预定图案的印制设备 技术领域
本发明涉及装饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种预定图案的印制设备。
背景技术
现有的预定图案的印制一般都是直接通过一整块像素模板或者装饰面板来实现,然而一整块像素模板或装饰面板成型后即不可再塑,在一般定制化生产过程中,用户往往只需要对极少数量的产品进行印制,因而只生产少数个像素模板或装饰面板的话,不利于生产的效率性,且不利于进行多样化组装。
综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种预定图案的印制设备,能够自动在被装饰体上印制预定图案,且更为高效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供预定图案的印制设备,包括有:
主控单元,用于接收第一预定图案;
至少一卷盘,所述卷盘的卷带上分布排列有若干个可拆卸的构图颗粒;
至少一底板;
至少一机械手,与所述主控单元连接,用于从所述卷带上抓取对应的所述构图颗粒固定在所述底板上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相对应的第二预定图案;
至少一压板,用于将被装饰体压合在所述底板上并将所述第二预定图案印制在所述被装饰体上。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有至少一超声波加热模块,所述机械手将经所述超声波加热模块加热后的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案烫印于所述被装饰体上。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,所述机械手上设有至少一点胶模 块,所述机械手将经所述点胶模块涂胶的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案黏贴于所述被装饰体上。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,每个所述卷盘上的所述构图颗粒设为相同的颜色和/或形状,不同的所述卷盘上设有相同或者不同的所述构图颗粒。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,所述底板上设有用于辅助构图的像素矩阵,所述主控单元控制所述机械手抓取对应的所述构图颗粒固定在所述像素矩阵上,以在所述像素矩阵上形成所述第二预定图案。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,所述像素矩阵上设有若干个实体像素点,所述主控单元将所述第一预定图案分解成若干个虚拟像素点,所述主控单元根据所述虚拟像素点的分布位置,控制所述机械手抓取对应的所述构图颗粒放置在对应的所述实体像素点上。
根据本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,所述底板上设有与所述主控单元连接的滑动机构,所述主控单元控制所述滑动机构将所述底板滑动至所述压板的正下方,所述压板将所述被装饰体正对压合在所述底板上,以将所述第二预定图案印制于所述被装饰体上。

主控单元,用于接收第一预定图案。所述主控单元可以是计算机或者单片机或者烧写入所述机械手20内的计算机程序与应用软件等,本实施例优选为计算机。具体而言,可以通过网络传输、设备连接传输等方式向主控单元发送第一预定图案。第一预定图案可以是图片和/或文字等,其内容不受限制。例如,用户使用手机,通过移动网络将需要定制的卡通图案发送给主控单元。
至少一卷盘10,所述卷盘10的卷带102上分布排列有若干个可拆卸的构图颗粒101,如图4。值得提醒的,本发明卷盘10是送料机构,送料机构并不限于卷盘,还可以包括任何构造并可用于输送构图颗粒的送料机构。
至少一机械手20,与所述主控单元连接,用于从卷带102上抓取对应的构图颗粒101固定在底板30上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相对应的第二预定图案。如图,所述第一预定图案呈现为爱心,则主控单元控制机械手20抓取构图 颗粒101在底板30上形成相对应的爱心图案。
至少一压板,用于将被装饰体压合在底板30上,并将所述第二预定图案印制在所述被装饰体上,所述压板具体可与主控单元连接,并由主控单元驱动进行压合。本实施例包括有第一压板41和第二压板42,所述第一压板41尺寸大于第二压板42,可根据被装饰体的尺寸大小选择相应的压板用于印制第二预定图案,例如成人衣物装载在第一压板41上来印制第二预定图案,童装装载在第二压板42来印制第二预定图案。所述构图颗粒101优选是倒放在底板30上,即构图颗粒101的底面倒放固定在底板30上,从而压板将被装饰体压合在构图颗粒101时,使得构图颗粒的底面正对着被装饰体的外表面进行印制。

