使用时,本实用新型在墙体1的内部安装有通风管道18,而通风管道18中位于墙体1的内侧安装有风机8,而通风管道18一侧的墙体1表面通过螺栓7安装有安装板13,安装板13的表面安装有PLC控制器10,通过PLC控制器10一侧的电源线15安装的电源插头4连接外界电源,给本实用新型供电,PLC控制器10另一侧的安装板13表面安装有温湿度传感器6,正常工作时,温湿度传感器6感知环境中的温度与湿度情况,将其转化为电信号通过导线9输出至PLC控制器10,其数值显示在PLC控制器10的显示屏11上,当环境中的温度过高时,则PLC控制器10加大风机8的运行速率,加大风量,当物流仓库中的湿度过高时,温湿度传感器6会发出电信号至PLC控制器10,PLC控制器10控制电热盘管20和风机8开启,使通风管道18中吹出大量的热风,在风机8工作时,外界新风从进风口21进入,由进风盖板16中的第二空气过滤网17进行一次过滤与进化除尘,再通过通风管道18进行输送,继而,经通风管道18另一端的出风口23排出,出风口23的表面安装出风盖板2,而出风盖板2的内侧安装了第一空气过滤网3,实现了对风机8引进新风的二次过滤净化。
综上可得,本实用新型通过设置PLC控制器10、温湿度控制器14、风机8、电热盘管20、进风盖板16、出风盖板2、第一空气过滤网3、第二空气过滤网17结构,解决了无法随温湿度的变化改变通风效果和无法实现通风时空气过滤的问题。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种仓储用通风装置,包括墙体、温湿度传感器、风机,其特征是,所述墙体的内部安装有通风管道,所述通风管道的内部安装有风机,所述风机一侧的通风管道内部通过安装座安装有电热盘管,所述通风管道的一端安装有出风盖板,所述出风盖板的内部安装有第一空气过滤网,所述通风管道的另一端安装有进风盖板,所述进风盖板的内部安装有第二空气过滤网,所述通风管道一侧的墙体表面通过螺栓安装有安装板,所述安装板的表面安装有PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器的一侧通过电源线安装有电源插头,所述PLC控制器另一侧的安装板表面安装有温湿度传感器,所述温湿度传感器的表面通过螺丝与安装板固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储用通风装置,其特征是,所述通风管道的一端设置有进风口,所述进风口的表面通过第一外螺纹与进风盖板固定连接,所述通风管道的另一端设置有出风口,所述出风口的表面通过第二外螺纹与出风盖板固定连接。
