개선된 흡수력을 갖는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물
본 명세서는 흡수력이 개선되어 산뜻한 사용감을 갖는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물에 관하여 기재한다.
기초화장품의 제형은 스킨, 에센스, 크림, 오일 등으로 분류되는데, 이 중 유성분의 함량이 가장 높은 제형인 오일 제형이 피부에 사용시 보호막을 형성하여 우수한 보습효과를 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 유성분을 다량 포함하는 경우 사용감이 무겁고 흡수 속도가 느리며, 흡수 후에도 피부 표면에서 겉돌아 잔여감을 준다는 단점이 있다. 또한, 흡수되지 않고 피부에 남아있는 성분들이 후속 미용 단계를 방해하는 단점이 있다. 오일 제형과 달리 스킨과 같은 가용화 제형은 수용성 화장료 조성물이 대부분으로서 가볍고 산뜻한 사용감이 장점이지만 오일이 다량 함유된 제형과 같은 보습력을 제공하지 못한다는 단점이 있다.
이에 상기 오일 제형과 가용화 제형의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 오일을 모사한 가용화 제형이 최근 개발되었으나, 오일과 같은 보습감을 제공하기 위해 포함되는 폴리올이 다량 함유되면서 끈적이는 사용감을 주고, 이로 인해 가용화 제형의 장점이었던 수분감도 감소한다는 문제가 있다.

일 관점에서, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 우수한 보습력과 흡수력을 갖는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 폴리올 및 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명은 오일 모사 화장료 조성물로서 폴리올과 폴리쿼터늄-51을 함께 포함한다. 이로써 다량의 폴리올을 포함하여 오일 제형과 같은 우수한 보습력을 제공함과 동시에, 높은 흡수력을 통해 산뜻한 사용감과 수분감을 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예(실시예 3)와 비교예(비교예 2 및 3)의 유분감 평가결과를 나타낸 도이다. 비교예 2 및 3의 경우 평가 결과가 동일하여 그래프가 겹쳐져 있다.

이하, 본 발명을 상세하게 설명한다.
본 명세서에서 용어 "오일 모사 화장료 조성물"이라 함은 오일(oil)을 약 1wt% 미만으로 소량 함유하면서도 오일 제형의 화장료 조성물을 피부에 도포했을 때 피부에 주는 보습감, 두께감, 피막감과 같은 사용감을 주는 화장료 조성물을 의미한다. 이때, 상기 "오일 제형의 화장료 조성물"이라 함은 천연 오일 또는 천연 오일과 합성 오일이 혼합된 오일을 100 중량%로 포함하는 제형의 조성물을 의미한다.
본 명세서에서 용어 "흡수력" 또는 "흡수감"이라 함은 피부에 도포된 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수되어 잔여감이 남아있지 않은 효과 또는 느낌을 의미하는 것으로, 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수되어 피부에 유수분이 공급, 보충된 느낌을 주는 "보습력" 또는 "보습감"과 구별되는 개념이다. 이때, 상기 "잔여감"은 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수된 후에도 피부에 겉돌며 느껴지는 유분감을 의미한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 오일과 같은 보습감을 제공하면서도 피부에 산뜻한 사용감을 줄 수 있도록 흡수력이 개선된 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 제공하기 위하여 폴리올 및 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함한다.
