在本申请中,移动终端分为主机端和显示端两部分,两部分能够分开使用,也能够组合使用。其中,组合使用时,由于主机端设有支撑件而能够相对基座部以第一角度展开,从而显示端能够承载于支撑件上使用,用户的双手能够得到解放;而分开使用时,由于基座部上凹设有容纳槽,使得支撑件相对基座部折叠时支撑件能够收纳于基座部的容纳槽中,利于主机端的收纳。

本申请实施例提供一种移动终端,该移动终端可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、笔记本电脑、车载设备、可穿戴设备等设备。
请参照图1和图2,移动终端100包括主机端1和能够可拆卸连接于所述主机端1的显示端2。可以理解的,主机端1包括外部通信模块11、第一内部无线通信模块12和充电组件13,外部通信模块11用于外部设备如服务器或基站等进行通信连接,第一内部无线通信模块12与外部通信模块11通信连接;显示端2包括第二内部无线通信模块21、电池25和摄像组件22。其中,所述外部通信模块11可以包括但不限于天线组件、无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,WiFi)组件等,换言之,主机端1通过外部通信模块11可以实现通话、上网等功能。其中,主机端1的第一内部无线通信模块12能够与显示端2的第二内部无线通信模块21进行通信连接,以实现主机端1与显示端2之间的数据传输。其中,所述第一内部无线通信模块12包括但不限于蓝牙、无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,WiFi)、近距离无线通讯技术(Near Field Communication,NFC)等。所述第二内部无线通信模块21与所述第一内部无线通信模块12相对应。其中,由于主机端1和显示端2分别具有第一内部无线通信模块12和第二内部无线通信模块21,从而使得主机端1和显示端2不管处于组合状态还是分开状态亦可以根据用户的选择而进行无线数据传输。
主机端1中的充电组件13可以给电池25充电,以为显示端2进行供电。换言之,当显示端2需要供电时,可以通过与主机端1之间通过有线充电的方式或者无线充电的方向来进行充电。
请一并参照图3和图4,显示端2的摄像组件22包括第一摄像头221和第二摄像头222,所述第一摄像头221和所述第二摄像头222的接受光的方向相反。其中,显示端2具有相背设置的显示面23和背面24,显示面23能够显示图像,第一摄像头221的第一透光孔231开设于显示面23上,换言之,第一摄像头221可以通过第一透光孔231接收光线,以实现拍照功能。换言之,第一摄像头221为前置摄像头。第二摄像头222设于背面24上,以实现拍照功能。换言之,第二摄像头222为后置摄像头。

具体的,固定件17位于容纳槽142的边缘处,以避免占据容纳槽142收纳支撑件15的空间。固定件17两侧的转动部171沿着X方向延伸,以使得支撑件15转动连接于固定件17两侧的转动部171上时,支撑件15转动的中心轴Z1为沿着X方向。
在本申请中,请一并参照图13,固定件17的结构具体如下所示:所述固定件17包括固定座172和相对于所述固定座172静止的固定杆173,所述固定座172设于所述容纳槽142的底部上,且所述固定座172具有一个固定孔1723,所述固定杆173的一部分位于所述固定孔1723中,所述固定部的两端分别伸出所述固定孔1723形成两个所述转动部171。其中,固定座172大致呈长条形,其长度延伸方向沿着X方向延伸,位于容纳槽142的边缘处的中间位置。换言之,该固定座172与基座部14为一体成型。固定座172具有相背设置的第一固定端1721和第二固定端1722、和连接于所述第一固定端1721和所述第二固定端1722之间的第二外表面1724,固定座172的固定孔1723穿透第一固定端1721和第二固定端1722,以使得固定杆173容纳于固定座172中时,能够有部分伸出固定座172外,以形成转动部171与支撑件15转动连接。该结构的固定件17的固定杆173能够从固定座172中拆卸下来,在固定杆173受到损伤时,能够替换一根新的固定杆173即可实现固定件17与的支撑件15转动。连接当然,在其它实施例中,如图14所示,固定件17的结构还可以为:可拆卸连接于容纳槽142的底部的支架174,可以通过螺钉或者卡扣连接的方式固定于容纳槽142的底部,支架为矩形块,沿着X方向延伸,支架沿着X方向的两端一体成型有一个转动部171,以与支撑件15转动连接。该结构的固定件17减少了装配的工序。