在其他实施例中,所述预定图案的印制设备100还包括有至少一超声波加热模块,所述超声波加热模块用于对构图颗粒101进行加热操作,所述机械手20将经超声波加热模块加热后的构图颗粒101固定于底板30上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将被装饰体压合底板30以将所述第二预定图案烫印于被装饰体上。
优选的是,每个所述卷盘10上的构图颗粒101设为相同的颜色和/或形状,不同的所述卷盘10上设有相同或者不同的所述构图颗粒101。本实施例中,每个所述卷盘10上设有相同颜色和形状的构图颗粒101,并且不同的卷盘10上分 别设有不同的构图颗粒101。如图1所示,本实施例包括有14个卷盘10,并且每个卷盘10上各自的构图颗粒101相同,不同的卷盘10的构图颗粒101则不尽相同,例如,第一个卷盘10的构图颗粒101呈圆形状,第二个卷盘10的构图颗粒101呈三角状。所述构图颗粒101的顶部设有圆形状或椭圆形状或三角形状或不规则形状。如图5~图8,第一构图颗粒1011的顶部呈圆形状,第二构图颗粒1012的顶部呈椭圆形状,第三构图颗粒1013的顶部呈三角形状。从而印制预定图案可以满足用户定制化需求。值得提醒的是,本发明预定图案的印制设备100的卷盘10的个数,构图颗粒101的形状和大小均不受限制,可以根据实际需求进行设置和调整。

本实施例的所述第二预定图案的印制设备200与第一预定图案的印制设备100的区别仅在于:所述第二预定图案的印制设备200包括第二底板40,所述第二底板40均匀排列设置有若干个第二凹槽401,所述第二凹槽401的底部设置有第二开孔402,所述第二开孔402导通至第二底板40内的导气管路;并且还包括有第二压板60;其中,所述第一底板30的顶面设为平面,若干个第一凹槽301均匀排列设置在第一底板30的顶面上以形成像素矩阵;第二底板40的顶面设为曲面,若干个第二凹槽401均匀排列设置在第二底板40的顶面上以形成像素矩阵;第一压板50的压合面设为平面,第二压合板60的压合面设为曲 面;通过不同结构的底板和压板形状来满足不同形状的被装饰体的像素印制,如被装饰体为服装则可通过第一底板30进行印制预定图案,如被装饰体为帽子则可通过第二底板40进行印制预定图案。所述主控单元将所述第一预定图案分解成若干个虚拟像素点,所述主控单元根据所述虚拟像素点的分布位置,控制机械手20抓取对应的构图颗粒101放置在对应的所述底板的凹槽上,以拼成与第一预定图案相匹配的像素图案。
优选的,所述第一底板30和/或第二底板40的底部设置有平移机构和/或旋转机构。通过该平移机构和/或旋转机构可驱使所述底板进行移动,以便于机械手20进行各种操作,如机械手20所无法触及的地方可通过驱动底板移动至机械手20的触及范围。如本实施例的第二底板40可以设置旋转机构,使得其顶面的曲面借助旋转到达机械手20所触及的下方,突破了机械手20的活动局限。
本实施例优选的是,在所述机械手20上设有至少一用于对构图颗粒101的背面进行涂胶的点胶模块,所述机械手20将经所述点胶模块涂胶的构图颗粒101固定于第一底板30或第二底板40上以形成第二预定图案,所述第一压板50或第二压板60分别将被装饰体压合第一底板30或第二底板40以将所述第二预定图案黏贴于所述被装饰体上。所述机械手20在抓取构图颗粒101的同时可启动点胶模块在构图颗粒101上涂胶,具体可将黏胶涂抹在构图颗粒101的背面,并将构图颗粒101底面朝上的放置在底板30上形成第二预定图案,第一压板50将被装饰体压合在第一底板30上,第二压板60将被装饰体压合在第二底板40上,以将构图颗粒的底面黏贴于被装饰体上。
在其他实施例中,还包括有至少一超声波加热模块,所述超声波加热模块用于对构图颗粒101进行加热操作,所述机械手20将经超声波加热模块加热后的构图颗粒101放置于第一底板30或第二底板40上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述第一压板50或第二压板60将被装饰体压合第一底板30或第二底板40以将所述第二预定图案烫印于被装饰体上。
更好的是,所述送料机构10设为卷盘,所述卷盘的卷带102上分布排列有若干个可拆卸的所述构图颗粒101。同一卷盘上的所述构图颗粒101的颜色和/或形状相同,不同卷盘上的所述构图颗粒101的颜色和/或形状不同。同一卷盘10上各自的构图颗粒101相同,不同的卷盘10与卷盘10之间的构图颗粒101则不尽相同,例如,第一个卷盘10的构图颗粒101呈圆形状,第二个卷盘10 的构图颗粒101呈三角状;所述构图颗粒101的顶部设有圆形状或椭圆形状或三角形状或不规则形状。优选的是,第一构图颗粒的顶部呈圆形状,第二构图颗粒的顶部呈椭圆形状,第三构图颗粒的顶部呈三角形状;从而印制预定图案可以满足用户定制化需求。
