侧壁102自底壁101延伸。具体地,侧壁102可以自底壁101的边缘延伸,侧壁102可用于包围移动终端的侧缘并夹紧移动终端。侧壁102与底壁101可以一体成型,例如通过注塑的方式一体成型,也可以是分体成型。侧壁102与底壁101均可以采用非金属材料制成,例如,侧壁102与底壁101可以采用具有较好弹性的材料制成,例如硅胶、橡胶等,以较好地吸收外部的撞击。侧壁102上可以开设有侧键孔1021,当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,侧键孔1021与移动终端的侧面按键对应,例如与移动终端的电源键、音量键、拍摄键、卡槽等对应,便于用户通过移动终端的侧面按键控制移动终端。
请参阅图2和图3,触控输入装置11可以设置在底壁101。具体地,触控输入装置11可以是柔性传感器或者触控面板等,触控输入装置11的设置位置可以与触控窗口1013对应,也就是触控输入装置11设置在靠近顶部1011的位置,以便于触控输入装置11接受到用户的触控输入。
触控输入装置11可以与移动终端通讯连接,例如可以通过蓝牙连接、数据线连接等方式通讯连接,用户可以在触控输入装置11中输入预定的操作指令,以使移动终端响应用户输入的操作指令以进行预定操作。具体地,用户输入可以是用户在触控输入装置11中的单击、双击、单点滑动、多点滑动等的触控输入,对应地,移动终端可以响应用户的触控输入,以进行例如调节音量、调节显示亮度、接听电话、放大、缩小等,还可以与用户在移动终端的显示屏上的触控输入相结合以共同控制移动终端。用户在触控输入装置11中的触控输入类型与移动终端的响应类型之间的对应关系,可以通过移动终端的应用程序进行设定和个性化的调整,也可以是背夹100中出厂设定好的。
请参阅图2至图4,控制电路板13设置在收容腔103内,控制电路板13可以设置在靠近底部1012的位置,控制电路板13与触控输入装置11连接。具体地,控制电路板13与触控输入装置11可以通过柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)12连接,更具体地,控制电路板13上设置有连接座25,柔性电路板12的一端与连接座25连接,另一端与触控输入装置11连接。控制电路板13上还可以集成有处理器、供电模块、充电模块等功能模块,以实现处理触控输入装置11接收到的用户输入、为触控输入装置11提供电能、为电池14充电等的功能。
请参阅图2和图3,电池14收容在收容腔103内,电池14与控制电路板13电连接。 电池14可以为触控输入装置11供电,具体地,电池14提供的电能可以通过控制电路板13上的充电模块、柔性电路板12传输到触控输入装置11。
请结合图2至图4,充电接口15可以设置在控制电路板13上,对应地,侧壁102上开设有充电连接孔1022,充电连接孔1022的位置与充电接口15的位置对应,充电接口15可以从收容腔103内穿入充电连接孔1022。充电接口15可以是microUSB、TYPE-C、Lightning等类型的充电接口,当需要给电池14充电时,用户可以将外部电源连接在充电接口15上,外部电源的电能通过充电接口15、控制电路板13上的充电模块后输送到电池14内。
在另一个例子中,背夹100可以未设置有电池14和充电接口15,当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,背夹100可以与移动终端电连接,且触控输入装置11可以利用移动终端的电能工作,此时背夹100的结构较简单,且背夹100的重量较轻。
请参阅图2和图4,通讯装置16与控制电路板13电连接,通讯装置16用于通讯连接触控输入装置11和移动终端,或者说,触控输入装置11与移动终端通过通讯装置16进行数据通讯。通讯装置16具体可以是蓝牙天线,当通讯装置16与移动终端连接并完成身份匹配后,通讯装置16可以发送触控输入装置11接收到的用户输入的操作指令,移动终端在接收到通讯装置16发送的操作指令后作出对应的响应。
综上,背夹100与移动终端配合使用时,用户可以在触控输入装置11中输入操作指令并用于操作移动终端,触控输入装置11拓展了用户与移动终端的交互方式,用户的操作体验较佳。
请参阅图2至图4,在某些实施方式中,背夹100还包括操作装置17和指示装置18。
操作装置17与控制电路板13电连接,操作装置17用于接收用户操作以改变背夹100的工作状态。对应地,底壁101上开设有操作孔1014,操作孔1014与操作装置17的位置对应。在一个例子中,操作装置17可以是一个按键,当操作装置17被按下时,操作装置17可以触发背夹100的相应功能以改变背夹100的工作状态。例如,用户可以使用顶针穿过操作孔1014并按下操作装置17,当短按操作装置17时,操作装置17可以触发背夹100的开机或关机功能;当长按操作装置17时,操作装置17可以触发背夹100的重启功能。当然,操作装置17的具体类型与其触发的功能可以有其他,不限于上述讨论,例如操作装置17可以触发通讯装置16与移动终端重连等操作。