可以理解的,请一并参照图15和图16,所述固定杆173包括第一杆1731、第二杆1732和弹性设置于所述第一杆1731和所述第二杆1732之间的弹性件1733,所述第一杆1731和所述第二杆1732的一部分、及所述弹性件1733位于所述固定孔1723中,所述第一杆1731的端部和所述第二杆1732的端部分别伸出所述固定孔1723形成两个所述转动部171。具体的,第一杆1731和第二杆1732的结构相同,皆为外周面具有至少一个平面的结构。其中,第一杆1731和第二杆1732未与支撑件15转动连接的外周面皆为方形面,而与支撑件15转动连接的外周面为利于转动的直圆柱面。对应的,固定座172的固定孔1723亦为方形,方形杆的结构使得第一杆1731和第二杆1732位于固定座172中时,不会相对固定座172发生转动,从而使得支撑件15转动连接于第一杆1731和第二杆1732的端部时,第一杆1731和第二杆1732的结构较佳的固定于固定座172中而不会产生滑移,进而影响支撑件15相对固定杆173的滑动。另外,固定杆173为两根分离的杆和设置于两根分离的杆中间的弹性件1733的结构构成,使得支撑件15需要扣接于第一杆1731和第二杆1732的端部时,第一杆1731和第二杆1732由于弹性件1733的存在而能够相互靠近而缩小了固定杆173沿着X方向的长度,利于支撑件15与固定杆173进行扣接。而在支撑件15与固定杆173完成扣接后,弹性件1733会提供弹性力至第一杆1731和第二杆1732上,从而使得支撑件15与固定杆173之间形成良好的扣接。其中,弹性件1733可以为弹簧。对应的, 第一杆1731和第二杆1732的一端部可以伸入弹簧的两端,亦可以抵接且粘接于弹簧的两端。当然,在其它实施例中,固定杆173还可以为一整根的杆,杆的两端分别伸出固定孔1723,位于固定座172的外部。其中,该固定杆173可以为金属塑胶一体成型的杆,在需要与支撑件15扣接时,由于塑胶的存在而能够进行弹性变形,以与支撑件15进行扣接。
可以理解的,当所述支撑件15相对所述基座部14展开时,所述显示端2的显示端23或背面24贴合于所述支撑件15上,所述显示端2的周侧面26抵接于所述固定座172的第二外表面1724上。
请一并参照图5、17和18,支撑件15转动连接于固定件17上,支撑件15包括支撑板151和限位件152,所述支撑板151的端部开设凹槽1511,所述凹槽1511相对设置的两个侧壁1512、1513上分别设有一个转动孔1514,两个所述转动部171分别转动连接于一个所述转动孔1514,所述限位件152设置于所述转动部171和所述转动孔1514之间,以使所述支撑板151相对所述基座部14转动至第一角度A后所述支撑板151相对所述基座部14固定,换言之,所述支撑板151相对所述基座部14展开并相固定。支撑板151用于与固定件17转动连接,限位件152设置于支撑板151与固定件17之间,以使得支撑件15展开时,支撑件15相对基座部14以第一角度A展开并相固定。
其中,第一角度A为支撑板151的第一内表面1515与基座部14的第一表面141之间的夹角。
具体的,支撑板151为较薄的长矩形板,其尺寸与容纳槽142的尺寸相匹配,以使得主机端1处于折叠状态时,支撑板151能够全部容纳于容纳槽142中。支撑板151具有相背设置的第一内表面1515和第一外表面1516,第一内表面1515与第一表面141相向。换言之,主机端1处于折叠状态时,第一内表面1515能够贴合于容纳槽142的底部上。第一外表面1516与第一表面141、和固定座172的第二表面1724相平齐,保证主机端1处于折叠状态时整体表面的平滑。
可以理解的,所述限位件152包括设于所述转动部171上的限位凸起1521和设于所述转动孔1514的内壁上的限位槽1522,当所述转动部171上的限位凸起1521位于所述支撑板151的限位槽1522时,所述支撑件15相对所述基座部14以第一角度A展开并相固定。其中,限位凸起1521为弧形凸起,限位槽1522为与限位凸起1521对应的弧形槽。当支撑板151相对转动部171转动至限位凸起1521位于限位槽1522时,支撑板151由于卡接于转动部171而相对基座部14固定。当然,在其它实施例中,限位件152还可以为穿设于支撑板151上的限位孔和螺钉,该限位孔连通转动孔1514,螺钉穿设于限位孔,且能够抵接于位于转动孔1514中的转动部171,通过螺钉抵接于转动部171上,使得支撑板151相对基座部14固定。
如图1所示,当移动终端100处于层叠组合状态时,支撑板151折叠收容于容纳槽142中,显示端2放置于基座部14上。其中,由于支撑板151与基座部14的第一表面141、及固定座172的表面相平齐,故显示端2能够平稳的放置于基座部14上。
如图2和图17所示,当移动终端100处于侧立组合使用状态时,支撑板151在限位件152的作用下相对基座部14以第一角度A相固定,显示端2承载于支撑板151的第一内表面1515上,且抵接于固定座172的表面上,从而显示端2能够承载于支撑件15上使用,用户的双手能够得到解放。可以理解的,固定座172上可以嵌设无线线圈146,以使得显示端2抵接于固定座172的表面上时,主机端1能够通过该无线线圈146为显示端2进行充电。
