具体实施方式
以下,基于优选的实施方式并参照附图对本发明进行进一步说明。
此外,为了方便理解,放大(厚)或者缩小(薄)了图纸上的各种构件,但这种做法不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
单数形式的词汇也包括复数含义,反之亦然。
本说明书上的词汇是为了说明本发明的实施例而使用的,但不是试图要限制本发明。
为了区分不同的单元,本说明书上用了第一、第二等词汇,但这些不会受到制造的顺序限制,在发明的详细说明书与权利要求书上,其名称可能会不同。
实施例一:
本发明提供一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,推拉模块固定安装于智能锁中,实现推拉开门的效果。具体的,推拉模块包括底壳1和上盖2,底壳1和上盖2通过螺丝固定连接,上盖2固定连接在智能锁中,使得推拉模块固定在智能锁中。智能锁包括齿轮机构6,齿轮机构6通过连接机构与门锁连接,控制门的开启。底壳1包括供智能锁把手通过的把手孔11和供齿轮机构6通过的第一齿轮孔13,上盖2包括供齿轮机构6通过的第二齿轮孔24,智能锁把手通过把手孔11与推 拉模块内部活动连接,齿轮机构6在第一齿轮孔13和第二齿轮孔24内,并与二者活动连接。当用智能锁把手“推”或“拉”开门时,智能锁把手通过推拉模块控制齿轮机构6运动,实现“推”或“拉”开门。
具体的,推拉模块包括推动件3、拉动件4和传动件5,推动件3包括第一凸起31和第一连接部32,拉动件4包括第二凸起41和第二连接部42,第一凸起31包括与智能锁把手连接的第一联动槽311,第二凸起41包括与智能锁把手连接的第二联动槽411,智能锁把手穿过把手孔11,在第一联动槽311与第二联动槽411形成的空腔内活动。传动件5包括第一耳部51、第二耳部52和轨道孔53,第一耳部51设有与第一连接部32固定连接的第一联动部511,第二耳部52设有与第二连接部42固定连接的第二联动部521,第一连接部32与第一联动部511之间、第二连接部42与第二联动部521之间通过固定件连接,轨道孔53两边设有轨道531。齿轮机构6设有与轨道531相啮合的旋转齿轮61、方棒轴62和旋转轴63,齿轮机构6通过旋转轴63活动连接在智能锁上,方棒轴62包括容置方棒结构的方棒孔621。
第一凸起31包括第一转轴312和第一容置槽313,第二凸起41包括第二转轴412和第二容置槽413,第一转轴312和第二转轴412分别活动连接在第一容置槽313和第二容置槽413内,并突出于第一容置槽313和第二容置槽413的表面,第一转轴312和第二转轴412与智能锁把手相接触。由于智能锁把手直接与第一转轴312和第二转轴412相接触,避免了与第一联动槽311和第二联动槽411相接触,从而减小了接触面积,进而减小了智能锁把手对推动件3和拉动件4的摩擦力。
推动件3包括拉动固定部36,拉动件4包括推动固定部46,上盖2包括固定处25,固定处25设有第一固定处251和第二固定处252。当推拉模块处于初始自由状态下,拉动固定部36与第一固定处251彼此对应,推动固定部46与第二固定处252彼此对应,拉动固定部36与第一固定处251之间或推动固定部46与第二固定处252之间通过连接件连接。推动件3包括用于复位的第一弹性体34,拉动件4包括用于复位的第二弹性体44。
底壳1设有凹槽15,凹槽15内容置推动件3和拉动件4,凹槽15包括容置槽151,在容置槽151内部,靠近底壳1下部的侧边内缘上设有第二限位凸起14,推动件3设有限位孔35,第一弹性体34套设在第二限位凸起14上,并容置在容置槽151和限位孔35内。
底壳1包括导向柱12,拉动件4包括导向槽45,导向柱12与导向槽45活动连接,第二弹性体44固定在导向槽45内,并与导向柱12相接触。具体的,导向柱12包括突出于导向柱12下表面的限位凸起121、以及突出于底壳1内表面的两个边缘凸起122,两个边缘凸起122的宽度小于导向槽45的宽度,导向柱12插入导向槽45内,边缘凸起122插在导向槽45内,第二弹性体44套设在限位凸起121上,且固定在导向槽45内,第二弹性体44的两端分别抵设在导向柱12和突出于推动件3上表面的第一凸起31上。
推动件3包括第一容置滑槽33,拉动件4包括第二容置滑槽43,第一容置滑槽33和第二容置滑槽43用于容置传动件5,并为传动件5提供移动空间。第一容置滑槽33包括第一滑动槽331,第二容置滑槽43包括第二滑动槽431,第一滑动槽331和第二滑动槽431分别容置第一耳部51和第二耳部52,并为第一耳部51和第二耳部52提供移动空间。
上盖2包括避让槽21、以及用于容置固定件的推动容置槽22和拉动容置槽23,第一凸起31突出于推动件3的上表面,第二凸起41突出于拉动件4的上表面,推拉模块组装完成后,第一凸起31和第二凸起41在避让槽21内部,并与避让槽21活动连接,避让槽21为第一凸起31和第二凸起41的移动提供空间。
