为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种上盖100,包括盖体3和设置在盖体3上的阻尼器2,盖体3的扣合一侧设有向内凹陷的安装槽1,安装槽1内安装有阻尼器2,阻尼器2经连接结构5与盖体3相固定连接。通过在上盖上设置阻尼器,可避免盖体迅速下落,并且可以实现盖体平稳连续均匀的闭合,同时,通过在安装槽内设置连接结构以供阻尼器的安装,令阻尼器的安装简单,操作性强。
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例中还介绍了一种洗衣机,包括盘座和外壳,该洗衣机上装有如上所述的一种上盖100,上盖100通过阻尼器与盘座相夹接,外壳内部设置外桶,外桶用于盛洗涤水,并且外桶内部设有通过驱动装置驱动的洗涤装置,实现对衣物的搅拌洗涤,同时外壳的一端设开口,上盖100与壳体通过盘座相连接以打开和关闭开口。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中介绍了一种上盖100包括盖体3和设置在盖体3上的阻尼器2,盖体3的扣合一侧设有向内凹陷的安装槽1,安装槽1内安装有阻尼器2,阻尼器2经连接结构5与盖体3相固定连接。通过在上盖上设置阻尼器,可避免盖体迅速下落,并且可以实现盖体平稳连续均匀的闭合,同时,通过在安装槽内设置连接结构,令阻尼器的部分壳体被限位筋夹持在安装槽内,以达到进一步固定阻尼器的目的。
本实施例中,安装槽1设置在盖体3的扣合一侧、并位于盖体3一侧的外周部,安装槽1沿着与盖体3该侧相平行方向延伸,即安装槽1与盖体3该侧相平行,阻尼器2安装在安装槽1内,延伸方向与安装槽1的延伸方向相平行,即安装槽1、阻尼器2与盖体3该侧相互平行设置;优选的,连接结构5包括第一连接结构51和第二连接结构52,安装槽1的延伸方向的左右两侧分别设有第一连接结构51和第二连接结构52,;阻 尼器2包括壳体21,壳体21经第一连接结构51和第二连接结构52安装在安装槽1内,并与盖体3相固定连接。
本实施例中,安装槽1内部中空,朝向盖体3的扣合一侧敞口设置,安装槽1内的第一连接结构51包括限位筋13,阻尼器2的部分壳体经限位筋13与盖体3相夹接。通过在安装槽内设置限位筋,令阻尼器的部分壳体被限位筋夹持在安装槽内,以达到进一步固定阻尼器的目的。
本实施例中,安装槽1的内壁上、靠近槽口位置设有限位筋13,限位筋13与安装槽1的延伸方向相垂直、自安装槽1内壁的一侧向对应另一侧延伸,即限位筋13沿着位于安装槽1延伸方向的左侧的安装槽1内壁向安装槽1延伸方向的右侧延伸,或限位筋13沿着位于安装槽1延伸方向的右侧的安装槽1内壁向安装槽1延伸方向的左侧延伸;阻尼器2壳体21的位于限位筋13一侧设有向壳体21外凸出延伸的第一安装部24,第一安装部24被紧密夹持在限位筋13和安装槽1的槽底之间,以令阻尼器2的第一安装部24经限位筋13与盖体3相夹接。
本实施例中,限位筋13位于安装槽1靠近盖体3外周的一侧,限位筋13的延伸方向与安装槽1的延伸方向相垂直,自安装槽1靠近盖体3外周的一侧向安装槽1靠近盖体3中部的一侧延伸。
本实施例中,安装槽1的内壁上、靠近槽口位置设有限位筋13,阻尼器2壳体21的对应一侧设有多组与各组限位筋13相对应的第一安装部24,各组固定部24被紧密夹持在相对应的各组限位筋13和安装槽1的槽底之间。
实施例二
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中,安装槽1内安装有阻尼器2,阻尼器2经连接结构5与盖体3相固定连接,连接结构5包括第一连接结构51和第二连接结构52,阻尼器2的壳体21经第一连接结构51和第二连接结构52安装在安装槽1内,并与盖体3相固定连接。安装槽内的第二连接结构52包括螺钉柱11,螺钉柱11和阻尼器壳体21上分别设有相对应的安装孔4,连接件依次穿过安装孔4,以将阻尼器2固定安装在安装槽1内。