如图7所示,当移动终端100中的显示端2需要收纳时,可以将显示端2层叠放置于基座部14上,支撑板151折叠至抵靠于显示端2,以对显示端2提供进一步的保护。
可以理解的,如图5所示,第一表面141靠近容纳槽142的位置开设有扣手位140,以使得主机端1处于折叠状态时,可以通过扣住该扣手位140将支撑板151相对基座部14展开。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端100分为主机端1和显示端2两部分,两部分能够分开使用,也能够组合使用。其中,组合使用时,由于主机端1设有支撑件15而能够相对基座部14的第一表面141以第一角度A展开,从而显示端2能够承载于支撑件15上使用,用户的双手能够得到解放;而分开使用时,由于基座部14上凹设有容纳槽142,使得支撑件15相对基座部14折叠时支撑件15能够收纳于基座部14的容纳槽142中,利于主机端1的收纳。
进一步的,如图17所示,基座部14的容纳槽142的底部开设有至少一个收纳槽145,当所述支撑件15相对所述基座部14以第一角度A展开时,所述收纳槽145用于容纳外部设备,所述支撑件15用于支撑所述外部设备。具体的,收纳槽145沿着X方向延伸。收纳槽145的数量为两个,分别位于固定座172的两侧。该收纳槽145可以用于容纳外部设备如手机。可以理解的,该收纳槽145亦可以用来容纳显示端2。
可以理解的,支撑板151上还凸设有两个条形凸起1517,当支撑板151位于容纳槽142中时,两个条形凸起1517分别填充一个收纳槽145。其中,条形凸起1517的形状与收纳槽145的形状相匹配,以使条形凸起1517位于收纳槽145中时,能够将收纳槽145填充。该结构的条形凸起1517利于在支撑板151位于容纳槽142时,防止灰尘进入。另外,条形凸起1517与容纳槽142起到进一步的卡接,进一步提高主机端的可靠性。另外的实施例中,条形凸起1517位于收纳槽145中时可以具有空隙。
进一步的,请一并参照图19,所述移动终端100还包括磁性相吸的第一磁吸件3和第二磁吸件4,所述第一磁吸件3设于所述支撑件15上,所述第二磁吸件4设于所述显示端2上,当所述显示端2的背面24贴合于所述支撑件15的第一内表面1515上时,所述显示端2在所述第二磁吸件4与所述第一磁吸件3的磁性力的作用下相对所述支撑件15固定。具体的,第一磁吸件3设于支撑板151上,第二磁吸件4设于显示端2的背面24上。当移动终端100处于侧立组合使用状态时,通过第二磁吸件4与第一磁吸件3之间的磁力,可以使得显示端2固定于支撑板151上时能够更为稳固,减少显示端2的意外跌落的概率,进一步提高了移动终端100的可靠性。并且将第一磁吸件3设置于支撑板151上,使得移动终端100处于层叠组合状态时,支撑板151与显示端2之间仍然具有相互吸引的磁力。其中,第一磁吸件3和第二磁吸件4可以为电磁铁,通过控制电信号来改变二者之间的磁性。当然,在其它实施例中,第一磁吸件3和第二磁吸件4还可以为磁铁。
进一步的,如图19所示,所述移动终端100还包括设于所述第一内表面1515上的第一电连接部5和设于所述显示端2上的第二电连接部6;当所述显示端2的显示面23贴合于所述第一内表面1515上时,所述第二电连接部6与所述第一电连接部5接触且电性连接,以实现所述显示端2与所述主机端1的有线数据传输。可以理解的,第二电连接部6和第一电连接部5点接触时,主机端1还可以为显示端2进行供电。具体的,第一电连接部5和第二电连接部6可以为电触点(pin点)。第一电连接部5和第一磁吸件3可以为位于同一个区域,以使在显示端2与支撑板151磁性相吸固定在一起时,第一电连接部5能够与第二电连接部6pin点连接,实现显示端2与主机端1的有线数据传输。换言之,该移动终端100中的显示端2和主机端1除了可以用无线数据传输的方式进行通信外,还可以通过有线数据传输的方式进行通信。其中,有线数据传输之间的传输方式为电性传输,故传输速度相较无线数据传输的速度较快。而无线数据传输则无需借助受到走线的限制,即在主机端1和显示端2分开使用时,由于用户的需求,主机端1和显示端2之间还可以通过第二内部无线通信模块21和所述第一内部无线通信模块12之间通信连接,以实现所述显示端2与所述主机端1之间的无线数据传输。当然,在其它实施例中,第一电连接部5和第二电连接还可以为USB接口,或者电连接器等。
可以理解的,如图19所示,所述主机端1还包括检测元件18和切换开关19,当所述检测元件18检测至所述第二电连接部6和所述第一电连接部5电性连接时,所述切换开关19将所述无线数据传输转换为所述有线数据传输。由于有线数据传输速度较快,故在检测元件18检测到第二电连接部6和第一电连接部5电性连接时,即断开主机端1和显示端2之间的无线传输,切换换有线数据传输,进一步提高移动终端100的可靠性。
