为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施例, 对本发 明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用 于限定本发明。
请参阅图 1 至图 4, 本发明实施例提供的一种具有显示屏的手机保护套, 包括保护板 1 及夹持手机侧边的夹板 1 1;夹板 1 1 由保护板 1的边缘凸出设置。通过夹板 1 1夹持手机侧边, 将该保护套套于手机上, 保护板 1则配合覆盖住手机后表面, 起保护手机的作用。
保护板 1上安装有显示屏 2、 与显示屏 2电连接的 PCB板 3以及电池 4, PCB板 3上安装 有数据交换接口 31。 夹板 1 1上开设有配合引出数据交换接口 31 的通孔 (图中未标出) 。 当 将保护套套于手机上时, 通过一外接数据线连接数据交换接口 31 与手机上的数据接口, 这样 手机上的数据可通过该数据线传至保护套的 PCB板 3, 再通过 PCB板 3与显示屏 2进行通信, 使显示屏 2显示手机中的数据内容, 保护套 PCB板 3反馈的信号数据再通过该数据线传输至 手机, 实现手机与该保护套间的数据交换。 同时, 还可通过数据交换接口 31对电池 4进行充 电的。本实施例中,数据交换接口 31 为 m i croUSB接口,该 m i croUSB接口焊接在 PCB板 3上。
当前部分手机的操作系统(如 Andro i d、 i OS等系统) 内置有支持多屏显示的功能, 以及 将手机需要显示的内容指定到相应屏幕上的功能, 该保护套上的显示屏 2可作为手机的外接 显示屏, 起到扩展手机功能的作用。
当然, 有时为方便对手机进行操控, 还可以在手机上安装相应的支持软件, 使其将部分 显示内容如邮件、 文体、 图片、 短信息等优选显示或只显示到保护套上的显示屏中, 这样可 以在该保护套的显示屏 2上阅读电子书, 或在显示屏 2上显示图片 (如个人照片) 等。 当前 手机屏幕越来越大, 耗电量也越来越大, 严重影响手机待机时间的问题。 而在保护套上设置 显示屏 2、 PCB板 3、 电池 4及数据交换接口 31, 可将部分手机显示数据, 如邮件、 文体、 短 信息、 图片等内容显示到保护套上的显示屏 2上, 减少手机本身屏幕的显示时间, 减少手机 的耗电量, 提高手机的待机时间。
目前人们越来越追求轻薄的手机, 而手机的设计制造也越来越薄, 如果带上保护套后, 使安装有保护套的手机与保护套一体的整体厚度增加过大, 一方面不好手握, 难以操作手机, 另一方面, 不符合人们对手机轻薄的追求。 为保证该保护套在安装于手机上后, 使手机与保 护套一体的整体厚度不至于过大, 要尽可能将该保护套做薄。 要将保护套做薄则主要从各部 件厚度及各部件的布局设计上来控制。
请一并参阅图 5, 保护板 1上开设有一开口 1 2, 显示屏 2安装于保护板 1 的开口 1 2中, PCB板 3及电池 4并排设于显示屏 2背面。 这样保护套在安装于手机上时, PCB板 3及电池 4 位于手机与显示屏 2之间。 在保护板 1 上开设开口 1 2, 将显示屏 2置于开口 1 2中, 将 PCB 板 3和电池 4并排设于显示屏 2的背面, 使显示屏 2与 PCB板 3和电池 4间距离更近, 同时 使电池 4与 PCB板 3不相互重叠, 以更好地控制保护套的厚度, 以使保护板 1 的厚度小, 使 保护套套于手机上后, 手机与保护套一体的整体上更薄。
保护板 1 的开口 1 2中设有肋板 1 3, PCB板 3及电池 4各有一边固定于肋板上 1 3, 肋板 1 3位于显示屏 2的背面, 能起到支撑显示屏 2的作用, 同时也可将显示屏 2贴合于肋板 1 3 上, 也可防止显示屏 2脱落。 设置肋板 1 3以增加 PCB板 3和电池 4安装的稳定性, 同时也能 增加保护板 1 的强度。
该保护套还包括盖板 6, 盖板 6配合封盖 PCB板 3及电池 4背面, 以防 PCB板 3和电池 4 棵露出, 起保护 PCB板 3和电池 4。 本实施例中, 夹板 1 1 内则设有卡扣 1 6, 盖板 6通过卡扣 16卡装, 以封盖 PCB板 3和电池 4。 保护板 1呈长方形, 其与夹板 1 1一体成型, 卡扣 1 6为 凸起设置。 盖板 6呈长方形, 其边缘向一侧凸伸出侧边 62, 该侧边 62上设有多个与夹板 1 1 上卡扣 1 6配合的卡孔 63。 保护板 1 内表面还有一个或多个凸柱 1 7, 盖板 6侧边则对应设有 凹槽 64, 通过凸柱 1 7配合插入凹槽 64内, 从而防止保护体 1与盖板 6装反。 盖板 6扣合在 夹板 1 1上, 使保护板 1、 夹板 1 1和盖板 6间形成一容置空间, PCB板 3及电池 4位于该容置 空间中。 盖板 6上还设有凸起限位块 (图中未标出) , 用以卡住固定电池, 防止其移动。
