本发明由于采用以上技术方案,使其与现有技术相比具有以下的优点和积极效果:
1)本发明一实施例的终端控制器通过设置无线通信单元能够实现灯具和物联网平台的互联,通过物联网平台能够实现对单个灯具及多个灯具的调控。
2)本发明一实施例通过设置防呆装置能够保证本发明的终端控制器的插 头误插入其它种类的终端控制器的插座,保证了本发明的终端控制器的插头不会因和其它种类的终端控制器的插座连接而发生电路损坏。
3)本发明一实施例通过在基座的下部设有第一连接部,在插座的上部设有和第一连接部相匹配的第二连接部;若第一连接部和第二连接部不相互匹配,插头不能够安装于插座上,有效的防止了此终端控制器误插到别的相类似的控制器插座中而造成对此终端控制器的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明提出的一种终端控制器及灯具作进一步详细说明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。
实施例1
参看图1、图2、图3及图4,一种终端控制器,包括:插头1,插头1的基座4上连接有插针9;插座5,用于安装插头1;电路板3,和插针9的第一端电性连接;无线通信单元23,设在电路板3上;在插头1安装在插座5上的状态下,插针9和插座5的插槽11之间具有电气连接和机械连接。具体地,基座4、插座5由绝缘材料制成。具体地,无线通信单元23可以为窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)通讯模块。
进一步地,终端控制器还包括传输线6,无线通信单元23连接外部物联网平台,用于接收物联网平台发送的调控信号;无线通信单元23还用于接收传输线6传输的状态信息。
无线通信单元23连接外部物联网平台,用于接收物联网平台发送的调控信号;无线通信单元23还用于接收传输线6传输的状态信息。实际应用中,传输线6例如可连接LED路灯的控制电路,远程控制中心通过物联网向无线通信单元23发送用于调控LED路灯的控制信号,该控制信号经传输线6实现对LED路灯的控制电路的调控;当然,控制电路的状态信息可经传输线6、无线通信单元23发送至远程控制中心。
进一步地,参看图3、图4、图7,插针9为L型,L型插针9有首部和 尾部,L形插针9的首部为扁平块结构901,L形插针9的尾部为弧面结构902,弧面结构902上开设有卡孔903。其中,L形插针9的首部为插针的第一端,L形插针9的尾部为插针的第二端。
进一步地,参看图8,插座5的插槽11与插针9相匹配,在插针9完全插入插槽11状态下,插针9和插槽11的固定相对稳定,插槽11的入口形状为圆弧形入口501,L型插针9可先插入插槽11的底部,再旋入插槽11。
具体地,插针9和基座4注塑连接或过盈挤压连接。
具体地,插针9在同一圆弧面上布设,插针9布置在同一圆弧面上能够便于插针9旋转插入插槽11。
具体地,插针9的数量N=3,其中一个插针的尺寸大于其余两个插针的尺寸。
优选地,终端控制器还包括防呆装置,防呆装置用于防止插头1误插入其它种类的终端控制器的插座5;在插头1安装在插座5上的状态下,插针9和插槽11之间具有电气连接和机械连接。具体地,基座4、插座5由绝缘材料制成。
本实施例中的终端控制器是由弱电驱动的,而现有的终端控制器均由强电驱动,若本发明的终端控制器误插到现有控制器的插座上去,会导致本发明的终端控制器中的电路烧掉,本实施例通过设置防呆装置能够防止本发明的终端控制器的插头1误插入其它种类的终端控制器的插座,保证了本发明的终端控制器的插头1不会因和其它种类的终端控制器的插座连接而发生电路损坏。
进一步地,防呆装置包括:设在基座4的下部的第一连接部;以及设在插座5的上部的第二连接部;第一连接部和第二连接部匹配连接;若第一连接部和第二连接部不相互匹配,则插头1不能够安装在插座5上。
参看图4、图7、图8、图9、图10、图11以及图12,进一步地,防呆装置包括:设在基座4的下部的第一连接部;以及设在插座5的上部的和第 一连接部相匹配的第二连接部;若第一连接部和第二连接部不相互匹配,基座4不能够安装于插座5上。具体地,第一连接部为一圆柱体10,圆柱体10位于基座4的中心位置,第二连接部为圆柱凹槽12,圆柱凹槽12与圆柱体10位置相对应;其中,圆柱凹槽12的直径不小于圆柱体10的直径,且圆柱凹槽12的深度不小于圆柱体10的高度。具体地,插针9设在圆柱体10的外围。
图10为本实施例中的圆柱体10和圆柱凹槽12相匹配连接时的剖视图;图12为本实施例中的圆柱体10和圆柱凹槽12不相匹配连接时的剖视图。