指示装置18与控制电路板13电连接,指示装置18可以用于指示背夹100和/或移动终端的工作状态。对应地,底壁101上开设有指示孔1015,指示孔1015与指示装置18的位置对应。具体地,指示装置18可以用于指示背夹100的工作状态,或者用于指示移动终端的工作状态。在一个例子中,指示装置18可以是能够发出不同颜色光的LED灯,当电 池14的电量较充足时(例如大于等于90%时),指示装置18发出绿色光,当电池14的电量快用尽时(例如小于等于10%时),指示装置18发出红色光;或者,当背夹100与移动终端正在进行数据传输时,指示装置18连续闪烁预定次数。当然,指示装置18的具体类型与其指示的背夹100和/或移动终端的工作状态可以有其他,不限于上述讨论,例如,指示装置18可以是扬声器,指示装置18通过发出不同的声音以指示背夹100和/或移动终端的工作状态。
请结合图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,底壁101包括避空区1016,沿垂直于底壁101的方向上,背夹100的与避空区1016对应的区域均由非金属材料制成。对于可利用无线充电技术充电的移动终端,当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,移动终端内的受电线圈与避空区1016对应。需要将移动终端放在无线充电器上进行充电时,由于背夹100的与避空区1016对应的区域均由非金属材料制成,磁场可以从避空区1016穿过背夹100而不会受到大的影响,因此不需要将移动终端从背夹100中取出,可以将背夹100和移动终端一同放在无线充电器上进行充电,方便用户使用。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,避空区1016大致位于底壁101的中间位置,触控窗口1013和触控输入装置11可以设置在避空区1016与顶部1011之间,控制电路板13可以设置在避空区1016与底部1012之间,且柔性电路板12可以绕过避空区1016,也就是柔性电路板12在底壁101上的正投影与避空区1016间隔,以避免柔性电路板12影响磁场穿过避空区1016。
当然,在其他实施方式中,如图8和图11所示的实施例中,底壁101也可以不设置避空区1016,节约的空间可以用于设置电池14,如此,背夹100可以配置有更大体积和容量的电池14,以使触控输入装置11具有更强的续航能力。
请参阅图7至图9,在某些实施方式中,充电接口15包括结合成整体的公座接头151和母座接口152。公座接头151用于与移动终端的充电口连接,以使电池14给移动终端充电。母座接口152用于与外部电源连接。具体地,充电接口15连接在控制电路板13上,公座接头151在收容腔103内延伸,当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,公座接头151插入移动终端的充电口内以连接控制电路板13与移动终端,电池14的电能通过控制电路板13、公座接头151和充电接口15输送给移动终端。外部电源可以插入母座接口152内,外部电能通过母座接口152和控制电路板13输送给电池14。
请参阅图6、图10和图11,在某些实施方式中,背夹100还包括无线充电线圈19,无线充电线圈19与控制电路板13电连接,无线充电线圈19用于给电池14充电。无线充电线圈19设置在底壁101与电池14之间。电池14需要充电时,可以将背夹100放置在无线充电座上,无线充电线圈19与无线充电座配合,以给电池14充电。此时,移动终端也 可以收容在收容腔103内并一同放置在无线充电座上,以利用无线充电座同时给背夹100的电池14和移动终端充电,而不会占用太多无线充电座上的空间。无线充电线圈19设置在底壁101与电池14之间,电池14不会影响磁场穿过无线充电线圈19,在本发明实施例中,无线充电线圈19与电池14可以是层叠设置,以节约底壁101上的放置空间。
对于配置有无线充电线圈19的背夹100,背夹100可以不需要设置充电接口15,可以仅利用无线充电线圈19给电池14充电(如图6所示)。当然,背夹100也可以同时配置有无线充电线圈19和充电接口15,用户可以采用无线充电的方式或有线充电的方式给电池14充电(如图8所示)。