本发明预定图案的印制设备100还包括有至少一推移机构,所述卷盘10的卷带102安装在所述推移机构上,所述推移机构与主控单元连接,主控单元控制所述推移机构依次在机械手20抓取所述卷带102上的所述构图颗粒后,牵引并推动卷带102向外移动。即机械手20抓取卷带102上的构图颗粒101后,卷带102被推移机构牵引向外拖出,以呈现新的未被拆卸的构图颗粒101,便于机械手20继续抓取,实现自动化操作。
本实施例的机械手20竖立设置在两个预定图案的印制设备的中间;在其他实施例中还可以是,所述机械手设置于所述底板的上方,且所述机械手设有横轴移动机构和纵轴移动机构;和/或
所述机械手设有至少一用于吸取所述构图颗粒的吸嘴。
优选的是,所述被装饰体为衣服、帽子、鞋子、手套、围巾、眼镜、钟表、箱体、玩偶、包体、壁画、针织物、装饰盒和/或装饰壳;所述构图颗粒101由硅胶材质和/或塑胶材质制成,或者还可以是其他材质制成。
综上所述,本发明所述的预定图案的印制设备,包括有:主控单元,用于接收第一预定图案;底板,均匀排列设置有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的底部设置有导通至所述底板内的导气管路的开孔;负压设备,与所述导气管路导通连接,以用于抽离所述导气管路的气体使得所述开孔产生吸力;至少一送料机构,用于输送若干个构图颗粒;机械手,与所述主控单元连接,用于从所述送料机构对应抓取所述构图颗粒并背面朝上地放置于相对的所述凹槽上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相匹配的第二预定图案;压板,用于将被装饰体压合在所述底板上以使得所述第二预定图案印制在所述被装饰体上。借此,本发明不会轻易导致构图颗粒脱离原位,方便机械手进行各种操作。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,包括有:
    主控单元,用于接收第一预定图案;
    至少一卷盘,所述卷盘的卷带上分布排列有若干个可拆卸的构图颗粒;
    至少一底板;
    至少一机械手,与所述主控单元连接,用于从所述卷带上抓取对应的所述构图颗粒固定在所述底板上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相对应的第二预定图案;
    至少一压板,用于将被装饰体压合在所述底板上并将所述第二预定图案印制在所述被装饰体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有至少一超声波加热模块,所述机械手将经所述超声波加热模块加热后的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案烫印于所述被装饰体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述机械手上设有至少一点胶模块,所述机械手将经所述点胶模块涂胶的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案黏贴于所述被装饰体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,每个所述卷盘上的所述构图颗粒设为相同的颜色和/或形状,不同的所述卷盘上设有相同或者不同的所述构图颗粒。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述底板上设有用于辅助构图的像素矩阵,所述主控单元控制所述机械手抓取对应的所述构图颗粒固定在所述像素矩阵上,以在所述像素矩阵上形成所述第二预定图案。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述像素矩阵上设有若干个实体像素点,所述主控单元将所述第一预定图案分解成若干个虚拟像素点,所述主控单元根据所述虚拟像素点的分布位置,控制所述机械手抓取对应的所述构图颗粒放置在对应的所述实体像素点上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述底板上 设有与所述主控单元连接的滑动机构,所述主控单元控制所述滑动机构将所述底板滑动至所述压板的正下方,所述压板将所述被装饰体正对压合在所述底板上,以将所述第二预定图案印制于所述被装饰体上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述机械手设置于所述底板的上方,且所述机械手设有横轴移动机构和纵轴移动机构;和/或