本实施例中,如图7所示,第一联动部511、第二联动部521、第一连接部32、第二连接部42、拉动固定部36、推动固定部46、第一固定处251、第二固定处252均为圆孔状,推动容置槽22和拉动容置槽23为椭圆状。应当指出的是,本发明对固定件和连接件的具体结构不做限制,优选的,在本实施中,固定件和连接件为螺丝,当然,可以想象的,任何可以容置并起到连接作用的零件均可作为固定件或连接件,本发明在此不做赘述。
下面对本实施例的推拉模块的使用方法及工作原理做进一步详细说明。
本发明提供一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,推拉模块固定在智能锁中,当需实现“推”开门的目的时,先用固定件将第一联动部511和第一连接部32固定,再用连接件将第二固定处252和推动固定部46固定,则传动件5与推动件3固定连接为一体,拉动件4被固定在上盖2上,此时,推动智能锁把手时,智能锁把手通过第一转轴312向下推动第一凸起31,带动推动件3,使得与推动件3固定连接的传动件5向下运动,从而通过轨道531和与之相啮合的旋转齿轮61,带动方棒轴62及方棒孔621转动,由此带动与方棒孔621连接的连接机构,控制门锁进而控制门的开启。在推门过程中,由于第二固定处252和推动固定部46相固定,且底壳1固定在智能锁中,拉动件4则被固定在推拉模块内不动;传动件5在第二容置槽43上滑动,第二耳部52在第二滑动槽431上滑动;推动容置槽22用于容置固定第一联动部511和第一连接部32的固定件,并为固定件提供移动空间。
当需实现“拉”开门的目的时,先用固定件将第二联动部521和第二连接部42固定,再用连接件将第一固定处251和拉动固定部36固定,则传动件5与拉动件4固定连接为一体,推动件3被固定在上盖2上,此时,拉动智能锁把手时,智能锁把手通过第二转轴412向上推动第二凸起41,带动拉动件4,使得与拉动件4固定连接的传动件5向上运动,从而通过轨道531和与之相啮合的旋转齿轮61,带动方棒轴62及方棒孔621转动,由此带动与方棒孔621连接的连接机构,控制门锁进而控制门的开启。在推门过程中,由于第一固定处251和拉动固定部36相固定,且底壳1固定在智能锁中,推动件3则被固定在推拉模块内不动;传动件5在第一容置槽33上滑动,第一耳部51在第一滑动槽331上滑动;拉动容置槽23用于容置固定第二联动部521和第二连接部42的固定件,并为固定件提供移动空间。
当“推”动智能锁把手,实现推门的动作时,第一弹性体34由于推动件3向下移动而收缩,产生回弹力,则当推开门后,智能锁把手回到初始位置后,第一弹性体34对推动件3产生向上的推力,使得推动件3回到初始状态。
当“拉”动智能锁把手,实现拉门的动作时,第二弹性体44由于拉动件4向上移动而收缩,产生回弹力,则当拉开门后,智能锁把手回到初始位置后,第 二弹性体44对拉动件4产生向下的推力,使得拉动件4回到初始状态。
实施例二:
本实施例中的结构与实施例一中的结构大部分一致,但改变了传动件5与推动件3和拉动件4的连接方式,也改变了固定处25与推动件3和拉动件4的连接方式。
具体的,如图10和图11所示,第一联动部511、第二联动部521、第一连接部32、第二连接部42、拉动固定部36、推动固定部46的形状均为“U”形,固定处25的形状为一字型,且左右两边分别为第一固定处251和第二固定处252,推动容置槽22和拉动容置槽23的形状均为“L”形。
底壳1上设置有分别与固定处25、推动容置槽22和拉动容置槽23相对应、且形状相同的一字形滑槽16和两个L形滑槽17。应当指出的是,本发明对一字形滑槽16和两个L形滑槽17是否贯穿底壳1不做限制,凡是能达到固定且限位固定件和连接件的结构,均应落在本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
初始状态时,推动容置槽22、第一联动部511、第一连接部32、L形滑槽17彼此相对应,且通过内部设有的固定件活动连接,拉动容置槽23、第二联动部521、第二连接部42、L形滑槽17彼此相对应,且通过内部设有的固定件活动连接;第一固定处251、拉动固定部36、一字形滑槽16彼此相对应,第二固定处252、推动固定部46、一字形滑槽16彼此相对应,且通过内部设有的连接件活动连接。应当指出的是,本发明对固定件和连接件的具体结构不做限制,优选的,在本实施中,固定件和连接件为圆柱体,当然,可以想象的,任何可以容置并起到连接作用的零件均可作为固定件或连接件,本发明在此不做赘述。
下面对本实施例的推拉模块的使用方法及工作原理做进一步详细说明。
本实施例中的推拉模块,当需实现“推”开门的目的时,先将在推动容置槽22内的固定件推动至A处,再将固定处25内的连接件推动至第二固定处252处,则第一联动部511和第一连接部32固定,传动件5与推动件3固定连接,拉动件4被固定在上盖2上,且拉动件4无法移动,可实现“推”开门的动作,具体 工作原理请参照实施例一。在推门过程中,推动容置槽22和L形滑槽17用于容置并限位固定件,为固定件提供移动空间,一字形滑槽16用于容置并限位连接件,为连接件提供移动空间。