请参阅图1至图3,在某些实施方式中,背夹100还包括外膜层20,外膜层20贴合在底壁101的与收容腔103相背的一侧。外膜层20可以采用PU皮革制成,以使用户握持背夹100时有良好的触感,在外膜层20上可以形成个性化的图案、颜色等,外膜层20上还可以形成有粗糙的纹路,以使背夹100不易从用户手中滑落。外膜层20可以粘结在底壁101上。
外膜层20的与底壁101相背的一侧可以形成有指示图案(图未示),指示图案可以与触控窗口1013的位置对应。指示图案可用于指示触控窗口1013所在位置,也就是指示触控输入装置11所在的位置,便于用户在正确的位置进行触控输入。
外膜层20上还形成有第一入光孔201,对应地,底壁101上形成有第二入光孔1017。第一入光孔201与第二入光孔1017对应,当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,第一入光孔201与第二入光孔1017均与移动终端的摄像头对应。移动终端的摄像头可以先后穿入第二入光孔1017和第一入光孔201,并接收外界的光线,如此,当用户需要利用摄像头进行拍照或录像时,不需要将移动终端从背夹100中取出,方便用户使用。
请参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,触控输入装置11包括预定的唤醒区111。触控输入装置11在预定时长内未接收到用户输入时,进入休眠状态,且当唤醒区111接收到用户输入时,触控输入装置11解除休眠状态。其中,预定时长可以是60秒、30秒、45秒等的时长,当触控输入装置11在预定时长内未接收到用户输入时,可以认为用户已经没有手持背夹100,或者用户暂时不需要使用触控输入装置11,例如用户正在使用移动终端看视频,触控输入装置11进入休眠状态,此时触控输入装置11仅会对唤醒区111的触控输入产生响应,或者说,此时唤醒区111之外的区域对用户的触控输入将不进行响应,以防止用户误触发且节约触控输入装置11消耗的电能。当触控输入装置11处于休眠状态,且用户在唤醒区111内触控输入时,触控输入装置11解除休眠状态,此时,非唤醒区也可以接受用户的触控输入。具体地,唤醒区111可以设置在触控输入装置11的边缘位置,外膜层20上与唤醒区111对应的位置可以设置特殊的纹路,以使用户可以通过触觉识别唤醒区111 的位置。
请参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,背夹100还包括按键盖21,按键盖21设置在收容腔103内,按键盖21上设置有按键212,按键212与唤醒区111对应设置。按键盖21与触控输入装置11可以共同夹持柔性电路板12,避免柔性电路板12与触控输入装置11连接的位置发生变形、弯折等缺陷。按键212与唤醒区111对应设置,当用户需要在唤醒区111上操作时,可以轻按唤醒区111,压力传递到按键212上,按键212被按下后,触控输入装置11被从休眠状态唤醒。
请参阅图1至图3,在某些实施方式中,背夹100还包括前壳22,前壳22固定在底壁101上且位于收容腔103内,前壳22位于按键盖21的与触控输入装置11相背的一侧。前壳22与底壁101可以通过螺钉23连接以便于拆装,前壳22与底壁101固定连接并夹紧触控输入装置11和按键盖21。进一步地,背夹100还包括内膜层24,内膜层24设置在收容腔103内,内膜层24遮盖电池14与控制电路板13,电池14与控制电路板13位于底壁101与内膜层24之间。内膜层24可以由迈拉(Mylar)制成,以使内膜层24具有较好的平整性。内膜层24可以通过螺钉23与底壁101固定连接。当移动终端收容在收容腔103内时,移动终端的背壳可以与前壳22和内膜层24接触。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种背夹,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括底壁和自底壁延伸的侧壁,所述底壁和所述侧壁共同形成收容腔,所述收容腔用于收容移动终端;和
    触控输入装置,所述触控输入装置设置在所述底壁,所述触控输入装置与所述移动终端通讯连接,所述触控输入装置用于接收用户输入以使所述移动终端能够响应所述用户输入以进行预定操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括:
    电池,所述电池收容在所述收容腔内,并用于给所述触控输入装置供电;
    控制电路板,所述控制电路板与所述电池,所述控制电路板与所述触控输入装置均连接;和