较佳地,圆柱体10的直径D满足:6mm≤D≤10mm;圆柱体10的高度H满足:10mm≤H。现有的插座有些带有Φ6的铆钉孔,小于Φ6的圆柱体不能起到阻止误插的作用。若圆柱体10直径大于Φ10,则圆柱凹槽12的直径必然会大于Φ10,经过在实验室的反复试验,如设置大于Φ10的圆柱凹槽12,将会导致插座5的结构强度遭到破坏,因此需要使圆柱体10的直径D满足:6mm≤D<10mm。较佳地,圆柱凹槽12的直径等于或略大于圆柱体10的直径,即,圆柱体10刚好能够卡入圆柱凹槽12中是本实施例所期望的,圆柱体10刚好能够卡入圆柱凹槽12使得基座4和插座5处于相对固定的状态。
以上,第一连接部为一圆柱体10,第二连接部为圆柱凹槽12只是本实施例的一种实现方案,作为一种交换的实施方式,第一连接部可为圆柱凹槽12,第二连接部可为圆柱体10。
当然,第一连接部也可为方形的凸块或者非规则的凸部,第二连接部作相应变化即可。
具体地,圆柱体10设于三个插针9的弧面结构902围成的区域内,圆柱凹槽12设于三个插槽11围成的区域内,且圆柱体10的位置和圆柱凹槽12的位置相对应。
进一步地,参看图10及图11,插槽11的内部设有导电插簧组,导电插 簧组包括第一插簧502及第二插簧503,弧面结构902卡设于第一插簧502和第二插簧503之间。
进一步地,第一插簧502的侧面设有卡接凸点504;在插头1旋转拧紧状态下,卡接凸点504卡于卡孔903,插针9和第一插簧502通过卡接凸点504和卡孔903实现机械连接。卡接凸点504落入卡孔903中,起到辅助放松的作用。
进一步地,在圆柱体10完全卡入圆柱凹槽12状态下,圆柱体10和圆柱凹槽12的位置相对稳定,圆柱体10和圆柱凹槽12卡合连接。插头1插入和圆柱体10不匹配的其它插座22的圆柱凹槽时,在插针9距离其它插座22的导电插簧至少2mm时,其它插座22的表面会对圆柱体10的顶面进行限位,以避免插针9接触其它插座22的导电插簧,导致电气损坏。
进一步地,L形插针9插入插槽11内,通过小角度旋转,L形插针9可勾住插座5上安放导电插簧组的顶面,实现插针9和插座5可靠的机械连接,该顶面的入口处有一小圆角,利于L形插针9旋入。
具体地,第一插簧502及第二插簧503为黄铜插簧。
进一步地,参看图3、图5、图6及图7,终端控制器还包括:外罩2,外罩2罩设在基座4上,并和基座4形成有封闭容置空间;电路板3设在封闭容置空间内;外罩2和基座4螺纹连接,外罩2的内壁设有第一限位单元,基座4设有与第一限位单元匹配的第二限位单元;沿外罩2的旋出方向,第二限位单元对第一限位单元进行转动限位。具体地,第一限位单元为设在外罩2的内壁底侧的第一棘齿7,第二限位单元为设在基座4的第二棘齿8;第一棘齿7可相对第二棘齿8的转动方向与外罩2和基座4螺纹连接的旋紧方向一致。
第一棘齿7可相对第二棘齿8的转动方向与外罩2和基座4螺纹连接的旋紧方向一致,但是在沿外罩2的旋出方向,第二棘齿8对第一棘齿7进行转动限位,采用转动限位的棘齿结构使得外罩2可以旋紧基座4,但无法旋 出基座4。由于棘齿结构的存在,外罩2不仅无法旋出基座4,还不能够沿松动方向转动,一方面防止了外罩2脱落导致内部电气单元损坏,另一方面也保证了外罩2和基座4的密封连接,综合提高了外罩2和基座4连接的可靠度,保证了终端控制器能够稳定工作。
进一步地,参看图5,外罩2的内壁还设有第一止动单元,基座4上设有与第一止动单元配合的第二止动单元,在第二止动单元对第一止动单元限位状态下,外罩2旋入至基座3上的准确位置。具体地,第一止动单元为设在外罩2的内壁的第一止动块20,第二止动单元为设在基座4上的第二止动块21,通过在外罩2的内壁设有第一止动块20,在基座4上设置和第一止动块20配合的第二止动块21,在外罩2旋紧至准确位置时,第二止动块21对第一止动块20限位,保证了外罩2能旋到准确的位置,以及保证外罩密封圈13被压缩到位。
进一步地,参看图3、图4、图5、图6,终端控制器还包括外罩密封圈13,外罩2的内壁设有外罩密封圈槽14,外罩密封圈13放置在外罩密封圈槽14内。
可以理解,通过设置外罩密封圈13,且外罩密封圈13放置在外罩密封圈槽14内,在外罩2和基座4旋紧连接时,放置在外罩2内壁的外罩密封圈槽14内的外罩密封圈13收到挤压,提高了外罩2和基座4连接的防水性能。结合具有防松动功能的棘齿结构,进一步保证了外罩2和基座4连接的防水性能。
进一步地,继续参看图3、图4、图5、图6,插头1还包括基座密封圈15,基座4的底部设有基座密封圈槽16,基座密封圈15压入基座密封圈槽16。具体地,基座密封圈15包括主密封单元17以及底圈18,主密封单元17和底圈18一体成型;主密封单元17压入基座密封圈槽16。较佳地,基座4的底部还设有围圈结构19,围圈结构19的内壁为底圈18的挤压面。