当需实现“拉”开门的目的时,先将在拉动容置槽23内的固定件推动至A处,再将固定处25内的连接件推动至第一固定处251处,则第二联动部521和第二连接部42固定,传动件5与拉动件4固定连接,推动件3被固定在上盖2上,且推动件3无法移动,可实现“拉”开门的动作,具体工作原理请参照实施例一。在拉门过程中,拉动容置槽23和L形滑槽17用于容置并限位固定件,为固定件提供移动空间,一字形滑槽16用于容置并限位连接件,为连接件提供移动空间。
当实现“推”门或“拉”门的目的后,推动件3和拉动件4将回到初始状态,具体的,请参照实施例一。
以上对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细介绍,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干修饰和改进,这些修饰和改进也都属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,所述智能锁通过推拉模块控制门的开关,所述推拉模块包括底壳(1)和上盖(2),所述底壳(1)包括供智能锁把手通过的把手孔(11)和供齿轮机构(6)通过的第一齿轮孔(13),所述上盖(2)包括供齿轮机构(6)通过的第二齿轮孔(24),其特征在于:
    所述推拉模块包括推动件(3)、拉动件(4)和传动件(5);
    所述推动件(3)包括用于与所述智能锁把手连接的第一联动槽(311)、用于与所述传动件(5)连接的第一连接部(32)、以及用于复位的第一弹性体(34);
    所述拉动件(4)包括用于与所述智能锁把手连接的第二联动槽(411)、用于与所述传动件(5)连接的第二连接部(42)、以及用于复位的第二弹性体(44);
    所述传动件(5)包括用于与所述推动件(3)连接的第一联动部(511)、用于与所述拉动件(4)连接的第二联动部(521)、以及用于传动所述齿轮机构(6)的轨道(531)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述推动件(3)包括限位孔(35),所述第一弹性体(34)一端设置于所述限位孔(35)内,另一端与所述底壳(1)的内壁接触。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)包括导向柱(12),所述拉动件(4)包括导向槽(45),所述导向柱(12)与所述导向槽(45)活动连接,所述第二弹性体(44)固定连接在所述导向槽(45)内且一端与导向柱(12)接触。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述推动件(3)包括第一转轴(312),所述拉动件(4)包括第二转轴(412),所述第一转轴(312)和所述第二转轴(412)分别活动连接在所述推动件(3)和所述拉动件(4)内,并与所述智能锁把手活动连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述传动件(5)包括轨道孔(53),所述轨道孔(53)供所述齿轮机构(6)通过,所述轨道(531)设置在所述轨道孔(53)两边。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述推动件(3)包括拉动固定部(36),所述拉动件(4)包括推动固定部(46),所述上盖(2)包括第一固定处(251)和第二固定处(252);所述拉动固定部(36)与所述第一固定处(251)通过连接件彼此对应连接,或所述推动固定部(46)与所述第二固定处(252)通过连接件彼此对应连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述第一固定处(251)和第二固定处(252)相通。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述推动件(3)包括第一容置滑槽(33),所述拉动件(4)包括第二容置滑槽(43),所述第一容置滑槽(33)和第二容置滑槽(43)用于容置所述传动件(5)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述第一容置滑槽(33)包括第一滑动槽(331),所述第二容置滑槽(43)包括第二滑动槽(431),所述传动件(5)包括第一耳部(51)和第二耳部(52),所述第一滑动槽(331)和所述第二滑动槽(431)分别与所述第一耳部(51)和所述第二耳部(52)活动连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种包含独立推拉模块的智能锁,其特征在于,所述上盖(2)包括避让槽(21),所述避让槽(21)为所述推动件(3)和所述拉动件(4)移动提供空间。
