为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种有效防止漏液、便于使用、同时方便携带、使用简单轻便,产品品质稳定的隐形眼镜还原仪。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种隐形眼镜还原仪,包括电源座、清洗座以及清洗机构;所述电源座的顶部设置有清洗座安装槽,所述 清洗座与电源座为可拆卸连接的分体结构;所述清洗座内设置有清洗槽,所述清洗槽内设置有多个电极,所述电极贯穿设置在清洗槽底部;所述清洗机构包括设置在电源座内的电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的清洗槽的多个电极;所述电源单元包括电路板和电源,所述电路板上设置有导电片;所述电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽内密封贯穿设置有电极接头,所述电极接头与清洗槽的电极接触连通的一端可弹性伸缩,所述电极接头的另一端不可弹性伸缩,所述电极接头的另一端与电路板上的导电片接触。
优选的,所述导电片为拱形或弧形的导电片,导电片设置在电路板的表面上;或者为弯折的导电片,一端固定在电路板上,另一端自由端与电极接头接触;或者导电片一端固定在电路板上,与电极接头接触的另一端在水平方向上伸出电路板;或者导电片设置在电路板上,设置在电路板上的导电片与电极接头为过盈配合。
优选的,所述电极接头为弹簧针连接器,所述弹簧针连接器包括设置在针管内的弹簧以及针轴,所述电极接头与电极接触的一端为弹性伸缩的针轴,所述电极接头与导电片接触的另一端为非弹性伸缩的针管。
优选的,所述电源座设置有上壳体和下壳体,上述上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方并与下壳体围成电子元件室,所述电源单元设置在电子元件室内,所述上壳体与下壳体之间采用超声波焊接,或者所述电源座的上壳体与下壳体闭合处的内侧设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述电源座的下壳体的底面设置有电源盖,所述电源座与电源盖之间采用超声波焊接,或者所述电源座与电源盖闭合处的内侧设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述清洗座设置有清洗座体,所述清洗座体设置有上壳体和下壳体,上述清洗座体的上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方,所述上壳体与下壳体之间采用超声波焊接,或者所述上壳体与下壳体闭合处的内侧设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽的槽内边缘与清洗座连接的四周边缘设置有凹槽。
优选的,所述凹槽内侧设置有灯带,所述灯带上设置有透光板,所述灯带与电源电连接。
优选的,所述灯带为环状灯带,所述透光板为环状透光板,所述环状透光板倾斜设置于清洗座安装槽的边缘。
优选的,所述电源座上设置有触摸式电源开关。
优选的,所述清洗座设置有清洗座盖,所述清洗座盖上设置有按键,所述按键与清洗座开启装置对应设置,按压按键所述清洗座盖自动打开。
优选的,所述清洗槽设置有清洗槽盖,所述清洗槽底部为半球状。
优选的,所述电源为可充电电源,所述电源座设置有充电接口,所述充电接口设置有密封盖。
优选的,所述电源为可充电电源,所述电源座内设置有无线充电芯片,所述电源座可以无线充电。
优选的,所述清洗座通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式、或通过磁性连接的方式、或通过固定连接件安装的方式与电源座可拆卸连接,清洗槽的电极旁设置有挡板。
优选的,清洗座为四方体状,对应的清洗座安装槽为对应的四方体状凹槽。
由于上述技术方案运用,本专利与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)产品整体为分体式设计,其中,电源座顶部密封设置有电极接头,所述电源座顶部上设置有接头通孔,所述电极接头与接头通孔通过公差过盈配合密封连接或热熔密封连接,提升防水效果。电极接头一端可弹性伸缩,能够与清洗槽的电极形成稳定弹性电连接,电极接头另一端为封闭式圆盘状或块状,其不可弹性伸缩,但是其可以抵压电路板上的导电片,导电片可以弹性形变或者导电片与电路板整体一起发生细微弹性形变,或者设置在电路板上的导电片与电极接头形成过盈配合,从而形成稳定的弹性电连接。这样可以形成稳定电连接,同时降低模具的要求,降低成本,提高组装效率。
(2)本专利在电路板上设置有导电片,导电片的形状可以是多样的,但基本上其应当是一端是固定在电路板上,另一端为自由端;或者导电片本身为拱形或弧形或折弯;或者导电片一端水平方向伸出电路板;或者导电片设置在电路板的边缘,导电片与电路板整体可以在电极接头的抵压下发生细微弹性变形或者是过盈配合关系;上述各种导电片其均可在电极接头的抵压下形成稳定的电连接。
