Definitions

  • Exhaust gas from an automobile engine includes carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC), nitrogen oxide (NOx), and the like. Exhaust gases discharged from a diesel engine also include particulate matters such as soot. As means for removing these, an exhaust gas cleaning system using a ceramic catalytic converter or a diesel particulate filter (DPF) is known.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau de maintien comprenant une surface qui est facile à enrouler autour d'une surface périphérique externe d'un élément de lutte contre la pollution au niveau de l'étape de fabrication d'un appareil de lutte contre la pollution et qui peut améliorer la force de maintien. Le matériau de maintien comprend une portion de corps principal ayant une forme de type feuille et comprenant au moins une première fibre inorganique, une première région disposée sur au moins une surface de la portion de corps principal et où un premier matériau comprenant au moins un matériau inorganique est fixé à la première fibre inorganique, et une partie dans laquelle, le long d'une direction d'enroulement de la portion de corps principal, la première région et une deuxième région sont entrelacées l'une avec l'autre, et la première région n'est pas attachée à la deuxième région ou est attachée à la deuxième région avec une amplitude d'attache moindre qu'à la première région.
