下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。附图中的标记为:电源座10,第二磁性连接件101,凹槽102,定位件103,接头通孔104,电源座上壳体105,电源座下壳体106,电池盖107,卡槽108,卡块109;清洗座20,清洗槽201,第一磁性连接件202,配件203,清洗座底座204,外盖205,清洗槽盖206,清洗槽207;清洗机构30,电极301,电源单元302,电路板303,电源304,电极接头305。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种的隐形眼镜还原仪,包括电源座10、清洗座20以及清洗机构30,清洗座20内设置有清洗槽201,清洗机构30包括电源单元302、以及与电源单元电连接的多个电极301,电源单元302安装在电源座10内,电极301安装在清洗槽201中,清洗座20与电源座10可拆卸连接。
应当说明的是,清洗座20可以通过多种方式与电源座10可拆卸连接,如通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式,或是通过螺丝或定位桩等固定连接件将二者相连,本发明提供一种较佳的实现方式,如图5和图8所示,清洗座20与电源座10上分别设置有相互磁吸的第一磁性连接件202和第二磁性连接件101,第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件均为磁性件,或者其中之一为磁性件、另一个为与磁性件相互吸引 的金属件,磁性件为钕铁硼、硅钢、非晶、纳米晶、铁氧体、或磁粉芯材质的磁性件,金属件为铁、镍、钴或其某些合金的金属件。例如将清洗座20内的第一磁性连接件202设置为金属件,将电源座10内的第二磁性连接件101设置为磁性件,由于清洗座可拆卸更换,这样以降低更换成本。
通过将清洗座设置为磁吸连接方式,具有以下优点:1)避免了清洗座与电源座通过卡扣等硬连接方式导致的磨损;2)取放方便,无需较大力气即可取出更换;3)可将清洗座重复多次取出和安装,将清洗座作为存放隐形眼镜的隐形眼镜盒单独使用,便于携带,丰富了使用功能;4)由于电极的底部需要与电源单元电连接,磁吸连接的方式可以有效避免安装过程中对电极的损坏;5)电极重复通电使用一定次数后,存在老化的问题,可更换一新的清洗座,提高了电源座的重复使用率,节省资源。
另外应当说明的是,清洗座20与电源座10的安装位置并不局限,可将清洗座设置于电源座的顶部,为了提高连接稳定性及准确性,还可在电源座顶部设置一清洗座安装槽,并将清洗座设置其中;或者将清洗座设置于电源座的侧面,为了提高连接稳定性,还可在电源座侧面设置一清洗座安装槽或定位件。
当清洗座20安装在电源座10顶部时,为了方便清洗座的安装和拆卸,电源座顶部的清洗座安装槽两侧,还设置有凹槽102,以方便拆卸时手指伸入将清洗座抠出。为了准确定位清洗座的安装位置,如图6所示,电源座顶部清洗座安装槽内还设置有定位件103,清洗座上相应设置有与定位件相配合的导向件,较为简单的,定位件为突出的定位柱,导向件为设置在清洗座侧面的凹槽或切面。
清洗座20为隐形眼镜还原仪的操作区域,其中还可放置镊子、隐形眼镜粘棒、镜子等配件203。
本发明的工作原理基于电泳技术,即:带电颗粒在电场作用下,向着与其电性相反的电极移动,称为电泳(electrophoresis,EP)。蛋白质是由一条或几条多肽链按各自特殊的组合方式形成具有完整生物活性的分子,蛋白质是两性电解质,当处于等电点时,蛋白质分子本身静电荷为零,通常在偏酸性的溶液中带正点,在偏碱性的溶液中带负电。当电极通电时,由于电源单元、电极和护理液形成了一个电通路, 而在两个电极间施加有一定的电势差,粘附在隐形眼镜上的蛋白质由于电势差的作用,与隐形眼镜脱离,并在护理液中向其中一个电极移动,最终吸附在电极表面,实现隐形眼镜的清洁,还原隐形眼镜良好的使用状态。
为了紧密连接电极301和清洗座20,防止护理液自连接处下漏,电极的外表面设置有粗糙面,电极与清洗座一体成型;该粗糙面可以通过多种方式实现,例如在电极的表面设置纹路、抛砂处理、或是经过一层或多层电镀,以实现粗糙面的生成。具有粗糙面的电极经过一体注塑成型在清洗座中,这样既可实现防止柱状电极转动、晃动、上下移动以及存在间隙等多种情况,防止清洗座内电极位置的漏液。
应当说明的是,如图2和图11所示,电源单元302包括电路板303和电源304,以及设置与电源单元302之上的电极接头305,电源的用处在于为电路板供电,凡是能够实现这一功能的电源均应落入保护范围,因不同电源而导致的结构上的改变,也应落入本发明的保护范围。电源的选择为内置的干电池、充电锂电池或钮扣电池,也可为外置的电源接头;电路板的用处在于调整两个电极之间的特定的电势差、电流大小以及通电时间,凡是能够实现这一功能的电路板均应落入本发明的隐形眼镜还原仪的保护范围,对于电势差、电流大小以及通电时间的调节,也不局限于电阻、电容、芯片或集成电路等电子元件的复杂程度,或是局限于是否存在计算机软件程序的控制。
实施例二
如图3、图4和图5所示,清洗座20包括清洗座底座204、外盖205、以及清洗槽盖206,清洗座的顶部设置有两个清洗槽207,电极301为两对,分别设置于两个清洗槽中的两侧位置,清洗槽盖密封在清洗槽的顶部,外盖闭合在清洗座底座的顶部;应当说明的是,清洗槽也可设置为一个,且清洗槽分为相互连通的左清洗室和右清洗室,电极设置为一对,并相对设置于清洗槽的两侧,其不同点在于两个清洗槽的设计可以防止清洗过程中隐形眼镜的交叉污染。为了方便外盖的闭合,还可在外盖上设置有提手。