(3)本专利采用弹簧式探针作为电极接头,也称为弹簧针连接器,所述电极接头与电极接触的一端为弹性伸缩的针轴,所述电极接头与导电片接触的另一端为非弹性伸缩的针管,其为封闭式圆盘状或块状。如果用户一不小心将清洗液漏到电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽内,即使有少量液体顺着针轴 与针管的周壁向下流,也不会流到电路板上,因为电极接头是密封安装在清洗座安装槽内,同时电极接头的底部为封闭式的针管底部,不会漏液。
(4)本专利的电源座由上壳体与下壳体合围而成,上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方并与下壳体围成电子元件室,所述电源单元设置在电子元件室内,下壳体的底面设置有电源盖,为了增加电源座的防水效果,防止液体通过缝隙进入电源座,电源座的上壳体与下壳体之间、下壳体与电源盖之间都是密封连接的,密封的方式有多种,可以采用超声波焊接密封,也可以在俩部件的闭合处的内侧设置密封圈进行防水密封。
(5)本专利的清洗座的清洗座体由上壳体和下壳体合围而成,上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方,为了增加清洗座体的防水效果,防止液体通过缝隙进入清洗座体,清洗座体的上壳体与下壳体之间是密封连接的,密封的方式有多种,可以采用超声波焊接密封,也可以在俩壳体的闭合处的内侧表面设置密封圈进行防水密封。
(6)电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽的槽内边缘与清洗座连接的四周边缘设置有凹槽结构,这样一方面便于用户轻松取放清洗座,另一方面可以在凹槽位置设置呼吸灯,能够更加直观的观察清洗情况。清洗座安装槽设置成方体形状,有利于防呆定位,正确的取放清洗座。
(7)电源座上设置有触摸式电源开关,可以防止液体通过缝隙进入电源座。
(8)清洗座盖上设置有按键,清洗座设置按压式开启装置,按压按键所述清洗座盖自动打开,便于用户打开清洗座,而无需像之前产品那样,需要将清洗座取出,才能打开清洗座,更加方便用户使用。
(9)清洗槽设置有清洗槽盖,能够起到密封作用,所述清洗槽底部为半球状,是根据人体手指的形状设计,符合人体工学设计,易于人的手指从清洗槽中取出隐形眼镜,不易损坏隐形眼镜,尤其是有利于保护硬性隐形眼镜。
(10)电源为可充电电源,所述电源座设置有充电接口,所述充电接口设置有密封盖,这样电源座可以长期使用,且防止漏液。所述电源座内设置有无线充电芯片,所述电源座可以无线充电,更加方便。
(11)所述清洗座通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式、或通过磁性连接的方式、或通过固定连接件安装的方式与电源座可拆卸连接,便于拆卸,尤其是磁吸附取放非常方便,无需较大力气即可取出更换或放置使用。清洗槽 的电极旁设置有电极挡板,防止电极直接破坏隐形眼镜。
(12)本专利的巧妙结构的设计,使得同等产品功能情况下,本专利产品的生产组装更加方便,生产效率提高,产品良率提高,成本降低,并且产品也更加的耐用,用户体验提升明显。

实施例一:
如图1~10所示,本发明提供一种隐性眼镜还原仪,包括清洗座1、电源座2和清洗机构3,电源座2顶部设置有清洗座安装槽201,清洗座1与电源座2为可拆卸式连接的分体结构;清洗座1设置有清洗槽103,清洗槽103内设置有多个电极301,所述电极301贯穿设置在清洗槽103底部;清洗机构3包括设置在电源座2内的电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的清洗槽的多个电极301;电源单元包括电路板303和电源304,电路板上设置有 导电片306;电源座2顶部的清洗座安装槽201内密封贯穿设置有电极接头305,电极接头305与清洗槽103的电极301接触连通的一端可弹性伸缩,电极接头305的另一端不可弹性伸缩,电极接头的另一端与电路板上的导电片306弹性接触。图6为产品整体爆炸立体图,为了形象展示,其中电极接头305与导电片306是处于接触结合的图示,图7为产品爆炸立体图,其中电极接头305与导电片306是处于分离的图示,电极接头305是设置在电源座的顶部盖板上的,导电片306是设置在电路板上的。
电极接头305可以采用Pogo pin,Pogo pin是一种应用于手机等电子产品中的精密连接器,广泛应用于半导体设备中,起连接作用。Pogo pin是一种由针轴、弹簧、针管三个基本部件通过精密仪器铆压预压之后形成的弹簧式探针,其内部有一个精密的弹簧结构。
