格。
上述冲击点包括最外圈的凹下冲击点和内部多圈的凸起冲击点。
上述的整流器的具体结构是:整流器的内底面上居中设置有第二中心柱,第二中心柱外侧的整流器的内底面上均布有过水孔、所述的过水孔为上大下小的锥形孔,每个锥形孔的下端面对应于一个所述冲击点的上端面,所述冲击点的直径大于整流器的过水孔。
上述的外壳的具体结构是:桶状的外壳的底部居中设置有第三中心柱,第三中心柱外侧的外壳底部内表面设置有网格状出水孔。
上述外壳的侧壁上部周向间隔设置有贯通侧壁的溢水孔。
上述外壳的外壁的上部间隔设置有加强筋,所述的溢水孔分别设置在相邻的两个加强筋之间。
上述的过滤网为倒置的盆型结构,过滤网的下表面居中设置有向下的第四中心柱,第四中心柱以外的过滤网上间隔设置有进水孔。
上述的过滤网中部的上下表面均向上凸,形成具有环形侧壁和顶壁的拱形凸起,圆形凸起的顶壁上均布有进水孔、环形侧壁上周向均布有进水孔。
上述的过滤网、整流器、气泡缓冲插件、外壳之间分别通过各自中心设置的中心柱顶接以实现相互支撑。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、不同于现有技术中使用栅格交点,冲击后水柱分成四份,再经过多层插件达到缓冲效果,本发明使用冲击点,冲击点比整流器的出水孔要大,对水形成有效冲击,冲击后水柱向四周溅开缓冲;同时通过设置最外圈的凹下冲击点和内部多圈的凸起冲击点来形成凹凸点缓冲效果,使缓冲效果更好。
2、本发明配合使用长栅格和短栅格,长栅格起到过水导向作用,短小栅格 起到出水均匀分配作用,同时不影响过水量。
3、本发明通过冲击点和长短栅格的配合,整体达到起泡、缓冲效果,经过冲击点分散后在经过长短栅格再次分散,不仅分水、发泡效果好,而且水流在分水器内不存在涡流存污现象,喷出的多股水流所含的气泡多,人体皮肤感知的舒适性好,出水圆润,即便在0.9mpa的高水压下也不散水,0.05mpa的低水压下依然有着丰富的气泡,已经超过现有产品的出水效果。
4、本发明仅仅使用一个气泡缓冲插件,通过多种缓冲方式达到效果,因此成本低,安装方便,不易出错。

一种分水器,包括底部带有若干出水孔42、上端开口的外壳40及带有若干进水孔11的过滤网10,外壳40与过滤网10之间卡接有整流器20,整流器20与外壳40之间卡接有气泡缓冲插件30,外壳40与气泡缓冲插件30之间、气泡缓冲插件30与整流器20之间、整流器20与过滤网10之间均设置有过水通道,所述的过水通道包括过滤网10上的进水孔11、整流器20上的锥形孔21、气泡缓冲插件30上的径向长栅格33与周向长栅格34之间的通道38、外壳40上的出水孔42及溢水孔41。
所述气泡缓冲插件30的中部设置有第一中心柱31、外周设置有环形体37,第一中心柱31与环形体37之间设置有多圈周向长栅格34和多根径向长栅格33,周向长栅格34和径向长栅格33的交叉连接处设置有冲击点32,周向长栅格34和径向长栅格33中设有周向短栅格35和径向短栅格36。
上述冲击点32包括最外圈的凹下冲击点321和内部多圈的凸起冲击点322。
上述的整流器20的具体结构是:整流器的内底面上居中设置有第二中心柱22,第二中心柱22外侧的整流器的内底面上均布有过水孔、所述的过水孔为上大下小的锥形孔21,每个锥形孔21的下端面对应于(正对)一个所述的圆柱体32的上端面。
上述的外壳40的具体结构是:桶状的外壳40的底部居中设置有第三中心柱45,第三中心柱45外侧的外壳40底部内表面设置有网格状出水孔42。
上述的外壳的侧壁上部周向间隔设置有贯通侧壁的溢水孔41。
上述的外壳的外壁的上部间隔设置有加强筋43,所述的溢水孔41分别设置在相邻的两个加强筋43之间。
上述的过滤网10为倒置的盆型结构,过滤网10的下表面居中设置有向下的第四中心柱13,第四中心柱13以外的过滤网10上间隔设置有进水孔11。
上述的过滤网10中部的上下表面均向上凸,形成具有环形侧壁12和顶壁的拱形凸起,拱形凸起的顶壁上均布有进水孔11、环形侧壁12上周向均布有进水孔11。
上述的过滤网10、整流器20、气泡缓冲插件30、外壳40之间分别通过各自中心设置的中心柱顶接以实现相互支撑。

  1. 一种分水器,包括底部带有若干出水孔、上端开口的外壳及带有若干进水孔的过滤网,其特征在于:外壳与过滤网之间卡接有整流器,整流器与外壳之间卡接有气泡缓冲插件,外壳与气泡缓冲插件之间、气泡缓冲插件与整流器之间、整流器与过滤网之间均设置有过水通道,所述气泡缓冲插件的中部设置有第一中心柱、外周设置有环形体,第一中心柱与环形体之间设置有多圈周向长栅格和多根径向长栅格,周向长栅格和径向长栅格的交叉连接处设置有冲击点,周向长栅格和径向长栅格中设有周向短栅格和径向短栅格。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述冲击点包括最外圈的凹下冲击点和内部多圈的凸起冲击点。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述的整流器的具体结构是:整流器的内底面上居中设置有第二中心柱,第二中心柱外侧的整流器的内底面上均布有过水孔、所述的过水孔为上大下小的锥形孔,每个锥形孔的下端面对应于一个所述冲击点的上端面,所述冲击点的直径大于整流器的过水孔。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述外壳的外壁的上部间隔设置有加强筋,所述的溢水孔分别设置在相邻的两个加强筋之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述的过滤网为倒置 的盆型结构,过滤网的下表面居中设置有向下的第四中心柱,第四中心柱以外的过滤网上间隔设置有进水孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述的过滤网中部的上下表面均向上凸,形成具有环形侧壁和顶壁的拱形凸起,圆形凸起的顶壁上均布有进水孔、环形侧壁上周向均布有进水孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种分水器,其特征在于:所述的过滤网、整流器、气泡缓冲插件、外壳之间分别通过各自中心设置的中心柱顶接以实现相互支撑。
