具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本发明是以波轮洗衣机为例来描述的,但是洗涤设备还可以是洗干一体衣机或者包含波轮洗 衣单元的子母机等。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
首先参照图1,图1是本发明的一种实施例的波轮洗衣机的结构示意图。如图1所示,波轮洗衣机1主要包括箱体15、设置于箱体顶部的盘座12、容纳于箱体内的外桶13以及内桶14以及桶底的波轮,波轮在设置于箱体底部的驱动电机的带动下转动以便完成衣物的洗涤过程。本发明的波轮洗衣机还包括设置在箱体15内的吊杆16,其可以降低洗涤过程中由于转动而引起的震动以提高用户体验。本发明的波轮洗衣机配置有喷淋装置,喷淋装置主要包括供水管路和喷淋构件,在洗涤程序运行的过程中,水源通过供水管路经喷淋构件向内桶14提供喷淋水,即水源通过供水管路通向喷淋构件,喷淋构件在组装好的状态下能够对准放置于内桶内的待洗涤衣物。其中,本发明至少在盘座上设置有喷淋构件,具体而言,盘座上具有与内桶14的内部连通的衣物投放口,在衣物投放口的外围的区域设置多个喷淋构件。
继续参照图1,盘座包括盘面部分以及沿衣物投放口的径向设置的竖向部分两个区域,喷淋构件设置在竖向部分的区域。从图1所示方位可以看出,竖向部分为沿衣物投放口形成的环形结构,环形结构为自上而下径向尺寸缩小的缩径结构,盘座上的喷淋构件主要设置在竖向部分靠下的区域,喷淋构件沿竖直方向可以是单排或者多排,喷淋构件沿周向和径向可以均匀或者不均匀分布。举例而言,沿竖直方向自上而下设置有两圈喷淋构件,且两排喷淋构件沿周向间隔分布。由于盘座设置在洗衣机的上部,而相同的喷淋构件在不同的径向位置上会产生不同的喷淋角度,因此在盘座上设置喷淋构件可以实现更广的喷淋角度,改善了喷淋效果。
此外,波轮洗衣机的上部还设置有能够将内桶暴露于环境的上盖11以及在外桶13上方设置的外桶盖131,除了在盘座12上设置喷淋构件外还可以在预留结构上也设置有喷淋构件。如,在洗衣机的盘座12和外桶13上均设置有喷淋构件,具体地,外桶13的顶部设置有与衣物投放口对准的开口,开口配置有外桶盖131,此种情形下喷淋构件应当设置在外桶盖131上。又如,在洗衣机的盘座12和上盖11上均设置有喷淋构件,具体地,盘座在衣物投放口处配置有上盖11,此种情形下喷淋构件应当设置在上盖11上。
此外,盘座和预留结构上的喷淋构件可以组合使用或者单独使用。如由于盘座和预留结构通常不等高且盘座与预留结构的径向尺寸不同,因此可以将盘座和预留结构上的喷淋构件同时开启以便获得上下两层的分层式喷淋效果,也可以使盘座和预留结构上的喷淋构件间隔开启以便针对性地对内桶内不同位置的衣物进行辅助喷淋。此外,可以使盘座和预留结构上的喷淋构件中的一部分喷淋而另一部分停止喷淋。也就是说,通过调整两个位置的喷淋构件的喷淋时机,可以实现喷淋方式的多样化,进而改善洗涤效果。
本发明的供水管路可以通过以下两种方式来获取水源。一种是从外部引水,如可以是:将供水管路连接至洗衣机的进水口或者直接外接至洗衣机的外部。另一种是从外桶和内桶之间的循环水中引水,即供水管路连接至外桶底部的循环泵,通过水泵将循环水抽出至内桶的上方之后再经喷淋构件从上方喷入内桶。可以理解的是,两种水源获取方式可以择一或者同时配置。
下面以在盘座和外桶盖上均设置有喷淋构件为例来说明喷淋构件在洗涤设备上的示例。图2A、2B、2C和2D中示出了本发明的喷淋构件的供水方式的可能的实现方式。
参照图2A,图2A是本发明一种实施例的波轮洗衣机的喷淋构件由进水管路供水的结构示意图。如图2A所示,盘座12和外桶盖131上设置的喷淋构件均由进水管路21供水,外部的水通过进水阀27后分为两路:一路由进水管路21送至盘座12上的喷淋构件;另一路由进水管路21送至外桶盖131上的喷淋构件。
参照图2B,图2B是本发明一种实施例的波轮洗衣机的喷淋构件由循环管路供水的结构示意图。如图2B所示,盘座12和外桶盖131上设置的喷淋构件均由循环管路供水,洗衣机外桶底部的水在循环泵24的作用下经由排水软管26抽出,由三通阀25分为两路:一路由循环管路231送至外桶盖131上的喷淋构件;另一路由循环管路232送至盘座12上的喷淋构件。
参照图2C,图2C是本发明一种实施例的波轮洗衣机的喷淋构件由进水管路和循环管路共同供水的结构示意图一。如图2C所示,外部的水经进水阀27后通过进水管路21向盘座12上设置的喷淋构件供水,洗衣机外桶底部的水在循环泵24的作用下经由排水软管26抽出后通过循环管路23向外桶盖131上的喷淋构件供水。
参照图2D,图2D是本发明一种实施例的波轮洗衣机的喷淋构件由进水管路和循环管路共同供水的结构示意图二。如图2D所示,洗衣机外桶底部的水在循环泵24的作用下经由排水软管26抽出后通过循环管路23向盘座12上设置的喷淋构件供水,外部的水经进水阀27后通过进水管路21向外桶盖131上的喷淋构件供水。