本专利整体为分体式设计,其中,电源座顶部密封设置有电极接头,电源座顶部上设置有接头通孔,所述电极接头与接头通孔通过公差过盈配合密封连接或热熔密封连接,提升防水效果。电极接头一端可弹性伸缩,能够与清洗槽的电极形成稳定弹性电连接,电极接头另一端为封闭式圆盘状或块状,其不可弹性伸缩,但是其可以抵压电路板上的导电片,导电片可以弹性形变或者导电片与电路板整体一起发生细微弹性形变,从而形成稳定的弹性电连接。这样可以形成稳定电连接,同时降低模具的要求,降低成本,提高组装效率。
如图9-10所示,本专利在电路板上设置有导电片,导电片的形状可以是多样的,但基本上其应当是一端是固定在电路板上,另一端为自由端(如图9);或者导电片本身为拱形或弧形或折弯;或者导电片一端水平方向伸出电路板;或者导电片设置在电路板的边缘,导电片与电路板整体可以在电极接头的抵压下弹性变形或过盈配合;上述各种导电片其均可在电极接头的抵压下产生弹性形变或过盈配合,从而形成稳定的电连接。如图9所示,左图为导电片的正常状态,右图为导电片的正常工作状态,从图中可以看出,工作状态的导电片发生了弹性形变,从而使电极接头与导电片形成稳定的电连接。
如图8所示为电极接头的放大图,本专利采用弹簧式探针作为电极接头,所述电极接头与电极接触的一端为弹性伸缩的针轴,所述电极接头与导电片接触的另一端为非弹性伸缩的针管,其为封闭式圆盘状或块状。如果用户一不小心将清洗液漏到电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽内,即使有少量液体顺着针轴与针管的周壁向下流,也不会流到电路板上,因为电极接头是密封安装在清洗座安装槽内,同时电极接头的底部为封闭式的针管底部,不会漏液。
应当说明的是,清洗座与电源座为可拆卸连接的分体式设计,清洗座与电源座的连接方式有多种,清洗座可以通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式、或通过磁性连接的方式、或通过固定连接件安装的方式与电源座可拆卸连接,便于拆卸,尤其是磁吸附取放非常方便,无需较大力气即可取出更换或放置使用。进一步的,清洗槽的电极旁设置有电极挡板,防止电极直接破坏隐形眼镜。
本发明的工作原理基于蛋白电泳技术,即:带电颗粒在电场作用下,向着与其电性相反的电极移动,称为电泳(electrophoresis,EP)。蛋白质是由一条或几条多肽链按各自特殊的组合方式形成具有完整生物活性的分子,蛋白质是两性电解质,当处于等电点时,蛋白质分子本身静电荷为零,通常在偏酸性的溶液中带正点,在偏碱性的溶液中带负电。当电极通电时,由于电源单元、电极和护理液形成了一个电通路,而在两个电极间施加有一定的电势差,粘附在隐形眼镜上的蛋白质由于电势差的作用,与隐形眼镜脱离,并在护理液中向其中一个电极移动,最终吸附在电极表面,实现隐形眼镜的清洁,还原隐形眼镜良好的使用状态。
为了紧密连接电极301和清洗座1,防止护理液自连接处下漏,电极的外表面设置有粗糙面,电极与清洗座一体成型;该粗糙面可以通过多种方式实现,例如在电极的表面设置纹路、抛砂处理、或是经过一层或多层电镀,以实现粗糙面的生成。具有粗糙面的电极经过一体注塑成型在清洗座中,这样既可实现防止柱状电极转动、晃动、上下移动以及存在间隙等多种情况,防止清洗座内电极位置的漏液。
应当说明的是,电源单元302包括电路板303和电源304,电源的用处在于为电路板供电,凡是能够实现这一功能的电源均应落入保护范围,因不同电源而导致的结构上的改变,也应落入本发明的保护范围。电源的选择为内置的干电池、充电锂电池或钮扣电池,也可为外置的电源接头;电路板的用处在于调整两个电极之间的特定的电势差、电流大小以及通电时间,凡是能够实现这一功能的电路板均应落入本发明的隐形眼镜还原仪的保护范围,对于电势差、电流大小以及通电时间的调节,也不局限于电阻、电容、芯片或集成电路等电子元件的复杂程度,或是局限于是否存在计算机软件程序的控制。
实施例二
如图1、图7所示,电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽的槽内边缘与清洗座连接的四周边缘形成有环状凹槽。电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽的边缘形成一定的倾斜坡度,这样,清洗座安装在清洗座安装槽中时,清洗座安装槽的槽内边缘与清洗座连接的四周边缘就形成有环状凹槽,这样一方面便于用户轻松取放清洗座,另一方面可以在环状凹槽位置设置呼吸灯,在呼吸灯上设置透光板(优选透光板为亚克力板),呼吸灯与电源电连接,这样用户能够更加直观的观察清洗情况,极大的提升了用户体验。
需要说明的是,清洗座与清洗座安装槽的整体形状是相匹配的,可以都是圆柱状与圆柱状凹槽、半球状与圆柱状凹槽、六棱柱状与六棱柱状凹槽或圆柱状凹槽等,优选的,清洗座为四方体状,对应的清洗座安装槽为四方体状凹槽,这样有利于防呆定位,正确的取放清洗座。另外,还可以在清洗座上设置安装指示标记,有利于正确定位安装清洗座。
为了进一步提升用户体验,清洗座1设置有清洗座盖101,清洗座盖101上设置有按键104,按键与清洗座开启装置对应设置,按压按键所述清洗座盖自动打开,这样便于用户打开清洗座,而无需像之前产品那样,需要将清洗座取出,才能打开清洗座,更加方便用户使用。