显示屏 2与 PCB板 3间的电连接方式可以为: 在显示屏 2与 PCB板 3的对应位置设置相 互贴合的导电片, 以进行通信。 当然, 也可用排线将显示屏 2与 PCB板 3电连接, 以进行通 信。
PCB板 3上还设有电池保护模块 34, 该电池保护模块 34与电池 4电连接。 当前电池 4上 一般都设有保护模块, 这种保护模块与电池一体制造, 但这种结构限制了电池的体积, 使电 池的难以做到很薄。 而一般电池相比 PCB板要厚, 如: 当前的锂电池由于设有保护模块的原 因, 当前锂电池厚度做到最薄也局限为 2. 8國。 而要控制好本实施例中的保护套的整体厚度, 就必须使其内置的电池 4尽可能薄。本发明中将电池保护模块 34集成到 PCB板 3上, 以减小 电池 4的厚度, 从而使该保护套的整体厚度更小。如本实施例中, 将电池保护模块 34集成到 PCB板 3上后,电池 4的厚度可做到接近锂电池厚度极限 2. 2mm,使电池 4厚度减少 20%以上。 使用了该电池 4的保护套也会更薄。 当然, 将保护套安装于手机上后, 通过外接数据线连接 手机数据接口及保护套上数据交换接口 31后, 还可以用保护套中的电池 4为手机充电, 使该 保护套也可用为移动电源使用。 在 PCB板 3上还可以设置控制模块, 控制是否要用该保护套 中的电池 4为手机充电。
PCB板 3上还设有与手机进行数据交换的无线通信模块 33。 该无线通信模块 33可以为 NFC模块、 蓝牙模块或 w i f ί模块等。 设置无线通信模块 33, 以无线的方式与手机进行数据交 换, 不用外接数据线, 可提高与手机连接的便捷性。 通过无线通信模块 33, 还可在保护套与 手机分开时, 仍能与手机交换数据, 显示手机中的内容, 特別是当手机充电时, 移动不方便, 这时使用该保护套来接收手机信息和操控手机, 更便捷。
PCB板 3上设有控制按键 32, 保护板 1上对应开设有引伸出按键 32的开孔 15。 设置按 键 32以唤醒保护板 1上的显示屏或控制手机, 更有实体感、 更方便。保护板 1上还安装有按 扭 5, 按扭 5安装于保护板 1上并穿过开孔 15将按键 32引伸出保护板 1。在使用时, 通过按 扭 5按压按键 32。 由于 PCB板 3较小, 且制作较薄, 其上按键 32也较小, 不好按压, 设置 按扭 5增加按压按键 32的实体感, 及方便按压按键 32。 当然显示屏 2中还可以内置触摸屏, 通过触摸屏来控制和操作手机。 本实施例中, 按扭 5上引出弹性板 (图中未标出) , 通过螺 钉 51将弹性板固定于保护板 1 上, 从而将按扭 5安装于保护板 1 上。 其它实施例中, 还可直 接将弹性板粘贴在保护板 1 上, 或直接将按扭 5粘贴在按键 32上。
其它实施例中, 按扭 5呈 iHJ形中空设计, 按键 32的一端连接在按扭 5中空部分, 其他部 分不与按扭 5连接, 按扭 5由具有弹性的塑料組成, 使按键 32在按动结束后由于弹性作用随 时复位, 按键 32的靠近 PCB板 3的一端设有一个或多个凸起的触点, 触点与 PCB板 3上的电 路非接触对应, 按动按键时, 作用力使按键 32触点接触 PCB板 3上的电路, 控制操作, 按扭 5和 PCB板 3上还有多个圓孔, 保护板 1上对应位置有相同数量的圓柱, 圓孔可套在圓柱上, 圓孔与圓柱的配合, 使按扭 5和 PCB板 3固定在保护板 1上。 PCB板 3上设有一个或多个螺 丝孔, 在保护板 1 的对应处还有一个或多个对应的螺紋孔, 通过螺丝将 PCB板 3固定在保护 板 1上。
本实施例中, 显示屏 2为电纸屏 (e-paper屏) , 由于电纸屏具有耗电量小且不伤人眼 的特点, 作为手机外接屏来显示手机上的文本内容、 显示短信或邮件等内容时, 使用时间更 长, 延长手机的待机时间, 同时相对于直接使用手机屏幕, 可起到保护眼睛的作用。 当然, 要其它实施例中, 显示屏 2还可以为 0LED屏、 TFT屏等。
保护板 1外表面上还安装有覆盖显示屏 2的透明板 21。 设置透明板 21 以保护显示屏 2。 本实施例中, 在保护板 1 的开口 1 2的边缘设有凹槽 1 21, 将透明板 21贴合于凹槽 1 21 中, 便于透明板 21 的安装。 透明板 21略大于显示屏 2。 透明板 21采用高强度的钢化玻璃板, 如 使用优质玻璃材质并且通过 7小时的钢化处理, 可使该钢化玻璃板表面可以达到 7H的强度, 以及 96%的透光率, 从而具有优异的抗冲击, 抗刮花能力, 以更好地保护显示屏。 显示屏 2 与钢化玻璃板通过高强度胶水采用零贴合工艺贴數在钢化玻璃板的底面, 既能牢固固定在保 护板 1 上, 又全部覆盖在钢化玻璃板的保护之下, 从整体上保证保护套的厚度小。 显示屏 2 与钢化玻璃板间的零贴合设计, 同时, 钢化玻璃板、 显示屏 2、 PCB板 3、 盖板 6之间在保证 形变压迫的余量空间的基础上采用零间隙设计, 以使保护套更薄。
