Description

一种洁厕装置 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴洁具领域,特别涉及一种洁厕装置。
背景技术
为了保持马桶的干净、卫生,人们通常会使用一种称为洁厕宝的抑菌产品,通常地,洁厕宝为可缓慢溶于水的块状固体,使用时直接浸泡水箱内,待其溶解在水中,水中便含有抑菌成分,且水逐渐变色,对马桶冲水就可以达到除臭抑菌的效果。
但是,一旦马桶长时间不冲水,浸泡在水箱内洁厕宝就一直溶解,使得水箱内的浓度颇高,马桶下次的出水会带出大量洁厕宝溶液,造成浪费,再者,由于马桶的补水能力,洁厕宝又将大量溶解在新的水溶液中,经过这样大量的补水、出水,洁厕宝的利用率极低;一般的洁厕宝只够使用5-7天,使用成本较高;此外,进水阀若是失效,水箱中含洁厕宝的水溶液可能被倒吸,造成供水系统污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本、节能环保的洁厕装置,适用于各种结构的马桶水箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种洁厕装置,包括上盖和盒体,上盖扣合在盒体上方,其特征在于:盒体内分别形成相互隔离的大体积的容腔和小体积的渗透腔,容腔用于放置洁厕宝,容腔的侧壁形成多个渗透孔与渗透腔相通,渗透腔的上方分别形成进水口和出水口,所述进水口通过进水管与马桶 的进水阀的补水口连通,所述的出水口通过出水管通向出水阀的溢流管口。
进一步,所述的进水口和出水口设在上盖上。
进一步,所述的盒体包括壳体和洁厕筒,洁厕筒套置在壳体内,洁厕筒的筒腔为大体积的容腔,洁厕筒与壳体之间形成小体积的渗透腔。
进一步,所述的洁厕筒的外侧壁上形成筋条,筋条与壳体内壁相抵并密封配合形成渗透腔。
进一步,所述的洁厕筒的外侧壁形成纵向的滑槽,对应的壳体内形成滑块,洁厕筒通过滑块与滑槽配合固定在壳体内,便于盒体的拆装。
进一步,所述滑槽将渗透腔上部分隔成进水通道和出水通道,进水通道和出水通道还分别与进水口和出水口相通。
进一步,所述壳体和上盖的组合处分别形成凸缘和对应凸缘的卡槽,卡槽扣接于凸缘。
进一步,所述上盖形成悬挂臂,所述的悬挂臂的端部设有吸盘或挂扣。

采用上述方案后,本发明使用时,首先,洁厕宝并非直接投入到水箱中,而是放置在独立的洁厕筒内进行溶解,洁厕筒容纳的水量使得洁厕宝水溶液极容易饱和,从而洁厕宝的溶解速度缓慢,提高了洁厕宝的利用率;其次,洁厕宝水溶液从洁厕筒穿过渗透孔流入渗透腔 中,当进水口进水时,伴随着水压的冲击,饱和的洁厕宝水溶液被一起带出出水口,达到清洁马桶的作用,渗透孔过滤掉块状的洁厕宝,避免洁厕宝随水流被带出,而停止进水后,洁厕筒和渗透腔的水溶液处于未饱和状态,滞留在渗透腔内的水将继续溶解洁厕宝直至达到饱和,如此,每次水流仅仅带出渗透腔内的洁厕宝水溶液,而渗透腔的体积小,大大节省了洁厕宝,既环保,又降低了使用成本;再者,进水口和出水口设于上盖上,远远高出进水阀,进水阀若是失效,不会导致倒吸的现象。