电极301贯穿设置于清洗槽中,并且电极301底部不外露于清洗座20底部, 以防止单独携带使用清洗座时,对电极的损伤;电源座10内设置有电路板303,电路板上固定设置有电极接头305,电极接头的端部可伸缩以便与电极301底部弹性连接,电源座10上设置有接头通孔104,电极接头穿过接头通孔,当清洗座安装在电源座上时,电极底部通过具有弹性的电极接头与电路板电连接;通过这种方式,电极实现了稳定接入电路,同时有效避免了清洗座安装在电源座上这一过程,对于电极的损伤。所述电源座上设置有接头通孔,所述电极接头与接头通孔通过公差过盈配合密封连接或热熔密封连接,提升了防水效果。
实施例三
本发明第一实施例和第二实施例,提供了一种清洗座可单独携带使用的隐形眼镜还原仪,清洗座20包括清洗座底座204、外盖205、以及清洗槽盖206,清洗座20的顶部设置有两个清洗槽207,清洗槽盖206密封在两个清洗槽207的顶部,清洗槽盖206为高分子弹性体材料清洗槽盖;软质的清洗槽盖与硬质的清洗槽顶部,可以有效实现密封防漏,同时使用较为轻便。
高分子弹性体材料包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料、热塑性聚氯乙烯弹性体材料、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料、苯乙烯或丁二烯共聚物的弹性体材料或硅胶弹性体材料。较佳的,清洗槽盖为硅胶清洗槽盖。软质的清洗槽盖其与外盖的过盈压紧配合,进一步加强了密封效果,因此整个产品的防漏液性能进一步提升。
为了防止清洗槽盖随意放置导致丢失,还可以将清洗槽盖的一端与清洗座相连,连接方式包括但不限于相互粘连、清洗槽盖挂接在清洗座的突出部上、或是将清洗槽盖一端设置突出部并插入清洗座的安装孔中。
清洗槽盖206包括一体成型并相互连接的左盖体和右盖体,左盖体和右盖体分别密封在两个清洗槽上。
实施例四
本发明第一实施例和第二实施例,提供了一种清洗座可单独携带使用的隐形眼镜还原仪,如图7-图10所示,电源座10包括电源座上壳体105、电源座下壳体106、 以及电池盖107,电源座上壳体105与电源座下壳体106相互闭合形成电源室,电路板303设置在电源室中,电源座下壳体的底部设置有电池槽,电池盖107闭合在电池槽上。
应当说明的是,电池盖与电池槽的闭合方式多样,可以采用卡扣式,也可采用磁铁吸附式。本实施例提供一种较佳的方式,采用旋转卡扣式,电池盖为圆形板状,电源座下壳体上设置有多个卡槽108,电池盖上设置有多个卡块109,电池盖扣合在电池槽上,旋转之后卡块与卡槽相互扣合固定。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (26)
- 一种分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:包括电源座、清洗座以及清洗机构;所述清洗座内设置有清洗槽,所述清洗机构包括电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的多个电极;所述电源单元安装在电源座内,所述电极安装在清洗槽中,所述清洗座与电源座为可拆卸连接分体结构,所述电源单元包括电路板和电源,所述电路板上设置有与电路板电连接的电极接头,所述电极接头的端部可伸缩并与电极底部弹性配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电极接头直接固定设置在电路板上,所述电极接头穿过电源座上的接头通孔与电极底部弹性配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式、或通过磁性连接的方式、或通过固定连接件安装的方式与电源座可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座与电源座上分别设置有相互磁吸的第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件,所述第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件均为磁性件,或者其中之一为磁性件、另一个为与磁性件相互吸引的金属件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗槽的顶部设置有清洗槽盖,所述清洗槽盖为高分子弹性体材料清洗槽盖,所述清洗座的顶部设置有两个清洗槽,所述清洗槽盖包括一体成型并相互连接的左盖体和右盖体,左盖体和右盖体分别密封在两个清洗槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座顶部设置一清洗座安装槽,所述清洗座可拆卸连接在清洗座安装槽中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽两侧还设置有凹槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽内还设置有定位件,所述清洗座上相应设置有与定位件相配合的导向件,所述定位件为突出的定位柱,所述导向件为设置在清洗座侧面的凹槽或切面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分体式隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座上设置有接头通孔,所述电极接头与接头通孔通过公差过盈配合密封连接或热熔密封连接。