상기 본 발명에 일 실시예로서 포함되는 폴리쿼터늄-51(Polyquaternium-51)은 세포막을 형성하는 단백질과 유사한 화학 구조를 가지고 있으며 생체적 합성이 우수하고 친수성이 높다. 따라서 본 발명은 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51을 폴리올과 함께 포함함으로써 화장료 조성물의 흡수력을 향상시켜, 종래 오일과 같은 사용감을 주기 위해 폴리올을 포함하는 화장료 조성물이 갖고 있는 끈적한 사용감을 개선하고 산뜻한 수분감과 촉촉한 보습감을 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물 내에 포함되는 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51의 함량은 제한되지 않으며, 목적하는 흡수력과 보습감을 제공하기 위하여 사용자에 의해 적절히 조절될 수 있다. 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 중량% 초과, 0.1 중량% 이상, 0.15 중량% 이상, 0.2 중량% 이상, 0.25 중량% 이상, 0.3 중량% 이상, 0.35 중량% 이상, 0.4 중량% 이상, 0.45 중량% 이상, 0.5 중량% 이상, 0.55 중량% 이상, 0.6 중량% 이상, 0.65 중량% 이상, 0.7 중량% 이상, 0.75 중량% 이상, 0.8 중량% 이상, 0.85 중량% 이상, 0.9 중량% 이상, 0.95 중량% 이상, 1 중량% 이상, 2 중량% 이상, 3 중량% 이상, 4 중량% 이상, 5 중량% 이상, 6 중량% 이상, 7 중량% 이상, 8 중량% 이상, 9 중량% 이상 또는 10 중량% 이상으로 포함될 수 있다. 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 10 중량% 이하, 9 중량% 이하, 8 중량% 이하, 7 중량% 이하, 6 중량% 이하, 5 중량% 이하, 4 중량% 이하, 3 중량% 이하, 2 중량% 이하, 1 중량% 이하, 0.95 중량% 이하, 0.9 중량% 이하, 0.85 중량% 이하, 0.8 중량% 이하, 0.75 중량% 이하, 0.7 중량% 이하, 0.65 중량% 이하, 0.6 중량% 이하, 0.55 중량% 이하, 0.5 중량% 이하, 0.45 중량% 이하, 0.4 중량% 이하, 0.35 중량% 이하, 0.3 중량% 이하, 0.25 중량% 이하, 0.2 중량% 이하, 0.15 중량% 이하 또는 0.1 중량% 이하로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51은 조성물 내에 포함되는 함량이 증가할수록 피부 속 수분증발을 억제하는 얇은 피막을 형성하여 보습감과 수분감을 증가시키는 반면, 피부에 흡수되는 속도가 저하되므로 조성물이 피부에 남아있는 잔여감 또는 피막감으로 인한 끈적이는 사용감이 발생될 수 있으며, 함량 증가에 따라 원료취가 발생할 수 있다. 상기 관점에서, 본 발명은 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 초과 10 중량% 이하, 보다 구체적으로는 0.15 초과 6 중량% 이하, 보다 더 구체적으로는 0.2 내지 0.35 중량%로 포함할 수 있다.
상기 본 발명에 일 실시예로서 포함되는 폴리올(Polyol)은 다가(多價) 알코올, 즉 2개 이상의 수산기(-OH)를 가진 지방족 화합물을 의미할 수 있다. 수산기를 2개 가진 것을 글리콜 또는 디올, 수산기를 3개 가진 것을 글리세롤이라 하며, 수산기를 4개 가진 것을 펜타에리트리톨이라 한다. 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 폴리글리세린-3, 프로판디올, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르며, 본 발명이 목적하는 오일과 같은 보습감을 제공하기 위하여 상기 폴리올은 글리세린; 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 폴리글리세린-3, 프로판디올, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물 내에 포함되는 상기 폴리올의 함량은 제한되지 않으며, 오일과 같은 보습감을 제공하기 위하여 사용자에 의해 적절히 조절될 수 있다. 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리올은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이상, 21 중량% 이상, 23 중량% 이상, 24 중량% 이상, 25 중량% 이상, 26 중량% 이상, 27 중량% 이상, 28 중량% 이상, 29 중량% 이상, 30 중량% 이상, 31 중량% 이상, 32 중량% 이상, 33 중량% 이상, 34 중량% 이상, 35 중량% 이상, 36 중량% 이상, 37 중량% 이상, 38 중량% 이상, 39 중량% 이상, 40 중량% 이상, 41 중량% 이상, 42 중량% 이상, 43 중량% 이상, 44 중량% 이상, 45 중량% 이상, 46 중량% 이상, 47 중량% 이상, 48 중량% 이상, 49 중량% 이상 또는 50 중량% 이상으로 포함될 수 있다. 