Definitions
- the present invention regards a construction system for the production of a prefabricated structure of various type, if desired for housing use, as well as a prefabricated structure produced by means of such construction system.
- Such systems allow producing housing structures of standardized type in limited time periods, thus allowing for example to meet urgencies in which it is necessary to supply ready-for-use housing units.
- the housing structures thus produced are provided for a limited use over time.
- one limit of such structures regards the possibility to be able to personalize the prefabricated unit as well as the possibility to produce a durable structure not aimed for a limited use over time.
- the present invention therefore proposes a construction system for the production of prefabricated housing structures of various type, adapted to allow a drastic reduction of the construction times and of the employed workforce, thus considerably reducing the cost and the wait times for the availability of the fabricated structures.
- the main object of the present invention is to improve the state of the art relative to the production of housing structures of prefabricated type.
- one object of the present invention is to provide a construction system that allows a high design and production flexibility, as well as the production of prefabricated housing units as a function of specific use requirements.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a construction system that is practical to assemble, in the scope of a solution capable of considerably reducing the installation and construction times for the prefabricated housing unit.
- a further object of the present invention is to provide a construction system that allows a high design and implementation flexibility for the plant engineering elements necessary for the operation of such housing units.

- a prefabricated housing unit A produced by means of the construction system 1 also forms the object of the present invention.
- the construction system 1 comprises at least the wall elements 2, with vertical extension, to be mutually connected at respective head portions 3, by means of respective column elements 4.
- connection between the wall elements 2 and the column elements 4 can occur by means of a connection of screw and nut type, bayonet connection, fitting or the like, as better described hereinbelow.

- each column element 4 has a first wing 6 and a second wing 7 connected at a vertex 8.
- the first wing 6 and the second wing 7 can be oriented perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to each other.
- Each column element 4 then has a first wall 9 which departs from the first wing 6 at an opposite end with respect to the vertex 8 delimited between the first wing 6 and the second wing 7.
- the first wall 9 is extended for the entire vertical length of the column element 4.
- the first wall 9 is extended perpendicular to the first wing 6, acting as stiffening element for the latter.
- first wall 9 departs from the first wing 6 on the same side from which the second wing 7 extends.
- first wall 9 is aligned parallel to the second wing 7.
- Each column element 4 can then have a second wall 10 which departs from the second wing 7 at an opposite end thereof with respect to the vertex 8.
- the second wall 10 is extended along the second wing 7 for the entire vertical length of the column element 4 and is oriented perpendicular to the second wing 7 itself.
- the second wall 10 acts as a stiffening element for the column element 4.
- the second wall 10 departs from the second wing 7 on the same side from which the first wing 6 extends.
- the second wall 10 is aligned parallel to the first wing 6.
- the first wall 9 and the second wall 10 respectively have a width lower than that of the second wing 7 and that of the first wing 6, in a manner such to be separated from each other and delimit the longitudinal opening 5 along the entire length of the column element 4.
- the column element 4 can be made starting from a metal plate to be bent on itself, in a manner such to obtain the first wing 6, the second wing 7, the first wall 9 and the second wall 10.

- a column element 4 can act as a joint between a first wall element T and a second wall element 2”. Indeed, a head portion 3 of the first wall element T is associable with the first wing 6 of a column element 4, along a first connecting direction X, while the head portion 3 of a second wall element 2” is associable with the second wing 7 of the same above-indicated column element 4, along a second connecting direction Y.
- the connection between the head portions 3 of the first wall element T and of the second wall element 2” with respective portions of the column element 4 can occur by means of connection means indicated overall with 11 (see for example figure 3).
- connection means 11 can be configured as a threaded connection and comprise a plurality of threaded elements 12 which depart from the head portion 3 to the exterior of the wall element 2, 2’, 2” adapted to engage respective through openings 13 made along the column element 4 and a corresponding plurality of fixing means 14 for the tightening of the threaded elements 12 against the column element 4.

- the shaped holes 15 can cover the first wing 6 and/or the second wing 7 of the column element 4, as a function of specific use requirements.
- the construction system 1 according to the present invention is extremely flexible since it allows designing, with considerable freedom, the characteristic single wall elements 2 that define the walls delimiting a housing unit A of prefabricated type.
- the single column elements 4 then ensure a structural element for the mutual connection between the single wall elements 2 in the scope of an easy installation and assembly solution.
- the column element 4 has a structure with a high mechanical strength due to the presence of wings 6, 7 and respective walls 9,10 mutually connected to define the stiffening ribs.
- the column element 4 having an open section is partly flexible, this facilitating the assembly and installation operations, with reference in particular to the connection of the connection means 11.
- connection means 11 In order to align the connection means 11 with the column element 4 it is in fact possible to partially move the first wing 6 relative to the second wing 7, thus being able to compensate for possible working tolerances.
- the construction system 1 can comprise a closure element 16 associable with the column element 4 at the longitudinal opening 5, for the obstruction thereof.

- the closure element 16 has a first section 17 and a second section 18 mutually connected and aligned orthogonal to each other.
- the first section 17 is associable with the first wall 9 of the column element 4 while the second section 18 is associable with the second wall 10.
- the closure element 16 can be made starting from a metal plate, deformed by means of bending, or starting from a composite material of the type comprising a matrix in which fibers are embedded or in general made of a fiber material.
- the closure element 16 can be removably connected to a corresponding column element 4 by means of a fitting connection, e.g. of bayonet type, or a bolted connection, without any limitation.
- a fitting connection e.g. of bayonet type, or a bolted connection, without any limitation.
- the closure element 16 can be removed from the column element 4 in order to be able to execute the maintenance of the connection means 11 or of possible wiring or circuits housed within the column element 4 itself.
- the closure element 16 could be hinged along one from between the first section 17 or the second section 18 respectively to one from between the first wall 9 or the second wall 10 of the column element 4 and connectable to the other between the second wall 10 or the first wall 9 by means of suitable connection means, thus accomplishing the same function described in relation to the preceding embodiment.
- the volume delimited at its interior between the first wing 6, the second wing 7, the first wall 9 and the second wall 10 can be used as a duct for the installation of the plant engineering elements, pipes, wires, etcetera, to be supplied in a prefabricated housing unit A.
- the possible free space present within the column element 4 could be filled with thermally insulating material, such as rock wool or glass wool or the like, so as to prevent the onset of“thermal bridges” between wall elements 2 mutually connected by means of the column element 4.
- the construction system 1 according to the present invention is thus easy to use in the scope of a solution capable of also ensuring high performances from the energy savings standpoint, since the single wall elements 2 are optimized with regard to the thermal and acoustic insulation.
- the construction system can comprise at least one external covering to be applied to the single wall elements 2 adapted to increase the thermal insulation of such element.

- the beam 19 is associable with the wall element 2 at the lateral wings 21.
- the central portion 20 in use, leads to the outside of the wall element 2, at the head portion 3. More in detail, the central portion 20 is configured for being connectable to the column element 4 by means of the connection means 11.