    与所述控制电路板电连接的通讯装置,所述通讯装置用于通讯连接所述触控输入装置和所述移动终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括:
    操作装置,所述操作装置与所述控制电路板电连接,所述操作装置用于接收用户操作以改变所述背夹的工作状态;和
    指示装置,所述指示装置与所述控制电路板电连接,所述指示装置用于指示所述背夹和/或所述移动终端的工作状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述底壁开设有操作孔和指示孔,所述操作孔与所述操作装置对应,所述指示孔与所述指示装置对应。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述底壁包括避空区,沿垂直于所述底壁的方向上,所述背夹的与所述避空区对应的区域均由非金属材料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板连接所述触控输入装置与所述控制电路板,所述柔性电路板在所述底壁上的正投影与所述避空区间隔。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括设置在所述控制电路板 上的充电接口,所述充电接口用于连接外部电源,以利用所述外部电源给所述电池充电。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述充电接口包括结合成整体的公座接头和母座接口,所述公座接头用于与所述移动终端的充电口连接,以使所述电池给所述移动终端充电,所述母座接口用于与所述外部电源连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述侧壁开设有充电连接孔,所述充电连接孔与所述充电接口的位置对应。
  10. 根据权利要求2-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括无线充电线圈,所述无线充电线圈与所述控制电路板电连接并用于给所述电池充电,所述无线充电线圈设置在所述底壁与所述电池之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述底壁形成有触控窗口,所述触控窗口穿设所述底壁,所述触控输入装置与所述触控窗口对应设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括外膜层,所述外膜层贴合在所述底壁的与所述收容腔相背的一侧,所述外膜层的与所述底壁相背的一侧形成有指示图案,所述指示图案与所述触控窗口的位置对应。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括外膜层,所述外膜层贴合在所述底壁的与所述收容腔相背的一侧,所述外膜层上形成有第一入光孔,所述底壁上形成有第二入光孔,所述第二入光孔与所述第一入光孔对应,且当所述移动终端收容在所述收容腔内时,所述第一入光孔与所述第二入光孔均与所述移动终端的摄像头对应。
  14. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述触控输入装置包括预定的唤醒区,所述触控输入装置在预定时长内未接收到用户输入时,进入休眠状态,且当所述唤醒区接收到用户输入时,所述触控输入装置解除所述休眠状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括按键盖,所述按键盖设置在所述收容腔内,所述按键盖上设置有按键,所述按键与所述唤醒区对应设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括前壳,所述前壳固定在所述底壁上且位于所述收容腔内,所述前壳位于所述按键盖的与所述触控输入装置相背的一侧。
  17. 根据权利要求2-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述背夹还包括内膜层,所述内膜层设置在所述收容腔内,所述内膜层遮盖所述电池与所述控制电路板,所述电池与所述控制电路板位于所述底壁与所述内膜层之间。
  18. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述侧壁开设有侧键孔,所述移动终端收容在所述收容腔内时,所述侧键孔与所述移动终端的侧面按键对应。
  19. 根据权利要求2-8任意一项所述的背夹,其特征在于,所述底壁包括相对的顶部和底部,所述触控输入装置设置在靠近所述顶部的位置,所述控制电路板设置在靠近所述底部的位置。