또한, 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리올은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이하, 49 중량% 이하, 48 중량% 이하, 47 중량% 이하, 46 중량% 이하, 45 중량% 이하, 44 중량% 이하, 43 중량% 이하, 42 중량% 이하, 41 중량% 이하, 40 중량% 이하, 39 중량% 이하, 38 중량% 이하, 37 중량% 이하, 36 중량% 이하, 35 중량% 이하, 34 중량% 이하, 33 중량% 이하, 32 중량% 이하, 31 중량% 이하, 30 중량% 이하, 29 중량% 이하, 28 중량% 이하, 27 중량% 이하, 26 중량% 이하, 25 중량% 이하, 24 중량% 이하, 23 중량% 이하, 22 중량% 이하, 21 중량% 이하 또는 20 중량% 이하로 포함될 수 있다. 종래의 오일 모사 화장료 조성물은 일정 함량 이상의 폴리올을 포함할 경우 피부에 흡수되지 못하고 남아있는 조성물로 인해 끈적이는 사용감을 갖게 된다는 문제가 있었다. 반면 본 발명은 폴리올을 폴리쿼터늄-51과 함께 포함함으로써 기존의 끈적이는 사용감을 개선했을 뿐만 아니라, 폴리올을 다량으로 포함할 수 있어 더 향상된 보습감도 제공할 수 있다. 상기 관점에서, 본 발명은 일 실시예로서 상기 폴리올을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 내지 50 중량%, 구체적으로 35 내지 50 중량%로 포함할 수 있다. 보다 구체적인 일 실시예로서, 본 발명에 포함되는 상기 폴리올은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 내지 30 중량%의 글리세린; 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 15 중량%의 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 폴리글리세린-3, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상; 및 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 내지 5 중량%의 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜 및 프로판디올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예로서, 본 발명에 포함되는 상기 폴리올과 폴리쿼터늄-51의 중량비는 100 내지 300: 1일 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로는 100 내지 250 : 1의 중량비율로 포함할 수 있다 . 폴리쿼터늄-51보다 폴리올 비율이 상기 비율대비 증가하면 폴리쿼터늄-51에 의한 산뜻한 수분감이 나타나지 않으며, 반대로 폴리올 대비 폴리쿼터늄-51의 비율이 높아지면 폴리올 블렌딩에 의한 오일 사용감이 나타나지 않는다.
일 실시예로서, 본 발명에 따른 상기 조성물은 1 중량% 미만으로 포함하면서도 오일과 같은 보습갑을 제공하는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물일 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는 오일을 포함하지 않거나, 또는 오일을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 중량% 초과 1 중량% 미만으로 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명은 일 실시예로서 가용화 조성물일 수 있으며, 가용화제로는 HLB값이 15~18인 비이온 계면활성제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예로서 상기 비이온 계면활성제는 피이지-60 하이드로제네이티드 캐스터 오일(PEG-60 Hydrogenated castor oil), 피이지-40-하이드로제네이티드 캐스터 오일(PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil), 피피지-13-데실테트라데세스-24(PPG-13-Decyltetradeceth-24), 폴리글리세릴-6 카프릴레이트/폴리글리세릴-4 카프레이트(Polyglyceryl-6 caprylate/Polyglyceryl-4 caprate) 및 비스-피이지-18 메틸 에테르 디메틸 실란(Bis-PEG-18 Methyl ether dimethyl silane)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있으며, 이 외에도 화장료 조성물에 일반적으로 사용되는 가용화제면 제한없이 사용할 수 있다.