进一步的,如图19所示,所述移动终端100还包括设于所述第一表面141上的按键20,所述按键20用于联通或切断所述主机端1与所述显示端2之间的数据传输。该按键20为触摸式虚拟按键20,采用压力感应原理。该按键20可以控制主机端1和显示端2之间是否需要进行数据传输。可以理解的,该虚拟按键20具有防呆功能,在用户不需要使用该虚拟按键20时,能够通过开关功能或者软件设置的方式使得该虚拟按键20处于不使用的状态。
当本申请提供的移动终端100开始使用时,可以将主机端1和显示端2组合使用,组合使用的方式 可以为:
如图1所示,当移动终端100处于层叠组合状态时,支撑板151折叠收容于容纳槽142中,显示端2放置于基座部14上。其中,由于第一磁吸件3和第二磁吸件4的存在,显示端2能够固定于支撑板151的第一外表面1516上。主机端1和显示端2需要进行通信时,可以通过无线数据传输的方式进行通信。
如图3和图5所示,当移动终端100处于侧立组合使用状态时,支撑板151在限位件152的作用下相对基座部14以第一角度A相固定,显示端2的显示面23贴合于支撑板151的第一内表面1515上,且抵接于固定座172的第二外表面1724上,从而显示端2能够贴合于支撑件15上使用,用户的双手能够得到解放。其中,主机端1和显示端2需要进行通信时,可以通过有线数据传输的方式进行通信。同时,主机端1和显示端2还可以通过无线线圈146或者第一电连接部5和第二电连接部6实现充电。
如图7所示,当移动终端100中的显示端2需要收纳时,可以将显示端2层叠放置于基座部14上,支撑板151折叠至抵靠于显示端2,以对显示端2提供进一步的保护。主机端1和显示端2需要进行通信时,可以通过无线数据传输的方式进行通信。同时,主机端1和显示端2还可以通过第一电连接部5和第二电连接部6实现充电。
如图2所示,显示端2与主机端1还可以分开使用,所述显示端2可以脱离所述主机端1单独使用。所述显示端2可以通过所述显示屏进行显示。其中,主机端1和显示端2需要进行通信时,可以通过有线数据传输的方式进行通信。
本申请实施例提供的移动终端100分为主机端1和显示端2两部分,两部分能够分开使用,也能够组合使用。其中,组合使用时,由于主机端1设有支撑件15而能够相对基座部14以第一角度A展开,从而显示端2能够固定于支撑件15上使用,用户的双手能够得到解放;而分开使用时,由于基座部14上凹设有容纳槽142,使得支撑件15相对基座部14折叠时支撑件15能够收纳于基座部14的容纳槽142中,利于主机端1的收纳。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括主机端和能够可拆卸连接于所述主机端的显示端;
    所述主机端包括基座部和支撑件,所述基座部的第一表面上凹设有容纳槽;所述支撑件转动连接于所述基座部上,所述支撑件能够位于所述容纳槽且相对所述基座部展开,所述支撑件具有朝向所述第一表面的第一内表面;
    所述显示端包括相背设置的显示面和背面、连接于所述显示面和所述背面之间的周侧面;
    当所述支撑件相对所述基座部的第一表面以第一角度展开时,所述显示端的显示面或背面贴合于所述第一内表面上,所述显示端的周侧面抵接于所述容纳槽的底部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑件具有第一外表面,所述第一外表面与所述第一内表面相背设置,当所述支撑件位于所述容纳槽时,所述第一外表面与所述第一表面平齐。
  3. 如权利要求2所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述基座部具有与所述第一表面相邻接的第一侧面、第二侧面和第三侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面相背设置,所述第三侧面连接于所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面之间,且所述第三侧面与所述支撑件转动的中心轴平行。
  4. 如权利要求3所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述基座部具有与所述第三侧面相背设置的第四侧面,所述第四侧面连接于所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面之间,所述容纳槽相背设置的第一端和第二端贯穿所述第三侧面和所述第四侧面。
  5. 如权利要求3所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述容纳槽相背设置的第一端和第二端分别贯穿所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面。