    所述机械手设有至少一用于吸取所述构图颗粒的吸嘴。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有至少一推移机构,所述卷盘的所述卷带安装在所述推移机构上,所述推移机构与所述主控单元连接,所述主控单元控制所述推移机构依次在所述机械手抓取所述卷带上的所述构图颗粒后,牵引并推动所述卷带向外移动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述构图颗粒的顶部设有圆形状、椭圆形状、三角形状或不规则形状;或者
    所述被装饰体为衣服、帽子、鞋子、手套、围巾、眼镜、钟表、箱体、玩偶、包体、壁画、针织物、装饰盒或者装饰壳。
  11. 根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,
    所述底板,均匀排列设置有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的底部设置有开孔,所述开孔导通至所述底板内的导气管路;
    所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有负压设备,与所述导气管路导通连接,以用于抽离所述导气管路的气体使得所述开孔产生吸力;
    所述机械手,与所述主控单元连接,用于从所述卷盘对应抓取所述构图颗粒并背面朝上地放置于相对的所述凹槽上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相匹配的第二预定图案。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述底板的顶面设为平面或曲面,若干个所述凹槽均匀排列设置在所述底板的顶面上以形成像素矩阵。
  13. 一种预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,包括有:
    主控单元,用于接收第一预定图案;
    底板,均匀排列设置有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽的底部设置有开孔,所述开 孔导通至所述底板内的导气管路;
    负压设备,与所述导气管路导通连接,以用于抽离所述导气管路的气体使得所述开孔产生吸力;
    至少一送料机构,用于输送若干个与所述凹槽相适配的构图颗粒;
    机械手,与所述主控单元连接,用于从所述送料机构对应抓取所述构图颗粒并背面朝上地放置于相对的所述凹槽上,以形成与所述第一预定图案相匹配的第二预定图案;
    压板,用于将被装饰体压合在所述底板上以使得所述第二预定图案印制在所述被装饰体上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述底板的顶面设为平面或曲面,若干个所述凹槽均匀排列设置在所述底板的顶面上以形成像素矩阵。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述底板的底部设置有平移机构和/或旋转机构。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有至少一超声波加热模块,所述机械手将经所述超声波加热模块加热后的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案烫印于所述被装饰体上。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述机械手上设有至少一点胶模块,所述机械手将经所述点胶模块涂胶的所述构图颗粒固定于所述底板上以形成所述第二预定图案,所述压板将所述被装饰体压合所述底板以将所述第二预定图案黏贴于所述被装饰体上。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述送料机构设为卷盘,所述卷盘的卷带上分布排列有若干个可拆卸的所述构图颗粒;同一所述卷盘上的所述构图颗粒的颜色和/或形状相同,不同所述卷盘上的所述构图颗粒的颜色和/或形状不同。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述预定图案的印制设备还包括有至少一推移机构,所述卷盘的所述卷带安装在所述推移机构上,所述推移机构与所述主控单元连接,所述主控单元控制所述推移机 构依次在所述机械手抓取所述卷带上的所述构图颗粒后,牵引并推动所述卷带向外移动。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的预定图案的印制设备,其特征在于,所述机械手设置于所述底板的上方,且所述机械手设有横轴移动机构和纵轴移动机构;和/或
    所述机械手设有至少一用于吸取所述构图颗粒的吸嘴。
