背景技术
汽车配件加工是构成汽车配件加工整体的各单元及服务于汽车配件加工的产品,随着汽车配件加工市场竞争的日趋激烈,环保理念的深入人心,以及技术的不断升级和应用,汽车配件在实际生产加工过程中,往往在投入市场前需要对汽车配件进行抛光,汽车配件保管不善也会在外表面形成一层锈蚀,影响美观。
目前,汽车配件在抛光除锈过程中,往往采用砂轮进行快速摩擦,但是由于砂轮速度过快,非常容易造成严重过切问题,对汽车部件而言存在非常明显的损伤影响,对于不同的汽车部件所用到的磨削面积可能会有所变化,单一面积不能够应对所有的汽车部件的抛光要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,解决了由于砂轮速度过快,非常容易造成严重过切问题,对汽车部件而言存在非常明显的损伤影响,对于不同的汽车部件所用到的磨削面积可能会有所变化,单一面积不能够应对所有的汽车部件的抛光要求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,包括支架和砂轮架,所述支架的内侧安装有电机,且电机的右侧设置有传动轴,所述砂轮架的中间安装有砂轮,且传动轴从砂轮架的内部贯穿,所述砂轮的内侧安装有连接弹簧,所述砂轮架的内侧面设置有键槽。
优选的,所述键槽与传动轴之间尺寸相吻合,且砂轮架之间关于传动轴的竖直中心线对称,所述连接弹簧沿砂轮的水平方向等距设置,且砂轮的中 轴线与砂轮架的中轴线重合。
优选的,所述传动轴的中间设置有刷筒,且刷筒的外侧呈三角形均匀固定有伸缩套筒,所述伸缩套筒的内部安装有伸缩弹簧,且伸缩套筒远离刷筒的一端设置有刷板。

1、本发明通过砂轮架和砂轮的设置,使装置具有第一处打磨抛光结构,电机启动后带动传动轴动作,使砂轮架高速旋转,砂轮接触零部件表面后,会对零部件表面产生一定的磨削作用,同时连接弹簧的设置,保证了砂轮能够在接触到零部件表面后因阻力作用向砂轮架的内侧回缩,不至于对汽车零部件表面造成较大的损伤影响,避免磨削作用力较大,损伤零部件的表面。
2、本发明通过刷筒的设置,使在对零部件进行打磨抛光除锈工作时,能够同步对零部件表面进行润油保养,刷筒随传动轴转动,在刷板上设置有油箱,用以加油,润滑油通过喷头浸润刷毛,结合刷毛的来回动作,使润滑油能够均匀分布在零部件的表面,多个刷板的设置,可以使零部件得到更加均匀的润油保养。
3、本发明通过滚筒的设置,使装置具有第二处打磨抛光结构,且该处打磨抛光结构作用面积更大,同时可以进行灵活更换,电机箱内部设置的带动电机控制转轴转动,继而带动滚筒旋转,在滚筒上通过基板与卡槽的配合连接,将基板安装在滚筒的外侧,磨砂板用以接触零部件表面,通过高旋转对零部件表面进行抛光除锈处理,隔垫起到垫护的作用。
4、本发明通过风机的设置,使装置具有一处吹风散热结构,风机均匀设置在滚筒的内部,利用控制电机控制启动,风机启动后向外吹风,作用到零部件表面,用以快速除屑,同时也起到较好的散热作用。
5、本发明通过护板的设置,使装置具有较好的防护结构,能够避免高速动作的磨砂板对操作人员造成安全方面的威胁,同时护板在支架上的连接端为球头结构,在支架的结构基础上能够对护板的放置角度进行调节,从而调节护板在支架上的具体防护位置,连杆用于连接护板,使护板能够在支架上连接稳定。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述键槽(A07)与传动轴(A03)之间尺寸相吻合,且砂轮架(A04)之间关于传动轴(A03)的竖直中心线对称,所述连接弹簧(A06)沿砂轮(A05)的水平方向等距设置,且砂轮(A05)的中轴线与砂轮架(A04)的中轴线重合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述传动轴(A03)的中间设置有刷筒(A08),且刷筒(A08)的外侧呈三角形均匀固定有伸缩套筒(A09),所述伸缩套筒(A09)的内部安装有伸缩弹簧(A10),且伸缩套筒(A09)远离刷筒(A08)的一端设置有刷板(A11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述刷板(A11)的表面分别安装有喷头(A12)和刷毛(A13),且喷头(A12)和刷毛(A13)沿刷板(A11)的水平方向呈交错均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述电机(A02)的下方安装有电机箱(A14),且电机箱(A14)的右侧设置有转轴(A15),所述转轴(A15)从滚筒(A16)的内部贯穿,且滚筒(A16)的外侧安装有套圈(A17),所述套圈(A17)的表面均匀设置有卡槽(A18),且基板(A19)通过卡槽(A18)与套圈(A17)配合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述基板(A19)的内部设置有隔垫(A20),且隔垫(A20)的上方安装有磨砂板(A21),所述磨砂板(A21)与基板(A19)之间尺寸相互配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车零部件补强用抛光除锈装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒(A16)的左右两侧均安装有控制电机(A23),且控制电机(A23)的外侧设置有风机(A24),所述支架(A01)的下方安装有护板(A25),且护板(A25)的表面设置有连杆(A22),所述护板(A25)与支架(A01)的连接端为球头结构。
