Description

一种废气喷淋塔 技术领域
本发明属于除尘设备领域,尤其涉及一种废气喷淋塔。
背景技术
喷淋塔是废气处理的一种装备,在工业废气处理能用到这样的净化设备。现有喷淋塔的喷头一般安装在塔顶中心,喷淋时只有在中间和周边之间的环形区域气液相才能充分接触和吸收。喷头喷洒时分布难以均匀,不能达到降温的效果,而且现有的喷头易被腐蚀,不能长久,不方便进行更换,同时也无法对废液进行收集,便于后续的处理。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种操作方便,第一喷头的喷射均匀,便于对第一喷头进行更换和维修,同时便于还能对废液进行收集,便于后续的处理的废气喷淋塔。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种废气喷淋塔,包括塔体、排废气管、出废气管、过滤层、喷淋液箱、连接管路、电机、伸缩气缸、流通管路、压力泵、喷淋管、三通接头、第一喷头、流动管路、第二喷头和废液收集装置;所述塔体的上端设有排废气管,排废气管上设有与其相通的横向设置的出废气管,出废气管两端设有出气口;所述塔体的下部设有废气进口;所述塔体的中间设有过滤层,将塔体分为第一喷淋室和第二喷淋室;所述塔体的下端固设有喷淋液箱;所述喷淋液箱两端通过连接管路与电机相连,连接管路为软管,且电机的一端与伸缩气缸相连;所述连接管路通过电机内的流通管路与电机的转轴相联通,且电机的转轴呈空心状,连接管路上设有压力泵;所述电机的转轴与位于第一喷淋室的喷淋管相连;所述喷淋管上设有三通接头;所述 三通接头上设有两个可拆卸的第一喷头;所述连接管路上设有流动管路;所述流动管路插入到第二喷淋室内与第二喷头相联通;所述塔体底部还设有废液收集机构,用于对废液进行收集。

具体使用时,首先废气通过废气进口引入到塔体1内,压力泵10将喷淋液箱5内的氧化钠吸抽到第一喷头13和第二喷头15内,从而通过第一喷头13 和第二喷头15将氢氧化钠喷射到第一喷淋室和第二喷淋室中,废气与氢氧化钠吸收液进行气液两相充分接触吸收中和反应,最后通过出废气管4排出,其中过滤层2是对第二喷淋室排出的废气进行再次净化;第一喷淋室中的第一喷头13喷淋的效果较好,这时因为:其具有多个第一喷头13,同时可以通过电机7驱动第一喷头13进行转动,使得第一喷头13可以多方位均匀的对第一喷淋室进行喷射,并且第一喷头13还能通过伸缩气缸8对第一喷头13的横向位置进行调整,确保第一喷头13喷射时的喷射均匀,保证氢氧化钠能和废气完全反应。
优选的,所述电机7的转轴与喷淋管11之间为螺纹连接,这样便于拆洗和维护。
优选的,所述喷淋管11内设有滤网110,这样能避免一些大颗粒物质喷入到塔体的第一喷淋室和第二喷淋室内。
优选的,本废气喷淋塔还可以对废液进行收集,废液收集装置包括废液管路51、堵塞杆52、升降气缸53、废液传输管54、废液箱55和增压泵56;所述废液管路51与塔体1底部的出口相联通;所述废液管路51内设有堵塞杆52;所述堵塞杆52与升降气缸53的活塞杆相连;所述废液管路51的出液口510与废液传输管54相联通,且堵塞杆52将出液口510密封住;所述废液传输管54与废液箱55相联通;所述废液传输管54内还设有增压泵56,当塔体底部的废液较多时,此时开启升降气缸,使得升降气缸的伸缩杆带动堵塞杆往下移动,从而将出液口露出来,这样塔体底部的废液就从出液口流入废液传输管内,并通过废液传输管进入到废液箱内,加入增压泵是为了提高抽取的动力。
进一步的,所述排废气管3内还设有活性炭过滤器30;所述出废气管4内壁上位于活性炭过滤器30的上方设有磁性吸板31;活性炭过滤器30进一步 的对废气进行过滤,而磁性吸板31能对一些铁屑杂质等进行吸收。
本发明的废气喷淋塔,结构简单,操作方便,能较好的对废气进行处理,其中的第一喷头能多方位的对第一喷淋室内进行喷射,保证废气和氢氧化钠充分反应,便于后续的排出,同时能对废液进行自动的收集,符合实际的生产加工需求。
