Abstract

The dismountable arrangement for a bed for people with disabilities was developed to help accommodate and transport people with disabilities, said dismountable arrangement having a dismountable bed module containing a back door (3) which will be opened. Said dismountable arrangement includes component (2A), located at the head of the bed, which will be pushed towards the front component (2), thus folding said components upwards to form a backrest. Another movement will be that of the back component (4), which folds concomitantly with components (2) and (2A), but in this case downwards, transforming components (1), (2) and (4) into a mobile chair, which is of sufficient height to be moved and fitted over a toilet bowl and which also has a table located in the back component (5) of the bed, which is affixed to the lateral tracks (7) thereof for movement therealong.

Description

REMOVABLE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO BED FOR DISABLED

{001} This utility model patent refers to a new collapsible bed arrangement for patients, which combines the function of facilitating movement for cleaning of bedridden people and those with difficulty in movement, without the need for help from third parties, through its variables of assembly and disassembly of the modular fittings.

{002} Currently on the market, which is public knowledge, beds for patients with locomotor disabilities present little or no form of easy handling in these situations, as they are always produced on a large scale in common household items for anyone . The only adaptations already made in these beds are only in the backrest to prevent food reflux, with a type of crank, which is on your "foot", which does not turn the head up. Other physiological needs of the patient are not met causing a great deal of inconvenience to caregivers and the sick.

{003} In order to solve such inconveniences, a removable modular bed was developed, by disengaging half of it to facilitate the movement of the disabled without the help of third parties, which is done in a folding and lifting of its anterior part where it is the headboard that turns into a chair back, also folding the back to become a movable chair, since there are wheels for locomotion on the feet. Then you open to a rear door of this bed by pulling this movable chair backwards, which will be released from the module in order to transport the person to the bathroom for their hygiene needs. This part of the bed that has become a movable chair is high enough for the toilet to fit under it. The chair also has a central cover on it. seat that comes off easily, leaving an opening without contact with the vessel. After your needs, a mobile chair detaches from the vase, returning to the bed's fitting. There is still a table fixed on the sides at the back of this bed, the which has two side rails that move it to the patient for their meals.

{004} This request can be better understood through the following detailed description, in line with the attached figures, where:

FIGURE 1 represents a perspective view of the closed bed.

FIGURE 2 represents a side view showing part of the bed transformed into the movable chair with the rear door open for exit.

FIGURE 3 represents the mobile chair released from the bed to be fitted over the toilet with the seat without the central cover.

FIGURE 4 represents the movable chair again fitted to the bed, showing the back table that slides along the sides close to the patient at meals.

{005} With reference to these figures, you can see the parts fitted to the closed bed module in figure 1, where you see the rear door (3) to be opened. The person, even lying down, in parts (2A), (2) and (1), can be positioned to sit in position (1), first removing the seat cover. To become a chair, push the headboard part (2A) close to the front part (2) by folding them upwards to form a backrest. With this movement, the back of the bed (4), simultaneously, folds downwards, which ends up becoming a movable chair, according to parts (1), (2) and (4) of figure 2. Following the model, the rear door (3) is opened by pulling the movable chair out of the module and taking it to fit over the toilet bowl to clean the disabled, as shown in figure 3. After using the toilet , the chair is re-attached to the module. There is also a table (5) located at the back of the bed, as shown in figure 4, which will move along the tracks sides (7) of the bed module until you approach the handicapped person who can eat normally.

{006} This removable bed arrangement for the disabled solves the whole problem of their mobility, as well as all the inconvenience that is caused when asking for help from third parties. Model that will meet all the needs of the market, and can be built in hard metal, such as those materials used in hospital beds, or other material, to be produced on a large scale in the hospital products industry.

REMOVABLE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN BED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE specially designed to facilitate the accommodation and transport of disabled people characterized as a removable bed module containing a rear door (3) to be opened; contain the part (2A) that is at the head of the bed, which will be pushed close to the front part (2) by folding them upwards forming a backrest; contain, the bed, a posterior part (4) that folds simultaneously with the parts (2) and (2A), only downwards, transforming the parts (1), (2) and (4) into a mobile chair that is high enough to move and fit over a toilet; also contain a table located at the rear (5) of the bed that is fixed on its side rails (7) to make the movement along it.