通过设置基座密封圈15,将基座密封圈15压入基座4底部的基座密封 圈槽16内,当基座4旋入插座5时,基座密封圈15受到挤压而起到防水作用,提高了基座4和插座5连接的防水性能。可以想象,通过基座4的底部设置围圈结构19,在基座密封圈15受到正面压力时,基座密封圈15会向两侧推动,此时,围圈结构19的内壁为基座密封圈15的底圈18的挤压面,进一步增强了防水性能。
实施例2
参看图13,本发明还提供了一种灯具,包括上述实施例中的终端控制器。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式。即使对本发明作出各种变化,倘若这些变化属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则仍落入在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种终端控制器,其特征在于,包括:
    插头,所述插头的基座上连接有插针;
    插座,用于安装所述插头;
    电路板,和所述插针的第一端电性连接;
    无线通信单元,设在所述电路板上;
    在所述插头安装在所述插座上的状态下,所述插针和所述插座的插槽之间具有电气连接和机械连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插座上的插槽与所述插针相匹配。
  3. 如权利要求2所述终端控制器,其特征在于,在所述插针完全插入所述插槽状态下,所述插针和所述插槽的固定相对稳定。
  4. 如权利要求2所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插针在同一圆弧面上布设。
  5. 如权利要求4所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插针为L型,L型插针有首部和尾部,所述L形插针的首部为扁平块结构,所述L形插针的尾部为弧面结构;其中,所述L形插针的首部为所述插针的第一端,所述L形插针的尾部为所述插针的第二端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插槽的入口形状为圆弧形入口,所述L型插针可先插入所述插槽的底部,再旋入所述插槽。
  7. 如权利要求1所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插针和所述基座注塑连接或过盈挤压连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插针的数量N=3,其中一个所述插针的尺寸大于其余两个所述插针的尺寸。
  9. 如权利要求8所述终端控制器,其特征在于,还包括防呆装置,所述防呆装置用于防止所述插头误插入其它种类的终端控制器的插座。
  10. 如权利要求9所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述防呆装置包括:
    设在所述基座的下部的第一连接部;以及
    设在所述插座的上部的第二连接部;
    所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部匹配连接;
    若所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部不相互匹配,则所述插头不能够安装在所述插座上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为一圆柱体,位于所述基座的中心位置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第二连接部为圆柱凹槽,与所述圆柱体位置相对应。
  13. 如权利要求12所述终端控制器,其特征在于,在所述圆柱体完全卡入所述圆柱凹槽状态下,所述圆柱体和所述圆柱凹槽的位置相对稳定,所述圆柱体和所述圆柱凹槽卡合连接。
  14. 如权利要求12所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插针设在所述圆柱体的外围。
  15. 如权利要求14所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述圆柱体的直径D满足:6mm≤D≤10mm;
    所述圆柱体的高度H满足:10mm≤H。