일 실시예로서, 본 발명에 따른 상기 조성물의 점도는 0 내지 1000 cps일 수 있다. 상기 범위 초과이면 끈적임 때문에 산뜻한 사용감이 나타나지 않을 수 있다. 본 발명은 일 실시예로서 사용목적에 따라 상기 성분들 외에 점증제를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 점증제는 아크릴계 폴리머, 카보머 및 잔탄검으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 아크릴계 폴리머는 아크릴레이트/C10-30 알킬아크릴레이트크로스폴리머, 암모늄 아크릴로일디메틸타우레이트/VP 코폴리머(Ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer) 및 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트/소듐 아크릴로일디메틸 타우레이트 코폴리머(Hydroxyethyl acrylate/Sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예로서, 상기 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 상기 성분과 더불어 주 효과를 손상시키지 않는 범위 내에서 바람직하게는 주 효과에 상승 효과를 줄 수 있는 다른 성분들을 함유하는 것도 무방하며, 본 발명의 유효 성분 이외에 다른 성분을 기타 화장료 조성물의 제형 또는 사용 목적에 따라 당업자가 어려움 없이 적의 선정하여 배합할 수 있다. 또한, 일 실시예로서 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 상기 성분과 더불어 필요에 따라 통상 화장료 조성물에 배합되는 다른 성분을 포함할 수 있다. 예컨데, 유지 성분, 보습제, 에몰리언트제, 계면 활성제, 유기 및 무기 안료, 유기 분체, 자외선 흡수제, 방부제, 살균제, 산화 방지제, 식물 추출물, pH 조정제, 알콜, 색소, 향료, 혈행 촉진제, 냉감제, 제한(制汗)제, 정제수 등을 들 수 있다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물에 포함될 수 있는 기타 배합 성분은 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 또한 상기 성분의 배합량은 본 발명의 목적 및 효과를 손상시키지 않는 범위 내에서 가능하다.
일 실시예로서 상기 화장료 조성물은 제형이 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 목적하는 바에 따라 제형을 적절히 선택할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 유연 화장수(스킨로션 및 밀크로션), 영양 화장수, 에센스, 영양 크림, 마사지 크림, 파우더, 립스틱, 메이크업 베이스, 파운데이션, 패취, 분무제, 팩, 젤, 에센스, 아이 크림, 아이 에센스, 클렌징 크림, 클렌징 폼, 클렌징 워터, 클렌져, 보디로션, 보디크림, 보디오일 및 보디 에센스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 제형으로 제조될 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
이하, 실시예와 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 구성 및 효과를 보다 구체적으로 설명한다. 그러나 아래 실시예 및 도면은 본 발명에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 예시의 목적으로만 제공된 것일 뿐 본 발명의 범주 및 범위가 그에 의해 제한되는 것은 아니다.
[실시예]
본 발명의 일 실시예로서 아래 [표 1]의 조성으로 폴리쿼터늄-51을 다양한 함량으로 포함하는 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 제조하였다(실시예 1-4).
하기 화장료 조성물들의 제조방법은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 증류수에 이온봉쇄제, 기능성 주성분, 폴리올 블렌딩 및 폴리쿼터늄-51을 넣고 패들, 아지로 믹싱하여 용해시킨다. 그리고 검류를 포함하는 점증제를 넣고 호모지나이저로 9500rpm에서 3분 정도 혼합한 뒤, 중화제를 넣고 호모지나이저로 7500rpm에서 2분정도 중화시킨다. 에탄올에 가용화제, 방부제, 향 등을 투입하여 가용화 파트를 제조하고, 이를 투입하여 호모지나이저로 7500rpm에서 3분정도 가용화 시킨다.
그리고, 비교예로서 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하지 않는 것을 제외하고는 동일한 조성을 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 상기 실시예들과 동일한 방법으로 제조하였다(비교예 1).

[시험예 1]
상기 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1의 각 오일 모사 화장료 조성물의 흡수력을 다음의 방법으로 평가하였다.
피부에 상기 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1의 화장료 조성물을 각각 지름 1cm로 동일량(스포이드 1회 분주)을 도포한 후, 피부에 롤링을 시작하는 시점부터 흡수될 때까지의 시간(흡수시간)과 잔여감을 평가하였다. 흡수시간과 잔여감의 상관 관계를 파악하여, 아래 [표 2]의 흡수력 판단 기준에 따라 5초 이내에 흡수되고 흡수 후 잔여감이 적고 산뜻할수록 흡수력이 적절하다고 판단하였다. 이때 잔여감은 화장료 조성물이 흡수된 후에도 피부에 겉돌며 느껴지는 유분감의 정도로 판단하였다. 구체적으로, 각 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수된 후 조성물이 피부에 겉돌지 않으며 촉촉한 느낌을 주는 경우 "하", 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수된 후 조성물이 피부에 남아있으나 끈적이지 않을 경우 "중", 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수된 후에도 계속 남아 끈적임이 느껴지는 경우 "상"으로 평가하였다.

