Description

Bed chair for paralytic patient to move
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a bed chair for paralyzed patients, in particular to a device for paralyzed patients, which relates to a bed chair for the displacement of the paralyzed patients.
Background
The elderly in China are nearly 2.4 million, wherein tens of millions of hemiplegia and holoparalysis patients with mobility disabilities can lie on a sickbed almost all day long, can not take a bath and take some activities, and the patients with mobility disabilities, especially the hemiplegia and holoparalysis patients suffering from stroke, can move, namely move from one place to another place, mostly adopt wheelchairs, but the process of moving the patients to the wheelchairs from the sickbeds and moving the patients to the sickbeds from the wheelchairs is a hard process, and two or three nursing personnel are often needed to complete the work. The displacement of the patient is necessary for defecation, bathing, etc., for which the conditional patient has to hire two nurses for care, while most patients have to adopt a less or no displacement approach to solve the problem of defecation, namely the "drink and spread in bed" in colloquial parlance. These perennial bedridden patients can not take a bath, can not go out for activities and have extremely poor life quality.
In order to facilitate the patient to eat, drink, pull and scatter on the bed, some nursing appliance manufacturers have proposed foldable multifunctional nursing beds. However, the width of the nursing bed is at least 90 cm, and the width of most rooms and toilet doors is less than 85 cm, so that the nursing bed cannot be pushed to go in and out of the room door and the toilet to solve the problems of going out and bathing of patients. In order to make the patient tired and convenient to have a rest when moving away from the sickbed, some manufacturers develop a foldable wheelchair, and the patient can lie and have a rest when tired. However, moving the paralyzed patient from the bed to the wheelchair and back to the patient bed is a difficult process, which is a major reason why the paralyzed patient is difficult to go out for a long time while lying in bed. Moreover, these wheelchairs and nursing beds do not have waterproof function, and patients cannot sit on the wheelchairs and nursing beds for bathing.

The patient sits on the wheelchair to take a bath, after the bath, the hair is dried, the body is wiped dry, and the patient can return to a sickbed or go to other activities after wearing the bathrobe.
C. The problem that the paralyzed patient can not take part in small collective activities, activities of sunning the sun and the like is solved; most paralyzed patients have the defects of frequent micturition, urgent micturition and other abnormal defecation, so that the paralyzed patients do not easily leave a ward for a long time and go out or participate in activities which are liked to be participated by old people, such as playing cards, singing, chatting and the like. Because the device is provided with the no-clean closestool which is not easy to diffuse when and after defecating and can be reused without being cleaned in time after defecating, patients can sit on the wheelchair with care for various activities for a long time, and the pleasure of the activities is increased. Because the wheels are provided with the brake devices, the nursing staff is not required to accompany the nursing staff during the activity. The back rest frame can be laid flat with the help of the sick and sick friends when the sitting time is long and the sick and sick friends are tired, and the patients can rest for a little time.
D. In order to facilitate the patient to sit on the wheelchair to participate in activities for a long time, one side of the backrest frame is provided with a mounting seat of the transfusion rod, thus the transfusion treatment is not influenced when the patient leaves a ward to move.
The utility model solves the problems of the paralytic patient moving out of bed and difficult bathing, improves the quality of life of the hemiplegic and the whole paralytic patients, and is welcomed by the old-age care organization. The device can also be used by patients who are inconvenient to move in hospitals. The bed chair provided by the utility model is a flat bed with the same height as the sickbed, so that the paralyzed patient can be conveniently moved from the sickbed to the bed, and the bed chair can be changed into a wheelchair capable of moving everywhere after being folded; the utility model discloses whole waterproof materials that adopt make, and the width is narrower, can directly push patient bathroom and bathe, has solved paralysed patient's difficult problem of leaving the bed and bathing well.

The foot support 23 is slightly pressed by hand to rotate counterclockwise relative to the fixed mount 21, the swing link 06, the foot support 23 and the leg support 22 rotate around the hinges 24 and 27 respectively under the combined action of pressure and gravity, when the leg support 22 rotates to a position approximately perpendicular to the fixed mount 21, the butterfly lock nut 26 is locked, the foot support 23 becomes a pedal plate of the wheelchair, and the operation of changing the device into the wheelchair is completed. (see FIG. 1a, FIG. 1b)
Example 6
Moving the paralyzed patient from the wheelchair back to the bed: the back frame 20 is laid flat, the two butterfly lock nuts 26 are loosened, the foot frame 23 is lifted by hand, and when the foot frame 23 and the leg frame 22 are turned to a position close to the horizontal position of the fixed frame 21, the butterfly lock nuts 26 are locked, so that the operation of the wheelchair into a flat bed is completed, and the patient can lie on the bed for rest (see fig. 1a, fig. 1b and fig. 8). Because the width of the flat bed is narrow, namely the width of the bed surface is only 50 cm, the flat bed is good for rest in a short time when the patient moves outside a ward, but in order to ensure the sleep quality, the patient still needs to return to a spacious sickbed for rest in noon break or at night.
The flat bed is pushed to one side of a sickbed 58 to be close to the sickbed, a foldable handrail 04 close to one side of the sickbed is placed, the flat bed and the sickbed are locked together by a U-shaped mooring clip 54 or a mooring belt 55, and a gap between the flat bed and the sickbed is filled by a filling cloth strip 56 to assist a patient to move back to the sickbed. The filler cloth strip, the tie down clip or the tie down strap is removed and the patient's movement back from the wheelchair to the bed is completed.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the disclosure of the present invention are covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention.