本实施例中,安装槽1内、位于远离限位筋13的一侧设有自槽底向槽口凸出延伸的螺钉柱11,螺钉柱11的延伸端低于安装槽1的槽口,螺钉柱11的延伸端设有供连接件固定的第一安装孔12,阻尼器2的壳体21位于螺钉柱11一侧设有向壳体21外凸出 延伸的第二安装部25,第二安装部25上设有与第一安装孔12相对应设置的第二安装孔23,连接件依次穿过第二安装孔23和第一安装孔12,以将阻尼器2安装在安装槽1内。
本实施例中,连接件可以为螺钉结构,第一安装孔12可以为螺孔结构,连接件也可以为其他固定连接结构,第一安装孔12和第二安装孔23为与其他固定连接结构相适配的安装孔。
本实施例中,螺钉柱11设置在安装槽1内、位于远离限位筋13一侧,第一安装孔12设置在螺钉柱11的延伸端并与螺钉柱11同轴设置,第二安装孔23相对应地设置在阻尼器2壳体21的同一侧;优选的,螺钉柱11设置在靠近盖体3中心一侧、并远离限位筋13,第二安装孔23相对应地设置在阻尼器2壳体21的同一侧,即靠近盖体3中心一侧、并远离限位筋13。
实施例三
如图1至图4所示,本实施中,阻尼器2还包括壳体21和插入壳体21内部的阻尼轴22,阻尼轴22自壳体21的一端向外凸出延伸,阻尼轴22的延伸方向与安装槽1的延伸方向相平行,安装槽1上设有供阻尼轴22穿出的轴孔14。阻尼器2的具体结构及工作原理等均为现有技术,这里不再详细描述。
本实施例中,阻尼轴22朝向远离盖体3中心方向延伸。
本实施例中,安装槽1内设有与安装槽1延伸方向相垂直的安装筋15,安装筋15与安装槽1延伸方向的左右两侧的内壁相固定连接,安装筋15上设有供阻尼轴22穿过的轴孔14;优选的,安装筋15位于阻尼轴22与盖体3相连接的一端。
本实施例中,上盖100盖体3一侧的外周部设有两个安装槽1,两个安装槽1关于盖体3中心对称,并且开口均朝向盖体3扣合一侧,每个安装槽1内分别设有一个阻尼器2,两个阻尼器2关于盖体3中心对称,分别为第一阻尼24和第二阻尼25;优选的,第一阻尼24和第二阻尼25的阻尼轴22分别朝向远离盖体3中心方向。
实施例四
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中还介绍了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机上装有如上所述的一种上盖100,洗衣机还包括外壳和盘座,外壳的一端设开口,上盖100通过阻尼器2与盘座相夹接,上盖100与外壳通过盘座相连接以打开和关闭开口。
本实施例中,上盖100盖体3与盘座连接的一侧的外周部设有向内凹陷的安装槽1,安装槽1内部中空,开口朝向盖体3扣合一侧,即靠近洗衣机外壳开口一侧,安装槽1内装有阻尼器2,阻尼器2经连接结构5与盖体3相固定连接。
本实施例中,阻尼器2包括壳体21,壳体包括第一安装部24和第二安装部25,第一安装部24经第一连接结构51与盖体3相夹接,第二安装部25经第二连接结构52与盖体3相固定连接。
本实施例中,阻尼器2还包括阻尼轴22,阻尼轴22自壳体21的一端向外凸出延伸,阻尼轴22的延伸方向与安装槽1的延伸方向相平行,阻尼轴22穿过位于安装槽1内的安装筋13上的轴孔14,在安装槽1内转动。
本实施例中,上盖100盖体3与盘座连接的一侧的外周部设有两个安装槽1,两个安装槽1关于盖体3中心对称,并且开口均朝向盖体3扣合一侧,每个安装槽1内分别设有一个阻尼器2,两个阻尼器2关于盖体3中心对称,分别为第一阻尼24和第二阻尼25;优选的,第一阻尼24和第二阻尼25的阻尼轴22分别朝向远离盖体3中心方向。