그 결과, 하기 [표 3]에 나타난 바와 같이 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하지 않는 비교예 1의 경우 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하는 실시예 1 내지 4와 비교하여 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수되는 시간이 오래걸리고, 흡수된 후에도 피부에 계속 남아 끈적이는 것으로 나타나, 흡수력이 부적절한 것으로 평가되었다. 반면, 폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하는 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우 흡수력이 상대적으로 우수한 것으로 평가되었으며, 폴리쿼터늄-51을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.3 중량% 이상으로 포함하는 경우 가장 적절한 흡수력을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.

[시험예 2]
본 발명의 일 실시예의 사용감으로서 유분감, 수분감 및 두께감을 T-CATA (Temporal Check-All-That-Apply) 기법을 이용한 센서리 평가를 통하여 확인하였다.
본 발명의 실시예로는 상기 실시예 3을 사용하였다. 비교예로는 하기 [표 4] 및 [표 5]의 조성을 갖는 종래 오일 모사 가용화 조성물(비교예 2) 및 오일 제형의 조성물(비교예 3)을 준비하였다.

유분감 평가
스킨케어 전문패널 6명이 실시예 3, 비교예 2 및 비교예 3의 유분감을 두 번 반복하여 평가하였다. 전박에 직경 5 cm의 원을 표시하고, 일정 구역에 50 ㎕의 상기 각 조성물을 분주하여 검지 손가락을 이용하여 도포하였으며, 120초 동안 5초 마다 해당 속성이 인지되는지 여부를 평가하였다.
그 결과, 도 1에 나타난 바와 같이 실시예 3, 비교예 2 및 비교예 3 모두 평가기간(120초) 동안 큰 변화 없이 동일 수준으로 인지되는 것으로 평가되었으나, 본 발명의 일 실시예인 실시예 3의 경우 화장료 조성물이 흡수되는 시점인 약 90초에서 다소 감소하는 경향을 보여 가장 흡수속도가 빠르고 잔여감이 적은 것으로 분석되었다.
수분감 평가
스킨케어 전문패널 6명이 실시예 3, 비교예 2 및 비교예 3의 수분감을 두 번 반복하여 평가하였다. 전박에 직경 5 cm의 원을 표시하고, 일정 구역에 50 ㎕의 상기 각 조성물을 분주하여 검지 손가락을 이용하여 도포하였으며, 120초 동안 5초 마다 해당 속성이 인지되는지 여부를 평가하였다. 수분감 감소 패턴은 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수되는 시점과 유사하다고 판단된다.
도 2에 나타난 바와 같이 실시예 3의 경우 초반 수분감이 비교예 2 및 3보다 높게 인지되어 우수한 수분감을 보였으며, 흡수 시점(수분감 감소 시점) 또한 빠른 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 오일 제형인 비교예 3은 시간이 지날수록 수분감이 증가하여 흡수가 느리고 겉도는 사용감이 인지되었다.
두께감 평가
스킨케어 전문패널 6명이 실시예 3, 비교예 2 및 비교예 3의 두께감을 두 번 반복하여 평가하였다. 전박에 직경 5 cm의 원을 표시하고, 일정 구역에 50 ㎕의 상기 각 조성물을 분주하여 검지 손가락을 이용하여 도포하였으며, 120초 동안 5초 마다 해당 속성이 인지되는지 여부를 평가하였다.