  16. 如权利要求15所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述圆柱凹槽的直径不小于所述圆柱体的直径,且所述圆柱凹槽的深度不小于所述圆柱体的高度。
  17. 如权利要求16所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述弧面结构上开设有卡孔。
  18. 如权利要求17所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插槽的内部设有导电插簧组,所述导电插簧组包括第一插簧及第二插簧,所述曲面结构卡设于所述第一插簧和所述第二插簧之间。
  19. 如权利要求18所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第一插簧的侧面 设有卡接凸点;在所述插头旋转拧紧状态下,所述卡接凸点卡于所述卡孔,所述插针和所述第一插簧通过所述卡接凸点和所述卡孔实现机械连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述卡接凸点落入所述卡孔中,起到辅助放松的作用。
  21. 如权利要求20所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述插头插入和所述圆柱体不匹配的其它插座的圆柱凹槽时,所述插针距离其它插座的导电插簧的距离大于等于2mm,所述其它插座的表面会对所述圆柱体的顶面进行限位,以避免所述插针接触所述其它插座的导电插簧,导致电气损坏。
  22. 如权利要求21所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述L形插针插入所述插槽内,通过小角度旋转,所述L形插针可勾住所述插座上安放所述导电插簧组的顶面,所述顶面的入口处有一小圆角,便于所述L形插针旋入,实现所述插针和所述插座可靠的机械连接。
  23. 如权利要求18所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第一插簧及所述第二插簧为黄铜插簧。
  24. 如权利要求1所述终端控制器,其特征在于,还包括传输线,所述无线通信单元连接外部物联网平台,用于接收所述物联网平台发送的调控信号;
    所述无线通信单元还用于接收所述传输线传输的状态信息。
  25. 如权利要求1或9所述终端控制器,其特征在于,还包括外罩,所述外罩罩设在所述基座上,并和所述基座形成有封闭容置空间;所述电路板设在所述封闭容置空间内。
  26. 如权利要求25所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述外罩和所述基座螺纹连接,所述外罩的内壁设有第一限位单元,所述基座设有与所述第一限位单元匹配的第二限位单元;沿所述外罩的旋出方向,所述第二限位单元对所述第一限位单元进行转动限位。
  27. 如权利要求26所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第一限位单元为 设在所述外罩的内壁底侧的第一棘齿,所述第二限位单元为设在所述基座的第二棘齿;所述第一棘齿可相对所述第二棘齿的转动方向与所述外罩和所述基座螺纹连接的旋紧方向一致。
  28. 如权利要求27所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述外罩的内壁还设有第一止动单元,所述基座上设有与所述第一止动单元配合的第二止动单元,在所述第二止动单元对所述第一止动单元限位状态下,所述外罩旋入至所述基座上的准确位置。
  29. 如权利要求28所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述第一止动单元为设在所述外罩的内壁的第一止动块,所述第二止动单元为设在所述基座上的第二止动块。
  30. 如权利要求25所述终端控制器,其特征在于,还包括外罩密封圈,所述外罩的内壁设有外罩密封圈槽,所述外罩密封圈放置在所述外罩密封圈槽内。
  31. 如权利要求1所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述无线通信单元为NB-Iot通讯模块。
  32. 如权利要求1所述终端控制器,其特征在于,所述基座、所述插座由绝缘材料制成。
  33. 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-32任意一项所述终端控制器。