保护板 1 与夹板 1 1一体成型。 保护板 1、 夹板 1 1及盖板 6可使用 ABS与 PC原料混合注 塑而成, 保证韧性和强度; 还可以在保护板 1及夹板 1 1外表面上喷一层橡胶漆, 以起到防刮 花的作用。其它实施例中, 保护板 1、 夹板 1 1及盖板 6还可以使用金属制造, 使其强度更高。
本实施例中, 保护板 1上还开设有摄像孔 14, 盖板 6上对应保护板 1上摄像孔 14的位 置配合开设有透视口 61。 摄像孔 14的位置对应于手机的摄像头及闪光灯处, 摄像头可透过 该摄像孔 14露出, 以便照像。 同时, 当前手机后置摄像头一般为主摄像头, 其性能较其前置 摄像头高, 但用后置摄像头自拍照时, 难以确定摄像头取像位置, 通过保护套上显示屏 2的 显示, 可更好地利用手机后置摄像头进行自拍照。
夹板 1 1上对应于手机侧面按键的位置, 还开设有开槽 1 1 1, 使手机在套上该保护套后, 仍能作用其侧面按键。
为使各部件的厚度小, 以达到整体上使保护套薄, PCB板 3或采用多层板设计, 如 6层 板设计, 以减小飞线的使用。 各功能单元, 如电池保护模块 34、 处理器、 存储器、 数据传输 模块等使用集成电路设计, 集成到 PCB板 3上。 数据传输模块可以为有线的通信模块或无线 通信模块 33, 有线通信模块则主要通过数据交换接口 31 与手机通过数据线连接来实现, PCB 板 3上设有相应的有线通信支持电路。 PCB板 3上设置集成了 DDR (Doub l e Data Rate双倍 速率同步动态随机存储器)与 NAND FLASH存储器的 MCP芯片,取代传统的 DDR与 FLASH设计, 以减少 PCB板 3上元器件的数量, 各元器件采用紧凑布局设计, 采用高集成度的单芯片电源 解决方案来解决显示屏 2需要的多路电源; 采用 PMU ( Power Management Un i t 电源管理单 元) 多路供电为 PCB板 3上各元器件供电。 以提高 PCB板 3的集成度, 使 PCB板 3更小更薄。
请参阅图 6, PCB板 3上设有处理器 35、 存储器 36和数据传输模块 30。 处理器 35、 存 储器 36和数据传输模块 30通过总线连接。处理器 35是负责处理数据和协调各部件工作, 存 储器 36负责存储数据和程序, 数据传输模块 30负责与手机或其他移动设备进行通信, 具有 数据接收及传送的功能。 通过数据传输模块 30与手机进行通信, 接收手机的通信数据, 传至 处理器 35, 处理器 35将处理数据传至显示屏 2显示。 部分未显示数据或其它支持数据存入 存储器 36。 存储器 36中还可以设置驱动程序。 处理器 35同时接收按键 32的操作信号, 并 将其传至显示屏 2, 或存入存储器 36, 或经数据传输模块 30传至手机。 本实施例中, 数据传 输模块 30主要为蓝牙模块。
请参阅图 7, 本实施例中, 采用 PMU多路供电模块 (即 PMU模块 37) 为 PCB板 3上各元 器件供电。 电池 4与 PMU模块 37电连接, 为 PMU模块 37供电, PMU模块 37与电源驱动 38、 蓝牙模块 33a和处理器 35分別电连接。 电源驱动 38与显示屏 2电连接, 处理器 35与显示屏 2电连接, 同时, 处理器 35与蓝牙模块 33a电连接。 PMU模块 37—方面为上述各功能模块及 电路供电, 同时提供控制电路时序。 电源驱动 38 为显示屏 2提供电源及上电时序。 处理器 35响应用户操作, 处理数据及输出图形及数据到显示屏 2显示。 蓝牙模块 33a接收手机传来 的数据或命令, 再传送到处理器 35处理; 或从处理器 35接收数据与命令, 再传送到手机, 实现处理器 35与手机的双向通信。 电池 4为整个系统供电。 请参阅图 8, 具有显示屏的手机 保护套上的蓝牙模块 33a与手机 90中蓝牙收发器对接, 并从手机 90中受到信号, 将收到的 信号传至处理器 35处理, 之后在显示屏 2中显示。