도 3에 나타난 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예인 실시예 3은 오일 제형인 비교예 3과 유사한 초반 두께감을 갖는 것으로 평가되어 본 발명이 오일 제형의 속성인 두께감을 유사하게 모사하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 화장료 조성물이 피부에 흡수되는 시점이라 할 수 있는 두께감 패턴 감소시점의 경우 비교예 2 및 3과 비교하여 실시예 3이 가장 빠른 시점에서 급격한 감소폭을 보였다. 이는 실시예 3의 흡수력이 가장 우수하였음을 의미한다.
[시험예 3]
오일 모사 화장료 조성물에 있어서 본 발명의 유효성분인 폴리쿼터늄-51에 첨가에 따른 흡수력 및 잔여감 개선효과를 확인하기 위하여, 아래의 실험을 실시하였다.
본 발명의 일 실시예로는 상기 시험예에서 제조한 실시예 3을 사용하였다. 비교예로는 상기 실시예 3의 조성에 있어서 폴리쿼터늄-51 대신, 수상에 용해가 가능한 보습 또는 유연 성분인 피이지/피피지-17/6 코폴리머(PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer), 글리세릴 폴리메타크릴레이트(Glyceryl polymethacrylate), 디에톡시에틸 석시네이트(Diethoxyethyl succinnate)를 각각 동일 함량(0.3 중량%)으로 포함하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 3과 동일한 조성 및 방법으로 오일 모사 화장료 조성물을 제조하였다(각각 비교예 4, 비교예 5 및 비교예 6).
그리고 상기 시험예 1과 동일한 방법으로 흡수속도와 잔여감을 측정하여 흡수력을 평가하였다. 그 결과 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 폴리쿼터늄-51을 유효성분으로 포함하는 실시예 3이 다른 폴리머를 포함하는 비교예 4 내지 6보다 흡수속도는 빠르고 잔여감은 적은 것으로 측정되어, 가장 우수한 흡수력을 갖는 것으로 평가되었다.

Claims (14)

  1. 폴리올; 및
    폴리쿼터늄-51을 포함하는,
    오일 모사 화장료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 중량% 초과 10 중량% 이하로 포함하는, 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리쿼터늄-51을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.15 중량% 초과 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는, 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 내지 50 중량%로 포함하는, 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 폴리글리세린-3, 프로판디올, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은
    글리세린; 및
    폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 폴리글리세린-3, 프로판디올, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상;
    을 포함하는, 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은
    조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 내지 30 중량%의 글리세린;
    조성물 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 15 중량%의 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜, 폴리글리세린-3, 소르비톨, 에리스리톨, 자일리톨, 말티톨, 에칠헥산디올, 1,2-헥산디올, 피이지/피피지/폴리부틸렌글리콜-8/5/3글리세린, 에틸헥산디올 및 펜틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상; 및
    조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0 내지 5 중량%의 디프로필렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜 및 프로판디올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상;
    을 포함하는, 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올과 폴리쿼터늄-51을 100 내지 250 : 1의 중량비로 포함하는, 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 오일을 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 1 중량% 미만으로 포함하는 것인, 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 오일을 포함하지 않는 것인, 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 폴리머, 카보머 및 잔탄검으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 점증제로 더 포함하는, 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 폴리머는 아크릴레이트/C10-30 알킬아크릴레이트크로스폴리머, 암모늄 아크릴로일디메틸타우레이트/VP 코폴리머(Ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer) 및 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트/소듐 아크릴로일디메틸 타우레이트 코폴리머(Hydroxyethyl acrylate/Sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 가용화제로 HLB값이 15~18인 비이온 계면활성제를 더 포함하는, 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는 피이지-60 하이드로제네이티드 캐스터 오일(PEG-60 Hydrogenated castor oil), 피이지-40-하이드로제네이티드 캐스터 오일(PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil), 피피지-13-데실테트라데세스-24(PPG-13-Decyltetradeceth-24), 폴리글리세릴-6 카프릴레이트/폴리글리세릴-4 카프레이트(Polyglyceryl-6 caprylate/Polyglyceryl-4 caprate) 및 비스-피이지-18 메틸 에테르 디메틸 실란(Bis-PEG-18 Methyl ether dimethyl silane)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 조성물.