显然,通过循环水供水能够将内桶底部的洗涤剂抽出重新喷淋至衣物上重复利用以提高洗涤剂的利用率,通过外部的水供水可以提供另外的新鲜水至内桶内以改善漂洗效果,因此,通过多样化的供水方式的设置,可以根据需要调整盘座和外桶盖上喷淋构件的供水方式,能够有效地改善洗涤效果。
此外,喷淋构件在盘座和外桶盖上的设置方式可以相同也可以不同。以盘座为例,在一种可能的实施方式中,盘座12上形成有安装位,喷淋构件设置在相应位置的安装位上。其中,喷淋构件主要包括基体以及设置在基体上的喷淋口22,基体以固定或者可移除的方式设置在盘座12上,喷淋口22对准洗衣机的内桶以便将水从喷淋口22喷入内桶上方未浸湿的衣物上。以基体以固定的方式设置在盘座12上为例,如可以是:喷淋构件与盘座一体成型而成或者喷淋构件以卡接的方式安装在盘座的安装位。
优选地,可以在安装位上配置有调整单元,调整单元能够在设定的范围内调整基体在安装位内的位置进而调整喷淋口22对准内 桶的方位,以便能够更好的润湿衣物。如可以使喷淋口22在喷淋和非喷淋状态下处于不同的位置,或者喷淋口22在喷淋状态下以设定的方式活动以获得更好的喷淋效果等。
在一种可能的实施方式中,调整单元包括第一调整构件,第一调整构件能够沿喷淋构件的轴向在设定的范围内调整喷淋构件的位置,如在喷淋构件垂直安装于盘座的情形下,第一调整构件能够沿盘座的厚度方向调整其位置,以便使喷淋构件能够至少一部分伸出或者缩进安装位。示例性地,第一调整构件是伸缩弹簧,伸缩弹簧的一端连接至基体,另一端可以活动在喷淋作业的情形下,向伸缩弹簧的另一端提供按压力以便使基体能够伸出一定的长度从而使喷淋口22所在的部分暴露于环境,从而避免喷淋口22的外缘被盘座阻挡,从而能够更好地进行喷淋作业。而在未喷淋作业的情形下,按压力撤回,基体缩回,如可以缩回至与盘座的下表面大致齐平的位置,以免在内桶内衣物较多的情形下衣物被喷淋口22所在的部分挂住从而导致衣物损坏或者喷淋构件损坏。在基体缩回后,还可以封闭该安装位以便将喷淋构件与内桶隔离,从而有效防止混有污渍和洗涤剂的洗涤水或者泡沫对喷淋构件造成污染或腐蚀等现象。
通过这样的设置,可以根据喷淋作业进行与否来调整喷淋构件在安装位上的伸出或缩进动作,从而能够更好地对待洗衣物进行喷淋作业,以及减少非喷淋作业时避免桶内衣物或者喷淋构件被损坏的概率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,调整单元包括第二调整构件,第二调整构件能够使喷淋构件在相应的安装位内旋转,以便在喷淋作业时通过喷淋构件的旋转获得更丰富的喷淋角度。如第二调整构件可以是铰链。如安装位大致为倒锥状结构的孔,这样一来,喷淋构件可以在倒锥状结构的孔的母线的位置绕倒锥状结构的孔的轴线公转,从而实现多角度多位置的喷淋。如可以根据实际情况调整倒锥状结构的具体形式,如母线与轴线的夹角较大时,可以在实现喷淋的基础上清洗内桶内壁,如冲洗内桶内壁上残存的泡沫,提高洗衣机的自清洁能力;在母线与轴线的夹角较小时,可以更好地喷淋距离内桶内壁较远的衣物。
可以理解的是,上述调整单元通过第一调整构件调整喷淋构件在安装位上的伸出长度、通过第二调整构件来调整喷淋构件在安装位内的转动只是示例性的描述,仅仅用来解释本发明的原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。在不偏离本发明原理的前提下,本领域技术人员还能够对上述设置方式进行任意形式的调整,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
需要说明的是,外桶盖和盘座上的喷淋构件可以相同或者不同,喷淋构件的水源获取方式可以灵活配置。举例而言,外桶盖和盘座上的喷淋构件的水源均引自循环水,外桶盖上的喷淋构件固定于外桶盖而盘座上的喷淋构件以可伸缩的方式设置于盘座上。且单个喷淋构件的喷淋水量可以相等或者不等,如可以使盘座上的喷淋构件的喷淋水量大于外桶盖上的喷淋构件的喷淋水量,因盘座上设置的喷淋构件具有更广的喷淋角度因此与较大的喷淋水量搭配可以实现更好的喷淋效果。
可以理解的是,上述喷淋构件的结构形式以及水源获取方式只是一种示例性的描述,在不偏离本发明原理的前提下,本领域技术人员还能够对上述设置方式进行合理地调整,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。如还可以是:设置为外桶盖上的喷淋构件的水源引自洗衣机的外部,盘座上的喷淋构件的水源引自循环水,喷淋构件以卡箍的方式固定于盘座上而以铰链的方式设置于外桶盖上。