本实施例中,阻尼器2是利用阻尼特性减缓机械振动及消耗动能,阻尼轴22可相对壳体21转动,在阻尼轴22转动过程中,可消耗转动动能。因此阻尼器2可用于减缓上盖100开关速度,通过阻尼器2的阻尼作用,上盖100可相对于外壳缓慢打开或者缓慢盖合,避免因上盖100开合过猛导致磕碰、夹伤的情况。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上盖,包括盖体和设置在盖体上的阻尼器,其特征在于,所述盖体的扣合一侧设有向内凹陷的安装槽,安装槽内安装有阻尼器,阻尼器经连接结构与盖体相固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽设置在盖体一侧的外周部,安装槽沿着与盖体该侧相平行方向延伸,阻尼器安装在安装槽内,延伸方向与安装槽的延伸方向相平行;
    优选的,安装槽的延伸方向的左右两侧分别设有第一连接结构和第二连接结构;阻尼器包括壳体,壳体经第一连接结构和第二连接结构安装在安装槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽内部中空,朝向盖体的扣合一侧敞口设置,安装槽内的第一连接结构包括限位筋,阻尼器的部分壳体经限位筋与盖体相夹接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽的内壁上、靠近槽口位置设有限位筋,限位筋与安装槽的延伸方向相垂直、自安装槽内壁的一侧向对应另一侧延伸;阻尼器壳体位于限位筋的一侧设有向壳体外凸出延伸的第一安装部,第一安装部被夹持在限位筋和槽底之间;
    优选的,限位筋位于安装槽靠近盖体外周的一侧,自安装槽靠近盖体外周的一侧向安装槽靠近盖体中部的一侧延伸;
    进一步优选的,安装槽的内壁上、靠近槽口位置分别设有多组限位筋,阻尼器壳体的对应一侧设有与各组限位筋相对应的多个第一安装部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽内的第二安装结构包括螺钉柱,螺钉柱和阻尼器壳体上分别设有相对应的安装孔,连接件依次穿过安装孔,以将阻尼器固定安装在安装槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽内、位于远离限位筋一侧设有自槽底向槽口凸出延伸的螺钉柱,螺钉柱的延伸端设有第一安装孔;阻尼器壳体位于螺钉柱一侧设有向壳体外凸出延伸的第二安装部,第二安装部上设有相对应的第二安装孔,连接件依次穿过第二安装孔和第一安装孔,以将阻尼器固定安装在安装槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,阻尼器还包括自壳体一端向外延伸的阻尼轴,阻尼轴的延伸方向与安装槽的延伸方向相平行,安装槽内设有供阻尼轴穿过的轴孔;
    优选的,阻尼轴朝向远离盖体中心方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述安装槽内设有与安装槽延伸方向相垂直的安装筋,安装筋与安装槽延伸方向的左右两侧的内壁相固定连接,安装筋上设有供阻尼轴穿过的轴孔;
    优选的,安装筋位于阻尼轴与盖体相连接的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种上盖,其特征在于,所述盖体一侧的外周部设有两个安装槽,两个安装槽关于盖体中心对称,并且开口均朝向盖体扣合一侧,每个安装槽内分别设有一个阻尼器,两个阻尼器关于盖体中心对称。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括盘座,该洗衣机上装有上述权利要求1至9任一所述的一种上盖,上盖通过阻尼器与盘座相夹接。