具体实施例
本发明揭示的一种洁厕装置,如图1-4所示,包括上盖2和盒体1,盒体1可以为桶状或者其他形状,上盖2扣合在盒体1上方,盒体1包括壳体12和洁厕筒11,洁厕筒11套置在壳体12内。
洁厕筒11的筒腔为大体积的容腔,用于放置洁厕宝3,如图5-8所示,由于洁厕宝3并非直接投入到水箱中,而是放置在洁厕筒11内进行溶解,洁厕筒11容纳的水量使得洁厕宝水溶液31极容易饱和,从而洁厕宝3的溶解速度缓慢,提高了洁厕宝3的利用率;洁厕筒11的外侧壁上形成筋条111,筋条111与壳体12内壁相抵并密封配合形成小体积的渗透腔112,容腔和渗透腔112相互隔离,两者通过容腔的侧壁形成的多个渗透孔113供洁厕宝水溶液31相通,渗透孔113位于渗透腔112的下方,渗透腔112的上方形成纵向的滑槽114,如图9所示,对应滑槽114的壳体12内形成滑块121,滑块121与滑槽114配合在一起,便于盒体1的拆装,也使洁厕筒11能固定在壳体12内,避免发生晃动、碰撞等损坏装置的情况,增强渗透腔112的密封性。
渗透腔112的上方分别形成进水口21和出水口22,进水口21和出水口22设在上盖2上,滑槽114将渗透腔112的上方隔成进水通道115和出水通道116,进水口21一端通过进水管23与马桶的进 水阀的补水口(图中未示出)连通,进水口21另一端和进水通道115相通,出水口22一端通过出水管23通向出水阀的溢流管口(图中未示出),出水口22另一端和出水通道116相通,此结构使得整个渗透腔112内形成U型水路4,U型水路4底部对应渗透孔113的位置,一方面,防止洁厕宝水溶液31流出出水口22时,其部分会混入进水口21,污染水源,另一方面,当水从进水通道115进入后,U型水路4内的洁厕宝水溶液31极易被水流全部冲刷出出水口22,而不会仅仅只冲刷到洁厕宝水溶液31的液面。进水管和出水管23为一般的连接件,还可选其他连接件替代。
本案的使用过程如下:将洁厕宝3投入洁厕筒11中,溶解出的洁厕宝水溶液31从洁厕筒11穿过渗透孔113流入渗透腔112中,进水阀开始进水时,水流具有水压,水流流经进水口21和进水通道115,到达渗透腔112,伴随着水压的冲击,饱和的洁厕宝水溶液31被水流一起带出出水口22,达到清洁马桶的作用,渗透孔113过滤掉块状的洁厕宝3,避免洁厕宝3随水流被带出,而停止进水后,洁厕筒11和渗透腔112的水溶液处于未饱和状态,滞留在渗透腔112内的水将继续溶解洁厕宝3直至达到饱和,如此,每次水流仅仅带出渗透腔112内的洁厕宝水溶液31,而渗透腔112的体积小,大大节省了洁厕宝3,既环保,又降低了使用成本。
由于进水口21和出水口22设于上盖2上,远远高出进水阀,所以进水阀若是失效,不会导致倒吸的现象。
壳体12和上盖2的组合处分别形成凸缘122和对应凸缘122的卡槽26,卡槽26扣接于凸缘122实现上盖2和壳体12的固定, 方便使用者对壳体12和上盖2进行组合;上盖2的四周向外延伸出凸块27,使用者借助凸块27方便上盖2的开启和闭合。
上盖2形成悬挂臂24,悬挂臂24的端部设有吸盘25或挂扣,吸盘25或挂扣可以使整个装置固定于马桶水箱的箱壁内或者其他位置,可随不同类型的水箱结构变换位置。

  1. 一种洁厕装置,包括上盖和盒体,上盖扣合在盒体上方,其特征在于:盒体内分别形成相互隔离的大体积的容腔和小体积的渗透腔,容腔用于放置洁厕宝,容腔的侧壁形成多个渗透孔与渗透腔相通,渗透腔的上方分别形成进水口和出水口,所述进水口通过进水管与马桶的进水阀的补水口连通,所述的出水口通过出水管通向出水阀的溢流管口。
