A wheelchair bed 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a wheelchair bed 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bed body 10 and a connecting rod mechanism 20.
The bed body 10 comprises a bed head 11 and two bed tails 12 connected with the bed head 11, wherein one side of the bed head 11 close to the bed tails 12 is provided with an opening 113, the two bed tails 12 are respectively arranged at two sides of the opening 113, and the two bed tails 12 and the opening 113 jointly define a passageway 111, and the passageway 111 is used for the wheelchair 200 to enter and exit and is matched with the unfolded wheelchair 200. The bed body 10 is matched with the wheelchair 200 through the passageway 111, and after the wheelchair 200 is unfolded, the seat surface 201 of the wheelchair 200, the bed head 11 and the bed tail 12 form the bed surface of the bed body 10.
At least one of the two bedtails 12, is connected to the head of the bed 11 by a linkage 20, the linkage 20 being adapted to move the bedtail 12 close to the outer side of the head of the bed 11, and the side of the bedtail 12 remote from the aisle 111 being parallel to the outer side of the head of the bed 11 during movement. That is, the linkage 20 allows the foot 12 to move in a translational motion to the outside of the head 11 so that the foot 12 is not affected by overhead spaces or obstructions during opening. And because the outside limit of the tailstock 12 is parallel with the outside limit of the bed head 11, therefore the space that the tailstock 12 takes up in the horizontal direction is less, is applicable to opening the tailstock 12 in narrow and small space, also is difficult to lead to the tailstock 12 can't open because of the restriction of space size and barrier in the horizontal direction simultaneously, make the open mode of the tailstock 12 simple, also more convenient through link mechanism 20. After the bed tail 12 is opened, an outlet is formed at the side part of the bed body 10, so that the wheelchair 200 can be moved out from the outlet when being moved out, and the wheelchair 200 can be overcome by overcoming the problem that the wheelchair 200 cannot be moved out due to insufficient space in the length direction of the bed body 10 without being moved out through the passageway 111.
It should be noted that one of the two bed tails 12 can be a bed tail 12 connected to the bed head 11 through a link mechanism 20, i.e. one side of the bed body 10 is opened to form an outlet, so as to realize the side-out of the wheelchair 200. The two bed tails 12 can also be connected with the bed head 11 through the connecting rod mechanism 20, so that outlets can be formed on two sides of the bed body 10, the outlet on one side can be opened as required to move the wheelchair 200 out, the wheelchair 200 can be moved out under more scenes, and the adaptability is stronger.
According to the wheelchair bed 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the bed tail 12 is connected with the bed head 11 through the link mechanism 20, so that the bed tail 12 can be translated to the side part of the bed head 11 and is parallel to the side part of the bed head 11 in the opening process of the bed tail 12, the opening mode of the bed tail 12 is simple, the operation is convenient, the occupied space in the opening process is small, the space can be saved, meanwhile, the bed tail 12 can be suitable for being opened in a narrow space and is not easily influenced by obstacles, the wheelchair 200 can be moved out from the side part of the bed body 10, and the wheelchair 200 can be moved out more conveniently.
In some embodiments, the linkage 20 is pivotally connected at one end to the foot 12 and at the other end to the head 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the linkage mechanism 20 includes: a first connecting rod 21, one end of the first connecting rod 21 is pivotally connected with the bed tail 12, and the other end is pivotally connected with the bed head 11; a second connecting rod 22, one end of the second connecting rod 22 is pivotally connected with the bed tail 12, and the other end is pivotally connected with the bed head 11; wherein, the first connecting rod 21, the second connecting rod 22, the bed head 11 and the bed tail 12 form a parallelogram structure together. That is, as shown in fig. 3, by virtue of the characteristics of the parallelogram structure, the bed tail 12 moves along an arc-shaped track under the driving of the link mechanism 20, and the motion track is simple and has better stability. When the tailstock 12 is opened, the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 rotate relative to the bed head 11, the tailstock 12 leaves the position A in the figure 2, the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 always enable the tailstock 12 to keep translational motion and be parallel to the bed head 11 in the rotating process, and the bed head 11 is located at the side part of the bed head 11 when the tailstock moves to the preset position B (the dotted line part in the figure 3).
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the first link 21 has a first hinge point 2101 and a second hinge point 2102, and the second link 22 has a third hinge point 2201 and a fourth hinge point 2202; wherein, the first hinge point 2101 and the third hinge point 2201 are arranged at one side of the bedside 11 close to the aisle 111, and the first hinge point 2101 and the third hinge point 2201 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bedside 11; the second hinge point 2102 and the fourth hinge point 2202 are provided on a side of the bed tail 12 away from the aisle 111, and the second hinge point 2102 and the fourth hinge point 2202 are provided at intervals in a length direction of the bed tail 12. It can be understood that, in the formed parallelogram structure, the fixed connecting rod portions (i.e. the connecting line of the first hinge point 2101 and the third hinge point 2201, and the connecting line of the second hinge point 2102 and the fourth hinge point 2202) are arranged along the length direction of the bed body 10, so that the rotating angle of the bed tail 12 is greater than 90 degrees in the process of driving the bed tail 12 to move along the arc-shaped track by the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22, and the bed tail 12 can be ensured to be translated to the side of the bed head 11.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the side of the foot 12 abuts against the side of the head 11, that is, the fitting between the foot 12 and the head 11 is tight, which can improve the overall comfort of the bed 10. The second hinge point 2102 is arranged opposite the fourth hinge point 2202 near the side of the bed tail 12 remote from the aisle 111; the third hinge point 2201 is located close to the side of the bed head 11 close to the aisle 111 relative to the first hinge point 2101, it can be understood that in the width direction of the bed 10, for example, in the left-right direction, the second hinge point 2102 and the fourth hinge point 2202 are spaced apart, the second hinge point 2102 is closer to the left side of the bed tail 12, the third hinge point 2201 is also spaced apart from the first hinge point 2101, and the third hinge point 2201 is closer to the inner side of the bed head 11, in this way, when the bed tail 12 is not opened, the supporting surface of the link mechanism 20 with the bed head 11 and the bed tail 12 is larger and the stability is better.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the second hinge point 2102 is disposed opposite the fourth hinge point 2202 on a side of the foot 12 proximate the head 11; the third hinge point 2201 is arranged close to the side of the head 11 close to the foot 12 relative to the first hinge point 2101. That is, in the lengthwise direction of the bed 10, for example, the front-rear direction, the second hinge point 2102 is located at the rear side of the fourth hinge point 2202, and the third hinge point 2201 is located at the front side of the first hinge point 2101, in such a manner that the outer side of the foot 12 moves in parallel with the outer side of the bed head 11 when the first and second links 21 and 22 rotate.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first link 21 includes a first long link portion 211 and a first short link portion 212 connected to each other, and an obtuse angle is formed between the first long link portion 211 and the first short link portion 212; the second link 22 includes a second long rod part 221 and a second short rod part 222 connected to each other, and an obtuse angle is formed between the second long rod part 221 and the second short rod part 222; wherein the second long rod part 221 can be disposed closely to the first long rod part 211 when the bed tail 12 is not moved. In this way, the first long rod part 211 and the first short rod part 212 enable the first connecting rod 21 to form a similar L shape, and the second long rod part 221 and the second short rod part 222 enable the second connecting rod 22 to form a similar L shape, so that the overall size is small while the reliable connection is ensured, and the space can be saved.
