背景技术
相关技术中,扬声器包括盆架以及收容于所述盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈以及与所述音圈电连接的柔性电路板。在该结构的扬声器中,其通过引线、点焊、盆架注塑焊片导出的形式,这样,由于设置有引线结构,因此,会使得产品无法做到完全对称,振动不平衡的问题较为突出,并且,引线结构还会占用磁间隙的部分空间,导致扬声器的声学性能下降。
技术问题
本实用新型旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,而提供一种新型的扬声器。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括盆架以及收容于所述盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈、柔性电路板和振膜,所述柔性电路板包括主体部以及自所述主体部向内部延伸的焊盘部,所述焊盘部与所述音圈电连接,所述磁路系统对应所述焊盘部的位置设有容纳所述焊盘部的避让部。
可选地,所述柔性电路板为条状结构,并且具有两个,两个柔性电路板对称设置于所述磁路系统的两侧。

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型涉及一种扬声器100,所述扬声器100包括盆架110以及收容于所述盆架110内的振动系统120和磁路系统130,所述振动系统120包括音圈121、柔性电路板122和振膜123,所述柔性电路板122包括主体部122a以及自所述主体部122a向内部延伸的焊盘部122b,所述焊盘部122b与所述音圈121电连接,所述磁路系统130对应所述焊盘部122b的位置设有容纳所述焊盘部122b的避让部131。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,在将柔性电路板122与音圈121电连接时,可以使得朝向所述磁路系统130延伸的焊盘部122b与音圈121电连接,从而可以实现柔性电路板122与音圈121的电连接。也就是说,仅仅柔性电路板122的局部与所述音圈121电连接,这样,不会牺牲磁间隙,从而可以提高扬声器100声学性能。
本实施例中的扬声器100,其中的柔性电路板122包括朝向所述磁路系统130延伸并与所述音圈连接的焊盘部122b,同时,所述磁路系统130对应所述焊盘部122b的位置处设置有容纳所述焊盘部122b的避让部131。本实施例中的扬声器100,柔性电路板122的局部位置与所述音圈121连接,从而不会牺牲磁间隙,进而可以提高扬声器100的声学性能,提高用户体验。
如图1和图3所示,所述柔性电路板122为条状结构,并且具有两个,且该两个柔性电路板122对称设置于所述磁路系统130的两侧。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,所述柔性电路板122设置于所述磁路系统130的长轴端的两侧,所述柔性电路板122位于所述磁路系统130和盆架110之间。
当然,两个所述柔性电路板122可以除了位于磁路系统130的长轴端的两侧以外,还可以位于所述磁路系统130的短轴端的两侧。
如图1和图3所示,所述柔性电路板122位于所述音圈121的底部,所述焊盘部122b至少部分位于所述音圈121的内侧。也就是说,如图1和图3所示,焊盘部122b横向跨过所述音圈121,换句话说,焊盘部122b分设在所述音圈121的内外两侧,所述焊盘部122b与所述音圈121的底部胶合。这样,在将焊盘部122b与音圈121胶合时,可以增大音圈121与焊盘部122b之间的胶合面积,从而可以提高焊盘部122b与音圈121电连接的稳定性。当然,焊盘部122b除了可以采用胶合的方式与音圈121电连接以外,还可以采用其他的一些固定方式,例如焊接等。
如图1和图3所示,所述焊盘部122b位于所述磁路系统130沿长度方向的中部位置。相应地,所述磁路系统130沿其长度方向的中部位置处设置有所述避让部131。
当然,除此以外,焊盘部122b还可以位于所述磁路系统130沿长度方向的任意位置处,只不过当焊盘部122b位于所述磁路系统130沿长度方向的中部位置,可以使得扬声器100的结构完全对称,可以有效解决振动不平衡的问题,从而可以使得扬声器100的声学性能更优。
如图1和图3所示,所述磁路系统130包括磁框132以及依次设置在所述磁框132内的主磁钢133和极芯134,所述主磁钢133、所述极芯134与所述磁框132之间具有磁间隙135,所述音圈121插置在所述磁间隙135中,并且,所述避让部131包括设置在所述磁框132上的第一避让部131a、设置在所述主磁钢133上的第二避让部131b以及设置在所述极芯134上的第三避让部131c。
具体地,所述磁框132、所述主磁钢133和所述极芯134对应所述焊盘部122b的位置设置有贯穿其各自厚度的避让槽,所述避让槽的开口端朝向所述焊盘部122b,所述避让槽形成所述避让部131。
这样,在组装上述结构的扬声器100时,可以将柔性电路板122的焊盘部122b放置在所述避让槽中,同时,使得焊盘部122b的下表面与所述音圈121电连接。因此,本实施例中的扬声器100,柔性电路板122的局部位置与所述音圈121连接,从而不会牺牲磁间隙135,进而可以提高扬声器100的声学性能,提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,对于避让槽的形状并没有作出限定,例如,避让槽的纵截面可以呈三角形、梯形或者呈矩形等结构。相应地,所述焊盘部122b的形状应当与所述避让槽的形状相匹配。
如图1和图3所示,所述扬声器100还设有与盆架110的远离所述振膜123的一端连接的连接环140,所述柔性电路板122设有卡槽122c,所述卡槽122c卡接所述连接环140并使所述连接环140与所述柔性电路板122固定连接。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种扬声器,所述扬声器包括盆架以及收容于所述盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈、柔性电路板和振膜,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板包括主体部以及自所述主体部向内部延伸的焊盘部,所述焊盘部与所述音圈电连接,所述磁路系统对应所述焊盘部的位置设有容纳所述焊盘部的避让部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板为条状结构,并且具有两个,两个柔性电路板对称设置于所述磁路系统的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板设置于所述磁路系统的长轴端的两侧,所述柔性电路板位于所述磁路系统和盆架之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板位于所述音圈的底部,所述焊盘部至少部分位于所述音圈的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述焊盘部与所述音圈的底部胶合。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括设置在所述主磁钢上的极芯,所述避让部还包括设置在所述极芯上的第三避让部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还设有与盆架的远离所述振膜的一端连接的连接环,所述柔性电路板设有卡槽,所述卡槽卡接所述连接环并使所述连接环与所述柔性电路板固定连接。