请参阅图 9, 为方便该具有显示屏的手机保护套 1 0与手机 90之间的通信, 可以在手机 90上安装一程序或软件, 以便于与具有显示屏的手机保护套进行通信连接, 该程序或软件命 名为: 保护套系统服务 92, 当然还可以命为其它名称。 同时, 通过保护套系统服务 92与手 机应用 91进行沟通与衔接, 应用 91 的资料数据传至保护套系统服务 92, 保护套系统服务 92 将从各手机应用 91收到的命令、数据或图片, 经手机 90中蓝牙收发器 93将数据发送到该保 护套 1 0。 保护套 1 0的蓝牙模块 33a接收手机 90发出的数据, 再将数据送至处理器 35处理, 然后通过显示屏 2显示。 通过按键 32或显示屏 2上设置的触摸屏的操作数据, 再经处理器 35处理后, 经蓝牙模块 33a发送至手机 90。 手机 90的蓝牙收发器 93接收保护套 1 0发来的 数据, 再经保护套系统服务 92传至相应的应用 91。保护套系统服务 92还可对接收自应用 91 的数据进行加密、 压縮再传至保护套 1 0。 保护套 1 0中处理器 35对该数据解密、 解压再送至 显示屏 2显示。 处理器 35同样可以将操作数据加密、 压縮, 再传到手机 90上, 手机 90接收 这些数据后, 经保护套系统服务 92解密、 解压后传到相应的手机应用 91。 通过加密数据, 以保证数据安全。 通过压縮数据, 使数据传送更快, 方便手机 90与该保护套 1 0间的通信。 当然也可以直接传输, 不进行加密或压縮数据。 该保护套 1 0的存储器 36中存储有支持或驱 动该保护套 1 0工作及实现各种功能, 如显示、操作存储等功能的程序, 并可通过升级该程序 来拓展功能。 该保护套 1 0的显示屏 2处于关闭待机状态, 当蓝牙模块 33a接收到手机 90发 来的数据时, 唤醒显示屏 2。 也可通过保护套 1 0上的按键 32直接唤醒显示屏 2, 还可以通过 操作手机 90来向保护套 1 0发送一唤醒信号或命令, 来唤醒保护套 1 0的显示屏 2。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原 则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种具有显示屏的手机保护套, 包括用于覆盖手机后表面的保护板及 由所述保护板边缘凸出并用于夹持所述手机側边的夹板, 其特征在于: 所述保 护板上安装有显示屏、 与所述显示屏电连接的 PCB板以及电池, 所述 PCB板上 安装有与所述手机进行数据交换并对所述电池进行充电的数据交换接口, 所迷 夹板上开设有配合引出所迷数据交换接口的通孔。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述保护 板上开设有容置所述显示屏的开口, 所述 PCB板及所述电池并排设于所述显示 屏背面。
3、 如权利要求 2所迷的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述保护 板的所述开口中于所迷显示屏的背面设有肋板, 所述 PCB板及所迷电池各有一 边固定于所述肋板上。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 还包括配 合封盖所述 PCB板及所述电池背面的盖板。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所迷的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述 PCB板上还设有电池保护模块, 该电池保护模块与所述电池电连接。
6、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述 PCB板上还设有与所述手机进行数据交换的无线通信模块。
7、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所迷的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述 PCB板上设有控制按键, 所述保护板上对应所述按键位置开设有便于按压 所述按键的开孔。
8、 如权利要求 7所迷的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述保护 板上还安装有按压所述按键的按扭, 所述按扭安装于所迷保护板上并穿过所述 开孔伸出所述保护板。
9、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所迷的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述显示屏为 OLED屏、 TFT屏或电紙屏。
10、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的具有显示屏的手机保护套, 其特征在于: 所述 保护板外表面上还安装有覆盖所述显示屏的透明板。