此外,两个位置的喷淋构件的喷水时机也可以灵活配置。具体而言,洗衣机上配置有控制器,控制器可以控制设置于外桶盖和盘座上的喷淋构件处于喷淋或者非喷淋状态,以便使外桶盖和盘座上的喷淋构件按照设定的方式组合向内桶内的衣物进行喷淋作业,从而改善喷淋效果。
如可以是:由于盘座和外桶盖上的喷淋构件的喷淋角度和喷淋范围均有所不同,因此通过控制器控制盘座和外桶盖上的喷淋构件以间隔喷淋的方式向内桶内喷水以润湿衣物。显然,间隔时间的长短可以根据实际情形灵活设定。不过,在需要尽量全面喷淋的情形下,也可以使盘座和外桶盖上的喷淋构件同时喷水。
如还可以是:使盘座和/或外桶盖上的多个喷淋构件分批作业。以使盘座上的喷淋构件分批作业为例:一个完整的喷淋周期包括喷水持续时间和喷水间隔时间,设置在盘座上的多个喷淋构件中的一部分喷淋构件在喷淋持续时间内向内桶内喷水而在喷淋间隔时间内停止喷水,另一部分喷淋构件在喷淋持续时间内停止喷水而在喷淋间隔时间内向内桶喷水。通过控制器控制盘座和外桶盖上的喷淋构件的喷淋参数,实现喷淋方式的多样化控制,以适应洗涤过程中的不同水量、喷水时机等需求。
显然,上述几种情形只是喷淋作业组合方式的示例性描述,在不偏离本发明原理的前提下,本领域技术人员还能够对上述喷淋作业组合方式进行合理地调整,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。如灵活调整喷水持续时间和喷水间隔时间的长短或者将上述三种情形进行适当地组合等。
综上所述,在本发明的优选技术方案中,至少在盘座上设置喷淋构件。由于盘座围绕在洗涤桶的周向,因此盘座上喷淋装置可以获得良好的喷淋效果。在此基础上,可以在预留结构上也设置喷淋构件,通过两种位置的喷淋构件的结合,以获得更好的喷淋效果,以及可以根据实际需求对两种位置的喷淋构件的喷淋时机进行灵活设置实现喷淋方式的多样化,通过波轮转动与喷淋构件辅助喷淋相结合的方式,改善了洗涤效果。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述洗涤设备包括箱体、设置于箱体顶部的盘座以及容纳于箱体内的衣物处理桶,
    所述洗涤设备还包括喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置包括喷淋构件,所述喷淋构件在组装好的状态下能够对准放置于所述衣物处理桶内的待洗涤衣物,
    其中,至少在所述盘座上设置有喷淋构件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述盘座上具有与所述衣物处理桶的内部连通的衣物投放口,所述盘座在所述衣物投放口外围的区域设置有多个所述喷淋构件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述盘座上形成有安装位,所述喷淋构件设置于所述安装位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述喷淋构件包括基体以及设置于所述基体上的喷淋口,所述基体以固定或者可移除的方式设置于所述盘座。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述安装位配置有调整单元,所述调整单元设置成能够在设定的范围内调整所述基体在所述安装位内的位置进而调整所述喷淋口对准所述衣物处理桶的方位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述调整单元包括第一调整构件,第一调整构件能够沿所述喷淋构件的轴向在设定的范围内调整所述喷淋构件的位置,以便使所述喷淋构件能够至少一部分伸出或者缩进所述安装位。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述调整单元包括第二调整构件,第二调整构件能够使所述喷淋构件在相应的所述安装位内转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述洗涤设备包括预留结构,所述预留结构上设置有所述喷淋构件,
    其中,所述预留结构为能够将所述衣物处理桶暴露于环境的上盖,所述上盖上设置有所述喷淋构件;并且/或者
    所述洗涤设备包括容纳于箱体内的外桶,所述预留结构为所述外桶在对应于所述衣物投放口的位置配置的外桶盖,所述外桶盖上设置有所述喷淋构件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述盘座与所述预留结构上设置的喷淋构件均匀或不均匀分布。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述喷淋装置包括供水管路,水源通过所述供水管路经所述喷淋构件向所述衣物处理桶内提供喷淋水;
    其中,所述水源为引自外部的水或者引自所述外桶和内桶之间的循环水。