  6. 如权利要求2所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述基座部具有固定件,所述固定件设于所述容纳槽的底部,所述固定件的两端分别具有一个转动部,所述支撑件的两端分别转动连接于一个所述转动部上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述移动终端,其特征在于,当所述支撑件相对所述基座部展开时,所述显示端的显示面或背面贴合于所述第一内表面上,所述显示端的周侧面抵接于所述固定件上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述固定件具有背离所述容纳槽的底部的第二外表面,当所述支撑件位于所述容纳槽时,所述支撑件的第一外表面和所述固定件的第二外表面平齐。
  9. 如权利要求6所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述固定件包括固定座和相对于所述固定座静止的固定杆,所述固定座设于所述容纳槽的底部上,且所述固定座具有一个固定孔,所述固定杆的一部分位于所述固定孔中,所述固定部的两端分别伸出所述固定孔形成两个所述转动部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述固定杆包括第一杆、第二杆和弹性设置于所述第一杆和所述第二杆之间的弹性件,所述第一杆和所述第二杆的一部分、及所述弹性件位于所述固定孔中,所述第一杆的端部和所述第二杆的端部分别伸出所述固定孔形成两个所述转动部。
  11. 如权利要求6所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述固定杆位于所述固定孔的部分的外周面具有至少一个平面。
  12. 如权利要求6所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括支撑板和限位件,所述支撑板的端部开设凹槽,所述凹槽相对设置的两个侧壁上分别设有一个转动孔,两个所述转动部分别转动连接于一个所述转动孔,所述限位件设置于所述转动部和所述转动孔之间,以使所述支撑板相对所述基座部展开并相固定。
  13. 如权利要求12所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述限位件包括设于所述转动部上的限位凸起和设于所述转动孔的内壁上的限位槽,当所述转动部上的限位凸起位于所述支撑板的限位槽时,所述支撑件相对所述基座部展开并相固定。
  14. 如权利要求2所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端具有键盘,所述键盘设于所述第一表面,且所述键盘与所述容纳槽相邻设置。
  15. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述基座部的容纳槽的底部开设有至少一个收纳槽,当所述支撑件相对所述基座部展开时,所述收纳槽用于容纳外部设备。
  16. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括磁性相吸的第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件设于所述支撑件上,所述第二磁吸件设于所述显示端上,当所述显示端承载于所述支撑件上时,所述显示端在所述第二磁吸件与所述第一磁吸件的磁性力的作用下相对所述支撑件固定。
  17. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括设于所述第一内表面上的第一电连接部和设于所述显示端的背面上的第二电连接部;当所述显示端的显示面或背面贴合于所述第一内表面上时,所述第二电连接部与所述第一电连接部接触且电性连接,以实现所述显示端与所述主机端的有线数据传输。
  18. 如权利要求17所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括外部通信模块和第一内部无线通信模块;所述外部通信模块用于与外部设备通信连接,所述第一内部无线通信模块与所述外部通信模块通信连接;所述显示端包括第二内部无线通信模块;当所述第二电连接部和所述第一电连接部相分开时,所述第二内部无线通信模块和所述第一内部无线通信模块之间通信连接,以实现所述显示端与所述主机端之间的无线数据传输。
  19. 如权利要求18所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述主机端包括检测元件和切换开关,当所述检测元件检测至所述第二电连接部和所述第一电连接部电性连接时,所述切换开关将所述无线数据传输转换为所述有线数据传输。
  20. 如权利要求19所述移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括设于所述第一表面上的按键,所述按键用于联通或切断所述主机端与所述显示端之间的数据传输。