- 一种可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:包括电源座、清洗座以及清洗机构;所述清洗座内设置有清洗槽,所述清洗机构包括电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的多个电极,所述电源单元安装在电源座内,所述电极安装在清洗槽中;所述清洗座与电源座上分别设置有相互磁吸的第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件,清洗座与电源座通过第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件连接时,所述清洗槽中的电极底部与电源单元的电极接头接触连通。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述第一磁性连接件和第二磁性连接件均为磁性件,或者其中之一为磁性件、另一个为与磁性件相互吸引的金属件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源单元的电路板上设置有电极接头,所述电极接头的端部可伸缩、并穿过电源座与电极底部弹性配合连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座顶部设置一清洗座安装槽,所述清洗座可拆卸连接在清洗座安装槽中。
- 根据权利要求13所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽两侧还设置有凹槽。
- 根据权利要求13所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽内还设置有定位件,所述清洗座上相应设置有与定位件相配合的导向件。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述定位件为突出的定位柱,所述导向件为设置在清洗座侧面的凹槽或切面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸清洗槽的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗槽上设置有扣合式软质的清洗槽盖,所述清洗座设置有外盖。
- 一种隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:包括电源座、清洗座以及清洗机构,所述清洗座内设置有清洗槽,所述清洗机构包括电源单元、以及与电源单元电连接的多个电极,所述电源单元安装在电源座内,所述电极安装在清洗槽中,所述清洗槽的顶部密封设置有清洗槽盖,所述清洗槽盖为弹性体材料清洗槽盖,所述清洗座与电源座可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求18所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗槽盖为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料、热塑性聚氯乙烯弹性体材料、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料、苯乙烯或丁二烯共聚物的弹性体材料或硅胶弹性体材料清洗槽盖,或所述清洗槽盖为硅胶清洗槽盖。
- 根据权利要求19所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座设置有外盖,所述外盖关闭时能过盈配合压紧清洗槽盖。
- 根据权利要求18所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗槽盖的一端以相互粘连、或者挂接在清洗座的突出部上、或是插入清洗座上的安装孔中的方式与清洗座相连。
- 根据权利要求18所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座的顶部设置有两个清洗槽,所述清洗槽盖包括一体成型并相互连接的左盖体和右盖体,左盖体和右盖体分别密封在两个清洗槽上。
- 根据权利要求18所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座通过卡扣与卡槽相互配合的方式、或通过磁性连接的方式、或通过固定连接件安装的方式与电源座可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求18所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述电源座顶部设置一清洗座安装槽,所述清洗座可拆卸连接在清洗座安装槽中。
- 根据权利要求24所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽两侧还设置有凹槽。
- 根据权利要求24所述的隐形眼镜还原仪,其特征在于:所述清洗座安装槽内还设置有定位件,所述清洗座上相应设置有与定位件相配合的导向件,所述定位件为突出的定位柱,所述导向件为设置在清洗座侧面的凹槽或切面。