进一步的,清洗槽设置有清洗槽盖,能够起到密封作用,所述清洗槽底部为半球状,是根据人体手指的形状设计,符合人体工学设计,易于人的手指从清洗槽中取出隐形眼镜,不易损坏隐形眼镜,尤其是有利于保护硬性隐形眼镜。
实施例三
如图6和图7所示,电源座设置有上壳体和下壳体,上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方并与下壳体围成电子元件室,所述电源单元设置在电子元件室内,所述上壳体与下壳体之间密封连接。这种密封,主要是为了防止液体通过电源座壳体之间的缝隙进入电源单元,从而导致产品损坏。
进一步的,电源座的下壳体的底面设置有电源盖,下壳体与电源盖之间也是密封连接的。需要说明的是,密封的方式有多种,可以采用超声波焊接密封,也可以在俩部件的闭合处的内侧表面设置密封圈进行防水密封。
同样的,为了增加清洗座体的防水效果,防止液体通过缝隙进入清洗座体,清洗座设置有清洗座体,清洗座体设置有上壳体和下壳体,上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方,所述上壳体与下壳体之间密封连接,密封的方式可以采用 超声波焊接,也可以再上下壳体闭合处的内侧表面设置有密封圈。
进一步的,可以将电源座上的按键式电源开关,改成触摸式的电源开关,在增加产品科技感的同时,可以防止液体通过缝隙进入电源座,大大的提高了电源座的防水性。
需要说明的是,本专利的电源可以设置为可充电电源,所述电源座设置有充电接口,所述充电接口设置有密封盖,这样电源座可以长期使用,且防止漏液。进一步的,电源座内设置有无线充电芯片,电源座可以无线充电,更加方便。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:包括电源座、清洗座以及清洗机构;
    所述电源座的顶部设置有清洗座安装槽,所述清洗座与电源座为可拆卸连接的分体结构;
    所述清洗座内设置有清洗槽,所述清洗槽内设置有多个电极,所述电极贯穿设置在清洗槽底部;
    所述清洗机构包括设置在电源座内的电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的清洗槽的多个电极;
    所述电源单元包括电路板和电源,所述电路板上设置有导电片;
    所述电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽内密封贯穿设置有电极接头,所述电极接头与清洗槽的电极接触连通的一端可弹性伸缩,所述电极接头的另一端不可弹性伸缩,所述电极接头的另一端与电路板上的导电片接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述导电片为拱形或弧形的导电片,导电片设置在电路板的表面上;
    或者为弯折的导电片,一端固定在电路板上,另一端自由端与电极接头接触;
    或者导电片一端固定在电路板上,与电极接头接触的另一端在水平方向上伸出电路板;
    或者导电片设置在电路板上,设置在电路板上的导电片与电极接头为过盈配合。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座的下壳体的底面设置有电源盖,所述电源座与电源盖之间采用超声波焊接,或者所述电源座与电源盖闭合处的内侧设置有密封圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座设置有清洗座体,所述清洗座体设置有上壳体和下壳体,上述清洗座体的上壳体闭合在下壳体的上方,所述上壳体与下壳体之间采用超声波焊接,或者所述上壳体与下壳体闭合处的内侧设置有密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽的槽内边缘与清洗座连接的四周边缘设置有凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述凹槽内侧设置有灯带,所述灯带上设置有透光板,所述灯带与电源电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述灯带为环状灯带,所述透光板为环状透光板,所述环状透光板倾斜设置于清洗座安装槽的边缘。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座上设置有触摸式电源开关。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座设置有清洗座盖,所述清洗座盖上设置有按键,所述按键与清洗座开启装置对应设置,按压按键所述清洗座盖自动打开。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗槽设置有清洗槽盖,所述清洗槽底部为半球状。
